The waiting area was elegantly designed with comfortable seating, calming music.The spa offers a wide range of services, including massages, facials, body treatments. The massage therapist Maurice was attentive to my preferences and made sure to focus on the areas where I had the most tension. The pressure was just right, and I left the spa feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.The spa also has excellent amenities such as a sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge. These facilities added to the overall experience, making it a true day of indulgence.M Spa staff members were professional and courteous, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable from start to finish. The spas attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set it apart.

This place is amazing! All of the staff and massage therapists are excellent. They have a steam room and area to relax in before and after your appointments. You can’t go wrong with any massage therapist. If you are lucky enough to be paired with Vit (for massage) or Bank (for waxing services), you will be in great hands! They’re both professional, friendly and excellent therapists.

I made a last minute appt as I needed an urgent myofascial release recommended by my doc. I had never been to M Spa and was surprised how nice it was inside. They even have a small steamroom. The staff are extremely courteous and my therapist Kasey was extremely talented and was able to address all my issues. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at M spa. My boyfriend recommended the place. I got an 80-minute deep tissue massage. It hurt, but I felt much better coming out of it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My partner and I were well attended to from the moment we walked in! We both really enjoyed our experience there. My partner got a facial and a massage, while I got just a massage and we both loved our services. They were also able to accommodate a gap between my partners services so he could enjoye the amenities more, very thoughtful. We will definitely be back the next time were in town!

Very nice, clean and relaxed place. Miguel is recommended for the massage therapy. You get a robe and you can choose if you prefer being with or without underpants.You can also relax before and after your appointment with tea and fruit in the waiting area, and there is also a steam bath /sauna which is good to cleanse your skin after a massage session.

Professionalism, nice amenities, quiet zone and always relaxing. The sauna is a plus.

Unacceptable Massage Experience at M SpaDear M Spa Management Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the massage service I received at your establishment on Sunday. I had come in for what I hoped would be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but instead, I was met with a disappointing and uncomfortable session.To begin with, the masseuse I was assigned did not fulfill my request for a full body massage. I had clearly stated my desire for a complete massage, but the masseuse skipped over several areas of my body, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. To make matters worse, the session was ended prematurely, denying me the full time I had paid for.Additionally, I was disturbed by the condition of the masseuse. Throughout the session, he was sneezing and coughing, wearing a face mask that made me question whether he was trying to protect himself from a potential illness or if he was already sick. This made me feel uneasy and worried about my own health.When I spoke with the manager to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the massage, I was met with an unsympathetic response. The manager simply stated that the masseuse had done the best he could and offered me a 15% discount, which I had already received through a promotion. I was left feeling unheard, unappreciated, and frustrated.As a customer, I have always had high expectations for M Spa, but my recent experience has left me questioning the quality of your services and the level of customer care that you provide. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that future customers do not have to endure the same discomfort and dissatisfaction that I experienced.

Some guys like working with bear-bodies. Some dont. But all are top-notch professionals. I make an appointment every visit to SF. Perfect after the 4.5 hour plane ride.

Love that I can call the day of and get an amazing massage therapist. And the perk of the steam room is icing on the cake.

Great spa in the neighborhood. The place is very welcoming and relaxing. You can come early to shower and sauna to get relaxed before your treatments. Spa treatments are great. They take extra time to explain things to newcomers.

Had an outstanding massage from Pep that blended trigger point, relaxation and stretching techniques and did wonders for the tension in my back, shoulders and neck. The space is relaxing with a small but nice steam room and shower/locker area. I will definitely be back.

Awesome place. Craig and Caleb give excellent massages. It’s worth the extra money to have a nice sauna to relax in before a massage.I’ve also gotten waxing done here and it was an excellent experience for my first time. Overall, always a clean and enjoyable experience.

I came in for a 90 minute massage while I was vacationing in San Francisco a few weeks ago I asked specifically for deep tissue since I am also a massage therapist and that helps to get out the deep knots. Maurice did a fantastic job however his pace was a little slow after an hour I had to ask him to move on from the back and on to the rest of the body the facilities were clean the showers and the steamroom were very nice I recommend this if you are looking for a good Relaxing deep tissue massage

Hands down worst massage Ive ever had (and that includes both professional and amateur) - weak, barely methodical, and unprofessional. My friend recommended this place for deep tissue massage... Come here with a massage therapist in mind that has been vouched for beforehand.

Relaxing and peaceful place. Shaughn did an excellent deep tissue massage it fixed my neck, shoulder and back pain. Highly recommended.
