I love my facial massages here with Max! They are relaxing, therapeutic and just a lovely experience all around. I tend to get puffiness under my eyes and after the facial massage, the puffiness was hardly noticeable. The space is clean and well taken care of. Tatiana is friendly and helpful. I highly recommended Health Spa 4U. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I can’t express how amazing my experiences have been at Health Spa 4U! Tatiana and Max are incredible, and so knowledgeable and professional. I have now been there twice, the first time for a lymphatic drainage massage, and this last time the lymphatic massage and also a facial sculpting massage. Tatiana took before and after photos of my face, and I was shocked at the difference! No bags under my eyes and all of my facial muscles are so lifted! I’m going to do a series of the facial massages. The lymphatic drainage massages are also top notch. My body feels sculpted and I have so much energy! I’ve been trying to find good lymphatic massages for a while now, but could never find any in my price range. Health Spa 4U’s prices are super reasonable, which allows me to add their services to my wellness routine in a regular basis. I feel like they’re a hidden gem! Can’t recommend them enough!

Max and Tatiana, the couple that run the spa are great, they are knowledgable and take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. I have been going to them for the last couple of months after my surgery for lymphatic drainage massages, I had a rough recovery and the messages aided in my recovery and I felt better after each one. They create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Tatiana, Max’s wife is very friendly, she checks up on you after massages and makes sure that you are feeling great.

Initially I searched for a post op facialist and found Healthspa4u. This place is amazing! Max who does the facials is truly a magician! Max is great at applying the appropriate pressure during the massage and continually checks in with you throughout the facial to make sure you are comfortable. Both Max and his wife are very knowledgeable with regard to sculpting of the facial muscles and how to improve your skin and muscles to promote a much younger and healthier face. Their prices are extremely affordable. Healthspa offers a variety of other services as well! I will continually return to Healthspa for facial massages to maintain the amazing results and benefits I have already received from the work that Max has already done with the muscles in my face.

A great experience for a great price! Ive done a couple facial lymphatic massages to help with my jaw pain, dark circles, and facial lifting and its helped tremendously. The couple is so sweet and really focuses on exactly what youre looking for. Highly recommend!

I had a facial massage for severe TMJ dysfunction pain that has been pretty treatment-resistant for years, but after my session with Max just a few days ago I have already noticed impressive pain reduction. Great lymphatic massage and facial massage. For facial massage, I have been seeing Max for 7 times. I missed one week in the middle of my plan but it was wonderful. I was supposed to be on the 5 week plan so I recommend dedicating straight weeks and not planning to miss sessions. Your skin will feel soft, hydrated, glowing, and lifted. I highly recommend! This is a total mom and pop shop where his wife Tatiana handles all the logistics. Love being able to support a local small biz. My tip would be getting cash beforehand which they prefer. I mostly use credit card so it was hard to remember. Can’t wait for my next visit next month!

I had a sculptural facelift and lymphatic massage for body ☺️ they did great and was able to see results after the massage. They were able to notice if my problematic spots had lymphatic lumps plus suggest advice. They did awesome !

UPDATE: Today I returned to health spa 4 u for another lymphatic drainage massage and a face sculpt. Once again highly satisfied. I had eye bags despite my best attempt to get a good cycle of sleep every night, but with everyday life and activities my face tended to look… tired! Immediately after my face sculpt my eye bags were almost gone and the rest of my face was lifted and bright! Can’t wait to see what I look like in the morning. Thanks Max!I had the lymphatic drainage massage today for the first time and I’m very glad I tried this. I’ve heard good things about this type of self-care and decided why not? Healthspa4u had great reviews from clients who spoke highly of Max! After my experience today, I can see why. This was the first male masseuse I’ve had in a long time and I felt very comfortable. He explained which areas we have lymph nodes, one on each side of our pelvis area, under arms, and stomach. He checked with me before all areas to make sure it was okay to proceed. I came with the intention of getting the full experience so I was comfortable with Max working on all areas. I went to see Max for a post lymphatic drainage massage because I had scar tissue that left knots. When I say he worked his magic, he pretty much made them disappear after a few sessions. I am now back doing the anti-cellulite massages and can’t wait to see my results because I’m sure they will be amazing as well. The facial structural massage was great! Ive been looking for this type of massage for awhile and Max did an exemplary job. Be ready for a lot of oil on your face, but it seems to be good quality and did not cause me any skin issues.I also had the lymphatic drainage body massage and Max excelled at that too. He is very skilled and recall that it is a lymphatic drainage massage and you have lymph nodes in many areas (some a bit intimate). Max is a consummate professional and I felt very comfortable all through.

I dont usually write reviews, but I am inspired to write one now because of the wonderful service I received at HealthSpa4j! I just finished a course of six lymphatic post-surgical drainage massages with Max, and I am incredibly pleased with the results! Max and his wife, Tetiana, are both very professional and friendly. Tetiana responded very quickly to my text inquiries and sent timely reminders about my upcoming appointments. My appointments were booked through texts, and the process was smooth, quick, and efficient, and communicating with Tetiana about schedule changes was a breeze. Max is a very talented, compassionate massage therapist. He explained the process at every step of the way, and continually checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable during the massage. I noticed significant results after the first massage, in that the areas of concern were smoother, less painful, and visibly less edematous, and I continued to notice improvements throughout the treatment. This was my first lymphatic massage and I was a little dubious about how helpful they could be, but Max has made a believer out of me-this procedure truly works! I have reached the end of my massages, but I am looking forward to trying out other types of services such as their deep tissue massage.

Healthspa4u is a great find! It is run by an awesome couple. I saw some reviews and decided to try them out for post operative lymphatic drainage massage. I had gone to one other place and the price was about $60 more an hour and I didn’t like it as much. So I decided to do 4 massages to help post chin Lipo with Max at Healthspa4u and it was absolutely worth it. It helped with my swelling and the fibrosis that had developed. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will go back again.

Had such an amazing experience here for my first time! I’ve been looking for a place to do a lymphatic drainage massage and I saw they also had a lot of great facial options as well. I ended up doing the sculptural facelift massage which was basically sculpting & lymphatic in one (great price) and it was amazing!! I was blown away at the instant results and how great it was. I also got the lymphatic drainage body massage, and Max was incredible. The manager was so knowledgeable and helpful, she guided me through all the options and gave me tons of information. Overall great first experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve gotten two lymphatic drainage massages done by Max now before going on beach trips. He did an excellent job and it got rid of my bloating both times! The price is also very reasonable. I will be going back, and would even like to try the face massage next time.

I love this place! Max gives the most amazing massages and is always making sure it’s comfortable and the right pressure. I like pretty hard massages, but Max can go much harder. So if you’re into deep tissue massages, he’s your guy!! I’ve been getting lymphatic drainage massages and they have been helping so much. I get out of them feeling reinvigorated and just great overall. And it helps me sleep so much better! I really like the facelift massages too! I can really see a difference that can’t be matched with surgery or injections.

I was looking for anti-cellulite massage in San Diego for years...the problem is I haven’t been able to find it anywhere in US (it’s very popular in Europe) .. so I was really surprised to find Tatiana’s and Max’s spa that are actually doing anti-cellulite massage and not only that..they have an amazing list of services that they are performing, including face sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage massage. Tatiana is such a nice and friendly person! She spend so much time explaining to me what is the difference in technique and purpose of each massages are, she talked to me about the nutrients and even advised me what exercise I can do at home to help to get better results among with the massages. Max is a highly professional massage therapist and so knowledgeable. I did face sculpting massage and anti-cellulite massage and I noticed the difference right away! Max is an amazing massage therapist, very welcoming and kind. He knew exactly what he was doing and caters to each personal need with different techniques for lymphatic massage. Previously, I received ultrasound massage therapy post op at a different massage place, however nothing compares to manual massage therapy. Services I received: combo massage - clinical upper back + lymphatic massage; sculptural facelift massage. I sit all day at a desk for work and then wrangle two toddlers afterwards. I was getting that ugly hump on the back of my neck/shoulder area. One visit made it almost completely disappear. I’m now incorporating exercises that Tatiana recommended and it has diminished further. I was also experiencing bloating all over - including my face - that wouldn’t go away with regular exercise and drinking water. That has all gone down since my massage. I noticed it on my face immediately after. I’m also sleeping better and I’m able to do more during my workouts.I highly recommend this spa. I was referred here by someone after inquiring about Lymphatic Drainage Massages after I had my Lipo. I was astonished after my first massage. I felt so much better and immediately noticed a difference in swelling. Max is amazing and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I don’t live close by and drive 30 - 40 minutes to get there but it is well worth it. I will continue to utilize their services for other types of massages and have referred my friends.

OwnersMaxim and Tatiana are husband and wife team. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate about the work they do for their clients. Tatiana took her time to listen and understand my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish out of my session. They offer variety of services to choose from, and specialize in therapeutic post operative lymphatic massages as well as unique anti-aging and advanced weight loss approaches for overall body health. I received a facial sculpting or facial anti-aging massage and a combination back and shoulder massage. During my session, Maxim was very attentive, he made sure I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure so it was just right. He found my knots and concentrated on areas I needed work on the most. After my massage I felt significant relief in my shoulder and back from chronic work related tension. My face looked noticeably tighter and lifted, like I just had a mini facelift. I felt so peaceful so relaxed that night my sleep was the best I’ve gotten in months. And before I left, Tatiana even discussed nutrition with me. Max was very professional and he let me know in advance that some lymph nodes are located in intimate areas, and to let him know right away if I was not comfortable in any way. I have been looking for a lymphatic drainage massage in San Diego that lived up to the hype and there is no one better than Max. I travel a lot and HealthSpa4U is always my first stop within 24 hours off a plane. The lymphatic message is incredible, leaves you feeling light, and toxin free. I’m really happy to have found this place, and honestly we are lucky to have it in San Diego. At 30, I’m blown away by the results that only 3 sculptural facelift massages had. I feel more confident, like I’m literally putting my best face forward now. No chemicals or needles involved, just a very relaxing massage and Maxim’s expertise. On top of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I saw similar massages in SD billed as a facial for well over twice the price of what HealthSpa4U charges. Truthfully, I’m doubtful the quality or customer service of those spas could compare. If you’re looking for an alternative to aging well without injections or experimental procedures, look no further. I’m already looking forward to trying more massages!

This was my first lymphatic massage and facial scupltural massage so did not know what to expect. I had a great experience with facial massage by Max. It was exactly what I needed, no more no less. The massage is not a botox or filler, and wouldnt give you dramatic results, but I definitely noticed some improvement in my complexion, and my face looks well rested.I wanted to say thank you to Max and Tatiana for accommodating me on a short time notice, and seeing me when I was running late due to work.

Nice little place to get some body work done. So starting out, I picked this place cause they just have an interesting list and variety of types of massages. They dont just have your standard list of massage treatments. When I scroll through their list I want to try so many to see how they help. So far, I had both the lymphatic facial massage and the lymphatic body massage.The lymphatic facial one, I went in to help with a constant dull headache I was having and to just help with some residual TMJ. It was great cause the massage got rid of the headache, it hasnt returned, as a nice bonus it gave an overall glow and better facial symmetry. I also am gaining more relaxation of the muscles that have struggled from tension. So if you are having headaches and want an alternative to something like botox this might be a good option and a lot cheaper.The body one was also very nice, I got that one yesterday and I was really interested in seeing how it will effect my body overall. Just the immediate results I have noticed is more in my neck, which was super tight (likely linked to some of the issues in my face and jaw). My neck still has some tension but a lot better than what it was when I walked in. I think it will just need some continual treatment since it is pretty bad starting out but, I can say it is not bothering me as much. The other thing I have noticed is just a more clean overall feeling inside. Not sure if that makes sense but just lighter and less fatigued and dragged down which is what I really want. To just have more energy.

Let me start by saying Tatyana and Max are very nice people and the provide a really great service. I had 5 facial massages and my face changed so much. I now look younger and less tired and I have less wrinkles in my face. Other Spas in San Diego charge a lot of money for these kind of massages.This is not a fancy SPA where they use all sorts of creams and potions, so if this is what youre after, thats not the place for you. But I will tell you that these massages work better than any cream and lotion youve ever put on your face. You will be amazed by the changes in your face. I will be back for my maintenance appointments.

Highly recommend, great for post op clients the masseur made me feel very comfortable throughout the massage. Music is played which is helps with the relaxation. After each session I definitely feel refreshed and recharged and the price is reasonable!

I get lymphatic massages all over the world and I will tell you this is the best I’ve had. They really know how to get the lymph system moving and I feel a true detox for weeks after. I fly into San Diego and the first thing I do is book a massage with them. Highly recommended

This place is amazing. The combination massage was very much needed. I didnt realize how tight my body was until the session was over. I felt so much relief. I recently got chin lipo done and I found this place through Google which caught my eye due to the amount of reviews. I was skeptical at first but I really see a difference and appreciate the before and after pictures. The price is also great compared to other places that overcharge. Max provided me with the Lymphatic Massage for Legs. I often have swollen knee joints and tender areas in my lower legs due to rheumatoid arthritis. I was pleasantly shocked with the level of relief I received from this massage. Max was great at targeting the painful areas and gently working out the acute pain to diffuse it. I also appreciate the info he provided me on diet and exercise changes to help my condition. He explained why my body is having issues and what I can do to help myself between massages. Max is mindful of your pain level and will go at a pace that works for you. Excellent massage—highly recommend for leg pain and inflammation.

I’ve just had my first facial and the results are hard to believe. I’ve always thought I have pretty good, youthful skin, but the way the circles under my eyes and lines around my nose have disappeared you’d almost think I’m a different person. It makes the motivation to continue taking really good care of my skin/body, as well as coming back regularly, an absolute no brainer.
