Really wonderful place, in an unsuspecting location! The massage was terrific! We had a couples massage that we were able to book last minute. Richie took the time to get out all my crazy knots and was very thoughtful. My hubby had Pui do his massage and was very happy as well. Highly recommend.

I have gone here a few times and have never been disappointed! This time the signature massage with Pui hit all the right spots and I left feeling amazing. I had driven by the non-descript building so many times but never realized there was a calm, clean, and beautiful oasis inside one of the suites. Everyone there really listens to what you need to cusomize your massage. Also, so easy to book online! Highly recommend.

Ellies incredible skillset as a massage therapist is matched by her welcoming personality, and the genuine care that she brings to the client. She is professional but also engaging and kind, creating a soothing ambience right when she steps in. Id been carrying around a lot of tension in my neck and upper back, which she felt instantly and proceeded to work on with the perfect amount of pressure. By the end of the session, I told her that the tension had melted away, which is rare for me as I do struggle with anxiety at times. If you have the privilege of going to Thai Baiboon, Ellie is a great therapist to ask for!

Magic! From the outside you wouldnt think that such a peaceful, zen, luxurious space could be hidden here, but from the moment I opened the door to the moment I left I was in a different world. The space in which the massage occurred was spacious and elegantly appointed. The massage with Micky was otherworldly- I had the therapeutic massage and highly recommend it (the hot rocks especially were amazing). Her skill and persistence in working on the areas where I carry all my tension was much appreciated. I loved the hot tea at the end along with the invitation to stay as long as you like... I didnt feel rushed to get out of the way and it meant I could gently transition back to reality. 5 stars all around.

Just had the most incredible massage with Rita. From the second I walked in the door Matthew took 1 on 1 time to find my problem spots before matching me with Rita! Every speaks so sweetly to you, they’re so informal, and even showed me stretched to try at home before my next massage. I’ve had chronic neck pain for years and it’s obviously not fixed after one session but my posture is straight and I’m currently in NO PAIN!!!So so so worth it! Thank you guys ❤️

One of my favorite places to get a massage. It’s very cute and the rooms are comfortable, The service is friendly and attentive. No matter who I get I’ve always gotten an amazing massage. One of my Favorite spots. Usually I get a Thai Deep tissue massage. The stretching a little uncomfortable if you’re not used to it but I always leave feeling so amazing!

Terrible experience. I explained where my problem issues were but she didn’t seem to know how to address it. I said only step on lower back and legs but she stepped all over my upper back. And she didn’t know how to work the lower back so she had me lay on my side!! I’ve never had to lay on my side in a session. It was not comfortable. It hurt and all she said was well you wanted to work on your lower back. So? That’s ur job to work on it in the proper way. Anyways, quit the session half way and she was still trying to argue that I requested focus on lower back. Well yes but it’s ur job to do so in the best way. I payed for half hour so it won’t seem I didn’t want to pay. But no terrible experience.. won’t recommend it.

Been going here for about 3 years and hands down the best massage therapy ever, everything from aromatherapy to hot stones; even tiger balm, it was all amazing.My recommendation would be to go with their signature as an introduction, everything from deep tissue to very well needed stretching is all included in the massage.I can’t recommend a specific masseuse as they’re all so wonderful and amazing at what they do!

I really enjoyed my massage at BaiBoon! Im prone to tension headaches and have been getting massages for years to treat them. My massage therapist did a great job working on my whole body but in particular my neck and shoulder blades. The staff members were very professional, the setting was very relaxing and clean, and overall Im glad to add this place to my roster of massage centers.

Went in today for upper back pain which has been bothering me for some time now. I booked the 60 minute Swedish Massage with On, she was an absolutely lovely person. It is centrally located, clean and the staff is very friendly. There was a slight miscommunication between the front desk and my masseuse, and I received the wrong massage unfortunately. However, I will say that the staff here really cares about feedback and was willing to remedy the situation immediately and provided 5 star customer service.

But Irene is top notch, I’ve had over 100 massages in my life and she is the BEST of the BEST! If you haven’t tried a traditional Thai massage you MUST it’s a mixture of walking on your back, deep tissue and stretching this technique combined really gets deep into your muscles and allows your body to release so much tension, which helps my body heal. So thankful I found this place, I’m definitely a customer for life. Do your body a favor and book a 90 minute Thai massage, you don’t regret!

Rita did an amazing job! She worked really hard to get my stiff knots out and I felt so much better after my appointment. She kept checking in to see if I needed softer pressure but I knew I had to take it so I could feel better later. But if you can’t take it you just have to let her know and she’ll adjust the pressure for you. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to make her clients feel better.

Wow wow wow!! I woke up with a bad lower back pain and called and they fit me that day! Pare was amazing! she was so thorough, kept checking in with me and had magic hands! I feel worlds better. the interior is beautiful clean and calming and I will be back! *only thing is I do wish they had heated tables as it got a little chilly but that was the smallest thing on a perfect massage!

BaiBoon is a hidden gem! We went in for a morning couples massage. You get to pick the essential oil out of a ton of different flavors for the aromatherapy. It was our first time trying the Thai massage and it was actually an awesome experience compared to the traditional Swedish or deep tissue. I greatly enjoyed how interactive it was as far as being stretch out in every way while still incorporating traditional massage techniques. It was incredibly refreshing and relaxing. The room was comfortable and relaxing and the massage therapist were attentive and did a great job. After the massage, we had a cup of tea waiting for us in the main lobby. I’d love to go back!

Rita was great! place is really nice and relaxing! she was really great communicating about the pressure and comfort. Also, she is really strong, hahaha, something to keep in mind if you want high pressure.

I booked a surprise massage here for my weary-souled wife who came home from work on the verge of zombie. When she returned from her massage, she was restored a human — glowing face, super-relaxed, knees jelly and all. She could not stop raving about how wonderful the massage was (even better than the super bougie one we had booked at a fancy resort for our honeymoon). She also mentioned how clean the facility was. They say happy wife, happy life. Needless to say, I will be booking another session for her soon!

Price was very reasonable about $15 cheaper than most places Ive been in San Diego, yet they have the nicest massage room. Im a 6ft tall Asian guy and massage table never felt so huge and comfortable for me. Very nice room with good ambient, relaxing music and privacy. The best part is highly trained Massage Therapist Milly, who was able to target all the knots in my muscles. Easy to communicate, very polite and professional. Highly recommend this place!

I drag my boyfriend to self care Sundays with me so I can be the passenger princess, I’m committed.(no worries he’s pampered too). Anyway he was like babe idk, they have not one bad review. I said let’s just try it cuz at this point I have been to multiple massage spots in SD looking for my one. When we walked in I immediately knew ..the ambiance, was so comforting, relaxing and quiet. Once my massage therapist walked in with the pink crocs, I knew this was the spot for us! They did such a good job! Our massage was a mixture of Thai, stretching and Swedish massage. Perfect. The search is over. Give them a try you won’t regret it. The location is in the cut surrounded by flowers. Just what you need. I normally don’t leave reviews but they deserved it!

Had a fantastic hour-long Thai Deep Tissue massage here with Matt. I had a muscle knot that had frozen my shoulder and he put a lot of work into loosening it up, which gave me instant relief. He provided the exact right amount of pressure and checked with me regularly on how it was feeling. Great prices, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Glad I found this place and intend to come back regularly!

Ive been having shoulder and upper back pain for awhile. I opted in for a deep tissue + Thai massage. It was the best massage Ive had in my life. They worked on knots Ive built up for a long time (that I never addressed) Im planning on coming back to get more work done. The massage therapists are highly trained and professional. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get a massage. BaiBoon can count me as a new regular client. I dont even want to give other massage therapists a chance. The bar has been set very high!

We learned about this place through a local restaurant called Grains (amazing vegan restaurant by the way- and are so happy we gave it a try! Very pleasantly surprised upon walking in- you’d never know what a gem is inside. This was an amazing experience overall and the best massage I’ve had in a very good while. The space is so clean and beautiful. The bed was lightly heated and felt great. Love the extra touches like warm towels already in the room and an offering of tea at the end. My partner is a big guy and he loved his massage too. We’re both feeling great & will definitely be back!

After a stressful week of traveling, I found BaiBoon online and made an appointment. My masseur told me exactly what she was going to do and constantly checked in to see if I was feeling okay. The massage was great and much needed, will definitely go again!

This was excellent. Ive never had a massage before, nor did I expect a Thai Traditional Massage to be what it was, but it absolutely rejuvenated my stiff muscles. I recommend this to anyone who sits for prolonged periods of time, works out frequently, or just needs a total body refresh.

Irene worked out EVERY single knot she came across (and there was a lot). It was the perfect combination of relaxing and working out the knots/aches/tension from a very rough past few weeks.For some reason Groupon had a 60 min session for $100, but looking at their website it was $119 for 90 mins booking directly through them, so thats what I did. The 90 mins was absolutely worth it.My only complaint is that I wish I found this place/her sooner!! Highly recommend.

Ko Myo gives the BEST full body deep tissue massage. Better than any hotel spa massage. Truly amazed! I’m planning on coming once a month now. Very nice setting, clean, clam, professional.

Fantastic massage. I’m 49 and have had a lot of massage over the years but this had to be top ten. I asked for a firmer/ deep tissue and Matthew delivered. Back, neck, legs, hands and feet. Finished with some stretching that really helped too. Wish I lived here!

Great and professional massage! There is also a big clock in the massage room, ie. They make no secret of how long they actually massage you for. The only negative point is that the room and her hands were too cold. But because the massage was perfect, its still 5 stars.

Great massage, but the pressure was a bit too strong despite being told several times and it was also cold in the room. Otherwise everything was great.
