Massage Envy

Nick was fantastic with my massage! He was attentive to my requests for varying pressure and had the right balance of talking/allowing me to just enjoy the relaxation of having a massage.The only part of my visit that wasnt wonderful was the very nice girl at the front trying to sell me on products before my massage and multiple different membership packages after. I understand, this is their business model, bt it was a shift from what Im used to at my normal massage therapists office.All in all, great massage and they have so many locations, you can get one scheduled at the last minute.

I walked in and was asked if I could check out early. While I was in the waiting room, I looked through some of the brochures and wanted more information, so I went to the front desk. The lady knew nothing about the services offered. At least she was polite and friendly.I wasnt even taken back to my room until ten minutes after the appointment time. This was disappointing because they check you out ten minutes early, and I was asked to check out even earlier, so this would mean I was paying for a 60 minut massage but only getting 30. The room was cold the entire time too. I had to wrap my arms around myself when the therapist massaged my legs.The therapist herself was really good. She focused on the spots that I asked her to and did really well. She was also able to answer the questions the front staff was not able to.

Yes, I do a lot of traveling with my work lifestyle and I had a layover in the San Diego area so I wanted to ease my stress tension with a relaxing massage. I have been referenced to massage envy’s by numerous colleagues. When I came into this location I knew I was probably not going to be able to book an appointment right away but I was going to go ahead and look for the next day. To begin with the receptionist was very short with me and didn’t get full knowledge of my needs and it definitely seemed to me that my appointment could be the last thing this company or employee could care about. I went ahead and left without booking my appointment in hopes I could call in and be able to have another employee help instead of that one I had been with prior. It’s now reassured to me that maybe it’s just the staff of this location needs help with basic customer service needs. Definitely will be taking my service to a different location in hopes that my colleagues didn’t fully lie on this company’s name.

Randy was amazing! He catered to all the areas I expressed issues with. He was effective and did a wonderful job getting my muscles to relax. He wasprofessional and pleasant. Cant wait to receive another massage from him.

Mediocre massage for a high price. I’ve come to massage envy in the past and the massages were better. I asked for focus in my shoulders and my massage therapist seemed to ignore that. She also put way too much pressure on my pressure points. My neck was sore for days afterwards.

Went here with my wife and it was awesome. I have never had a massage and I got Bonnie today. She was awesome and very personable. I highly suggest going.

Just had a maaage with Sarah and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Had my contract for 12 months and this was my last one and so sad I got her on my last massage :(

It was Amazing! First time there thanks to my son as a Christmas gift! Martha has magic in her hands cant wait to see her again!!

Weve been trying to cancel our plan for years. Thought we had it but were told we cancelled wont 6 and were charged $140. Marketing scan worse than a timeshare.

Mary goes above and beyond every time. She is very professional and focuses on areas of need. The entire staff is accommodating and friendly.
