Was shipped immediately the same day I ordered it and came early! Well packaged, very well protected abd marked.. professional service, small gift included, and great prompt communication. My order arrived quickly, and all in one piece with no cracks. They used about a bazillion packing peanuts, wrapped the glass up in many layers of bubble wrap, and shipped a small fragile glass accessory separately.Their customer service was also very responsive when I made a mistake order, they refunded my money almost immediately.

Best customer service !!! Accidentally put the wrong apt. I emailed and got a response quickly and was able to pick up my package from the warehouse. AMAZING!! Ordered 12 kings beaker pipe Quality was great shipping also great but the downstem doesnt seat properly when using k clip ordered extra downstem does the same thing had to use my old downstem from my bio which seats perfectly

Highly recommended! Ordered an 18mm female bowl replacement. Shipping was free. Prices were great. Received tracking in 1 day! Received parcel in 4 days! Oh shizz they sent a male bowl by accident! Sent an email to customer support. Received a response the same day! At 11 pm PST lol. They apologized way more than neccessary and sent 2 of the correct bowl to correct their mistake. Received tracking the following day and the second parcel a few days later. Am SUPER pleased with both the glass and customer service!! Will definitely order from Kings again. They even left a handwritten apology for the mistake on the packing slip. Solid staff, solid glass! Well done Kings!

Online process seems pretty straight forward, just ordered a carta glass attachment, with two day shipping. I am a little nervous I will not get my object because I bought it through the site, but I am hoping for the best. Really bad service. Had trouble with a piece that was delivered damaged. Tried to get a replacement but the service is horrible. Tried to get me to do all the work when it was their mistake. And tried to make me pay for shipping the defective product back to them. Will not buy from them again.

The downside is that upon arrival I noticed the glass is cracked around the mouth piece. I tried contacting them but I was not able to find a phone number to see if there was anything that could be done about it I’ve also sent numerous emails to no avail still haven’t received and answer I’m quite upset it’s been over two weeks.Because my piece was cracked in half to where I won’t use it, and I have been sending emails like crazy to get help but haven’t gotten any response. could Someone please contact me or something I’m pretty frustrated over this issue and would like it to be resolved ASAP
