100 Benefits Foot Spa

I work 60 hours a week as a UPS driver. My body gets sore, I wanted to treat my fiance and I with a nice massage, but we left feeling very dissapointed and taken advantage of. The lady rubbed lotion on my body for an hour with ZERO effort or pressure. To the lady that “massaged” me please do not waste your customers time if you are not passionate or care about your practice . We work very hard to earn our money and to think you can sit there just rubbing oil on us while we pay $55/hour will not cut it. Please consider a different practice if you do not want to provide a proper service to your customers.

Nice people, but would not recommend. There is no way I would have paid full price (it was $80 with a promo for an hour massage with hot stones). I asked for harder, as the massage felt like a toddler was rubbing lotion on you and then got distracted. 2 hot stones were used for less than 1 min. I left a $15 tip anyway and she looked at me in disbelief... Go to Healthland Thai Spa instead; way nicer facility and extremely skilled people.

I was introduced to this place through a Groupon that I had last year and having had several back surgeries felt so blessed to have found them. Especially since I realized I didnt have to use Groupon to get the $60 hot stone massage that I wanted and needed every month. Previously I had some great massages whereby I had a masseuse that spoke English and she used hot stones on my back and my legs and then essential oils in the oil and then turned me over and worked on my neck and my shoulders and the fronts of my legs and my arms. However this last time I went in, everything seemed to have changed! My friend and I had to book our appointments through the manager because the person who answered the phone earlier in the day didnt even speak English, and didnt understand what we were asking for. It was so frustrating to speak to someone answering the phone that didnt speak English. Thats horrible customer service. But then we arrived to our appointments and both of us had massuses that didnt speak English, did not use the essential oils we requested, did not use the hot stones like they did before, and then only turned us over for the massage on the other side two minutes before our time was up! Mine looked at me completely confused when I asked her to massage my other side as she looked at the clock. We were not able to see the clock as we were face down facing the opposite direction from the clock so only are massage therapist could see it and did not manage it well. I was so disappointed even though the price is good I feel like theyre really skimping and have started to minimize their services because they dont have enough people or good people working for them. The other massage therapist seem to have left. I hope management will see this in respond and make positive changes back to the way it was.

I have been coming here for full body massages for years, never had a problem. I have booked 7/? (Idk how many total masseuses) and have enjoyed each one. I have a few favorites who provide excellent quality. The price for 1 hour is 60$ + (I give) 20-40$ tip, depending on who I book. Thanks as always 👌🏽

They were nice and all, but honestly my massage was so bad a left crying. I went for the 60 minute foot/back combo.First they make you lay back with your feet in a tub which killed my back worse than it already was when I came in.Then they rubbed my feet super lightly where it felt more like tickling or exfoliating more than massaging. It was so disappointing.When it came time for my back, they used elbows and forearms, and were pressing way to hard no matter how many times I asked them to go gentle.They also have you take off your shirt without giving you any privacy which is so uncomfortable.My whole experience there was terrible. If I were a pushy person I would have demanded a refund. Instead I just cried and left. The front desk person said “all I can do is make sure you get a different person next time”, but there definitely won’t be a next time for me with this place

I love 100 Benefits!! All the massueses are kind and skilled. I always leave feeling better.

I love it there very wonderful reasonable,tip the $20.00 per session. Most massages are $80.00+ but they are much more affordable.. So tipp them well. Dont give them just $5.00/$10.00 they deserve more..

Very rude. Refused to accept apple pay when they just accepted it like a month ago. Tried to charge me $70 for one hour body massage when the sign on wall said $60 and then when i tried to pay with apple play the Lady literally shoed me out the door . Never going back

Kevin is amazing. Ive come back for his massage, but... not again. The owner/front desk person is EXTREMELY RUDE. Treats you like they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you in. Absolutely no customer service skills. Its loud, and she constantly has conversations a few feet from you. I have to travel far to come here. Its no longer worth it. Every encounter with the owner has been bad. She is killing her own business!

The masseuses all give good massages and the place is clean. It is not an upscale facility but the service offered is good, especially for the prices compared with other places. The masseuses deserve a very good tip because they are very good.

This place is not good.I literally walked out before finishing the massage, I have never done that(and I have been going to get foot massages for years).Super light, like a child was massaging you.My girlfriend is a small asiam woman, and she had to ask for them to do it harder, thats when you know you have a problem.I came here to get less stress, but the experience stressed me out more.I would give no stars,but that is not an option.

The first two times I visited were great. It was just mediocre after that. The owner/cashier lady does not take requests very well, language barrier I suppose. Other than that, good massage place that always upgrade the massages. Like give out back massage with regular foot massage and so on. Will come back when I am in the area.

I highly recommend 100 Benefits. They charge a very reasonable price for an hour massage and I always leave extremely relaxed. Tip is expected. Nice to know, if you didnt think it was needed. I tip 25% or more, just dependant on quality of a given visit. They rock!

Great prices for foot, or full-body massage. Even the foot massage goes over your whole body. Come lightly dressed and bring a $10 tip.There are a dozen or so plush recliners. They cover them in towels. Your feet soak in a plastic-lined tub for a while. Then they massage feet, legs, back, head and arms. You can ask for gentle, medium and hard.For the full body you get a small cabin.The personnel is friendly but their english is limited. Theyre very friendly and seem to be quite knowledgeable in their massage skills. They use the same moves every time.

Affordable, decent, and convenient location for me as its within a mile of home. Hot stone massages are great for the price ($60) for an hour, and you cant beat the ($35) hour foot body combo.

I gave this place a chance to see how the experience will be.The place is a bit unusual for a place to unwind and relax. The phone rings really loud regularly and they answered it right there as you are receiving the message. Right behind the phone desk, under one of the bed head you can see all kind stuff including cookie jar, plastic bags and was messy. The scariest part was that the guy who were giving me the message was sick. 3 out of all the workers were coughing here and there. I was nervous for my health given the situation. On the bright side the guy who provided me service tried his best, and was friendly. I tipped him and left.

I really like this place. Mike is the best, he really knows what he is doing and massages well. Its very reasonable and worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to recieve a great and relaxing massage as well as a calming atmosphere.

I got a Wonderful massage. Lady at desk talks to loud is asking aboit the tip B4 u can pay. Told one person it was a $10 minimum tip.

Dont go to this store. Whether you are going to relax or work I recommend not going. They have a very bad attitude.

Dont go here! They rush through the massages making them stressful and not relaxing and still expect more than 20% in tips!

Insanely rude. They shook me down for an extra tip when they werent happy with the $10 (20%) that I had already given them. A friend of mine had a similar experience, but I didnt want to believe him because I had good experiences with them previously. Never going here again.

Simular bad experience when I gave a $10 dollar tip and kept shaking their hand as if to give more. I didnt get a happy ending and next time they want a tip I will tell them to buy a Honda.. ;)

The water is not warm. The staff probably served me the water used by previous customer. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I have no language barrier with them. I pointed out a spot on my shin with a visible mark and asked the staff to not touch it, but the staff ignored my instruction and kept touching that spot with hand and towel. I should not have paid anything for this kind of service damaging my health. Because I have an appointment later, I tipped $5 for the $25 service. However, the staff even said the tip is not enough and asked for more tips.According to San Jose ORD NO 29662, all massage therapists should be certified by the California Massage Therapy Council. The staff serviced me is probably not licensed.Besides the service, the toilet doesn’t follow ADA code. There is no obvious “EXIT” regarding means of egress per fire code.The water that was served was not hot. I seriously doubt that this novice masseur brought the foot washing water used by the previous customer, and then added a little hot water to it before bringing it to me. The masseur was very unprofessional and her massage techniques were extremely unfamiliar. Through communication, I learned that she would be on duty the next day. There was a scab on my calf, and I had told the masseur not to touch it, but the masseur ignored the instruction and repeatedly touched that spot with his hands and towel. I should have not tipped and asked for the bill to be waived for such a service that was damaging to my health. But because I had an appointment afterwards, I politely left a $5 tip for the massage service, which cost $25. Unexpectedly, the masseur shamelessly asked for more tips. I hope my Chinese friends in the Bay Area will spread the word and avoid going to this massage parlor.According to San Jose Municipal Code ORD NO 29662, massage therapists practicing in this city must be certified.
