We had a great experience at Bamboo Spa ☺️My husband and I scheduled an appointment last minute for a couple’s massage and for our surprise they were very flexible, they took us right in. Starting with a very reasonable and fair price for the quality of their service. ☺️Warm welcoming, and professional staff assisted us. They made us feel very comfortable, they created a calm atmosphere for us, the quality of their massage was AMAZING - you can tell they know what they are doing. Husband and I love the massage. For sure, exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an amazing massage experience, they are it! I promise you won’t regret it!😉100% recommend it!

Very disappointed in the massage I received today. Paid 90$ for a massage and got a basic rub down (gliding hands over my body) no pressure was applied. Do not pay extra for hot stone! They went up and down my back twice which was waste of money. I told them about my experience after and they shrugged me off and walked away. Beware as they do ask for tips and get very aggressive if you dont.

The ladies were amazing. They accommodated us last minute and were extremely attentive. I have a lot of chronic pain that I never mentioned to her but she was able to figure it out right away and did an amazing job. I feel brand new! Thank you. Ill definitely come back again.

Great experience, went in for a couples massage and enjoyed all of it. It started with a warm towel, then oil, and hot stones followed!! After that, then the flip over finished up with the arms and legs and full body complete! Great atmosphere nice, quiet and clean!Will definitely come back again!

We were gifted a Groupon for a couples massage with hot stone treatment. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Booking an appointment was easy and reception was very professional. The ambiance was so calming. The massage portion was relaxing and we felt comfortable. Very satisfied with the experience.

Bamboo spa is great place for a quality massage at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Linda, she is great at working any problem areas that you request. The hot rock massage is not to be missed. The place is very clean, easy to get to with plenty of parking .Times appear easy to get. I have been to plenty of massage facilities and for the price Bamboo Spa is right up there with the best. I have referred a couple of friends and they echo my endorsement.

Found this place through Groupon. We got the 50 minute couples massage with hot stones. Great experience. The gentlemen that worked on us were great. Very respectful and boy did they know what they were doing. I felt great and my partner was completely blown away by the experience. Will be returning. (Tip: This business matches their Groupon prices. They said sometimes direct payment is even cheaper. I will be purchasing through them going forward, to better support them. Besides, I couldnt find anything that beat their prices.) Oh, only thing I wished for was some relaxing background audio.

If you are looking for a good couples massage, this is the place. I read all the reviews on here and Google before purchasing. They live up to their reviews. Small business, but it did not disappoint my husband and I for our little adventure. It was very relaxing, and it was a great time to release all our tensions. I would recommend this place to others. I like the small business environment!

I got a couples massage for 50 minutes for a great price (they matched what’s on groupon).However the experience is just not good. For me, it was not really a massage but a lot of lathering the skin - I got my back lathered for majority of the time; there’s no work on the muscle, no finding trigger points or anything. Toward the end, there’s a little bit of foot massage with was good.The room and the bed was very cold when we got started. Even my boyfriend that never gets cold felt uncomfortably cold during the time.

CHASED OUT FOR BIGGER TIPS. No spa music. No relaxing vibe. Terrible customer service. Offered me tap water in a dental cup after my massage after I said I’m still sore in the spot I wanted her to work on and they asked me for a bigger tip because apparently the house will take a percentage from the masseuse. Rudely trying to hustle me after I already paid for a “relaxing” massage AND a tip THEN get harassed otw out for MORE tips. REALLY?!? Who does that ?!? Won’t be back!!

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON THEY DO NOT ACCEPT!!I came to this location for couples massage with my wife for anniversary. Upon entering I was told they do not accept Groupons after paying for it and because I scheduled a head of time I was unable to get a refund.The staff did honor the pricing and I had to pay upon arrival which was a little frustrating because refund was not an option.Other then that the massage was excellent, staff was great highly recommend coming in. Hot stones where amazing!

Massage was okay, 50 mins spent solely on the back.I have never written a negative review before for anybody..Biggest problem was the staff did not speak very good English, which I understand because I am not American too. But due to this I was offered 30 minutes more which sounded like as in 30 minutes left of massage. They need to be more clear. I didnt tip well due to this, and the lady asked Is this for the both of them?There is a sign saying $15 for good, $20 to be happyFelt that tipping a certain amount was an obligation, instead of tipping being due to satisfaction/good service.Cold rooms, cold oil, massage was alright. I recommend going to a traditional Thai massage spa. They dont try to rip you off and are more clear with communication.

I had a wonderful massage with my daughter.My masseur was knowledgeable and with a firm hand. I love deep tissue as I am athletic and have tight muscles.She was very thorough and I would recommend this place to anyone.The place is very clean and welcoming.I am out of town and usually particular about who I get a massage from .I would return here again.Thank you Bamboo Spa

I got a lovely facial treatment at Bamboo spa 2.5 weeks ago when my skin was acting up.Emily did an amazing job!My skin looks and feels so much better! (I wish I had taken before and after pics)I have sensitive/oily/combo skin and I didnt have a bad reaction with the products used for the facial. I didnt walk out with a red face - which is a plus!Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

Please dont waste your time and money here!1. Massage is not really a massage, its more of a back rub2. During our massage the door was left open for the whole session, was super uncomfortable.3. Their 50 min massage is actually 40 mins.

Three words, “above and beyond!” We are from Virginia. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing message in budget. We called 35 mins before they close hoping they can see us! And the owner was more than welcoming. The ladies massaging us were accommodating. At first one of them had already left, but the owner called her and she showed up not even more than 5 mins. Really took care of us. We love San Diego!! ❤️

Im picky when it comes to massage and dont normally go to people I dont know, but I thought Id try them since Im on holiday. They are really sweet and talented. The masseuse is very professional. Recently my shoulders and waist feel very uncomfortable . After the massage, I felt much relaxed ，if you have some problem like me,I recommend 90 minutes, they have a discount now, only 80$ per person.

Visited Bamboo Spa for a couple massage this day, our first visit. It was very. Therapeutic, host was very professional and the massage therapist were so very good. The place was very clean and lots of parking space. Will return for more visits.

Great couples massage! Visiting from out of town and had time to stop here and it was worth it. Some tables have heated blankets as well. Saving this place and will be back next trip.

I did a walk-in, the manager girl started to give me a massage She was not strong enough so I asked if there was a male She said yes She gave me the male whos definitely never been to school didnt know what he was doing, He started taking his fist and punching on my arms and hands and I asked him what the heck are you doing, He truly had no knowledge, these places these facilities get away with basically zero training zero legitimate training, They just pop open, nobody really knows how to massage but they just attempt it

A waste of time / walked inside there was three people working there said they were related to each other anyway they gave me a young guy he looked to be about 18 years old doesnt speak much English this is a true review.... he did not know what he was doing, at one point if he took his fist and with all his might started punching on my hand then I asked him to bring somebody else in that I couldnt have him work on me then his sister took over shes never been trained, she doesnt know what shes doing so it was a complete waste of time, a big waste of money, I dont know why people waste their money at these type of places
