Massage was awful, it didn’t seem like she really knew what she was doing at all. I paid upfront for the massage(this is not typical of this profession), which should have been a clue. Afterwards, while I was still getting dressed, she came back into the room and started asking for a tip, telling me she gave a good massage and she should get a good tip(I wasn’t going to leave one at all, which is unlike me), so I told her I didn’t have cash. Then she walked me to the front and told me I could pay for the tip w my credit card. I will NOT be going back

I had a gift card from 5 months ago under the same name, Au Teresa Spa and they didn’t accept it stating they’ve changed owners since. It seems the new owners won’t last long either since they don’t have customer service.

Massage wasnt that great. She did the same movement for 20 minutes. I had to pay up front and he asked me to pay for the tip already. When I told him how much tip (it was a generous tip I offered), he asked me to pay at least 50% more tip. I payed more tip at the end than what I planned and what I would have payed after the massage.

My massage here was very good. There was a slight miscommunication which lead to an awkward interaction when I got onto the table, but the actual massage more than made up for it. The staff seemed very friendly. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars as I found it as this spa did things a little differently RE getting on the table that wasnt clearly explained to me, which is what lead to the awkward interaction. There was also no client intake form or process which I found strange, nor did they ask for a therapist preference (I dont mind male or female but I do think they should ask). If neither of these things seem important to you then definitely give this place a try.

I wasted $60 and a $10 tip here leaving extremely disappointed. I feel like the lady who performed the massage did a very basic and lazy job. I expressed that I wanted more of a massage and she just rubbed oil on me for the first half, flipped me over and rubbed me with bare hands for the second. It was a full body massage and she barely touched me below the knee so my feet were excluded. And then at the end I expressed my disappointment and all they could tell me was I had to leave a minimum $10 tip. What a joke.

Ive had (4) foot reflexology massages with 2 excellent deep muscle by Leon? & female staff! After putting feet into warm foot bath, they started with head & neck. Then to arms & shoulders! Then to legs & feet. Finally they have you flip & finish with back area! Very nice relaxing dark open massage room & soothing music!

Best in the bay!! Highly recommended. Nice and quiet peaceful place and has been renewed. They do really great massage. I had pain on my back was so unbearable and I just had to get a massage, it turns out surprising great, I will definitely come back.

My massuse was so rough on my back i woke up with bruises on my spine and shoulders this morning... I told her it was too hard and she never lightened her touch now im even more sore and in more pain than when i had went in.. $65 to get bruises

It is def very worth to spend time and money in this nice spa. Staffs are very friendly. The place is very comfortable. Dont hesitate to reserve your spot and get the best customer service! Love it.

Ask for foot massage, the therapist made 60 min body massage (very basic) and only the last 10-15 min she made foot massage. Then ask (almost forced) for tip. Thumb down

I visited this place a while ago. I was dissapointed on the cleanliness of this place and the demand for the tip in cash. The massage was not that great.

Recently they change the owner and massagest， they did good job，very nice place. I like here.
