My wife and I had an excellent couples massage and the host was fantastic, she was so nice and generous! We really appreciated the relaxing time we had there!

I really enjoyed my Spa day. My husband and I each had Massages and Facials. Johnnie was very polite and professional from the time we can in until we left. The Spa team was very good. We will be back soon.

Our company hosted free 30 min massages and facials and all of the ladies were very happy with the services and professionalism of the therapists. Ms. Johnnie was so nice and helpful. The spa is very nice with both sauna and steam room available. My massage was done by Ms Johnnie and it was great for a 30 min massage... I wish it would have been longer but that was all the time I had. Thanks staff for coordinating such a large group all in one afternoon.

My experience was amazing! I received a deep tissue massage from Johnny, and her technique was perfect. She was warm, accommodating and made me feel like a queen!The facilities are extremely nice and immaculate and I took advantage of the steam and sauna rooms as well, for added relaxation. The young lady at the front desk was also very welcoming and professional. Wonderful experience!

Amazing services at a smaller boutique spa. The facilities offer dry and wet steam rooms. Best pedicure ever with a knowledgeable team. They even offer a free chair massage. A must visit.

If you want to spend $400+ on a couples massage with nobody else in the spa then this is the place for you. Way overpriced! My fiancé said the masseuse felt like they were gentle petting. My masseuse was nice but overall a very underwhelming experience, that’ll set you back almost $500

Johnnie is the nasty person Ive EVER MET, she massaged my body with seasalt and then gave me a facial without washing her hands. Didnt even have a sink to wash her hands in the room. I will not be spending 400 here ever again when I can go to the new spa 0.2 miles away at the other Marriott and get 5star service. I am very disappointed in the service and facility 0 stars.

My husband and I had. a wonderful couples massage today. Alisha and Melissa were the masseuse and while my husband wanted to focus on his neck, Melissa listened, and got out many knots. Alisha gave me my massage and did a great job working on my lower back, thank you! Johnnie at the front desk was very personable and the entire experience was amazing!

I came for the travel massage and facial, Johnnie was great! She special treated my lower back pain with mint and heat and the massage was simple and effective … I’ve been feeling better and better since. Highly recommend ❣️

Spent a lovely weekend in beautiful Savannah and had a blast! Alisha my therapist was one of the kindest and gentle persons I’ve ever met. She listened to my concerns and gave me the most relaxing massage and reviving facial!!!! Will definitely be back

Had a girlfriend over from out of state and wanted to have a fun girls spa afternoon out. We enjoyed steam room and sauna after our massages, however massages themselves were just average, definitely overpriced for what we got. Mandatory 25% tip on top of massage charge was a joke. Place is a little small and feels outdated. No hotel pool access. We were slightly disappointed and probably wont be back

I was staying near Savannah on vacation and found a Groupon for a spa day (50 min massage and 50 min facial) for a great price while my husband went golfing across the river. From the moment I inquired about an appointment, to making my actual appointment, and being welcomed on the day of, the manager and front desk trainee were so sweet and helpful.The spa itself is modest but nice and well kept, on a Friday and with the way they staggered spa appointments, I pretty much felt as though I had the place to myself for 4 hours! It was awesome! My facial was first and I was blessed with Johnnies magical hands cleansing my skin and relaxing me to the core. I like how she greeted me with an introduction, mini consultation and a breakdown of what she was planning on doing during my service. Honestly, I have never had such a wonderful and soothing facial in my life, and I am a seasoned spa-goer. She was a total professional with the most gentle & goosebump-inducing movements and yet deliberate cleansing techniques, even better than a $200+ facial I had at a local boujie spa in my hometown of San Diego not too long ago. Every single minute of Johnnies facial was pure bliss, I was sad when it was over but incredibly relaxed and ready for my massage.I might have just been so obsessed with Johnnie that I forgot my therapists name, but she was wonderful as well and did a great job on my massage. I was able to upgrade my Groupon to a prenatal for the original price difference of $15. Perfect! She propped me up with pillows and gave me a good deal of pressure considering it was supposed to just be a relaxation massage, I am grateful for the deeper tissue massage I received in the areas that needed it.I sipped hot tea, had an apple and read my book for an hour before one last quick steam with cool peppermint towels on my face and belly, then a long shower to wrap things up. I took my sweet time dressing and blowdrying my hair and was never rushed. Checkout was as pleasant as check-in, and I was more than happy to pay the mandatory 20% tip. These ladies worked hard to give me a wonderful experience. I left super relaxed and ready for the rest of my fun day around Savannah with my hubby. SO happy I found this spa, I will definitely come back when I visit again!! Thank you Magnolia Spa!!

I finally found my spa!It is nestled within the Riverfront Marriott, in downtown Savannah, next to the bar which also has great food and drinks available. The Magnolia Spa is your destination for a staycation - for the day or spend the night at the Marriott.The staff at Magnolia Spa are beyond exceptional! From the front desk to the expertise masseuse, Mellissa, who helped me release tight upper back musculature. These ladies mean business with top tier customer service that any Vegas head hunters would attempt to sweet talk them stay to the desert.Though I live in Hinesville, I will happily make the drive to become a loyal repeat customer.Thank you all at Magnolia Spa! You are truly a hidden gem within Savannah.

Very accommodating. Made us feel very special when we showed up for our couples massage.Free use of the steam, shower and sauna before our appointment and after. Comfy robe and private locker included.Our masseuses were excellent and applied just the right amount of right pressure.Only complaint is they only had lemon water. No cucumber water.We used the Groupon

The massage was fabulous but the scheduling was poor. First they said they could not do a massage so we asked about mani/pedi...they dont do or remove gel...they squeezed me in and suddenly said we can do a massage ...now I have wet nails in my massage after a partial pedi...since the massage was the reason I was there I went through with it...but despite only have a partial pedicure I was charged filled price, despite my nail color being messed up they did not fix the nails.

Bought a Groupon voucher for a couples massage. My massage felt rushed, but my boyfriend really liked his, so I gave this place our averaged rating. The amenities were nice and parking is on site as it is inside a hotel.

This was honestly one of the worst massages I’ve had. I was on a conference with my husband and booked an 80 minute signature massage for $140. The pillow rest was broken, so I was inverted. When I suggested something different, I was given a pillow to place under my torso straining my lower back. During the 80 minutes, my face, head, neck and chest were never touched even though I suggested these were areas of pain during our consultation. The only saving grace was the steam room. I returned home to my regular massage therapist and she worked out all my kinks for half the price.

The staff was friendly, courteous and pleasant. A very nice escape from what passes as customer service these days. They made my hour there relaxing and peaceful. The place was quiet, clean and had everything a spa needs. I did not feel rushed, I felt pampered and well cared for.

I bought a groupon for this spa. Booked 2 days before. We agreed on a 2:30pm appointment. It was for my husband’s birthday. We came in at 2:15pm and the receptionist said we were late and I got confused. She said our appointment was at 2pm. And I kept insisting that its 2:30. I asked for the manager, she is not around. No one cared to message or give us a call since they had my phone number about our appointment. We ended up doing a 20 min massage. I didnt want to ruin my husband’s day and they didnt even gave us any complimentary. I will never go back here.

A great way to end our weekend getaway to Savannah! Johnnie, Jensen and Melissa were professional and accommodating. Enjoyed our massages and facials.

Found a groupon for a couples spa. First time ever. Changed my life. My wife had Tanner and I had Vasnee. It was magical. Go. Go now. We will definitely return.

The spa is nice but not terrific. The staff were polite. The temperature inside was very chilly to the point where it was mildly uncomfortable. Also, they charge a 20% gratuity automatically even if youre dissatisfied with the service.

Massage was very nice. Used a Groupon. Did not like mandatory 20% service fee charged - $24 for a $115 massage You do the math. Lesson learned .
