As a first timer and my first experience the service is awwwhhhsooommeee GREAT I recommend this place to family and friends. I had a full body massage 90 mins with hot stones OMG 💯😊it’s a must. Thank you 👏🏽👌Angel for recommending it that was a great experience. Angel she’s very friendly and great taking care of me. Definitely coming back. Thanks Angel for taking care of me and being nice the whole experience as a first time myself.

I was really looking forward to a one hour foot massage, but was disappointed. The massage, in general, was OK, but the masseuse wore latex gloves, which really took away from the massage experience. Would you give a full body massage with gloves on?? It definitely was not an authentic experience.Also, the masseuse took a phone call in the middle of my massage, which is a total deal breaker for me. I don’t care how busy or understaffed you are…let it go to voice mail. In exchange for the business you may have gotten by taking that call, you lost a client who was sitting right there on the table.I will not be coming back.** The company responded to my review, only to say that the gloves were a matter of hygiene, which makes zero sense, given that if I were to get a full body massage, they would likely not be using gloves and would would massage my feet along with the rest of my body. At least, that would be my expectation. If youre going to be in the massage business, you actually need to TOUCH the client...They also did not address my complaint of answering a phone call in the middle of my foot massage, which obviously shows me there is no justification for that. Its absolutely not acceptable, yet a lot of these smaller massage places do it, which is extremely disappointing.

I recently visited Cascade Massage Spa and had an amazing experience. The spa is incredibly clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Lucy was my therapist, and she was extremely professional and attentive. I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. Highly recommend！！

I really needed this massage. Angel worked very hard to work out the knots in my upper and lower back. I felt instant relief from my back pain after she was finished. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Could not recommend more. All the staff was kind and treated me well. I’ll definitely book again. Thank you so Much!

This place is amazing! I barely had to wait at all when I arrived, even though I showed up early. The massage felt wonderful and definitely loosened up a lot of tension, especially in my lower back. I felt like a spaghetti noodle when I was finished. And the prices are great here as well. You definitely get what you pay for here. Im going to recommend this place to my husband so we can do a couples massage together. 😊

Massages were great, however it wasn’t very relaxing.We booked a couples massage for two hours. The massages were very through but during them we were walked in on by a small child (while our bottom cheeks were out). We could hear them playing in the lobby. There’s a dog groomer right next door and we could hear a dog barking nearly the entire time, which I understand is out of their control. My partner’s masseuse was using her phone during our service and buzzed a few times. The massage table was also not long though for my partner. He’s 5’11. The masseuses were also talking to each other.At the end, we paid and put our tip down, and the woman asked for more.Great massage for the price, however the other things that happened left us unhappy.

Excellent massage. It’s like the MT (Andy) could tell which muscles were my troubled areas (mainly neck, right behind my shoulders) and left me feeling relaxed and less tense. I will be a returning customer!

Went to call to reschedule due to work issues and got screamed at on the phone by the woman who answers the phone calls. I told her fine and to take my money and cancel the appointment. Apparently theyre busy so that kind of behavior is okay... As if its fine to scream at a customer because youre busy at work; Id get fired if I did what she did. The manager then called me and tried to again excuse the behavior because theyre busy. Absolutely not.I understand its frustrating having a customer reschedule but this was unacceptable especially after I reserved one of their more expensive massages.

My husband and I are so pleased with this place. We were a bit behind on schedule due to traffic. I phoned them and they were very understanding. Upon arrival, they were ready and the check-in went very smoothly. No time was wasted. I love the fact that they were very clean and the room smelt so good and the music was spot on. Helped with able to get right into Zen Mode. We are definitely coming back. They hit every spots that needed massage attention. One hour was not enough. I highly recommend their services. We did a couple massage at $130 -- it was so helpful because I called around and they beat everybodys prices. They definitely scored high on our list!!! Mixed experience. Perhaps they were short-staffed, but my provider was doing double duty with the massage and front desk; she had her phone and Apple watch notifications buzzing the entire time of the massage, which made it hard to relax, and several times stopped to talk to her children (in Chinese, so less distracting than in English), and to book further appointments.

I’m from out of town and went on Sunday for a 2 hour deep tissue and it was incredible. I always have tension in my shoulders which lead to migraines and this was exactly the prep I needed before my flight back East!

I like massage. I go there every week to enjoy an hour massage. The acupuncture points they press are very accurate. It makes you feel sore and refreshing. Whats even weirder is that its like a different person. I have exactly the effect I want. . I will be back.

Lucy is fantastic. I skied 6 days and my quads were so tight and tired. She went right to work. She is expert at deep tissue. She worked one quad for 30 minutes and then the other. Which is what I needed to ski the next day. Can’t recommend her enough.

60 minute Couples massage was quite painful. Made my partner cry several times, and did not lighten up or stop when asked. Heavily pressured for a tip, though I would have preferred not to tip.This was supposed to be a relaxing gift for me and my partner, and she was injured.We immediately drove to Sego Lily down the street to book an appointment as soon as we can.Will not return.

The massages are reasonably priced. The staffers are friendly. It is easy to book a same day appointment. Ive been happy the few times Ive gotten massages here so far.

Have you ever cried during a massage? In my opinion… it’s a sign of a talented, gifted massage therapist. It wasn’t just the emotion evoked, I was completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Sometimes massage hurts… this was 100% healing. The last 5-6 massages I’ve received in the Sandy area were not even close to this level.Thank you, Leo. I really needed that today!

Massage was expensive and sub-par. after shelling out a decent amount of money they demanded a tip, and refused to let us leave I DO NOT recommend going to this establishment. Well maybe pay them more so they are not begging for a tip at the door. Very unprofessional and will not be going here again after we did not tip they continued to call to beg for one it is unprofessional. I paid 300 dollars for me and my wife to receive a two hour massage that left her bruised and battered and the therapists clearly are not professionals.

Went in for a 90 min couples massage...Not what I was expecting smells like a pet store there was a child screaming on and off throughout the massage if you think thats a great massage for the price youre surly mistakeing the rooms are small smell like lysol and the beds are uncomfortable we will not be going back.

Went in for a massage, staff was rude. I have bruises all over my back… in more pain than I was when I went in. Don’t recommend. Tried to tip, to be kind… it wasn’t accepted. Then was harassed by phone to come back into center to leave a tip. Very unprofessional.

My massage therapist was incredible- he was very understanding of my initial hesitation of getting a massage from a man and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The massage itself was also great- I couldnt even frown afterwards, I was so relaxed! I also enjoyed the private rooms, the ambiance (low lighting and soft music), the late hours, and the very simple booking/check-in process.

Great spot! My soleus calf muscle hurts from running so I went to this place for a 30 minute massage and felt way better afterwards. Was able to book online and you can also tip online if youd like.

This is a great little place for a massage. I really liked the privacy the rooms offer and the heated massage table. My masseuse was great and very respectful. I left feeling extremely relaxed and some of my pain had been relieved! I will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I did a couples massage. We enjoyed the atmosphere. The decorations were simple and the piano/violin music was very relaxing. Both our massage people were very attentive to how we reacted to different things and adjusted well. This was our first time getting a professional massage so we were somewhat nervous, but it was very well done and professional. We are looking forward to our next massage.

More of a rub down than a massage. My wife and I went there for a couples massage a few days ago. They were able to fit us in which was nice. The facility was dated, the massage beds were hard, and there was nowhere to put your clothes in the room.I’ve had many massages from many places over the years so I feel like I know what to expect. First of all they rubbed us on top of the blanket for almost ten minutes. And after that most of the massage, for both of us, was more of a general rub down (way too hard at times) than an actual massage. Also, I’ve never had anyone yank on my limbs as a part of the massage before.We ended up more sore than when we went in. It we the weirdest massage I’ve ever gotten and wasn’t worth the money. The only way I can imagine they have the ratings they do is because of signs asking people to go online and rate them for a gift. So I wouldn’t trust most of the ratings here.

So I randomly searched nearest spa and this place poped up and I thought I would give it a try and it totaly worth it.I booked a deep tissue massage same day online, Andy hits everthing that was hurting my neck and back and Ive never felt better. Came here the morning after our wedding for some much needed relaxation and they did not disappoint for my massage. My husband however said that he felt that the pressure they used on him was way too much. The only thing I wish I did differently was to get the longer massage time.

A very unique experience, but a good massage. We got a couples massage and both of us enjoyed the experience. They used a technique that we had never experienced before, but it was good. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Massage was awful. We requested deep tissue and when we were there reiterated that I Wanted a deep deep tissue massage. That I like pressure. They acknowledged and agreed. The first three minutes was pressure, and then the remaining time it was just a gentle rub on my back and up and down my legs. We went in for a 90 minute massage and at 40 minutes I called it quits I was done. I get a better massage sitting at home in my massage chair then what I got there. Never again. This is my second experience with them and if I would’ve known I would’ve had the same person I would’ve canceled. Save your time and money and find a real massage parlor. This is definitely not it.

My wife and I just finished a full body couples massage. It more than filled our expectations. Being that my wife is pregnant, and I had just finished playing 4 hours of a pickleball tournament, they did an amazing job relieving all the stress and tensions in our bodies. To finish it off he pulled my at my arms and legs and got out some much needed tension in my joints as well. This has been an annual anniversary treat for my wife and I, but with the great service we will have to do it at least once a month.

Professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere; they were able to schedule me the same day I called!I was having awful upper back and neck pain and went in for a massage. Leaving I felt much better. I didn’t even feel worse pain waking up the next morning, like I expected. I did end up with some middle-back bruising near my spine, but that just means I now know to ask for lighter pressure in that area, next time. I would return again.

Ive been to a number of massage places and this is one of the best messages Ive ever had!!! After skiing I was super sore and achy around my neck, arms, and back so I came here to get a last minute massage. Ireen was amazing!!! I told her exactly the areas where I was sore and she tailored her massage to alleviate those areas. It was so good I got another hour done the same day. Im feeling so much better now!!!

My boyfriend and I went to get a couples massage here last month and it was fantastic! My boyfriend isnt off work till 8 and they even stayed open a little late for us. It was both of our first times getting a professional massage and we felt amazing afterwards. They also have great prices! I literally called 25 massage places from SLC to Provo and they were the only ones who could work with our schedule. I would totally recommend this place to anyone whos thinking of going here. I would also say to pay cash since there might be a small charge to use a credit card ( not totally sure since I paid cash, just a precaution).

Got a couples massage with my husband. We previously went to the Santuary Day Spa and have tried many others. This was place is by far the best massages we have ever had. Don’t question it...just go!! You won’t regret it. They are amazing.

Simply amazing! Went in for a couples foot massage which turns out to be a great foot massage with a dressed full body experience. Extremely COVID conscience so no discomfort there. These folks have magical hands. We will be back.

Writing for my girlfriend. She was pretty impressed about her massage. She had other deep tissue massages which weren’t that great and basically just a little pressure. But this one included lots of kneeding and massaging deeply into potential inflammation spots and generally totally relaxing. It’s definitely super clean and Covid secure. They are using organic coconut oil and the lady asks you kindly if you prefer it harder or softer.. she is really careful on knee parts or on the back of the knee. She was impressed about that as usually others don’t care if someone is sensible there. A big plus also was that the lady asked if she wanted a male or female masseur. That’s vety respectful and again, most other masseur do not care. Will come back ✌🏼

My wife and I purchased a Groupon for two hour long foot massages. The first three times we tried to book an appointment(pre COVID) we were told to just call the day before and they would have plenty of spaces for us. Upon following their instructions, each time we were told they didn’t have any availability. So finally, with the COVID restrictions lifted, we called and made an appointment (they again tried to tell us to just call the day before, I told them no I needed to have my appointment on the books right then). When we arrived today for our appointment, after getting a babysitter and driving across the valley, we were told they had our appointment for a different day. I had confirmed the appointment day and time with them twice on the phone!They very well may be good at what they do, but the schedules is such a hassle it is not worth anyones time.

Had a special for a combo foot massage for 60 minutes for my wife and I. Not sure what the combo massage included, but any massage is better than none, right? I was able to get in the same day right before closing.We were the only customers in the store and it was a fantastic experience! No Covid concerns at all! Extremely professional and comfortable massage for both of us. The combo included a lot of time spent on the feet, but also included the head (that was the best part), shoulders (ok, that was the best part), back, legs, arms and hands.The whole experience was amazing! Wed been looking for something like this since moving from California where these kinds of foot/combo massages are all over the place. Not so much in Utah.We are so glad to have found Palm Spa Massage and will be back!
