A Perfect Touch Massage

My Wife and I went to A Perfect Touch for a couples massage. We have tried multiple places in Savannah and this one tops them all as far as quality of the massage. Our therapists were Leah and Sarah. I had Leah for my massage. She was professional, courteous, and left my body feeling good as new. My only wish is that we booked a longer massage. I’ll certainly be back. My Wife had the pleasure of having Sarah as her therapist. After our massage she said “Sarah had the perfect pressure during her massage.” Thank you to Leah and Sarah and the whole Perfect Touch Team. Looking forward to our next visit!

1000000/10 my god this was my best choice when trying to find a massage place.. i’m a hairstylist and constantly in pain and this year i wanted to prioritize my physical health to preform my best as a stylist and not only preform but feel so much better physically. Ansley took care of me in my 30 min session but i wished i booked longer! she released all my tension just in those 30 mins.. i had to rebook my god! so thankful for the experience and cannot wait for my next appointment🙏💓

I gifted my hubs a deep tissue with Sarah. Afterwards, he immediately scheduled us for a couples massage. He had Mandy, I had Sarah. Best. Massage. Ever. Perfect atmosphere and relaxing environment. Sarahs pressure was perfect. The hubs was also in heaven with Mandy. An amazing experience. Best kept secret in Savannah!!

I got a massage here in Dec and it was by far the worst massage I have ever experienced in my life, and I’ve been getting massages for 20 years. It was basically an heated, oil rub down, with pressure applied; there was no kneading of involved AT ALL. The kneading is what get the kinks out. I stayed through my entire appointment bc I kept hoping it would get better, but it never did.I called and spoke to a manager after my massage and she gave a thousands excuses as to why my therapist is good, and how all her clients rave about how good she is. I allowed her to speak her peace, and I explained how I did not call to hear all of that; my experience with said therapist was horrible and I would like to compensated. The only thing I was offered was a $25 gift card, which was comical bc I will NEVER return. What a waste of my money.I gave two stars for the cleanliness of the establishment, and the friendliness of the staff.

A hardworking seaman desperately needed back and neck pain relief. The plan was to get a warming up massage before the chiropractor visit.So after 30 minutes of excellent massage I felt much better and all pain was gone, just the correction was done lately by chiro.Ive managed to book the time online through googlemaps messages. Amazing experience! Sarah was fabulous. I have hip/low back problems and asked her to focus on that area, and she made it feel better than I had in a very long time. She provided an excellent massage, and she also helped stretch out the area. The space is relaxing and clean, and everyone was very friendly. I’m already excited to visit again!

My husband and I came here while honeymooning in Savannah for our first ever massages. Couldnt have imagined a better experience. We talked about it for hours afterward. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Ansley and my husband from Mandy. They both did absolutely fantastic. Weve never felt so relaxed. Everything about them, their work, and their parlor was just so relaxing and wonderful! And their prices werent outrageous! Highly recommend going here!

Great massage from a truly great therapist, Ansley, whose approach to relaxation and clearing were perfect with no post massage soreness. A very nice facility. However, employees hanging out in the reception room is not a great look for professionals. To compete in SAV they need to upgrade this experience.

Sarah was beyond incredible. She was warm and kind right from the first hello. Every move she made was so intentional and I loved that she manipulated my arms/legs so that not only were they massaged but also stretched. Her draping is flawless so your modesty will be maintained. By far the best massage I have ever had and I will definitely be a regular as long as Sarah is here!The atmosphere was very tranquil and it was easy to relax immediately after walking through the door.

I day dream about this place.Hubby took me here for my birthday and then valentines day.Both massages were....*toe curl*Its a little off the beaten path. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Ive felt welcome and nurtured every time weve visited. Now my husband and I want to come on a regular basis! The staff is so nice and incredibly talented. We will be back!!

I truly enjoy getting massages here. I just wish it wasn’t so hard making future appointments. I have tried their online website and it never processes it and I end up having to call in to make an appointment.

My wife and I were vacationing in Savannah and have been wanting to do a couple massage in the same room, but to no avail because of COVID...until Perfect Touch! The atmosphere is perfect for massage from the moment we walked in. We did not have to wait too long and my wife and I were able to do a couples massage in the same room. My wife had Misty who she thought did great. Misty was professional and competent. I had Leah who was fantastic. She was amicable and effective. If we are back in the area I would come again and ask for the same therapists.

Top notch professional massage by Veronica Brown was outstanding! Honestly I can strongly recommend A Perfect Touch massage to anyone who is a critic of Massage therapy. I have been getting a massage for nearly 50 years now, Ive always been impressed with the quality and professionalism of service rendered at this great place. Ive been visiting with these folks since they run Eisenhower here in Savannah and made the move to the new spot. My massage therapist yesterday was Veronica, and she did an awesome job and got a lot of The kinks out and I want to thank Veronica Brown in the entire staff for another good experience.

My husband and I vacationed to Savannah and wanted to get massages. I looked up several places with high reviews and high prices. I found A Perfect Touch: high reviews, competitive pricing. As we walked in, I immediately felt more relaxed. The ambience of APT is delightful. Our masseuses made us both feel comfortable, relaxed, and rejuvenated.I highly recommend. If we are ever back in the Savannah area, we will be visiting A Perfect Touch again.

The overall ambiance of the inside of the location was calming. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Leah provided an amazing massage that included a significant amount of pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching, and relieved tension. Very relaxing and the best massage Ive ever received!

First time here, really enjoyed it. Clean and professional setting, Sarah was my masseuse and did a great job, was professional and polite and made sure I was comfortable. Would happily come back.

I love going here, I was assisted by Mandy Gunn. I selected the Swedish massage, and I will be going back to her again. She made sure I didn’t mess up my hair, by placing a towel over it and I thought how considerate of her. She is a true gem!

It was amazing!! My husband and I went for a couples/maternity massage. Chasity was amazing and worked out my epidural scar tissue from years ago! I work on my feet all day and the well needed foot massage was nothing less the best! My husband enjoyed the massage as well he said he left feeling like a million bucks!

If you’re looking for a relaxing and lovely massage, I highly recommend Chasity! What a sweetheart. It was my very first massage and she took great care of me. Checked in periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. Foot scrub/moisturizing treatment add-on was sublime. Will absolutely be coming back.

This place is amazing. They make sure to focus on your problem areas. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door and super relaxed when I was leaving. They even have an Alexa in the rooms and let you listen to whatever you want during your massage. I was very pleased with my experience here. I give this Massage Parlor, 5 stars. The staff was courteous, safe, and professional. My husband treated myself and his mother to a little mid Spa Day. My husband and I did a couples massage and his mother had a massage as well. I also received a deep pore facial. The staff was kind and safe and they provided exceptional service. Every two weeks I come for a deep tissue massage and every time I came I end up booking another one!! I have no complaints! They’re simply the best!! And Toni is my new best friend!! If you’re having body pain this is the place to come too. I enjoyed it and my body feels amazing!

Veronica and Kristy were both polite and patient with my daughter and I. It was our first time getting a massage so we were both a little nervous and had lots of questions. Their professionalism quickly put us at ease. The massage was amazing and I will be back with my other two daughters!

Update: I have now gone here twice. Second time was two weeks ago (3/6/19) and had a much needed hour long massage. First one ever and it was fantastic!! Five stars. Walked out feeling the most relaxed Ive felt in years! As always, wonderful attentive staff, professional. Wonderful and relaxing environment . Will return for my birthday in a couple months.First review from 2018: Easy to find. Atmosphere is clean, quiet, and relaxing . Greeted upon entry, offered a snack and beverage. Staff is very professional and listens to/asks about which areas the client would like focused attention on. There is an Alexa unit in the room to which you can request any music you want. My spouse fell asleep he was so relaxed and the knots he had in his muscles were gone when we left. My neck muscles hadnt felt this relaxed in a long time (i hold all my tension in my neck and have been under a LOT of stress). We left feeling extremely relaxed and already discussed going back as soon as we can.

My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage and it was AMAZING! Leah and Veronica took the time to ask us the specific areas that were bothering us, really focused on those areas throughout the massage, and I could literally feel the tension leaving my body. It was so relaxing for the both of us and we will definitely be back! I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

Megan was awesome!!!! Her attention to detail of my body was spot on!! I will definitely go back. Their place was clean and so zen, Alexa was great to us (allowed us to play whatever we wanted) and I was so content. We had a couples massage and my friend was just as happy. AAAA++++

This is a wonderful spa. My fiancé and I were visiting Savannah and the 60min couple’s massage was the perfect thing to add to our vacation. We had to change our appointment time last minute and they were so kind and accommodating. The whole thing was a great experience, I highly recommend.

I arrived for my 2pm appointment at 1:45pm and was not taken back till 2:20pm only when the therapist that was going to work on me came up to see if I had arrived. I told her I had been sitting there since 1:45 she did apologize and told me the receptionist should have let her known I was there. I found this very unpleasant and unprofessional. Also I had booked services with two different people and the same person did both I personally was ok with it but I feel like I should of been told this when I checked in and not in the moment.

Staff is friendly, respectful, organized and prompted. Facility is clean! I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the place. Wall are a little thin, but easily tuned out with ambient music in the background. Most importantly, my husband and I received a very relaxing couples massage! Great prices and great service!

A Perfect Touch Massage salon is well kept and smells wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly. Megan is a very skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist, and I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this salon and therapist.

I cannot say enough about my experience at A Perfect Touch! I had neck surgery about a year and a half ago and I have been in debilitating pain at times. I have been discouraged thinking that although the main issue was fixed, I am still in alot of pain. I am in Savannah for a month so I decided to look up massage centers and try a deep tissue massage. Let me tell you, Vickie has changed my life! She explained that my main issues were fascia related and did fascia releases on me and I have experienced increased mobility in my neck and upper body. I scheduled a 2nd visit and there was even more improvement. I will now go every week until I go back home because Vickie has been a God-send. Do not hesitate to experience this wonderful place. It will renew your mind body and soul.

Id give 5 stars except the add on I paid for wasnt given. They offered to give the add on with my next massage. Its just expensive to pay for a massage and I dont know when Ill be able to afford it again.Its hard to get out of the house when you have kids and I was slightly annoyed at not getting the full package I paid for. The massage I did receive was wonderful though and she did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

APT was a perfect stop on our trip to Savannah. I will enjoy a massage a few times a year and over time you learn to tell when you have a well trained masseuse, which I did. Environment planned and executed well. Was great! The only downside is that it is very hard to find, so be sure you give yourself extra time to get turned around a few times.

Anniversary, they are amazing, we didnt plan ahead, but hey got us in for a couples massage the very next afternoon, with chocolate and mimosas, couldnt ask for anything better!!! Felt amazing, we will be back .And the price was better than any other place I called.Dont get any better than that.

I suffer from neck, back, and migraine problems as well as absorbing all of the negative energy around me like a sponge. The girls here always make me feel like family and I always walk out of there with a spring in my step! I do the mind and body with a peppermint scalp massage and I had one of their facials once which was amazing! I definitely recommend this place as you get amazing quality mixed with reasonable rates.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. The lights were low (actually a bit too low - I thought the place was closed when I first walked up). Very nice facility, and had one of the best massages Ive ever had (and Ive had quite a few).

Got a couples massage. We showed up a few minutes late and they were more than accommodating. Didnt even short our time because of it. The massage was fantastic as well. They were very attentive and made sure that we got our massages they way we wanted them. Worth every penny. Music was a little strange (not every song was the typical soothing music), but the girlfriend liked it.

Our couples massage was for our 10 year anniversary. The establishment was very clean. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. Toni asked questions about problem areas and was very considerate in our comfort with the massage.We will definitely return!

I received a facial and lash tint from Jenn, she did a fantastic job at making me feel at ease. She was also very knowledgeable about skincare and good drugstore products. Her recommended drugstore products and the small skin care kit I purchased from the salon has worked wonders on my skin!

We were visiting from out of town for our honeymoon and wanted to treat ourselves to a massage. It’s always hard to find a good massage, however after reading reviews we thought we’d take a chance. I’m glad we did as Timothy and Tahisha made us feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. My husband likes lighter pressure and Tahisha took great care of him. I like deeper pressure and Timothy did a perfect job. The environment was also nice. Highly recommend these folks!

I really appreciate the patience for reschedule me, the lady in the desk was really accommodating. My masseuse was Kristy, it was OK, it was to many noises of back N forth, i dint know that my necklace was need to be taken off before my neck massage! it was really uncomfortable and painful I wasnt able to take it off myself laying down, I got no help either.foot treatment was not comfortable, the heated boot or cover was tight, Im 8 so average, I never got the expected massage either, that comes with the foot treatment, just a scrub rub. The head massage wasnt existence. I left with an ok experience because I was appreciate for the patience of rescheduling me. 30 minutes plus a foot treatment is enough time to do a professional job! Excuses shows not the good side of a business practice!, who wants to hear that after a bad experience?? I will not be back or recommend.

8 months pregnant. I compared my usual spot ( Savannah day spa) with this place. Not that bad. Just felt like they were rubbing lotion on me instead of massage oh and didnt have any hot tea ;( Im usually sore after massages, not from this one. But its okay. Cant say a total waste of money. Still give good star. They were extremely nice. But ill stick to my usual

Timothy Barney is an amazing masseur, not only is he talented in his craft, but most importantly he is very professional. I have experienced a number of practitioners of an array of genders, but he is by far the best.

This was my first time getting a massage and Tahisha and Megan were great. My wife and I did a couples massage and the environment was extremely inviting and relaxing and both Tahisha and Megan with the massages. Asked us where we wanted the focal points to be and they were awesome! Definitely recommend this spot! They make you feel at home!

Best massage ever! I had an appointment for a 1-hour Swedish massage with Christine today, and it was exactly what I needed. If you have knots that need to get worked out, she is the one to see! In addition to the massage, she also uses passive stretching, which I had never experienced during a massage, but it felt great. I will definitely be back to see Christine, and I cant recommend her highly enough.As for the location, its small, but its quiet and relaxing, and theres lots of (free!) parking available. I also like that they send out confirmation and reminder emails for the appointment.

Took my wife there for a surprise anniversary couples massage and when I tell you, the service was awesome, I really mean that. My wife was 31 weeks pregnant and was treated like a queen. They knew exactly what to do. I strongly recommend going there.

I loved the place the two ladies up front were very welcoming and cordial. The masseuse was very nice and personable. She gave me some good information for my skin care. I gave her advice for places to go for her next vacation which I hope helped.

My massage started 15 minutes late and ended 18 minutes early. I purchased a 60 minute hot stone massage and received less than 60 minutes of a massage. I had a timer that I started right before the massage commenced. Veronica stated that the massage was over prior to my timer. I checked the time and we had 18 minutes left. I felt very duped as I purchased 60 minutes not 43 minutes. The massage was also uncomfortable. I repeatedly stated this and requested adjustments to no avail.

Amanda is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to! She has helped by neck and lower back problems tremendously. I have gotten massages at a lot of different places but she does such a great job I come back often!

Megan was AMAZING! She found a perfect balance of strong and relaxing. I had a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders and she was able to work out the kinks without hurting me. I will definitely be back!

Having not seen family in close to a year, we had a family vacation from out of town and planned a girls day of massage and facials for 5.Pleasant experience from initial booking to check in. AFTER payment (including tip left) while waiting for my massage to finish as I was last one out, they took my mother to a private room and would not tell my sisters why.The masseuse deemed my mother had LICE from massaging her scalp (dry skin/dandruff from recent hair coloring). She stated she saw something come from her head and saw it move.The manager and masseuse took her back and searched her head with a flash light to look for lice which they confirmed she did NOT have. They’re rationale is it is standard protocol to check the client for lice to protect the client and others. That it is their duty to let clients know if they have lice, suspicious moles, lipomas, etc.As a registered nurse, I will say I completely disagree. You are paying for a service and if there are concerns, shut the room, and perform appropriate cleaning rather than humiliating a customer because of your non-medical opinion. You are NOT a dermatologist, a medical doctor, or a medical facility to do more than your scope of practice which is massages, facials, etc.I am fully aware of isolation protocols, and protecting the public as this has been my occupation for many, many years. The manager states this is standard protocol to check the clients head for lice if they are suspicious. All five of my family members who live in different states have gotten massages MANY, MANY times over the years and NEVER ONCE had an incident like this happen or even heard of such a standard of practice.My mother was humiliated and in tears when she told us in the car. She didn’t tell us while we were in the building because she was so embarrassed over this incident and wanted to get out. We did call as soon as we found out upset over the situation, but manager stands by their decision despite us explaining the inappropriateness of it. You pay good money to have a relaxing service and have something like this happen.I truly am not one to leave reviews; usually only for exceptional good things. In this case, this was exceptional wrong and I want future potential clients reading reviews to know what can potentially happen.Long story short: you are consenting to being medically checked (their rationale, not mine) if they deem it necessary. Fine if that’s your thing, but we, for obvious reasons, will not be returning when we are back in town and will seek services elsewhere.

Went in just earlier today to get my first ever professional massage. I must say I blown away. I went in for a deep tissue massage from Christine and it was amazing. If youre an athlete of any kind I highly recommend A Perfect Touch. I highly recommend APT even if youre not an athlete. It was amazing and I plan on returning as soon as possible or at least exclusively going to APT.

I scheduled a facial treatment with Jennifer. I had never gotten a facial and was not very familiar with the process. I had many blackheads mainly on my nose and chin area. She got rid of all the blackheads and blemishes that I had. She also spent time with me after the appointment and gave me great advice on how to take better care of my skin. I recommend her to anyone.

I can’t live without Crystal’s massages now that I’ve started getting them with her. She is fantastic and really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her deep tissue massage to anyone with chronic pains who needs a proper analysis and treatment. My body feels great.

I have been here twice. My husband gave me a gift card for 2 separate services for my birthday. The first was a 90 minute hot stone message. It was amazing. Drool on the pillow amazing. I felt so relazed and just the weight of the world taken off my shoulders. She played relaxation music and really took her time on each portion of my body. Highly recommend going to Misty for a hot stone message!The second time I bought my husband for a couples swedish message. The room was super cozy and relaxing again with relaxation music and a rain sound mechine. They gave us plent of time to disrob and get comfortable. My message table was even heated which was a nice touch. Except that the actual message was less than satisfying. I have only had one other swedish message so I didnt have a huge reference point for how the swedish messages should feel but multiple times she actually hurt my back where I was hurt, like someone punched my side. I figured this was just part of the deep tissue or something, but afterwards I asked my husband if his hurt him and he said no, it was so relaxing he feel asleep. There is no way I could have fallen asleep with the pain spots on my back. Well fast forward I have been sore for 3 days, to the point where if I move my back to strech it sends pain down my back. Iv never had a back message that left me hurting after. They did give us cold water bottles after.We will will be back for sure but for hot stone message with Misty and Toni(who did my husbands message!)

I got a massage by Misty M and oh my gosh!!!! I was so relaxed!! She was very professional and made sure the pressure was good for me. She let me know what she was doing and instructed me on what to do after ( drink lots of water)...I will be back for sure! Welcoming atmosphere as well!

I took my best friend there for her xmas gift and tim stopped my massage after a few minutes cause I have dry skin and said he couldnt continue my massage and that he talked to the owner and they agreed to stop it but the other girl had no problem with doing my massage after she finished my friends massage so after wasting all this time they then decided to switch people so jenn would massage me. After all that they made me me very upset and cried most of session and still end up having to pay for both of us. I def not going back there ever again because Tim didnt want to massage someone that has severe dry skin. I would never suggest this place.

Got the Swedish Massage by Christine Bottomley. Very friendly and professional. The location was small and quiet. It was the perfect atmosphere for a calming effect.At the age of 30, this was preparation for a local (full contact) alumni football game. Considering all the lower back problems I have had thanks to this sport, I can say that I walked away without a single pain in my back after the game. There were no pulled muscles. I would highly recommend Christine for her work, and would gladly go back.

This place is seriously amazing. We will be coming back. Spouse fell asleep. I was so relaxed, go up feeling a little light headed (normal) but because I believe we were so relaxed. They offer water and snacks. Place was superbly clean. Awesone that you can play your own music with Alexa as well. Full body massage. A Perfect Touch Massage is on Eisenhower, in a nice looking brick building. Turn right when you pull in, and drive all the way to the end of the parking lot. Its on the right.The ladies provide a very nice, clean, and relaxing environment. My massage therapist, Megan, was very thorough. She worked out all the kinks and then gave me good suggestions for taking care of my muscles and keeping myself pain free.

There is simply not a better massage team in Savannah. The folks at APT are extremely professional and accommodating. I have been involved in several rear end collisions, which have left my body wreaked with spasms and inexplicable tension. Toni is my regular therapist and has gone above and beyond on several occasions to make sure I walk out of APT in far better shape than I walked in. I have also used Megan and Tim, who are excellent.

Everyone in close contact jobs should be wearing masks in this time of swiftly rising COVID cases. I dealt with rude service over the phone after being denied my massage since im in my first trimester. No where are you asked to read and sign a medical allergy/pregnancy disclosure. They decide to tell me within 24 hours that they are NOT allowed to touch me due to insurance. Well lucky them, they told me that under 24 hours so they charged us THE FULL PRICE without an option to reschedule or sign a waiver. They are spiteful, greedy, and coniving people and i will be sure to turn all my friends from this kind of service/business.Edit to Add**I was never told you had a “maternity policy” to begin with. I was NOT offered to reschedule, she said I must have a doctor’s note upon arrival on a SUNDAY(which can not happen) or yall can NOT work on me period due to insurance reasons. Your website does NOT clearly state a maternity policy, anywhere. You must book over the phone, and I was never told. It also does NOT mention it in your client intake form ANYWHERE. We NEVER received the opportunity to reschedule, therefore forcing us to cancel. Common sense, we would’ve rescheduled if it was offered, once I was past 12 weeks? You do NOT disclose any maternity/medical policy upon verbally booking. I’m still greatly unsatisfied with how your business is ran and your customer service.

OMG Megan is the best! I hurt my back and she massaged it perfectly and used reiki healing energy while massaging. She alsodoes a psychic reading as part of the reiki massage and boy does she know what shes talking about. Id give her 100 stars if I could!!!

We were treated terribly. place was really hard to find. our lyft dropped us off when we found it no one was there, door was locked, no one was answering the phone. finally one employee showed up and was shouting to us from her car that she had no key. so we waited, standing outside in the cold and upset since it was well past our appt time. finally the owner calls us who is clearly running the business from her cell phone and was too busy to be bothered. she began yelling at us because her employee who had locked herself in her warm car told her that somehow we threatened her. I swear you cannot make this stuff up. after all this wonderful treatment we received the owner then tried to force us to walk in and get a massage by telling us she was going to charge our credit card anyway (for a massage that one was there to give us lol)
