Kinda pricey but a really neat store. It was different than the other shops i visited. You puruse products electronically on pads rather than on shelves. In front of the pads were little samples of the products under glass. You could definitely smell the dry herb! We were in there a good 10+ minutes and were never offered any assistance...so left without making a purchase

It was my first time visiting this bud tender and I was happy I did. They had great Black Friday sales and the customer service was great. Very friendly and fast place to go with superb products. I’d highly recommend checking them out.

As someone who has never had anything THC this place was an amazing experience and very informative. Very friendly staff who had no problem answering my hundreds of questions and helped me pick a product catered to me as a new user and what kind of experience I wanted. Highly recommended for any level experience you are.

Rude condescending manager, poor selection of products, higher prices than other dispensaries. They have bathrooms but won’t let you use them, eventhough CA law requires businesses to allow access to bathrooms for disabled people. I explained that I had been driving for long time and had to go pee really bad, the manager said he won’t let me use the bathroom because he just “felt like it.” So I also “feel” like never ever coming back, and I recommend people to go to other dispensaries that respect their customers, like Mankind on Miramar Rd. They have great deals, nice staff, and a bathroom if you need it.

Horrible experience. Got here 15mins before closing and the bottom entrance was closed. By the time we were able to get upstairs we still had 3mins before closing but staff refused to let us in. We explained that we got there on time but that the bottom was closed which is why we weren’t able to get up. They rudely brushed us off and basically said it wasn’t their problem. I honestly don’t know why people post hours of business if they aren’t respected. This was my first time visiting this dispensary and will never be back. I was excited to try this new place but will make sure to let anyone I know not to come here.

I had been a loyal customer for years spending thousands. They sold me a vape pen that did not work at all. When I confronted them they told me to pound sand. Does not matter what industry you are in. If you sell faulty products you replace or refund. They did nothing... they are also priced quite a bit higher than the million other shops in the area. They have lost my business for life and they give a bad name to the industry.

Bought a vape pen and it didn’t last for more than a couple of weeks. Cheap products. I shop elsewhere now. There are plenty of other places with better deals. I’m willing to remove this review if they’re willing to exchange my product.

I highly recommend this store. Managers are so professional, the delivery service is exceptional ,the entire staff is knowledgeable about the products. Definitely recommend this location of MedMen and I personally think they are the best in our area.

Amazing staff but… they are too expensive!! i’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and i’ve noticed as of recently(past 3 or so months) they completely got rid of really good product and the products they have now are wayyy tooo expensive. i strongly recommend going to a different dispensary one that doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg for products. i unfortunately don’t think i will be returning anymore ):

Super nice and helpful staff! I was having a rough day and a female staff member (short hair) was super nice and helpful. Marvin, especially, knows his flowers and honestly gave me his best recommendations, better than any other rep at a dispensary I’ve been to. He knows the strains, has good taste, and knows exactly what the customer wants. Smart and super cool. Definitely Will be coming back to get Marvin’s recommendations!!

Came out here to MedMen this place is like a toys r us the brother Samuel was crazy knowledgeable had and answer to all my questions dope spot for sure when in Cali check them out

My first time here and I loved it! The sweet girl at the front door with the gold strands in her braids ( I didnt catch her name) was very inviting and Cesar and Martin were extremely helpful and kind. They all made my first visit a great one with excellent recommendations and service!! I will definitely be back!!

This was a really awesome experience, the employees were knowledgeable and friendly, and when you walk in it is very welcoming. The set up of the place is sweet too, but really their staff and product is what brought it home for me. Any questions I asked were answered and they even recommended things when I really could not decided. Isaac was a huge help, and great employee that if he is working I HIGHly recommend!Although all the staff were friendly, and accommodating. I am from out of state, and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

This place is Awesome!!! Sam & Irene were Great! Sams knowledge was very helpful. I gave him all of my info and needs and he hit on all marks the results desired were definitely met. I had a great experience with Kelsey. She was helpful and let me know what she thought was best for me personally, she was friendly and beyond helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and really took time to make me feel welcome and helped with a cheerful and friendly attitude. Her recommendation was exactly what I was looking for. She is one of the best experiences I’ve had a shop. I will continue to come there.

My husband and I really like the place. The people are very friendly, helpful and know what strains are best. A big shout out to the young lady Kelsey I think I got her name right for helping us pick out whats best for our needs. Definitely going back and recommending them to our friends. I love MedMen. Ive been at this location a number of times. Its very convenient and they are very professional. Medmen has specials that are helpful and fair. Im very happy with what I get there. It has a good vibe and I have consistently gotten good service, focused and professional. Tonight was particularly informative and I thought outstanding. I recommend this dispensary, and its up to you to decide for yourself which ones you prefer most. And for whichever reasons you choose.

Avoid this place like you avoid your responsibilities. Sketchy staff, bad prices, employees tried to short change me on multiple visits.

Felt safe going in here for the first time with the friendly security guard greeting me in the garage. Makes coming after dark feel safer. Plentiful lighting leading to the front door though it is a bit of a walk. Very clean store and helpful staff. Well lit and lots of information available on all the strains via tablets throughout the store.

I went there today, 1/26/22. The person who waited on me kept looking around the store while we were interacting. I felt like he wanted to be waiting on anyone else but me. Did he think I wouldnt buy that much? Is he put off by older women? Does he just have poor social skills? I did buy a couple of things but was uncomfortable and left sooner than I would have if I were having a good experience.

This was my third trip to MedMed on Kearny Mesa and I was assisted by Marvin 😊. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful. He offered additional items and educated me on products in the store I was not aware of. The entire atmosphere in this store is comfortable-no high pressure selling and I’ll definitely be making this my store of choice while in San Diego.

Disappointed. I came in for 2 items totaling a certain amount at a price I saw one their specific website. Went inside, and as I was checking out, the price was higher than expected. I told the short female cashier (who looks underage🤣) that it shouldnt be that much. Virtually no help from her at all after showing the online prices to her which she just simply replied with well it might be a network error. Really suspicious probably was just lazy and didnt want to help. Oh well🙄

Amazing atmosphere just need more training for few staff members ,I would recommend this place only after it’s team members have been trained on proper customer service , this review is not intended to throw some amazing employees under the bus but as they say if one is bad it has a tendency of spreading across the board , my experience was shocking and it was a clear sign of laziness from the employee who served me .Thank you for serving the community again no hard feelings it’s just hard to let ignorance slide .

My friends and I had an awesome first experience at this location. We were assisted by the NICEST employee, Cesar, who answered all of our questions and was happy to give us all of the information and options that we could have needed. He was such a gem, lovely staff during the rest of the visit as well!

Always great customer service and products are great quality. They have always been very kind and accommodating in my experiences using their curbside pickup. Ive been going to them for about a year now and have never had a problem. I would definitely recommend trying out their order online and curbside pickup service.

I had some great recommendations from Marven, I believe his name was. I’m new to the area and wanted to try something different and he found my favorite strand in a cartridge; Pineapple Express, the best. I’m so used to flower and needed something on the go since I’m traveling and I need to be more discreet so he immediately knew what was best for me. He was so friendly and welcoming I felt so comfortable that I will definitely recommend to friends and strangers. I’m for sure going back soon too.

Great staff, fast friendly delivery and very patient and helpful on the phone. Website was extremely difficult to work with. NOT user friendly. But Tony is a pro. He was also very polite and pleasant to interact with. I definitely appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Morgan was also quite helpful and a knowledgeable troubleshooter. And Isaac was also very friendly on the phone. They definitely made all the difference in my 1st experience with MedMen delivery. Exceptional customer service. Not only was Jade as wonderful as her name. she went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was seeking a specific strain and flavor and she helped me not only locate that but took me one step further into a whole other product Ive never experienced before. Very nice luxury design store. I love the set up and lighting from the moment you walk in. the products are very high quality. I just think its a bit overpriced on some items but most def will return. all staff was friendly.

First time experience there today! Super friendly helpers that find you what youre looking for, explain all the options, and use iPads and smart phones to give you info and check you out at the end. Very clean and chic store. They even sell clothes. Pretty high prices, but for that experience they can charge it. If youre looking for something cheap this isnt the place to go to.

Went here for my first time, and besides them being out of what I wanted, it was a great experience. Marvin helped me out and he knew what was up. Helped me find some fire gelato. For a good price too!

Normally I order from home and have these guys deliver since it’s hard to get out of the house but this time I cruised down right before closing and the homie, William B down at the Convoy St, helped me out with the upmost patience 11 minutes before closing. Truly appreciated it. Place is clean and after a night of trying all of their top shelf and already having some of the bottom, I’ll keep my business right here from now on.

Sometimes I get a good deal, sometimes I ask for premium, pay $80+ out the door for an eighth that smokes like I should’ve spent, at best, $60!

I absolutely love this location and the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Im new to the products they sell and they always make sure my questions are taken care of immediately! I even had an issue with one cartridge and they helped resolve it. I highly recommend this place!

First time in a rec dispensary in California. Ive been traveling all summer from east to west and stopping at the ones I could as often as I could and this was the best experience. It was also the most expensive lol. Kelsey helped me with everything I needed and then some. Everyone was so professional and kind. Yes they had masks on but you could tell they were smiling. These people love their job and it makes shopping their so much more exciting. I absolutely love how they have things displayed you can look and smell. Its better than I ever imagined.

I wanted to love the experience but it ranks up there with the sub par dispensaries due to no pricing and systems were not functioning well. The displays had old flower so it was definitely challenging to understand quality, price, and efficacy. It was also not relaxing as there was no order to buying. Simply it felt chaotic with so many staff on the floor and product everywhere when it didnt need to be.

Let me start off by saying Helen took my call and gave me the best customer service even though it was just a phone she gladly gave me information about inventory and how the store pickup and curbside works as well as answering my other questions about the products i was looking for. Best phone service of all dispensaries in my book! Also they had the cartridges i cant find anywhere in San Diego!

It was the first time I entered a medmen, I learned so much about the products I was getting; Humberto gave me great personal recommendations that were accommodating to my new experiences and by his colleagues. Great associate and great store! Will come again and recommend.

I thought Id found my favorite dispensary. Clean. Well displayed. Reasonably nice. Overpriced but I could afford it. Then I tried to get any actual customer service. I bought two devices, one worked and the other didnt. I thought a simple switch, its not product just a device. I was told theyre unable to do that because of the manufacturer. So I get on the phone right there, which took 30 minutes because the companys support kept dropping the call. They go ally agree to help, and tell me the store could exchange but its their policy. Their website also says that items purchased at a retailer must be returned there. So Med Men refuses to stand behind the products they sell. And dont pos this horrendous policy anywhere in their stores or on their website.

I tried out their new delivery service in the kearny mesa area. The driver was quick and friendly enough. But then he was having a problem on his device when attempting to collect my signatures (plural, yes they need TWO signatures and to scan my ID for one simple delivery transaction). Anyway, he called the store and was on hold, sitting criss cross apple sauce in the middle of the walkway entering the buildings of my condo complex. After being on hold for no less than 15 mins the person on the other end of the phone just decided I needed to reorder online, the driver needed to go back to the store, re-ring it up, then bring it back to me. No offer of a discount or a little free gift as a token of appreciation for my patience and understanding. So I just told him not to worry about it. I understand working out kinks in a new system but I was left feeling very dissatisfied and flat out not cared about. I really liked this stores menu and products. Very disappointing.

A little salesy, pricey, and limited...but very prettily packaged. The people were nice, but I was in there for 10 minutes and spoke to 5 different people, asking if I needed help. Some cool things though are that they have their own brand, they have merch, and you can recycle the beautiful bag they give you on the way out, if you dont want everyone to know your business!

I liked the place for the quality and the selection of product Staff was friendly and helpful. Ive been in a couple times and its been fairly busy but I never had a problem with waiting to be helped or waiting to check out. The price point of everything made this a last resort shop for me but its been nice to be able to pop over after work, grab a doob, and head down to the beach for a longboarding sesh.

My go-to store anytime I’m in SD. They have great selection of cannabis from a variety of brands. Highly recommend this MedMen.

Eliana is by far the most professional and helpful person there. She was my first and the treatment I recieved as well as honest reviews and true knowledge of the product has me waiting for her until she is done with her customers. All the staff is really friendly. As soon as you walk in the door isaac is there with a smile and making you feel welcome. Alexandra as well all like to small talk when its not to busy and always talk to me about knew products. Love this spot.

3rd and last time I will shop here. Staff inside, other than the girl at the door, were gruff, unhelpful, and downright condescending. Came looking for a certain product and was met by a snide DONT HAVE IT from some portly associate. The gentlemen who rang me up also didnt seem to want to be there. If you are going to not let me freely shop, best to hire people with at last SOME customer service skills. Prices seem to be going up as well. Theres a multitude of other places around me and I will be venturing out to them in the future.

I came to exchange a disposable vape that I bought yesterday because Heavy Hitters told me they have a great exchange program. They told me it was fine, and to go hit it a bunch of times to see if it is working. I know there is something wrong with it and it is 10 in the morning, I dont typically smoke at 10 am. So I will chalk the 30 dollars up to a loss and never come here again.

Feels weird. Its cold (AC is on blast). At first I was weirded out with all the security. Staff seems young (actually Im just old). On the way out I didnt mind the security as CBD oils are not cheap. Now the true test... do they work? And, was it worth the price tag? Time will tell.

Talk about running a literal sweatshop! Went by yesterday and they werent even running the a/c! It felt like 90 degrees in that room, I could barely take it, and Im expected to spend my money here?!... I felt bad for the staff who was sweating under their masks trying their best to give service.You would think such a big company would take better care of its staff!

Limited selection, but all of the selections are high quality. The flowers have lots of pollen, the hash is solvent-less. Plus, I just find out that they have a veteran discount. They accidentally saw my VA card, and offered me a permanent 15% discount. Yes please!

Made an online order with them, called in to confirm the order and everything was ok. After waiting for an hour I called to check on the status and was told that they weren’t able to get a driver on it and had to cancel the order. If I didn’t call them to check not sure how I’d get the notice about this. For the prices they charge you don’t expect amateur mistakes like this.

Plenty of parking, easy to get to and the process is smooth, unlike most dispensaries. There is security and there are precautions, just not with the paranoia that goes along with traditional dispensaries. They set out to create the “Apple store” experience in the cannabis world. My experience with product, staff and vibe tells me they figured out what the rest have not: user experience is everything.

We visited 2/5/22, and I purchased some tablets, which were marked on the table as 50% off, and some gummy sours. The guy who checked me out did not apply the 50% off, and I didn’t notice until later. He did the same thing to my sister and grossly overcharged us. That means I’m going to do my business at SDRC from now on, where I’ve never been overcharged.

I had a bad experience with the gentleman, Bradley, who works here. He sold me something with the utter lie that it would last about a month and it was a disposable .3g. I was under the impression it was the same as the .5g cartridges I usually smoke However within less than 24 hrs the pen was out of wax. I returned hoping to get a new car due to his lack of truth, and complete negligence. The only thing they offered me was 15% off. I already get 15% off due to my veteran status. I will not be returning with any of my business.

I was headed out of town for a few days and was looking for something to help me really unwind . Im not exactly a pro at picking out buds as I dont really smoke. So I decided to go to Medmen due to a billboard I had seen on the freeway. When I got there I was amazed at how many different flavors they had. So I explained to my budtender Kelce what my situation was and she gave me several options. She was very thorough at explaining the difference between all the different choices. I also asked her what her favorite flavors were and she let me know that Ambrosia by Maven was her top choice at the time. So I went with the advice of the professional and was not disappointed. It made me feel super relaxed and was super tasty. The nugs were super dense. I just want to thank Kelce for a great experience, especially when I was kind of overwhelmed when I initially walked in.

What a great first-time experience! One eighth of sativa and one eighth of indica was only $32.32 out the door with my senior discount! The black market dealers should be shaking in their boots right about now. Oh and a really nice team of folks will be helping you. Getting her right away!

This place was very easy to find and had ample parking. Easy to get to and easy process getting in. All of the staff was beyond super friendly but not fake. Very good selection of products from edibles to smokable’s to everything in between. The few different employees who helped us were super knowledgeable when we asked what we needed for different symptoms and situations and gave us honest answers. We were told this was the iPhone store of the cannabis shops they weren’t kidding. Everything is Lee accessible easily to look up information can smell and look at everything close up and they’re not picky about what you touch. Not treating you like you’re going to be stealing when no one’s looking super open and laid-back. Great business.

Here from out of State for 8 days, I have my Medical card in my state, so the recreational vs medical here in California had me worried I would have to get my medical card here for certain items. This was the EASIEST time I have ever had buying marijuana. Everything is out for you to see, easy to read the labels and determine whether certain items were vegan or not, as well as their concentrations. I was immediately helped by MARVIN C. #2662..... it was probably the deer in the headlights look I had when I walked in😂.Marvin listened to my needs and concerns and helped me get everything I needed for my stay here in California. New owner with some original employees from the previous establishment. Not too bad of a place. Great people, lots of smiles, decent prices, and some great product. Ive been here a few times since the new owner and only once was I somewhat disappointed. Not that big of a deal, just dont take the budtenders word on everything... do some fact checking yourself!

Unfortunately medmen isnt as good as it use to be these days. I just got a preroll and there was NOTHING inside!! Unfortunately Im seeing this issue a few days after buying it because it wasnt the only thing I bought so I doubt they would reimburse me. Also 2 pens Ive bought have both clogged up within a day of use. 🙄

If you are new to the world of cannabis this might be the spot for you and if youre looking for the fire this also may be the spot for you. They have it all and are willing and able to walk you through it. The illuminated magnifying jar lids /smell port are an nice touch. The touch screens are totally interactive and packed full of information. I will be returning

Very small selection at high prices. The shop in Solana Beach is so much more professional. I narrowed my choice down, and decided against walking away with an $80 eighth. AN 1/8TH! He kept pushing trying to sell me on a PREROLL though if he had listened thats not my dosage or preferred consumption. Very rude. First and last visit.

Could barely walk with an acute - severe pinchedNerve and herniated disc. My first time EVER being in a dispensary so honestly I had no clue about ANYTHING or where to even start. The welcome was incredible and then I was immediately greeted with the coolest and knowledgeable dude!!!!! Got schooled on everything after my explanations and made my purchases. Thank you.

I’ve been to many many dispos from northern california to my home SanDeigo. This way by far the worst experience I have ever had. They were unprofessional and gave me a terrible recomendatiom, the people who work here are crooked and I would go anywhere else… there is literally a thousand other dispos that are better than this one within an hour… so save yourself the pain and go anywhere else.

Cheapest flower was 3.5 grams for $45 (few selections). I had to give my email during check-in, but they did send me a 10% discount for my next visit. This place is next to my home, but out of myweed budget. However, The staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Despite MedMen having only 1 review (and a bad one), I decided to give it a shot.• what I wanted was $10-20 cheaper than the competition (before my 10% discount as a new customer)• the on-line ordering system was easy• email & text updates were immediate and informative• when I called in, to ask how my discount would be applied for a delivery, the girl who answered was professional,informative & welcoming• my delivery person, Bill, came to my front door and was well groomed, professional & welcoming• I was allowed to open & view my order for accuracy (they even had a cool gift bag)• it felt legitimate & professional. I’ve had several deliveries over the years, & this is the first time my purchase “felt legal”• I’ve saved MedMen as a favorite. And, as long as my tincture is available, they are my first choice

At no time did I feel pressured to quickly make a choice without feeling confident that I was getting the best product for my issues.I make several trips to this store throughout the year. I have also introduced several coworkers and friends to this location. It is safe, well staffed and the displays are great.I have replaced many of the prescription medications I formerly used for pain and sleep issues with CBD products with great success.

Place is nice. Everyone Ive dealt with has been very nice and helpful. The prices are kind of expensive. I ended up leaving without anything because they didnt have the flower I wanted. Ill probably be back but only if Im desperate.

I am new to the area and happened upon MedMen in San Diego. Not knowing anything about medical marijuana, I depend on knowledgeable people to help me find what I need. I am a total insomniac, if I get 4-5 hrs of sleep a night, Im lucky.When I entered MedMen, I was greeted by happy, friendly people and walked into a store that is more like a pharmacy. Jeremy took me under his wing and gave me several options from which to chose.OMG! I cant even tell you how nice it is to sleep through an entire night!!! I have found THE PLACE & THE MAN! If you ever need help...with anything, dont hesitate to ask for Jeremy, hes kind and extremely knowledgeable. He will get you through!

They have a decent selection. Also I like there staff they are not pushy and can answer product questions accurately and the reason why I know they can answer that accurately its because I knew already the answer I wanted to see if they were going to lie or actually know about the product so if you want good product this is the place to go!

Pretty pricey and when I tried to ask one staff member questions, he just kept pointing at the tablets, which were zero help. Another person helped me and it was a much better experience. But I would still rather go somewhere else.

I have a disease and a condition that puts me into ER a fews days each week. The pain is so bad. I found that the Lemon Cannabis Quencher eases the pain. MM had these and through placing an order, I really messed up the order. I called and Helen, Lilliana and Marvin helped me straighten out what I did and how to restore my order. All 3 folks were so very helpful and kind. Thank you for keeping me out of ER.

I would give it 5 stars but the place was dirty, the owner needs to get a cleaning service and not rely on salespeople to do the cleaning. But for the most part very helpful, they don’t make you feel uncomfortable, I was shopping with my cousin (he’s the pro at this) and he felt they had a good selection and fair prices.

Great staff - best Ive dealt with throughout dispensarys in San Diego. I care for two elderly people with great need for medicinal cannabis and the staff are always very informed as to what products suit their conditions best. Would recommend to anyone.

Well, The people are pleasant, but the prices leave something to be desired, for the occasional consumer of weed this probably isnt the place for you. I only partake once a week, why would I need to buy 3.5 grams? They dont have a consistent supply of single prerolls, and the amount that comes in the 3 - 7 packs varies in consistency. One company is .7 g, the other is .5 and the staff is conflicted on which is better.

My new favorite collective. IPad set up for info on all products. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The product is very good with a good selection of flower, concentrates, and CBD products. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a quality collective. Keep up the good work guys and gals .

Because theres no prices its a real pain making purchase decisions. If youre interested in something you have to ask a salesperson the price and they usually dont know and have to walk away and scan it. I prefer shops where prices are posted.

Meh. They were friendly but I felt like their selection was lacking. I dont smoke, I like the edibles and options are limited. They had mello stuff and then really strong stuff but nothing in between. They could use more options of CBD products too.

Forget delivery without contact. Delivery guy had old mask hanging under his chin. Knocked on my door to get me because he said I had to put my pin into his filthy card swiping machine. Really? When is the last time it was sanitized? You need to review the principles of social distancing.

Hated it. Theres more budtenders than there are customers, and theres just as many security as budtenders, which makes for a very uncomfortable shopping environment. It felt like there was always someone looking over my shoulder or rushing me, plus it was hella crowded. Their product is overpriced and over taxed. Not worth it. Wouldnt even give them one star but I couldnt post this otherwise.

Not what it use to be, they have more employees than products now (exaggeration of course). Everytime I enquire when they will get more vape I get the same answer. Check back next week. If youre looking for vape this is not the shop. Looking for a new spot now. Too bad because I loved this shop at one point, spent a lot of money here, was a weekly regular. Hope they get it back.

This place is great- always makes you feel welcome- always ready to answer any questions, everyone is friendly. I live in mission valley- with SDRC right across the street and I’ll make the 10 min drive to go here to medmen any day over going to the one that’s within walking distance. At sdrc They’re rude, security makes you feel like you’re a criminal just by walking through the door, and it’s clearly the place all the tourists go. That place gave me anxiety just walking through the door. Go to Medmen- Highly recommended!!

This afternoon I was finally brave enough to go into a marijuana dispensary. I chose MedMen because to me, it seemed the most legit. I have never smoked marijuana in my life (nor more than 2 cigarettes in high school) but I was interested in CBD products for pain and/or anxiety.As I walked into the dispensary area (after going thru security and the front desk greeters) the first face I saw was of a smiling red headed girl and I asked her for help. Jane asked me what I was looking for and what my needs were. She then took me over to the products that best fit what I was looking for. She explained everything to me and guided me in the right direction.If you are at all nervous about this entire process, I highly recommend going to MedMen and seeing Jane. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. She put me completely at ease.

Its whack. Expensive first of all. I’m really surprised that there were that many people there but now that I think about it “all staff” and I know why. Went and picked up an 8th of watermelon zkittles and paid $80 . Driest weed I’d ever smoked. Disappointed just expected a lot more from them and I think others would agree. Where is that dank lime green buds? Don’t think I’ll try that dispensary again. Sorry MedMen. Thumbs down.👎🏿. And I see people posting “great deals”. I must be blind because $80 an 8th is no deal. Bring the prices down and you guys might get another shot.

This place is very clean and neat. They have iPads near the flowers that tells you prices and what particular flavor your looking at. Very modern, and a large selection of bud and edibles. They have pen refills, and also they have apparel now. They have Med Men jackets and shirts. Definitely one of the nicest weed shops in San Diego. The budtender was very nice and helpful. I only wanted to buy a gram or two, but they only had two flavors eligible to sell by the gram!! The budtender was all like, oh just a gram Their prices for an eighth ranged from 55 up to 70 bucks. Pricey. Also only one of the two flavors I was not able to look at it. They told me that one of them was sealed. Which was weird. Its like shopping for a melon, but the grocery store wont let you pick it. I said ok show me the one flavor you can sell by the gram. It was called do si do, pretty good. It was just under $19.00 for a gram. Thats pretty steep. They are plenty of other shops with quality buds with WAY better prices, that wont make snarky remarks when your not buying their recommended amounts. It seemed like by only having 2 selections eligible for sale by the gram, is their way of forcing you to buy more. They have at least 25 different flavors, but 3.5 grams (eighths) only. Prices and gram selection is the only reason I dont give them 5 stars.

Medmen has sooo many great products. I was blessed to have Isaac Mendoza as my guide through the experience of what would actually help my symptoms the most efficiently. Ive been a cannabis user for 8 years and Ive never had such great relief from my period cramps as I have with the 3-4 products isaac found for me.

Worst ever, three people on staff dont even smoke, couldnt answer one single question. Thats pretty weak when person after person cant even tell you one thing about it! When you ask for solventless Rosin and all they do is offer Resins.....whilst the the Rosin is there the whole time! AMATURE HOUR To say the least.

This place is convenient just off the 52 on Convoy Court. Selection varies just like any other place but they have plenty to choose from depending on what you like.. indica, sativa or hybrids.. edibles and vape pens. Prices are in line with other storefronts. They have security outside and at the door. Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and were very helpful. Recommend stopping if I’m the area

Dont get me started here, id give this place a -10 if I could. I was working around the area and wanted to pick up some bud before I went home. Now mind you, I live in south bay and I didnt have any cash on me, so I called and asked if they take credit/debit cards. The ladys exact words were we take card as long as it has a chip and i am thinking my debit card doesnt have a chip, But my cc doesSo I spent almost an hr during the whole process from when I checked in, got my bud and was at the register for them to tell me they only take debit with a chip and they wouldnt let me swipe my dc. Not to also mention they didnt have an atm either. A few weeks later, I was working around the same area and had some cash and thought about giving this place a second chance. Google says this place closes at 9, so I get there at 850 to find out they close at 845. I was extremely infuriated with both times. This place is over priced. Come down to Chula Vista where the better dispensaries are at.

Their fridge that held my rosin or 710 products had moisture leaking cause all my 710 product is sizzling. But did have good selections and good price.

I dont like it at all. It to high prices ,no help and what I got there was all trash I threw it away more then half it away. In the trash were it belonged . It was closer then the my shop I go to. I should of driving the extra time to my regular shop.

Great product range. It carries more brands than any other stores in the area. The ambiance is not as great as some other stores, but still better than your average dispensary

A true chain operation...I can appreciate the concept and working the new industry - though with 6+ armed security guards and 20+ employees all working - they need to make money....just like stated on The Profit TV show....in there its like paying $50.00 for a carne asada burrito....super tasty but highest in the biz..................in California black market seems to still supply.......ol man fred down the street has Kronic for ....well....you know.....peace.

Medmen cancels orders that have already been placed (25 minutes later) because they are unable/unwilling to properly staff their delivery operation. Has happened on multiple occasions now. Will be going to mankind cooperative, urbn leaf or Torrey Holistics in the future instead. I hope this industry is soon able to establish some baseline professionalism and self respect

Yes!!! Medmen Vegas for example is truly a tourist vibe. Great for tourists of course but Overwhelming amounts of budtenders which they need on occasion for the crowds. This was right on..good medmen selection. they do ha e things that others dont and warmer more chill atmosphere
