Siam Ivory Thai Spa & Massage San Antonio

We enjoyed a couple’s massage at Siam Ivory. I had Patrick and my husband had Bibi. Mine was as amazingly relaxing. Patrick had great pressure and adjusted as needed. My husband wish Bibi had more pressure however it has been forever since his last massage and he just needs broken in!! The place was spectacularly clean. We had a guava and strawberry welcome drink and finished off with hot tea and a cookie. We did hot stones also and enjoyed our 90 mins!

Absolutely lovely massage spot. We were greeted by the front and given a tasty drink while we waited. We were taken back for our couples massage which was fantastic. They had hot towels, some needed stretches, and were so nice the whole time.The place was very zen, quiet, and peaceful, which is what you want. Well definitely be back!!

I was happily greeted with fruit juice upon arrival. This spa is beautiful and SO clean! I waited a few minutes before being walked to our massage room.I opted for a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Milly. Every minute of it was amazing! The pressure was spot on and her scalp massage was heavenly.After the massage, I was given a hot blossom tea. This place definitely knows customer service! Will definitely be returning. Tried Siam Ivory Thai Spa & Massage for the first time today after I had been experiencing some back and shoulder pain. I opted for the deep tissue massage. I. Was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. When you arrive, you are greeted with some tea to enjoy while awaiting your appointment. I was excited to hear about traditional table walking and immediately opted for it once solicited. I was not disappointed, and neither will you be. Best massage ever; thanks, Milly!

I had a great experience with my deep Thai massage today. I have issues with my neck, shoulders and lumbar region. Therapist Bibi was very thorough and she hit the right spots that were aching. Can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. I experience great relief after the session. Amy the front staff is always very sweet and welcoming. They genuinely care about the people they serve. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful experience! I first found this place through Groupon, however, it is totally worth paying full price! They greet you with a delicious drink. The rooms are excellent. Claire is really fantastic! At the end of the session they offer you water or hot tea. They are very kind and caring with the client. 100% recommended! By the way, the mandarin tea was great!

After I had a first session with Milly in May, I have been going back to see her every other week. Every time I see her , she always reviews the outcome of the therapy in the previous session and applies different techniques to further improve the outcomes. The tightness of muscle and pain instantly disappear after the treatment by the most skillful therapist I have ever seen. In addition to her various techniques to solve physical problems, she is also a healer to maintain good mental health. She provides a very calming and relaxing atmosphere, which is ideal place to disconnect from daily hustle and bring back peace in your mind. She also brings positive energy through her treatment and joyful conversation. The more I see her, the happier I feel both physically and mentally. I recommend anybody, who is looking for “the best therapist” to improve your overall health.

First of all OMG…Milly was amazing. Much needed deep tissue massage and the Thai massage was exactly what I needed. A tad intense but carrying a baby daily, working out and sitting at desk working from home had my back and neck extremely knotted. Definitely a returning customer.

I have been looking for a good therapist last few years, but my quest was finally over after I had the best treatment by Milly. When I arrived the office, I was greeted with an original fruit drink. She sat with me to go through and discuss about issues I have, areas to focus on and not to work on, and the goal of the session. She worked on with the right (perfect) pressure and made sure that all work was good during the session. In addition, she combined stretching technique to ease tightness of muscles. After the session, the pain and soreness magically disappeared! Milly is the best therapist I have seen in San Antonio and Texas. I would definitely go back at least a couple of times every month.

Just had my first experience at Siam and it was amazing. The receptionist is very welcoming. She served me green tea on arrival and everything was well placed. The lobby is clean, calm, and smells exquisite. Lulu was my masseuse. From the begging she was sweet.. she took her time understanding what areas I wanted her to focus on. I requested a 60 min deep tissue and she nailed it! Probably one of the best massages of my life. After my session, I felt relaxed and loose which is exactly what I put on intake form. I recommend this place and will most definitely come back.

My mom had booked this place for me and and wife to go to and my word was it a tremendous experience and they did everything so well that we both passed. Even me getting deep treatment resulted in me falling asleep because every bit was just so relaxing even my wife had a light treatment and fell asleep a few times. As it only being our first time it was totally worth it and would recommend this place.

I sit hunched over a computer every day and my back, neck, and sciatic nerve have suffered as a result. One appointment with Milly made such a huge difference! This is the first time in months that I haven’t felt any muscle pain! Milly really took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure she was using on my muscles. Had a couple massage and they offered us their in house brew from banana leaves. It was sweet and unique. Our therapists were wonderful listened to our needs for pressure and comfort and made sure we were enjoying our session. Felt relaxed and manage to fall asleep during our session felt amazing! What I needed after a stressful week. At the end they offered us hot tea or water and a little biscuit too. Which was soft and moist on our way out to stay hydrated. My partner got a session with Pat and Millie for our 7th year anniversary and it was our first time here, we were greeted by Millie whom had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you fill out a form like any other place but with them they sit you down in the room and go over what you comfortable with and what you need worked on a little extra. Very respectful and listen to our needs. The environment was very clean and relaxing vibe. I personally like deep tissue and Pat hit all my spots and was able to do deep and relaxing at the same time, he has a great knowledge off the muscles structure and he even gave me tips and what my problem areas are. My wife also said that Millie did a great job on her, and she felt very relaxed. Our search for an amazing massage place is finally at an end, we will definitely make this our place, and best is that they are family owned which I love, support local family. We be back soon !

My first time coming and my first Thai massage. After a long week of gardening and heavy lifting, it was exactly what my sore muscles needed. I loved the stretching components that are different than a traditional Swedish massage. Patrick did a great job! The spa is very calming and I loved the extra touches like the hot tea and cookie afterwards.

She asked me my troubled areas and concentrated more on those areas and also did some incredible stretching towards the end of the massage. Did not know how much my body and soul needed this! I got the privilege of being serviced by Clair. I got a 90 min deep tissue massage. I walked into my appointment tense and stressed, and I left relaxed and almost healed. I had a a lot of tension on my neck and shoulders, also my lower back, so those were the focal points. All in all this was probably the best massage I’ve ever had.

Best massage! We got a couples massage and it was the most relaxing 60 minutes ever. I would suggest splurging a little and getting the 90 or 120 minutes cause 60 minutes flew by! That’s definitely what we’ll do next time.

The very best message therapist in San Antonio. They have helped me heal after a spinal surgery. Even after my very first message I felt the difference in my backs blood circulation and my inflammation was gone. I can now feel my nerves growing back at a faster rate and my numbness going away. I scheduled a massage on the 25th of November 2023. Upon going in, I was greeted and then waited for my masseuse. I received some green tea that was very tasty. The massage therapist was very polite and asked me about the treatment I was seeking. The massage itself was excellent. The massage therapist asked me how I was doing and if the pressure was okay throughout. I was offered some hot tea and water afterwards, which was calming and relaxing even after a great massage. I would definitely go back and plan to, as well as recommend it. I really cant stress how at ease the entire staff there makes you feel. The waiting room, the massage room, and the facilities are very clean. The room lighting was not too bright, and there was some calm music played. I requested the deep tissue massage; if you are someone with muscle soreness and would like a more intense massage, then I would select that one. I am going to try the Thai massage next time.

I was in town on vacation and wanted to get a massage. I cannot find 2 hr massages for such a good price where Im from so I booked one thru Siam. Best massage Ive had and best service. The facility was very clean and I loved the aesthetic. They greet you with a green tea before your massage. Along with other aromatherapy during the massage. Its the little things that make a difference and I definitely noted those small things they include! Also I just couldnt get over the quality of service for the affordable price. I took my wife here for a birthday surprise. It was amazing. She had Lulu and I had Claire. Very clean and polite. My wife had the relaxing massage and I went for the deep tissue. Both were 90 minutes. Before the massage, they reviewed the questionnaire you fill out as want to be sure they cover your body’s trouble areas. We’ve been to many places which include the JW and Loma de Vida. Those places charge an arm and a leg for all their extras and all day spa access. If you want an amazing massage without the high price tag, go to Siam Ivory. We will be back!

I am happy I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Lulu has incredible technique, stability and perfect pressure. She takes special care to ensure that you are comfortable throughout your treatment. She can identify tense muscles and relieve them with ease. I cant wait until my next session. I only wish they were closer to Alamo ranch. However, its worth the drive.

Ive been for a lot of massages but my wife got me one here for Christmas because it was recommended to her. They were right!! One of the best massages Ive had in a very long time. Deep tissue was actually only used to get out tension spots as needed. Millie was amazing!! Very good at communicating if the pressure was ok. The location was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Milly is surprisingly strong, but was very careful to constantly ensure that the pressure was not too great.This allowed me to stay right at the edge of my pain tolerance for maximum effectiveness.The stretching was unbelievably good as well.I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and my muscles were rejuvenated.Milly is delightful, friendly and gracious. I received one of the best massages of my life here! The location was clean, well organized, and relaxing. The therapist was very receptive to feedback to make sure I got the best and most personalized experience possible. I told her I have issues with my shoulders and neck, so she targeted those areas but still paid adequate attention to the rest of my body. She offered to do dynamic stretching at the end of the massage, which was an extra step which made a huge difference.
