Massage Green SPA

This week has been very stressful for me so I was very much looking forward to getting a massage. I asked for a Swedish massage for relaxation. Whitney did a wonderful job and my favorite part was the neck and shoulder massage. After the massage I chose to unwind for 45 minutes in the infrared sauna while watching Netflix. I feel much more ready to face whatever next week brings my way. Also it was very easy to call in and schedule the appointment. I’m very pleased with Massage Green Spa.

Beautiful facility upon entering. It’s quiet and already feels relaxing just entering. The staff are friendly and helpful in explaining their services. I like that they start the time from when they start massaging.

Had a great 60 minute massage from Whitney followed by a 40 minute sauna session. Pressure during the massage was great, the room was quiet and relaxing, and the bed was heated and comfortable. She then brought me over to the sauna and showed me how to work the temperature, programs, and Pandora. Very relaxing! Definitely looking forward to going back!

I really enjoyed my experience at Massage Green. The staff treated me well and the atmosphere was really relaxing. My therapist was over 5 mins late to me massage but my massage was great!

I went into this experience a little skeptical, but as soon as I entered the doors and was greeted by the receptionist I was quickly excited for my massage! The check-in was quick and the massage therapist was incredible! She listened to my needs and provided an incredible experience.Additionally, the personal sauna at this location was perfect to stretch out my muscles more after my massage. Plus- you can watch Netflix or listen to music while in the sauna! I cannot wait to go back!

I had a really good experience at this location! I had some trouble scheduling my appointment online and Alexander was super patient and super helpful when I called. Kori was an amazing massage therapist and was very aware of my comfort level. One of the ocean waves tracks didnt sound much like ocean waves (more like static), so it was a little distracting during my massage, but besides that, my experience was 💯.

Such a serene and calm environment! The staff was so friendly and nice! I did a 60 min massage, which was heavenly, and sat in the sauna for 40 mins! I walked out feeling renewed and refreshed and so relaxed. Definitely a great experience and I will go here again!

Loved my massage therapist Emily. She was awesome! Best massage of my life! Then I got a lovely European facial by Bethany who really knows so much about good skin care! She was a delight as well. Spoke to Maria at the front desk - very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I look forward to going back!!

I don’t know why I don’t do massages more!! I went thinking this will be not super exciting but I loved minute...I swear the 90 min deep tissue massage flew by!! And the the infrared personal sauna was amazing! I loved that I could watch Netflix while relaxing even more in the sauna. Heather did such a great job and really worked my muscles while being mindful of my injured knee. She even gave me tips on how to help with the inflammation.Highly recommend the deep tissue massage and upgrade to have the Deep Blue added!!!This was place was so great! The staff was super helpful and the place was so cute!Defiantly wanting to get another massage ASAP to treat myself to another me day!

Resonabley priced. Cozy atmosphere. Puts you instantly in the mood to relax. They are pretty accomadating on schedule and they are so professional. I am ready to go again.

I love this place! My husband and I share a membership and it is a wonderfully relaxing experience every time. We are greeted instantly and are amazed every time how good the massages are. My husband has been going to Eric for over a year and says nothing but positive things. I have had several different massage therapists and they have all been good. Right now Hannah is really great. Come here for an amazing message and you’ll want to come back time and time again!

Been going here since they first opened. Ive had a couple really good therapists. Have been going to Whitney and shes awesome. Does a great job. The set up isnt bad either-- front desk guy, Alex I think? Always a nice kid. Every time I debate cancelling my membership cuz of my time constraints in life, I have a good experience and am reminded I need a consistent massage routine. Whitney and I think there is a Kristi? that do a fab job.

I had an amazing experience at Massage Green Spa! The infrared sauna before hand was a perfect way to start off my treatment, and then I received a fantastic massage from Michelle! The spa was well decorated and maintained to give you the full experience you deserve and pay for. I will absolutely be returning myself and telling others about the spa.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Did the infrared sauna and a massage from Michelle. I wasn’t looking for anything too deep so it was just a nice relaxing massage. Front desk staff was kind and quick and explained everything well. I’ll be going again soon!

Massage green spa was the perfect place to have a relaxing massage. They were time efficient and clean. I started in the sauna where my muscles could loosen up and then went into my massage. While in the sauna you can listen to music, watch Netflix, etc. They have a robe for you and water. The massage was amazing and extremely relaxing. I highly recommend Massage Green Spa!

The spa is clean and peaceful. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. But the massage therapist, Dylan, was simply incredible! He was communicative, relaxing, and deliberate. He took time to make sure he understood what I hoped to get out of the seasion and exceeded my expectations. I feel fantastic and will be recommending this place and him to my friends.

Came in feeling stressed and a hot mess and Sheri took it all away by the end of the massage! The sauna is also so wonderful and rejuvenating with custom settings, Netflix or music, and the cold water and iced towel. Especially love relaxing in the warmth with the fall change. Easy to book and very friendly staff which I appreciate. Will return again!

I had a great experience here today. I booked a 1 hour intro massage with Cherylyn and she was amazing! I liked that she asked before using any essential oils and periodically checked if the amount of pressure was ok. The employee at the front desk was very pleasant as well.

I have been waking up with numb hands due to stress. I came to massage green and my expectations were met in every way. Heather S was wonderful in making sure her deep tissue pressure was just right. I LOVED the hot towels they use. Not too hot but so relaxing. Definitely felt better leaving and will be back soon

It was my first time trying this Spa but it wont be my last! Before you begin your massage there is a form you fill out and indicate the areas that need the most attention. My massage therapist REALLY focused on those areas and helped me understand what underlying issues and other areas of my body were causing the tension and pain. It was incredibly relaxing and my body thanks you!

I treated myself and my husband to a 90 minute massage and was absolutely thrilled with my therapist- John Johnson I believe is his name. I love the atmosphere and the great pricing. they even have an amazing month to month member package. I am excited to try the sauna before my next massage!!! Ps if you dont mind a male therapist ask for john! He is very knowledgeable about reflexology with great ideas about what to look into without being pushy. I hate going to massage places when they try to get t you to come back every week like you will die if you dont return quick. John didnt make me feel like that at all I walked out relaxed and pampered!!

Overall it was a good experience. I dont remember my massage therapists name because she wasnt super personable. I sometimes dont like to talk during the session so it wasnt so much about that, she was just very vanilla in general. She was nice though...tall, blonde, a little heavy set, very strong. Her massage was good but I could feel her nails dig in from time to time and her pressure was a little harder than Id like, but I didnt say much unless it was unbearable, so thats on me. It was a 2 hour massage and was much needed. Overall, Im satisfied.

The massage I got with Heather was amazing and topping it off with an infrared sauna felt really luxurious!!

I had a good experience.. my massage was good only because my therapist was great awkward but great. However my boyfriends therapist was not good at all. Used little pressure and didnt concentrate on the areas that he asked her to. And to top it off.. my boyfriend timed the massage and we got. 40 minute massage when we paid for a 60 minute massage.

I had a couples massage booked for 8/26/18. We got there early as they recommended. After sitting there for 15 minutes, just before our appointment was scheduled, the receptionist walked back out into the lobby and said she couldnt get a hold of anyone. Apparently neither therapist was answering their phone and didnt show up. Soooo we just didnt get our massages. We are very disappointed. We got a babysitter and drove 25 minutes to Sandy, all for nothing.

If you want to get a massage by amateurs this is the place to be. My therapist did not work into the muscle group. She was either very light or jammed her elbow deep into my back without warming up the muscle area. The room I was in was over 80 degrees with a bright light. We had a scheduled sauna appointment where we had to wait in the hallway for other people to get out of the sauna. Ended up canceling the sauna appointment. Not very satisfied with my service at this location.

I made a reservation a week in advance and requested a specific therapist based on the online reviews. When I arrived I was given a therapist that I did not want, but what do you do? The therapist didnt listen to what I wanted, didnt give a full body massage as requested, and only gave a 45 min. massage. I told her more than one time to lay off a specific area of my body and she kept insisting on going back to it. The Sauna temperature said it was 130 degrees and it felt like I was sitting outside on a 75 degree day. I couldnt get it to get any warmer than that so waste of time and money. Very disappointing and I feel more tense and achey than when I went. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful 60 minute deep tissue massage from Emily today! She was very mindful of making sure pressure just right. I highly recommend her! I also had an infrared treatment and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would! I’ll be back!!

My husband and I went to get massages here after we ran the Ragnar Relay Race this summer. Usually I am sore for days after this race but the therapists at Massage Green were miracle workers! After my massage I was totally back to normal. Not to mention the service was great and the prices are amazing!

Cori was awesome, such a nice massage. All team members we friendly. Very clean, relaxing feel. The sauna was awesome, not many places Ive been too offer this. Love it here!

I have been going here for a few years and its great! Michelle is my preferred therapist she gives great massages with working out my knots and having it enjoyable/relaxing not painful.I have tried many of their therapists and I still continue to go back to Michelle.I recommend her for your massage and esthetician needs.You wont regret it!!!

Best massage I have ever had! The lady made sure to explain everything and asked what I needed most. The hot towels they use are amazing. Definitely give this place a try you won’t be disappointed!

I spent some time in the sauna and then had a deep tissue massage by Dylan. He targeted some areas with high tension and knots with some deep pressure. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.

The individual sauna has a tablet built in with Netflix. I loved the customized essential oils and my massage therapist was wonderful and has a masters degree in massage. I didnt even know you could get that! I cant go anywhere else!

I sent my husband here for a deep tissue massage after he pulled a week of overtime. He loved it and definitely looks renewed. From the info he passed along to me after his massage it sure sounds like they know their stuff!

Had a great massage with Kori and I am normally pretty stingy with massage reviews. Sauna isn’t normally my thing but it was nice and relaxing and you can control the temp which is a must for me.

I give Kori a 5 star experience for a relaxing, centering massage. I was hoping for an intense sports massage but she would notice I was squirming and shed let up. Dont let up girl! The place was not as clean as I hoped but seemed clean initially. Front person timid but was trying hard. I think for this experience and price point offered Id rather go to a massage school.

All of the massage therapists are so so good! I have always left happy! I love the add ons such as deep blue and aromatherapy. The bed warmer is also THE BEST! I will always go to massage green!

I went in to have a relaxing hour and it was exactly that. The masseuse was amazing and i left feeling refreshed. The sauna was really relaxing too and i was able to watch a show while i sat in there!

My boyfriend and I made a couples appointment for a thursday morning. We were planning on getting a massage memebership and we wanted to try Massage Green Spa vs Massage Envy.An emergency happened that morning and I was unable to call In. I called that afternoon planning on rebooking with the same therapists and leaving a larger tip than normal.I spoke with Mary and she informed me that since we missed the appointment that she charged our card for one appointment instead of both.First of all i was not told of any cancellation policy when I made the appointment the previous night. So I did not agree to have my card charged for missing an appointment. Im quite sure it is imperative that you need to let the customer know of the cancellation policy and get an affirmative response from the customer. You cannot charge their card or it constitutes as fraud.I understand the purpose of cancellation fees and i understand that i was in the wrong. I was unable to call right at that time thats why i was going to make it up to the therapists.I told Mary on thursday that i was not told about the cancellation policy. she was actually quite rude and condenscending on the phone.said she would have to call her manager. Im still waiting for that call.This is a very poor first impression for first time guests who were interested in a membership.I used to manage a massage envy. I would never have guests be charged a full amount of an appt for a thursday morning! A busier time i would though. And I def would not charge a guest at all if they said they were not made aware of the cancellation policy. I would give them an exception and make them aware of the policy for future reference. Especially a first time guest.I havent even made it inside and got the couples massage I wanted but my first impression of this place is poor customer service.I am still waiting for a call back from Mary, three days later.

Came here for a massage and infrared session. Totally worth it and much needed. Go to John. He’ll work out your knots and make you fall asleep. Hahaha highly recommend this place. So clean and everyone is friendly. I’m coming back for another massage and want to try their facials!

Very clean, professional, and affordable service with high quality equipment and well trained staff. My wife and I loved our gift massage and sauna experience and are looking at their monthly plan to come back regularly at a great price.

Erick is the best!!!! Seriously! Every time I have had him, has been an awesome massage. Now I dont leave it to chance- I request him every time. Rooms are clean, smell nice, and the massage table heater is perfect.

Went in for a deep tissue massage after a long and tiring couple days, and I came out of there feeling so relaxed! Later that day, I felt energized and my body felt so good. Thanks Massage Green! Great staff and atmosphere.

I got a gift card for this place and I had a deep tissue massage. It was amazing! Highly recommend. The lady was very nice and got out all the knots in my back that Ive had forever. Highly recommend

Terrible experience. The girl at the front desk was exceptionally rude, I watched her argue with people in front of me, she was listening to music through head phones and barely paying attention.The massage was ok, she seemed rushed, but it was ok. The massage beds seemed to have crumbs in it which is disgusting, and to top it off they had loud music playing in another room that made it a little bit difficult to concentrate on the message.I will not be coming back.

Had a great and relaxing time here! My body was stiff and sore from all the typing I do and getting back into exercise recently and they fixed me right up. Loved the sauna too.

I called the S. Jordan, location to schedule. They were booked. She said, I can schedule you at Sandy. So I showed up st 7 34 pm for my 8 pm appointment. The doors were locked and lights were off. I called S. Jordan, location she was speechless.. She said, shed call the manager. She told me theyd come back and open up so I could get the massage. I waited and felt very un comfortable knowing they had to come back. Point is.. its a franchise business and the closing time was 9pm.. I arrived at 7 34pm. . The lady told me who ever scheduled my appt. didnt call that location to make sure there would be someone there. Bad business practice just close when they want.

My massage therapist Isa was amazing. She gave me a lot of tips to help with my tight muscles. The deep tissue massage was to die for and I feel amazing still.

It was an ok experience. I felt rushed and the massage felt rushed. Their are no changing rooms so you have to change in the sane room you are receiving the massage. My masseuse left hot towels on my feet too long so they turned cold and my feet were freezing.

The online booking wasnt working so I called in to make an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, they did not have me scheduled. The front desk person kept trying to blame me for the mistake asking if I booked the right location. When I gave her the masseuses name and showed her the number I called, she admitted they made a mistake but had no resolution. Very poor customer service.

It was easy to make an appointment, it wasnt busy, so I was able to use the sauna right after my massage, and my therapist was amazing!

Heather was great! I definitely recommend coming and having the swedish massage. It was just what I needed. Nice atmosphere and great employees. Will come back for sure.

Couples messages were fantastic, we shared the same room. Sauna has a digital screen with music and movie apps. Saunas use infared technology.

Im a member of 3 years. The owner has personally taken care of me with a problem. They do have a high turnover rate, but they are super friendly.

The woman that helped us at the front desk was very friendly. Ive been to both locations in South Jordan and Sandy and Sandy is the only location I will go to based on my experience.

The staff here is incredibly rude and thoughtless. They were snotty and ignorant. I will never get a massage from here and I will tell everyone I meet how incredibly rude they are.

It took several minutes after my arrival for someone to greet me but the overall experience was good. For the price, I would go back.

Love this place. Ive never had a bad experience and love member ship program my husband and I can both be on the plan for the same price.
