Will definitely never be going back. I’ve been to this salon 3-4 times, and they usually rush. However today they rushed more than I’ve ever seen, my fill was done in under an hour. There was only 1 girl in the entire salon. She left my nails uneven, some are even just round instead of almond shaped. She didn’t even follow the design I showed her as a reference. She left acrylic on my skin around my nails, was super rough with the drill.

This place is amazing!!! The best pedicure ever. They listen to the things I do and dont like about my nails and do everything to make sure I love my set every time I leave

I love walking in, they always attend me super quick! Everyone in there does really good work & they are pretty quick to get you out the door. (Probably why I love coming here, I am not the type that loves to spend hours at the nail salon) ☺️🙂‍↔️

Em Nails is the best, especially Julie! I’ve been coming here for a while and they are attentive, detail oriented, and do incredible work. I’ve had gel pedicures, acrylic sets, and gel nails, and they’ve done an amazing job on all of them. 10/10 recommend.

Did a walk-in for 2 pedicures and it felts awesome! Good pricing and 1st pedicure (I’ve gone to) that included hot stones in the BASIC package! Every good variety in colors as well! Will be definitely coming back in the future :)

I have been going to em nails for the last year on and off but have been going consistently for the past 6 months and I can not say enough great things about it! I get acrylics & I have NEVER had a broken nail from them ever. Julie has been doing my nails for the past few months and is always so sweet and does exactly what I ask for. She does an amazing job & especially takes care to be gentle with my cuticles and not hurt my fingers. 12/10 would recommend

I have been coming to Em Nails for close to a year. I discovered them after having several bad experiences. My nails were in bad shape when I met Julie and she helped me to revamp them keep them up. I love that she understands what I like and helps me to achieve a look that fits my style every time I visit. I usually do dip nails with a gel pedicure. I have always been impressed by the level of customer service, the quality of my nails, and the overall experience. I love my visit’s because they truly create a relaxing experience that takes my mind off the busy schedule I usually keep. I highly recommend you visit if you are looking for an amazing nail technician.

I’m very picky, and I didn’t notice any mistakes or small nicks in Julie’s work, she made zero mistakes. The service was wonderful and I love the aesthetics. I will definitely be back.

I haven’t gone to the nail salon often. But last week, I visited Em Nails & Spa, and then I changed my mind. The salon is so clean and fragrant. I was so relaxed when I was here.

Ive been coming here for the past year and ever since my first time I just knew I found a great nail spot. Julie is always so nice and does an amazing job. Im super indecisive on which colors might look good for me. Now I just bring a picture and Julie does an awesome job matching what I show her so I can have the cutest nails! Phat is also amazing with pedicures, hes super friendly and does a great job. I love getting my nails done here, they really spend their time making sure youre happy with your nails.

This place is the BEST nail place EVER!!!! Pat is seriously the best nail technician I’ve ever had. And I’ve gotten my nails done for 30 years and in 4 states. Everyone is so nice and it’s well priced. I highly recommend it!!!

I got a pedicure which was so relaxing and nice and massage chairs are very comfortable. She then did an amazing job on my nails. They are very friendly and the environment is so relaxing i almost fell asleep. Definitely recommend!

My pedi was great, my manicure is AWFUL. She drumeled my natural nails to the point they were ON FIRE and would not quit! Then she missed painting half a nail, but managed to paint my knuckles… and I have six bloody cuts from misuse of tools. I should have just left. Bad bad bad. And it was expensive. Not going back. The picture shows one of six cuts (the worst one) and the half painted nail. Notice the finger next door has some wonky edges… yikes!

My dear friend treated me to a manicure night at her favorite place. What a great experience I was running behind, a little before closing hours and they still took their time with me. They were gentle with my already short nails due to nail biting! I had a good time chatting with my friend and enjoyed the nice clean and calm atmosphere. Also my nails seemed to stay on longer then any other place.

I always come here to get my nails done. Julie does the best job on my manicures. I can be pretty indecisive about colors and shes very patient and works with me. She lets me try on colors before we proceed with anything and I love that! I would definitely bring my friends and family here.

EM Nails has the best ambiance. Everyone is so friendly and does fantastic work. Love the massaging chairs and relaxing music. Very spa like. NEVER a bad experience. I wont anywhere else.

I was trying to be as kind as I could yet, the guy that helped me felt like he was rushing me and was very hard on my hands, even put the drill on my finger rather than my nail. I would not go here again, go somewhere else. My nails also look bad.Not a good experience.

The male that works here is not only unfriendly, but super unprofessional. He was rude and was so rough when filing and trimming my nails. When I told him he was hurting my nail he responded by saying it was “just my nail.” He didn’t tell me how much they were charging me when ringing me up. Don’t come here unless you want your day ruined by their poor manners and rude attitude.

I took my son for his first mani/pedi and EM was great! They were very friendly and attentive and took a lengthy amount of time to pamper us. They have the whole process down to an art! It was a luxurious experience and were definitely coming back!

Dean at EM nails got me in quickly and did a great job on my pedicure. I got the basic pedicure but it was still really great. The massage took time and I was very relaxed. Will definitely come back

The price sheet in the booklet on the table said full set of acrylic nails. $35They charged me $55 I showed him the price. We went into ya long tail about costs and no one wants to work. Owners don’t care blah blah. Still charged $55!

My husband and I come here monthly for pedicure dates and it’s our favorite pedicure in all of Utah. We drive an hour each way and it’s totally worth it!! The deluxe pedicure in the massage chair is like a little slice of heaven!

This salon and experience was fantastic! I came in immediately after getting a sub-par pedicure up the road. My technician here however was detailed, while taking their time to give me a wonderful experience and service. She made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this place!

Got a full set 2 weeks ago. When I asked how much a fill was she said $37. When I went back in yesterday she said $40. Paid her with a tip and she she didn’t say thank you just walked away. Can hear the Pilates class next door clear as day. Not relaxing.

This place is amazing. The pedicures are not rushed and you feel as if you fully get the service requested. Everyone is so kind and you leave feeling better then when you left .

We decided to get pedicures as a family and were pleasantly surprised when this salon took appts for all 7 of us. The place that we usually go was closed due to the holiday. There were only two people working so we expected it to take quite a while. We ended up being there over 2 hours total. The pedicures were ok. I think because we had so many people with us they were rushing and didn’t do a great job. I felt it was a little overpriced for the service given. Again it could have been that they didn’t check their online booking system to see a big group coming in. In their “price menu” it stated a 5% discount for groups of 4 or more. When I brought it up at the register, the lady said “no” until I showed her the book. She ended up taking only $6 off of a $270 bill. When I said that wasn’t correct, she simply showed me the screen. We just paid it and left. Wished it could have been a better experience.

This is my go-to place. They always do an amazing job and are VERY friendly. I recommend Harly to everyone. I wish I had more pictures of all the beautiful nails they’ve done. Here’s a few! 100/10!

We had an appointment scheduled for 5 people at 3PM on 7/22/22. We were all there on time, but they could only work on 2 people at a time. They did say they were short-staffed, so I totally understand. BUT, I chose a very dark burgundy color, but the color came out much lighter than expected. I didnt say anything at first, because I wasnt sure that there was going to be some kind of liquid or finish that was going to make it dark? Maybe that was my mistake.But, after all, the color that the nails came out with was much lighter than the color shown through the polish glass. hahaThey did offer a tiny bottle of water, but it was a little warm and muggy in there.

At first we were really happy with this salon, but I took my daughter with me to get pedicures, and the technician wiped the junk from underneath my daughters toenails onto her foot instead of the towel like she is suppose to! SO GROSS!! Do not go to this salon if they are going to treat their customers like this! I did not know this until we left and my daughter told me, I am so unhappy. We will not be going back.

Worst case scenario ever with the only one guy who works at this place. This guy tried to ruin my day but I didnt give him that opportunity. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and arrogant. My nails looked dirty from the inside and on the corners after he was done working extremely hard. I tried humbly to tell him to fix and he told me: tell me do my job in peace, you are just paying $ 65 anyways !!! $ 65 my foot like it was nothing. I will never come back again 😤 bye-bye 👋

I’m beyond happy with the set of nails and pedicure I received. The results Exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no complaints with the staff or their services. Several walk in customers weren’t happy because they had to wait, so I would recommend making an appointment.

Got a regular polish manicure. They did a good job and were careful about having me pay before painting my nails so they wouldn’t smudge. But one day later and they’re already chipping?? $25 wasted

I was very surprised with this business.Very nice nail salon. They use brand new clean tools. Have the plastic covers for the water tubs. This is the best pedicure I have ever recieved .The owner is so kind , There is a huge selection of colors available . The massage chairs actually work ...I was in heaven as I have a sore back .The girl took her time with my feet , listened to what I would like done . After my feet were done I also got a full set of nails . The nail tech takes her time and applies them correctly . First time my nails did not hurt after getting nails done . All together I am very pleased with this business .There are no chemical smells or dust in the air like other salons . I gave a 37.00 tip out because I was seriously pleased with the customer service I recieved here . I will be a regular at this establishment now. Do yourself a favor and take a minute to be spoiled at Em nails .

Worst experience, I recommend go anywhere BUT HERE! I have given this place several chances and they have just progressively gotten worse. Been to almost every nail technician there and none of them were pleasant nor did even an average job. First of all they have cut my skin open not once but THREE separate times. I had gone in to get my nails done before a very important event and this woman was filling my nails so aggressively and I expressed pain yet she continued and soon enough I was bleeding, They charged me more than they advertised, (no cost reduced for cutting me several times) They acted as if it didnt even matter that this woman had left be bleeding and as an anemic person I was very disturbed. I walked out the door with 2 bandages on looking and feeling terrible. Not to mention they charge extra for adding nail polish? I havent heard of a person walking into a nail salon with the intention of not having nail polish applied? Also these people have drilled my nails off to the point of no return. It took months for my nails to regain strength and not be incredibly uncomfortable. I think these people are just in a rush with intentions of over charging you. They do not keep the comfort of their clients in mind. Terrible service, poor work and just not a pleasant environment. Being a busy woman getting your nails done should be relaxing this is just adding more stress to your day.

I read some of the reviews and thought oh hey I will try them out for a fill. Well wrong thing to do. Things were going ok until the tech started doing things a different way of doing a fill than anyone else has done. There are waves in my nail, the tips are super thin, and they are all crooked not the same sizes. She wouldnt even smooth them out before putting on the polish. She told me I know what Im doing. Some nails are smaller in length than others. I asked if I could have my nails certain colors and she did not even do as asked. I wouldnt recommend going to this place. It is definitely not a relaxing experience as the neighbor holds exercise classes and its pretty loud as well.

They used a cheese grater on my heel to remove the calluses. But the also used it on the outside of my feet causing the removal of skin. This caused bleeding on the outside of both feet. There was a lot of bleeding on the right foot. It is 4 days after the event and it is painful to wear shoes or sandals. All shoes put pressure on the area were they skinned me. I will never go here again

Go see Julie at Em Nails. She is the best around. She always makes your nails look amazing 👏 She listens to what you want and makes sure you are happy with your nails.

$10 tip went to $3 pretty quick when she tore my pinky toe open with the nail file making it bleed. The rest of the pedicure was basic for the price. The place is nice. I’m just pretty upset about being hurt.Update: left me sitting in paraffin wax for 10-15 minutes. She completely went to a different customer without any indication of coming back or if someone else would be helping me. I’m still just sitting here waiting with wax that is obviously done. It’s making my feet feel itchy and like they’re sweating.

I have been here in the past, but lately I feel they are going down hill. The service has been poor and the quality of their work is slipping. This last time I took my daughter to get a pedicure and myself a manicure. Their English is so bad that you cant really explain what you want. My daughter sat her feet in cold water for at least 15 minutes before I finally asked them to make it warm. They told her to do it! Shes 11! Finally a lady comes over and turns it on and tells me see, it is warm. I responded well now it is!. They didnt even do a full pedicure on her. No hot stones, no how towel, and they only put lotion and massaged one leg! I brought it up to the lady who just gave me a blank look beause she didnt understand what I was saying. Then charged me full price. No thanks....Ill go somewhere else from now on.

I am so completely disappointed with my experience here. I went once before for a trial run for my nails for my wedding and Antonio did a beautiful job but the thumb nail broke soon after because my nails were too thin. I went back and he wasnt there so I had someone else do them and she was disrespectful and condescending. I cannot even believe her audacity to tell me not to ask for thicker nails again because they dont look good. I will never go back. Choose anywhere else here!!

TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Nail technicians were sassy and filled with rude remarks through out the entire nail experience. Acrylic nails were crooked, 2 fingers cut/bleeding, and the final gloss clear polish was streaky and filled with air bubbles. Oh and that not ever the worst part, when I went to pay the lady asked if I would like to give a tip. I offered a 12% tip (because of the terrible quality and service), Im normally a 20% tipper, and the lady said WHAT only $4.00? as she threw her hand on her hip all sassy. I then walked out to my car, still astonished by the terrible quality, decided that this was not acceptable, I then rushed back in and asked them to fix it. NO APOLOGIES!! They seemed annoyed and bugged that I had complained. HOW RUDE! Terrible experience, waste of my money, will never go back!

I had been a customer for 8 yrs always went back to them even tho I lived out in bountiful just because I really liked how my nails turned out. I was out of town for a while and decided to go in today However I had the worse experience ever!!! Idk if owners switched or if employees were all new this time but their customer service was awful. I needed all full set with pedicure & manicure the lady said o sorry we close at 7pm come back another day. Come on if I went in is because I needed one ASAP. She still had 30 min before 7 ... I know the ppl b4 would have helped me out anyway just to not loose a customer.i ve worked in customer service my whole life and trust me if u want to grow your business u do what u got to do. In addition u never treat customer with attitude. TERRIBLE! Therefore I will never go back or recommend anyone!!!

I just had the worst experience getting a pedicure I have ever had here. The women doing my service ripped skin off my feet. She didnt know what she was doing she was rough, she scratched my skin to the point of bleeding with the pumis, she dug my toes so hard it hurt to walk. I tried to go in and talk to them but they refused to listen. I dont think she even has a license. Terrible experience! Never going back

Lots of options, but the staff were unresponsive and disconnected, and there was hardly a relaxing experience involved. My cat eye acrylics took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and peeled off within 2 weeks, not to mention the complete lack of lotions, soaks, creams, or anything else youd expect getting a manicure. The pedicure station had MUCH more going on---come for a pedicure and many polish options. Dont get a manicure here.

I wish I could give this place a zero stars. My friend and I went to this place on our last day of school to have fun and kick off the summer. It started off ok, the man that was doing my toes did ok, they don’t look too bad but when he was cutting my cuticles, he cut them so far back and he was not gentle. and a while back I got my toes done at another place and they cut off a chunk of my skin and it had just healed up and today, the guy just ripped out a large piece of skin. My friend’s toenails were not cut and they were extremely crooked. Then we got up to do our fingernails. He started to shape them and he started to give me a square shape which he did not ask if I wanted. I did not say anything, which I completely regret. Then when he put on my first color coat I had one hand under the light and he was painting the other one. He loved my hand and I accidentally turned off the light and I didn’t realize and when he did realize, he asked me very interrogatively “Did you do that?”, of course I said “Yes, I think I did by accident”. He scoffed at me and turned the light back on. Then as he ended with my nails, I looked at them and they were all lumpy and there was a piece of nail that had splintered off that he just painted over trying to hide it. We got up and went to pay, I was trying to figure out a tip but seeing that I wasn’t satisfied I didn’t leave a good tip. The lady that had done my friend’s nails was watching me write the tip and after I wrote it down, she grabbed my hand and inspected my nails as if my nails were better than the tip I gave. I do not recommend this place. Always do your research on nail salon ratings. They have a location in Draper that has four stars.

One of my best nails ever! She took my picture I had and replicated it so well without any question! Definitely will continue to come here! So happy!

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The woman that did my pedicure today was so rushed and so rough that she took a chunk of skin off the side of my foot while attempting to remove the rough skin. She used a nail file that should have been thrown away weeks ago. She had to push so hard that the file dug further into my skin than it did file my nails. I got my shellac removed and decided to not have it redone she was so bad. Paid for a basic manicure. She left some of the shellac on my nails and painted clear polish over it. I wish I would have walked out after my painful pedicure. There is a reason my normal salon always has a wait and there is never a wait at this salon.

I have went three times now and the first time was good but the last two times it has been very terrible customer service and I never actually get my nails done by the person I schedule for…

EmNails is fantastic!! Everyone is friendly and efficient. Amy gets a special shout out because she is amazing! She does incredible acrylics and dips!

I called to find out how much a fill was and was told $15. I walked in and the guy asked if I was who just called. He went back to get the girl to do my nails. She had me pick out a color (regular nail polish, not gel). She then told me it was $16, but an extra $2 for nail polish. Seemed weird to charge extra for nail polish at a nail salon, but whatever.After finishing my nails, I noticed that 2 of them were square and the rest were oval. I also had nail polish on my skin and she applied the polish so thick in some places that it is actually bumpy. But in some places you can see the old blue nail polish. She didnt paint the tips of my nails.They look bad enough that even my boyfriend noticed without me saying anything. Unfortunately I am too passive to go back in and have them fix it, but I will not be returning.

Today I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The girl that did my acrylics seemed really irritated and rushed, and very rude. I wanted coffin nails and she just flat out told me no.After she polished my nails, (right at 7, when they close) she said dont smudge your nails cause Im going home and cant redo them and literally just took of. My cuticles were so rough and usually they are supposed to oil them. I guess Im in the market for another nail place....

Favorite place to get my nails done! They take such good care of your feet and everything is clean! My nails are fantastic after every session.

I got a spa pedicure and a basic manicure. The water for the pedicure was so hot it burned me and when it came time to dip my feet in the wax it was so hot I actually yelped out loud. They wanted to charge me $10 for nail polish for my pedicure and manicure... What? I had my manicure done on Thursday and its already chipping by Monday. My nails werent even filed evenly. Definitely not going back again.

Worst pedicure experience ever. My nail tech was so concerned with everything else going on in salon she left me half a dozen times. Not to mention I was soaking in the water for 30 min even though she was free. No sense of urgency here or professionalism.

They took so much time to make sure my nails looked amazing!! Also so many colors and designs to choose from & super up to date with the current nail trends!

The hours say they are open on Sunday from 11am-5pm. I showed up at 11am on Sunday and they were closed. I came back at noon to see if they opened late today, still closed.If you’re closed due to a covid explore, there should definitely be a sign on the door for customers to see.

Good designs for halloween which is hard to come by and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied

Went to US nails for a pedicure was told it would be $45.00 they charged my card $70.00. They said it was because the a freaking lotion. Who charges $25.00 for a lotion. Plus they cut my toes and made me bleed. Worst place ever..

The guy that did my nails was very impatient and was rough on my hands. He cut my ARM with his drill tool and didn’t even say sorry. He was rude to me. Not happy with my experience and how I was treated.

And this man that was helping us was so rude and keeped rolling his eyes at us whenever we had any questions to ask about . The water was so cold there they didn’t do half the things that we choose from the list they gave us . I could just go on and on about how bad this place is . Worst experience ever don’t go !!!
