Love the beach theme decor and the friendly staff. The Revive session definitely left me feeling revived between scalp massage, the circulation-boosted water ring, and the neck/nape/shoulder massage. At 50% off, its beyond great value. I rebooked for the next 3 months since anything booked in April is 50% off. They were a little clumsy with the checking out, but were a new business and still working out the kinks in our POS system, we appreciate your support and patience during our Soft Opening, Thats why were giving our clients 50% OFF as a thank you. said the manager. That makes sense.Cant wait to be back next month.

I went there a few weeks back with my friend for a head spa which included full body massage. While my friend’s service provider was really nice and she had a blast relaxing. I had a bad 1.5 hrs of experience. She had Joyle as her service provider. She was very warm and nice to both of us.I had Kayla for the hair spa and massage portion. These are the few reasons I did not enjoy the service too much. Her hands felt like sand paper so even the massage and all felt very rough on my skin. Also she kept going out of the room multiple times and that too for 5 minutes during the session( I counted atleast 3-4 times). I even told her to make sure the product she was using did not go into my eye but I think she doesn’t understand English so I had to actually stop her 2ce to wipe my eyes.Han did my hair drying but it felt like she was doing me a favor. I asked her to. Use a different blow dryer a treatment and to just brush my hair once during the hair drying part. She Shanif that is not available. I asked her what does she mean. She said she will only dry my hair no styling. I said I do not need styling I just need to brush my hair once so that once it is dried I do not need to brush it. She said she cannot provide the brush and left my hair all frizzy. Imagine going g to a hair spa and leaving with the hair looking all frizzy, would that not ruin my mood. Plus she was so rude. She did not even give me the brush, so that I could brush it myself.Even Joyle saw that I felt upset/ uncomfortable. Hey atleast one of us enjoyed. If you go there book Joyle not Han or Kayla. My booking was under Sheila Yau

The spa experience is absolutely worth it. For men, it offers a truly out-of-this-world experience. I never imagined being treated to such an incredible experience 😅. The masseuses are exceptionally skilled and caring, making you feel like a cherished member of their family 😅.

Booked a group treatment for 3 for the Revive. When we arrived we were able to start immediately with a nice hot foot bath. Some snacks and tea are provided~~ Since it was 3, we were split in 2 and 1 (couple room and single room). There were very many treatments done!! I would recommend it and the ladies are all very friendly :) We plan to come back some time in the future. The person who helped me is named Han and she was very nice!!

This is the best place for tip to toe massage/spa. The owner Kayla is awesome and herself does spa and I got the best experience. Definitely a recommended place for everyone.

This was my first time trying a scalp treatment, and it was soo relaxing. We initially had 2 appointments and while we were there we were able to add one more person to our group. The staff that did my treatment was very welcoming and asked if the pressure of my massage was okay, i asked to go a little more and she did. It helped me be super relaxed. I will definitely be going again in the future, maybe in about 2 months since i dont live in the area.

Just opened up about 2 weeks ago! The Refresh service was a great, relaxing treatment to have right after a long flight! This service comes with a foot soak, mini facial, shampoo + conditioner service, mini shoulder + arm massage, and blow dry. Products have a tea tree/ peppermint / citrus scent.I’ve never had a hair/ scalp service before, and I have never colored my hair or used products like oils & hair masks so I don’t have any baseline comparison- BUT my hair feels very soft and fluffy and I like that the scent stays in my hair. One star off because the massage involved being hit with some kind of squeaky-sounding massage ball (???) which made the massage less relaxing, and the staff could be a little more attentive to gather the plastic wraps (from the slippers) to maintain a tidier space.Personally I think the lighting could be changed to improve the atmosphere for customers. Most of the interior lights are white lights which isn’t as relaxing as warm yellow lights.

This was a spur of the moment decision to go. I’m glad i did. I saw their sign above their door and decided to give it a try. They are all so very kind. I did the revive session. If you are skeptical, give it a shot, its so worth it. I felt so refreshed after my session. They do it all. I got a full back massage, facial massage, and scalp treatment. I felt so pampered. I will definitely be booking another appointment.

The head massage and facial itself was really relaxing but I do not recommend this place if you have your hair done as they do not use quality salon products. I get my hair toned every 6-8 weeks and the products they used completely stripped my hair and turned it yellow! I at least thought I would have soft hair afterwards but it was actually more dry and did not feel smooth at all. During the blow dry, I saw them use Tresemme and you would think that if youre spending $100+, that they would use higher quality salon products. My hair felt worst afterwards and I recommend you stay away from this place! Youre better off going to a licensed salon and getting a hair treatment and blowout instead of wasting your money here. They also give you $10 off if you leave a 5 star review so I would take the 5 star ratings with a grain of salt.

I had no idea what to expect when I booked a visit to Silky Headspa in San José. The relaxing, immersive spa experience was extraordinary. The staff are gracious and friendly. The ambience is peaceful, Zen-like and restful. Thuy is a skilled masseuse, trained in physical therapy. And when my visit concluded, my hair was indeed silky, but also my mind, body and spirit felt fully refreshed.Perhaps you know all about Vietnamese hair salons and the relaxing treatment of your scalp, face, neck and shoulders you might expect when you book a shampoo. I was totally naive, and a bit confused about the concept. I have never been much of a spa guy. I can wash my own hair at home (and I often do!)My session with Thuy at Silky Headspa was a revelation. First she immersed my feet in a warm, fragrant bath of lemon and herbs. Then she massaged my neck, shoulders, back feet, calves—my entire upper body and lower legs. She used warm lotions to wrap my feet, hands, shoulders, scalp and face, each in turn. I especially liked it when she applied what felt like warm, smooth stones.I heartily recommend Silky Headspa. You will probably find free parking on West San Carlos Street, as I did, right in front of their location at the corner of Meridian. Yes, they will make your hair look and feel great. But you will also feel restored and refreshed in body and soul.
