Beautiful spa & beautiful people! I’m loving the new renovations, it looks even more gorgeous than before. The staff are friendly & very attentive. I’ve had massages by Ali & Dora, who are both wonderful. I come back every month to see Chelsea, who pampers me with a relaxing facial. If you’re looking to get away from everyday stress, to unwind & relax, this is the place!

Great spa experience! Came here for a bachelorette party of 6. They were very accommodating and able to fit us all for the mini facial and massage appointment. Dora was very thoughtful and helpful in understanding what exactly I needed in my massage and ensured she helped in that area more. Would highly recommend this experience to all!

What an incredible experience at Spa Kingston! From the moment you approach the front door, you get the sense of tranquility. They have an adorable boutique with a wide variety of retail to ensure you take your wellness home with you. From the moment you walk in, it’s 5 star service. They even help you choose which aromatherapy to use in your massage or facial. I went with Sweet Orange. The attention to detail throughout is beautiful. The relaxation room is dim and has beautiful candlelight. Before your service you get tended to with your own heated neck wrap to help you relax. I had the best massage I’ve ever had and they listened to my needs with pressure and areas to focus. I had such a relaxing experience here and I am so excited to keep coming back as I feel they truly care about my wellness journey. Thank you Spa Kingston!

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we felt pampered! We came to Spa Kingston for a couples massage and the experience was exactly what we hoped for! We had Dora and Taylor as our massage therapists and they were AMAZING! Both listened to our needs and offered recommendations at the end. I also want to acknowledge the front desk for being so kind! We had a small glitch with a gift certificate when checking out and she fixed it right away. The customer service experience is 100% here!!!Love that this spa is cozy and intimate but you receive 5 Star service. Can’t wait to be back!!

My experience with Emali was AMAZING! I got the Oxygen Infusion with Dome Facial and loved it. Emali was so sweet and immediately made me feel comfortable. She asked me questions about my skin before we started and after the treatment gave me skin care recommendations specifically for my skin type. Ive never gotten a facial before so I was asking some questions during the appointment about what she was doing/products were being used, she was very patient and knowledgeable, I knew I was in really good hands. It was the most relaxed and rejuvenated Ive felt in a long time; my skin has never felt better! Ill definitely be coming back to her whenever I can!!

I have had facials and massages at Spa Kingston. The best I’ve had of both services out of any other place I’ve been to say the least. The environment is gorgeous and the energy you get from front desk to the estheticians/masseuses is so welcoming. I cannot wait for my next visit!!

I took my husband here for his birthday and we loved it! The spa was so cute and the staff was so kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk, Ashley, was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable with the spa since it was our first time. We got the couples massage and the masseuses, Paola and Juliana, were both wonderful - sweet, caring, knowledgeable and provided us with information on areas of our bodies that we can improve with stretching.5/5 - definitely going back as soon as we can! Thank you!!

I have had several services with Jaclyn and all of them have been so beneficial to my skin care journey. She has always recommended what was best for my skin whether it be a peel or dermabrasion. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and confident in the way my skin looks. Beautiful location and accommodating staff.

A LOT to say about this place... and its all good. I was never a true believer in facials or spa memberships for that matter. However, I love to pamper myself and have gotten memberships at different places for massages and done the Groupon thing. Never have I ever felt so relaxed during a facial none the less a service as I have here. The ambiance is amazing, the front desk gals are literal angels and so understanding. My last service I unfortunately was running about 30 minutes behind and they managed for me - not that I make this a habit and sponsoring to do this, but thankful that they value I am a usual on time gal and they moved things around for me. Now the results, I have struggled with acne my whole life, luckily after acutane it subsided, but the dark spots and unevenness never went away - until Spa Kingston and especially my lovely aesthetician, Chelsea. The improvements I have noticed. I can genuinely feel beautiful leaving the place and going to work with no makeup, no I barely use it because my face is bright and filled with pigmentation. Back to Chelsea - she is amazing, caring, a true listener. I personally dont like chit chat during my services and I dont know Chelsea just reads my minds and vibes with me. Not only does she do literal Gods work on my face - she relaxes me. Truly relaxes me.I love this place so much I got my boyfriends mom and sister gifts cards for Christmas because its just simply the best.Thank you Spa Kingston!

Spa Kingston was a surreal experience for me. I have been to quite a few spas in San Diego and although most have been good, this place just knocked it out of the freaking park.The place is clean, the energy is great and the ladies in house were all so accommodating and helpful throughout the process.The facial I chose was the supernova facial. I received microdermabrasion and a light peel, and extractions with some other add ons. I felt relaxed and pampered during my treatment.For any women looking to treat themselves, this is a great place to be! I also love that they offer a monthly subscription for massages and facials. Had a very relaxing massage here. Dora did a fantastic job helping with my problem areas and the front desk staff were very friendly. Beautiful environment, started with a glass of champagne and a warm neck pillow, followed by soothing foot bath and then the massage. Highly recommend!

On vacay in San Diego and came upon Spa Kingston ! I have been to many high end spas and paid outrageous prices for subpar services! Not at Spa Kingston. It’s small and intimate. I had a facial and massage. Completely satisfied! I had Ali for my massage. I wish I could bring home with me! I cannot complain at all. I walked in with sore tight muscles and walked out able to move my neck again! I really enjoyed my experience! If you’re thinking of booking you won’t be sorry. Go a head, treat your self!

Dora was great! My experience at the spa before and during my massage was just great. Everyone was so kind and so attentive and the massage experience was very relaxing. I loved all the sensory experiences and the warm bed and heat presses and everything was just so lovely. So many thoughtful details made it one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.

Impossible to schedule an appointment!I received a new year gift card from my friend, and it’s been almost 5 months that Im trying to set up an appointment, they either don’t pick up the phone or put you on hold foreverrrr. I was on hold for 30 minutes today. Probably a good choice for unemployed individuals, otherwise no one can spend more than half an hour on phone during the business hours to just simply confirm an appointment!I would never call them the second time if I had a choice! I just did it to use the gift card. not a trustable and responsible business when you want to use their service.

Great local spa. Went in for March 2019 deep tissue massage special to work out some back and neck issues. I was very satisfied with the results. I told the thearpist about my problem areas and focused time and really worked to get the knots out. After a few days my back pain went away. I love that they provide a glass of champagne before the service and chocolate after. I really feel like Im treating myself when I go. Only downside is they full court press on the upsale. I had to decline several times before and after my service.

I am so eager to write a review for Spa Kingston. What an incredible spa! The aromas, the atmosphere, the cleanliness were all beyond expectations. The staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and respectful. The experience was spiritual and unique. I drifted away into a space of deep relaxation during my massage and facial today. There were so many wonderful details incorporated into my treatments; sage cleansing, essential oils, reflexology, breath work. It was just amazing. Spa Kingston has my highest recommendation! I will definitely be visiting again.

Honestly, I have been to many spas over the years and Spa Kingston exceeded my expectations!!The attention to every detail was amazing 🤩. From the greeting at the front desk with essential oil options to the waiting lounge heated neck wrap, herbal tea, and chocolate. And of course the foot soak before my facial.Both Madi and Juliana were both friendly and passionate about what they specialize in. Their treatments were wonderful!I would highly recommend Spa Kingston to anyone for a time of true pampering.

Overdue review! I visited Spa Kingston last month and might I say, one of the best massaging experiences I ever had. Me and my partner did the couples package and loved the rose petal foot baths. Victoria and Ali were both absolutely amazing and made our time here so special with their warm personalities and very skilled in their massaging. I would also love to give another shoutout to the sweet blonde woman working the front desk (I forgot to catch her name sadly!) she was so helpful and genuine and was just so welcoming for our first visit here. I highly recommend this place and if I lived closer to San Diego I would have easily became a spa member here!

Absolutely in love with the facials and products. Products suggested by Deanne have shown great improvement on my skin and I highly recommend her for her knowledge and excellent facials!

I came in for a quick 30 minute massage (it was all I had time for) and it was an emergency. I had a pinched nerve in my neck, was in excruciating pain, and could barely move. Juliana was gentle but effective and focused on the important areas with the limited time she had. I could already feel relief by that night and when I woke up the next morning I felt like a new person. It was night and day from the 24 hours before. So grateful for her!

When I first got there, I was greeted by such a lovely and beautiful woman. She opened the door for me and immediately got to welcoming me and asking me for my appointment information. She got me some fabulous water that was so refreshing and a nice warm neck pillow then directed me to the waiting area. Then, the highlight of my entire experience walked up and gave me SO much life! Ms. Renee was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! She welcomed me, embraced me, and wished me a happy birthday several times. (Backstory I schedule my appointment on today, Nov 2, which is my birthday.) Ms. Renee listened to all of my problems areas and focused on those. She even allowed me to have a customizable experience. Being that I’m a hot natured person, I love things to be cold. I asked her to turn the bed heater off for me, remove the comforters and sheets, and she placed a cold towel on my neck. It was absolutely fabulous!!!!! Every wish I had during my massage was granted! Thank you so much, Ms. Renee!I ordered the $180 90-minute stretch and deep tissue massage and I chose the grapefruit essential oil for my aromatherapy.

Had one of the best massages at this place! First, I’ll start off by saying everyone was so friendly and welcoming (which is hard to find at a spa sometimes). They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The place is small and cozy feeling, with the calmest of vibes. Instantly felt relaxed upon walking in. My massage technician Ali was amazing! So friendly and attentive, listened to exactly what I wanted/needed. By far top 5 massages of my life (and I frequently travel/get massages on a regular basis). I felt so refreshed and relaxed after my massage, highly recommend!

Where do I begin... the amazing staff, the incredible vibe, the client care, the kindness, working during COVID while being as safe as possible, the champagne and rose pedal foot bath... this is hands down one of the best treatments at a spa I’ve had and Tamra my masseuse was bomb.com. They do it so right here! Only wish I was in town longer to book a facial because products are 100% a game changer when it comes to your skin and they have the right stuff! Also, if I wasn’t traveling back to NY I would have left with a new diffuser, 5 candles, crystals- I mean literally one of the best spas ever! I hope to have a reason to come back to San Diego. Thank you Spa Kingston for giving me exactly what I needed after such an insane and unexpected 2020. The stress melted right off 💕

I had my first massage at Spa Kingston. Everything from the beginning to end was detail oriented and a wonderful experience. I was massaged by Ali who was fantastic. He really listened to my needs/concerns and was incredibly thorough and is an amazing masseur. I will absolutely be back to have more massages from Ali and highly recommend him.

My mom had the signature massage with Ali, which was wonderful. She really felt like she was floating away afterwards. My mom considers herself someone who is “an expert” at getting massages because she’s gotten so many over the past 50 years and she said this was one of the best/most relaxing experiences she’s had! I had a wonderful oxygen facial with Daiana and I look forward to my next one with her! She was gentle, informed and had a very relaxing energy which helped me enjoy my full experience! I definitely recommend spa Kingston for a luxurious, relaxing spa experience.

My husband got the Rendezvous for Two package as a birthday gift to me and we will be dreaming about our amazing experience at Spa Kingston forever - or hopefully until my next birthday gift ;)Ali and Dora gave us the best massages weve ever had. Truly AMAZING. The foot soak before was an amazing way to start the relaxation and they both asked our preferences on pressure and were spot on.Michelle and Deann gave grate facials. I have super acne prone skin and Deann was super sensitive and informative on products and skin processes I should be doing to help my skin while also providing an amazing, relaxing facial.We left on cloud 9 - seriously the best spa in San Diego!

Many frustrations to air out. I have been a member for 4.5 years here and continued to give more chances despite several appointment issues and very frequent turnover. The final straw was today when I was physically unable to make my appointment due to severe flash floods throughout the san diego area. I made multiple different route attempts but there were feet of standing water and several accidents blocking my route. I called as I would need to cancel. I was told I would have to pay for the ENTIRITY of my service due to the cancelation policy despite there being a natural disaster. The front desk staff said if I rescheduled they would only charge a $55 reschedule fee. I emailed management because I felt this was a very unfair circumstance. Management called the front desk staff and actually said it was inappropriate that she even offered a reschedule fee (even though I did reschedule for the next day) and that I should have been charged the entire $300 for my service.The aestheticians are all very nice - often very new due to high turnover rate. There is NO loyalty to members and constant issues with scheduling. The aesthetic of the place is nice but you should go elsewhere

Hands down best spa in all of san diego! Ive gone 4 times and every time has been a stellar experience from front to end- from the minute you walk in the door. And Dora did amazing at my last massage- highly recommend!

Cant wait to return!!! Katherine was so kind and welcoming when we arrived and I received the best massage of my life from Ali, who is an absolutely beautiful human! Ali took great care of me the entire time I was there, and was attentive, soft-spoken, and kind. The spa is super clean, smells wonderful, is thoughtfully decorated, and has such an easy setting to relax in. I highly recommend Spa Kingston and will be back as soon as possible.

I also received the revitapen facial by Kiana and my face feels so fresh and new. I really appreciate her attention to detail and recommendations for my skin. My facial at Spa Kingston was the best Ive had, anywhere! Everything was thoughtfully curated from start to finish, from the beautiful and welcoming check in experience to the tea and custom essential oil selection and the facial itself, including a relaxing foot soak. My esthetician was very well trained and recommended some products that have continued to improve my skin between visits too. The team went above and beyond to ensure ultimate relaxation and high quality service. I will absolutely be back again and again. Thank you!

I love this spa. It is small and relaxing, feels very private and cozy. The lighting is so nice and the foot bath and neck pillow before the service are such a nice touch. Dora is the best! Best massage I have EVER had.

This was the worst experience ever. We would have left zero stars if we could. My husband and I are out of towners and spa owners as well. We was so looking forward to our spa experience. This is how it went. When we first walked in we were greeted with a smile. Offered a drink and asked to fill out an electronic intake form, which was lovely until we found out that they couldnt have taken the time out to read them.The ambiance and the friendliest of the staff was great, but the massage was the WORST ever. First off the light were not dim at all. The lights were very bright, which I have never experienced before while getting a massage. All the areas we ask them to focus on was totally ignored. I saw no point in filling out the intake form. They spent 50 mins on shoulder and upper back. One of our major complaints was lower back pain. They spent 3 mins on the legs and 5 on the feet. Which plenty of scrub was left on the bottom of our feet. The guy I had massage my neck literally 1 min of massage was done on the front of my neck and my husband didnt get that. NO part of the front of our body was done at all. I mean arm legs Nothing was even touch.We got a 55 minute pressure point massage on the back of our bodies. We didnt ask for a pressure point massage.I cant speak for all the therapist they have, but the two we had needs to go back for training and learn the difference between the different modalities- type of massages. I have never experienced this type of service before!! Awful!

It was absolutely amazing! Skipping over this place is like skipping out on an opportunity to experience complete peace and serenity. For us, it was the attention to detail. Took my assistants for a massage and we all got super happy! The massage was amazing! The treatment is unique, they make you feel special. The place is very elegant and the people make you feel super comfortable. Will definitely repeat!

Absolutely love Spa Kingston! I recently moved to San Diego and as an avid skincare lover I needed to find a place to get my monthly facials. I am so glad I found Spa Kingston! Renee is such a lovely person and gives the best facials ever. After my first facial I signed up for their membership program which is perfect if you love to pamper yourself and practice self care at a spa :) and it saves you a couple bucks on services so why not. I have also seen Daniel twice for an energy massage. Seriously the best and most relaxing massages Ive ever received. She is also a sweetheart and a joy to chat with. Just like Renee and all the other people that work there. Everyone I have come in contact with are so nice and sweet and a joy to engage with. Who needs a huge overcrowded spa (esp during Covid) when you have a wonderful oasis with the best service at Spa Kingston. Always look forward to my appointments and I somehow always end up buying something from their shop as well because they have the best products. Just an overall great experience from start to finish.

My GOODNESS what an amazing experience. From the initial booking to the farewell the Spa Kingston staff really exceeded my expectations with thorough booking, great communication and incredible service.My wife and I visited San Diego (staying for a week) for a graduation, flying in from Europe. We decided well in advance that the first full day in town would be dedicated to relaxation. We booked the Love Story package over the phone as the website couldnt shuffle appointments - easily done. In days before the appointment, we received consultation forms, reminders, etc. The morning of about four hours before our appointment, I got a phone call because one of our massage therapists was sick. That was too bad BUT I appreciated the phone call ahead of time - Ive been cancelled on before only to find out once I arrived. In my book thats great customer service because they gave me options and didnt waste my time - good on ya.The visit itself was great. Warm foot baths, bubbly and a facial to kill for. Aly was absolutely great and my wife raved about her esthetician. If you already know about the frozen globes under your eyes then YOU KNOW. If you havent been to this place yet - YOU NEED TO FIND OUT. This was the perfect setting to decompress after a very long day of flying and if Im ever in San Diego again Spa Kingston will be on my itinerary for sure. Highly recommended - excellent service & products to walk out of the door with as well. A must!

We had the most relaxing time at Spa Kingston. Our masseuses, Ali and Dora, were wonderful - they were attentive, considerate of our preferences, and our massages were great. We highly recommend and would go to Spa Kingston again in a heartbeat.

Incredible ambience. Each service starts with a rose pedal foot bath. Complementary champagne, CBD water, truffle, and lavender hot cloth, if you desire. Ali was awesome. Will be back.

My husband and I were visiting from Seattle, WA and got the Vacay for the Day couples package. It was just what we needed!Ali and Lesley were great massage therapists! Lesley provided the perfect amount of pressure for my massage, and I appreciated that she checked in early to make sure I was comfortable. I could tell she took my request to heart in terms of what area to focus on - I asked for some focus on my upper back, I felt like I could stand more relaxed and upright after the session. My husband mentioned that Ali did a great job as well, I dont recall if he shared anything specific with me but he felt better after his massage too. We both appreciated that they used the CBD lotion during the massage - we are both physically active and weve found when a therapist uses CBD lotion it makes a difference!If I lived down there in San Diego I would go back to Lesley for a regular massage. She is that good! Hope to come back for another visit the next time we are in San Diego.

I have been coming to Spa Kingston the last couple of years and really enjoy the space and services I have received. I have had different massages, facials, and eyebrow waxing as well. I would say I’ve been here 10-15 times over the last couple of years. The products they offer in the lobby are always a special treat to look at and occasionally purchase to take home with me. They do small things that really elevate the experience- including beverages and chocolate before and after your service. An essential oil of your choice to use during your service and a hot neck massage pillow while you wait that is a nice and appreciated touch. You can also choose from a variety of crystals to hold during your sessions. I have had massages and facials from many different employees (if not all at one time or another) and they all have been kind, professional, and offered many tips and insights to improve my self-care, body, and skin. The front desk staff is also kind and efficient which is appreciated as well. I recently became a “Noble” monthly member (two services a month) the beginning of 2022 and it has been going well! My only suggestion would be not to offer me products at the end of my services, unless I express an interest in needing something or wanting something specific. If and when I need something I like to look myself and determine if I want something in particular (this isn’t a complaint to them in particular, many businesses do this, but I prefer to look and purchase on my own, not be sold & marketed to unless I ask for a recommendation. I look forward to coming back month after month! Definitely a 10/10 - worth the price - lots of options for different services & products - really a great small business I’m happy to support and really enjoy the experience and services I receive month after month.

We both love getting massages and have been to dozens of places over the years, and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. I can easily say that Spa Kingston provided the best massage and facial my husband and I have ever had. We booked the Rendezvous for Two package. Our facials were done Kiana and Aly; and our massages were done by Ali and Chris. All four of them did an amazing job and I highly recommend you book under any of them for a wonderful experience 😊

I tried out Spa Kingston because I was shopping for a new place for both massages and skin care. Im a proudly self-spoiled person and get a lot of massages and facials. I enjoyed the facials I had here and the environment is relaxing. Id highly recommend it for a spa day! However, I have serious chronic pain and get massages for therapeutic (not just relaxation) reasons, and Spa Kingstons massages are a lot lighter and less therapeutic than what I need. I also didnt appreciate the extreme pressure to buy products- every time I got a service, theyd bring multiple products up to the front afterwards and STRONGLY recommend I buy (when I did buy something, I was not impressed with it). Finally, I didnt love the decor in here; its a little old school, somewhat cheugy- think wine mom who loves TJ Maxx and lots of fake flowers.

The therapists are phenomenal! Dora was hands down, one of the best in the business. She combined relaxation with getting to my sore sports. And the use of the essential oils was the best I have ever experienced.However, the business end of this company leaves alot to be desired. The booking and completing the very long health form were an unnecessary hassle. The form could be much shorter for folks just getting a massage.Then when I was done, I was told that the one hour massage would cost me $160 (w/o the gratuity). I had to show the receptionist the email confirming the appt with the written cost of $130. When I got home, I checked the website and saw that they JUST increased the price a few days ago. It must have been shortly after I booked the massage. That must have been why there was a discrepancy in the price.Even though the massage was incredible, I would not be willing to pay $150 for a 60 min massage. Thats too expensive. I wonder why the owner decided to increase the price? S/he may find that less folks are willing to pay that high price, when they also want to tip the masseuse Something to consider.

Spa Kingston is amazing! I live in Vegas but have been using their face reality products for over a year! Renee is so sweet and really worked with me to clear my acne up. I had tried everything from store bought products to prescriptions and all that did was dry out my face and I still had the acne! After working with Renee and using face reality products, my skin is clear and beautiful!When I was visiting San Diego I visited the spa and had an amazing, relaxing massage! All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable! As soon as I walked in I instantly felt calm. I wish I lived closer and could go in regularly for massages and facials!You wont regret going to Spa Kingston for any service youre interested in!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage there this past weekend and it was truly amazing. Danielle and Victoria made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was probably the best massage I’ve ever had! We would definitely go back next time we’re in San Diego. Everyone was so friendly and the spa was very clean!

Loved everything about Spa Kingston! The spa is relaxing from the moment you step inside. There were so many sweet little touches that helped to get me out of my head and just unwind like the warm neck wrap, herbal tea, and foot bath all before my treatment even started! I did a Mini Facial Royale with Tiffany who was so sweet and explained everything to me. If you want to feel like royalty, pamper yourself at Spa Kingston. The massage I got this week was the best and Kingstons staff made the experience enjoyable and smooth. From the emails about COVID precautions, the health questionnaire, the greeting at the door, massage and after-care, the feeling I got was of genuine care for me as a person. They asked what we needed pre-massage, gave us a personal tour of essential oils we could choose from, and treated us to a glass of delicious chocolate and high-quality champagne, while we soaked our feet. Veronica welcomed me with a smile and listened to my massage needs. She has magic hands, made me feel amazing, and was very friendly and clear with communication. You wont be disappointed! Their massage tables are the most comfortable Ive had, and they even heat them to your preferred temperature. Spa Kingston is a bit pricey but the service, elegant decor, and massage are worth it.

Wow! I am so thrilled that my friend bought me a gift card to this spa, otherwise, I might not have ever discovered it. I love that their up-scale space is quaint, intimate and inviting. You will encounter incredible service from the minute you walk in the front door. Alec has the hands of a god and the loving energy of a sweet baby angel. Had my first massage this past Sunday & it was amazing. From being greeted to the hospitality while I waited to the actual massage. So good I left with a membership and already have my May massage scheduled.

Came here to get a couples massage for my girlfriend and I and Ive got to say it was one of the best experiences and massages Ive ever had! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They set us up immediately with some champagne and got us settled in for our foot soaks, are massage therapists were Rebecca and Andrea who made us feel comfortable immediately.. asking us what kind of massage and what we wanted them to focus on, and they did an incredible job! Ive never been so comfortable and relaxed during and after massages before.. Next time Im in San Diego I will definitely hit this place up again. And I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get an individual or a couples massage to try this place out. You will not be disappointed!!

Best facial Ive ever had!! I was greeted with some herbal tea and a foot soak prior to my treatment. I chose the brightening facial and sweedish massage. The facial felt amazing! The staff are experts on skincare. She reviewed all my current concerns, products, and my desired skin condition. She was very thorough with extractions and massaging amazing products into my face. They really take their time there, I never felt rushed, and they made me feel like an important client. The products felt like high quality and I could tell an immediate difference in my skin after. My glow has lasted for a week so far. Im definitely hooked. The massage was awesome too! Beautiful place to relax! Highly recommend!!!

An absolutely amazing experience from the second you walk in. You’re greeted by the front desk and get your temperature taken and offered hand sanitizer. Then you choose your essential oil for aromatherapy and are taken into the relaxation room while you wait for your service to be done. I got a facial and microdermabrasion (I’ve never had microdermabrasion before) and I absolutely loved it! I haven’t been that relaxed In a while. I would 100% recommend this spa and I can’t wait to go back!

My daughter and I both had gift certificates we gave to each other and shared in this experience. From the moment we walked into the front door we were greeted by a kind and welcoming front desk attendant while imediately feeling relaxed by the aromatherapy filling the air. After selecting our preferred oil scent and offered a drink, we were escorted to the waiting area where our feet were placed in a warm bowl of water with floating rose petals. We went to individual rooms for our massages. My massage therapist was Ali.I went to massage school myself years ago and would consider myself a connoisseur. My massage was perfect from start to finish. The flow and the pressure were ideal. No room for improvement, Ali was supurb. My daughter felt the same regarding her therapist Chris. This spa goes above and beyond. I had an esthetician question. The front desk attendant remembered my question, asked the esthetician and emailed me her answer later. This personal touch definately makes one feel like they matter in our impersonal, fast paced world.I cant wait to return again for another blissful experience!Thank you Kingston Spa!

By far the best massage and spa experience Ive ever had! We had Andrea and Tanisha and they were wonderful. We had a groupon and highly recommend Spa Kingston. Ive had massages before, but never one with this much care and attention. Its been 2 weeks and Im still feeling wonderful.The only inconvenience with Spa Kingston is that theyre closed on Saturdays and its very difficult to get a Sunday appointment. Be prepared to book a month+ in advance.

Spa Kingston is just what they advertise: high end, elegant without pretension! We were warmly welcomed and given hot neck pillows to begin our relaxation. My husband and I went for our anniversary and got the couples massage with Lauren and Sarai. They were both professional and friendly. Each did a fantastic job of relieving our stresses and the whole massage package was excellent! It included a foot bath in rose water, and later during the aromatherapy massage, they scrubbed our feet with a foot scrub! The atmosphere is warm and soothing. All in all a great experience! I highly recommend Spa Kingston!!

I had an amazing experience at this Spa Kingston! I went in with some serious skin issues after a month long road trip. My skin was congested and super dry amongst other things. Because of this I was breaking out and was super unhappy with my skins condition = (. Renee gave me an amazing facial and put me on a skin care routine that is improving my skin tremendously!!! I love this spa and I love the product line!! = ) The staff was so friendly and there was plenty of street parking. Very happy with my experience here!!

Did my wax service first - and then dove straight into the most relaxing facial Ive ever had. I felt pampered, I felt calm, and SO relaxed. Spa Kingston is a beautiful and serene little oasis in San Diego. Ive received several different treatments here including massage, facials and spray tanning. As a membership holder, I can choose among all of their services at a discounted rate. The staff members are friendly, talented and professional. Id highly recommend using them (and their handy online booking service) in the future!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. I had some concerns with COVID still being a thing but I called ahead and the receptionist reassured me that they were following all CDC guidelines. That being said, the ladies who work here are some of the most professional type of people I have ever met. Their selection of aroma therapy is astounding, and they really take their time to make sure you pick a scent that you like. If youre less familiar with them, they recommend scents to you. The place itself is clean, and again the customer service is amazing. The massage therapists communicate with you every step of the way, and never made me feel awkward or weird. They ask for permission before doing anything which is great, so you dont get surprised. While recieving the massage, they checked in several times. I was a little bit weary, being a bigger girl but these ladies are big girl friendly. I have never been so relaxed. Great customer service, great massage therapists, super strong hands. My wife and I have a new tradition with this place. The only flaw is that parking sucks, but thats everywhere in downtown. Anyways great job! Cant wait to come back!

Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was a great experience. We were taken to the back when we arrived (ten minutes early) and they offered us a complimentary beverage - we opted for champagne! They had us pick out our preferred aromatherapy and put us into the rose foot baths to soak a bit. We were asked to confirm our pressure preferences and areas of concern from the intake forms we completed, and throughout we were checked on. Our therapists were Reyna and Lori and they were both incredibly skilled and attentive to troublesome areas. My boyfriend said Reyna has a less aggressive way of working out muscle knots which is a lot less painful but still productive. Wonderful experience, will come back if we’re in the area again.

I LOVED my facial with Daiana. Everything about it was magical--the rose petal foot bath, the aromatherapy, the palo santo, and of course Daianas calming, welcoming presence and her soothing touch. Plus my skin looks and feels great!

Today was my first time at this amazing spa in San Diego, very close to balboa park. The atmosphere is very picturesque and very well maintained. Imagine walking in to a clean, modern, but elegant spa, with the smell of essential oils, a cup of tea, and light relaxing music playing. I got facial royale, and after this experience i deff. Felt like royalty. Thanks to the beautiful Renee, i left with almost no redness or puffiness and completely satisfied. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Let me just say, I have always struggled with breakouts, acne, and dealing with stress ever since I was 15 years old; that is until I discovered Spa Kingston. From the moment you schedule an appointment to the moment you leave, you are pampered and treated like true royalty. The Spa itself is absolutely gorgeous and they sell all of my favorite skincare and self care goodies from crystal rollers and gua sha to Vitruvi essential oils and diffusers!! The entire experience is more relaxing and detoxifying then anything Ive ever experienced. I was brought hot tea, a warm neck pillow, and a rose petal foot bath- all before my service had even started. My aesthetician, Nadine, asked me all kinds of questions regarding my skin to best customize to my skin needs, and then thats when the magic started!! I received the facial royale, which started with some aromatherapy, a deep cleanse of my skin, warm steam to open my pores, insanely hydrating masks, and Nadine was so gentle on my skin the whole time. I really wanted her to get at my specific breakouts, which she took extra care of. The ice globes and different skin tools the spa uses made me feel like an absolute QUEEN. You can add on high frequency, LED, a microdermabrasion and more to your service as needed. The service not only completely cleared my breakouts and helped with the overall complexion and look of my skin, but I also received a grapefruit foot scrub as well as an arm, shoulder and calf massage which was so relaxing!! Nadine truly helped me achieve the self care time I desperately needed. After the service, she was able to offer me different skincare products that could help me achieve my skin goals- I have been using the acne med by face reality for almost a week now, and my skin has never looked so clear. This spa is truly the best place to be for happiness, health, and skin care!!!!!

You guys... this was my first body treatment and Chantel was amazing! She was so incredibly accommodating and gentle. I had their cocoa decadence body treatment and let me tell you.. SIMPLY DIVINE! I also had a facial by Lie Lani and I barely remember anything. It was so soothing and my face felt like butte afterwards. She was so sweet and gave me a ton of recommendations after the session. Recently I suffer from breakouts on my T- zone and it’s scarring my face. I got so frustrated and literally tried it all. I read such good reviews about this place online, so I decided to give it a try. Yesterday was my first time at Spa Kingston. After trying a lot of spas and aestheticians I was ready to pay whatever just to find the right place and get good results, not just promises. I had an amazing experience at this place. I really liked the interior, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and great service. The lounge area is amazing!At first I booked for Sensi peel but then Renee (the owner) “learned” my skin and suggested to go with the acne peel first. From the first moment I trusted her with my face and it is rare.She was very thorough in cleaning my face from blackheads and really took her time to make sure my face was clean. Then she applied 3 layers of the peel with short stops after each layer, constantly asking how I’m doing. Besides her being so nice and sweet, what I really liked about her is instead of regular useless talk about nothing, she really used the time during the peel to explain about treatments, diet, and things you want to pay attention to in your day to day routine.After we were done she informed me about products they have and gave me acne pocket list of things I should try to avoid in order to get my skin acne-free. I liked the fact that she wasn’t pushy with it, I hate when people do that!I’m still peeling from the procedure but I see my face healing really fast and somehow glowing so I’m happy. I will definitely come back again!

Horrible management. I’ve been purchasing my mom gift cards here for years and EVERY single time there is an issue (they can’t find it, I have to call for the gift card number, they give my mom issues at the counter). The website is archaic. They never send digital gift cards even tho they are supposed to, instead you get a shipping notification…they use booker which is a terrible system and have literally turned my mom away multiple times due to booking mistakes on their end. Get it together. Will be purchasing gift cards elsewhere from now on. It’s a shame bc the masseuses are amazing and the facility is stunning but poor front desk staff can really ruin an experience.

An amazing day spa with wonderful staff. The one hour massage is like heaven. You can come in here upset, tired, or frustrated and leave floating on a cloud. Ive had facials done here and Ive always come out with much clearer skin-they take their time and tell you what products to use at home. Would return again.

I had a 60 minute massage with Rebecca and was 60 of pure relaxation. I carry a lot of stress in shoulders and received body cupping. The body cupping released my stress and left me with the cutest heart shaped marks! Highly recommend Rebecca and the body cupping!

Ive been coming regularly every month for the last 6 months and since then, noticed a major improvement in my skins overall health and clarity. The acne clinic is tedious, but the results are sooo worth it. Loveeee the ambience of the place, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They also have great specials throughout the week. I would definitely recommend it for anyone seeking acne treatments or just needing a little r&r!

Ive enjoyed every single service that Ive received at this spa. A few months ago my boyfriend and I went in for a Groupon Couples Massage, and have been enamored with this place ever since. He recently purchased me a monthy massage membership, which has been so AMAZING! (Youre the best, dear!) The membership includes monthly member perks, which I make sure to take advantage of (i.e. cheaper services, free add ons, discounted spa items). My past couple of massages have been with Tanesha, and shes been great. She has been so welcoming, and really creates a space for peace and relaxation.Definitely check this spa out, if you are looking to pamper yourself for a few hours.

Got a groupon as a gift to get a massage at this spa and the customer service is TERRIBLE!! The receptionists are not courteous. Called there a few times, the first time I got Laura on the phone and I was on hold for a total of 15 minutes before I could reschedule my appointment. I forgot the time of my appointment on the day that I rescheduled it for and when I called to verify, I was told I wasnt even in the system and to call back the next day. I call back the next day, im put on hold twice for 10 minutes each and the closest appointment they have is 2 weeks out. Spa Kingston please hire individuals that are capable of doing there jobs. How many receptionists does it take to book a massage.

Ive been going to spa Kingston for my acne, which is nearly non existent now thanks to their services. I highly recommend them if you have acne because it really has worked for me and I feel like I had tried everything before that but nothing seemed to work.They told me what I needed to do and how long it would take. I trusted the process and have seen the drastic results. It is pricey for me but without a doubt worth it. I am so happy Ive invested into my skin. It is a very beautiful spa, due to personal issues I had to cancel my appointments 3 times the past weeks, I tried to get my refund but due to their policy I COULD NOT GET IT BACK. so please guys do your 24 hour prior cancellation u do not want to be charged 15$ for every cancellation
