This place sucks. People have an attitude and are lazy. I waited 5 minutes for the guy to get off the phone and then get an attitude with me. Even if he hadnt had an attitude. I will still never go back here just because the lack of inventory and the over-the-top prices. Place no bueno

Love buying my vape juice here. Very friendly workers. Lots of variety. Gummies are amazing too. If your tolerance is low..dont eat entire gummy ok lol

There are 12 different Vape Loft stores to choose from. The photos here are the Savannah, Abercorn St. location. I have yet to come across a vape store that you can shoot a game of pool, play ping, relax on the couch, watch a large screen TV, or play Xbox as well, with friends, and even Nelson the owner. The quality of the products is excellent, with many of the major top leading brands, including mods, tanks, coils, cbd products, and many other accessories. There are digital menu boards to describe different flavors offered, as well as pre-packaged disposable tips that you can sample flavors with. The staff at all There locations are very knowledgeable, friendly, and will help you decide what flavor may be good for you, after consultation of your likes in taste. Great stores, great atmosphere, and always a pleasure to shop here.If you ever need a DJ for any special events, Ill be there for you👍

I love going to this vape shop. They are very professional and proficient in the vape industry. All you have to say is what your looking for or come closest to it. I will continue to frequent this place and recommend.

Just swung by and bought their last watermelon ice elfbar and it was misfiring so the guy behind the counter requested that I try a strawberry melon ice made by elf bar… the vape didn’t taste anything like any vape should ever taste, so either it was a bad vibe, or a terrible suggestion to give someone. I just tasted like old nasty vape that’s been sitting for a long time, it didn’t taste like strawberry, watermelon, or ice. I told the guy behind the counter this and he didn’t do anything except give me a half off discount on another vape, so I got to throw a brand new vape that I had just bought straight into the trashcan because there’s no way I was ever going to finish that. I am extremely upset and feel like I’ve just been completely scammed for $20. I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere and not stop at this place, even for convenience.

I’ve never had such stellar customer service as I did at Vape Loft! Peyton was friendly, courteous and more knowledgeable than any of the staff at the the places I usually go to for my supplies. I felt like I was cheating on my usual vape hangouts. 😳He knew so much about all the brands and which flavors were better than others it was pretty impressive. I was really blown away by this guy. But it was the ping pong that really hooked me. 😉

Love this place! The manager of both locations is such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable and his goal seems to be to make sure youre a happy customer and get what best fits your needs. Most places, especially if youre new to the vape thing, just want to get you to buy the most expensive thing they can convince you you need. Nelson seems to want you to have what fits your needs and fits your budget. Thats a real winning combination!

As a new resident to savannah I was so happy to find this shop. Customer service is amazing and I always feel welcomed. Juice selection is amazing and there is a mod available for every skill level. I definitely highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I could talk about how awesome all the juices are, or their pricing. But those dont make a store, what matters is whos working in the store and with Nelson behind the counter you cant go wrong. He is dedicated, working day in and day out to make sure that you are happy with any and all purchases. He strives to see others quit smoking cigarettes and offering them a healthier alternative. Here is the skippy... They guys were welcoming and upbeat, the location is terrible; impossible to get out of the parking lot, selection of devices is meh and there is no selection of smaller bottles; so you are stuck with flavors you dont like. I didnt like spending $70 and being uncertain about the products.

Staff was very knowledgeable with great customer service. They also have an amazing rewards program, just need a phone number to sign up. Definitely my new go-to vape store.

This is no doubt one of the best vape stores I’ve ever stepped foot in, they have tons of juice to choose from and even have juice set up where you can try it before you buy. They also have tons of mods and accessories, Nelson has some great vape knowledge and is a great guy. You can just chill and play pool, ping pong, or Xbox on a huge projector. I definitely recommend anybody to this store I would give it 10 stars if it let me

I had been looking for an alternative to the electronic cigarettes like Jul/Vuse ect and stopped at the Vape Loft today and am really glad I did. I was helped by James who was very knowledgeable and excels in customer service. He patiently demonstrated and taught me everything this novice vaper needed to know.This store is extremely well maintained and even equipped with both pool and ping pong tables and a large screen TV with a comfy seating area. Its the perfect place for either hanging awhile with friends or a great area to cool your jets while waiting in line.There is a massive selection of merchandise and so many flavors of vape juice that my mind was blown. To make your selection easier they are all displayed with pictures, descriptions and price on 4 ginormas screens on the back wall. Samples are shelved underneath to sniff until you find your perfect match.The Vape Loft runs Facebook specials, so make sure to like their page. They also have regular sales, a clearance basket and offer a 15% military discount.I got a wonderful product at a great price and highly recommend stopping in for your vaping needs.

Today I bought a box of 10 Ni80 resistors and they charged me 80 dollars. 10 times more than the price. Be careful what they charge you!!!! They recognized the mistake. And they made themselves available to repair it. Thank you
