Have a really crummy selection of merchandise. I decided to go ahead and use them since I was there. Then buddy said he could not take my state issued paper ID. I am 47 years old. This kid was 22. Will not be returning. Also you just missed out on a close to $100 profit. Hope your owners see this

I came into the shop today with my son I did forget my ID which I understood he couldnt sell me the vape although Im 40 years old with lots of Grey. But I started to play a game of pool with my son and was told I had to leave because of my ID I want go back to any of them owned by this person. Thanks for nothing

I came to shop for a beginner friendly vape mod and was well taken care of. I was greet by a gentleman named Alex. He was well versed and informative. Even helped me set my mod up nicely and gave tips. I would recommend this store to anyone. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Best vape shop Ive found in town. The guy who was working was really knowledgeable and helped me pick out a few things. I ended up getting a whole new device (Caliburn), some juice and a couple of disposable for around $80 which is a great price especially for Savannah.

I love this place but damn the location would be so much sweeter if it werent right off one of the busiest intersections in Savannah. Thats really my only gripe and why I dont come in so much, theres to many crazies on the road in a rush to go nowhere fast.

Awesome experience which is hard to find anymore! Looking for a vape shop w/o the anxiety of being treated like youre stupid & dont belong, youve found the right place!!! No need to worry if youre new to vaping. They make sure you leave w/ what meets your needs rather than taking advantage & selling you over priced stuff you dont need. The manager is amazing! I have purchased 2 bottles of Sad Boy Butter Cookie from here that were expired. The juice was dark & had no flavor. I spoke with the guy working and he basically didn’t care. He just said that it happens and there’s nothing he can do about it. I will not be returning.

I only come here because usually the store employees are entertaining and knowledgeable to talk to while your buying your product.

Definitely an awesome shop. Device selection isn’t the biggest, but the guys were knowledgeable. The shop is also very cool. Parking lot is a pain to get into if you’re coming for Savannah, but worth it. I’ve been there twice, both times I left satisfied.One quick recommendation, sell beer and soft drinks. Stay open later. Turn it into a vape bar. Business will explode. You’ll have people come to just hang out for hours. Vaping up a storm and wind up having to buy more ejuice. You guys are almost there, just do it all the way!

Overall a great shop. The parking lot is small and its HARD to get to if youre driving on the other side of the rode. Very friendly customer service and great place to just relax.

Been looking for a new vape store after leaving Atlanta. Finding the right vape store is a lot like trying to find a new favorite bar. I tried several around town and either couldnt find a good vape selection or was not impressed with the store overall. I found the Vape Loft online and was not disappointed on my visit. First off, I walk in the door and the sales person comes from behind the counter to shake my hand and introduce himself. Little things like that go a long way to selling me on a new store. Then the juice selection is huge and affordably priced. They have a wide assortment of rigs and all the parts to go along with them. Dont let the outside fool you, inside the store is bright clean and very modern. These folks just earned a long time customer!

Best vape shop in town. Nelson runs the place and hes one of the nicest dudes Ive ever met. Feel free to hang out, shoot some pool, play pingpong, Xbox, or foosball. They sell drinks and snacks, too. They also have a huge selection of juices from all over the country, and you can sample any of them before committing to buy.

V, his wife, and Dillon, owners/operators and their staff run an excellent vape shop where the selection is great, but their tobacco harm reduction to the local community is OUTSTANDING!!!

Not a bad selection. Atmosphere was a little odd. The guy working silenced the phone twice while I was there, which explains why I couldnt get an answer when I called.

Every single time I have been in this store, I came out highly disappointed. I never get what I ask for. Why hire people who dont know anything about vaping? If so, why not train them properly? Ive lost so much money in this store. Will not be returning.
