My girlfriend went in just to grab a disposable,and I employee keep make Advances towards her and near the end of the transaction asked for her snapchat idk what his name was but it was very werid and made her feel very uncomfortable.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, so many juices to choose from, fair and reasonable prices and its always so clean. While I usually get the same juice (Heisenburg Menthol) my husband likes to explore and try different kinds and they always give him something new to enjoy.

This store is an absolute gem. They have staff that goes above and beyond to make it a quick but enjoyable experience. There hasn’t been a team member that wasn’t perfectly friendly and efficient. Anytime I’m in Sherman I make sure to swing by! Keep up the good work!

1 star experience. I went in recently and Kevin acted weird and rude towards me, and took priority over hanging out with someone rather than serving me or paying attention to me as a customer. Im not sure what kind of sales tactic this was but it was pretty bad.Also, please. Organize your display. It looks terrible.(the owner may try to say someone else is defaming them but they arent. I actually went in and had a bad experience. Dont believe what the owner says about this being a fake review by any other store. Its not. They may make a bunch of excuses about my review because it started drama between two stores. 🤷🏼)

The service you receive from Kevin the store manager is above 5 star & being a person who is a past smoker w/ respiratory issues he worked w/me to find a solution that allows me to truly enjoy vaping. I was in need of a special formula & he delivered. Any problem I have ever had was immediately addressed & rectified...this kind of service is rare today & I highly value it & The Vapor Cloud!

Kevin is a great character, his personality is top notch. He is great at helping you feel connected and learning what you truly need. I experienced the best customer service Ive ever had at the Vapor Cloud with the manager Kevin. He was very nice and had a lot of knowledge about vapeing and was able to answer all of my questions. They have a great variety of juices and their house liquids are awesome! I will go out of my way to go to the Vapor Cloud.

Absolutely wonderful shop! Their customer service was amazing. The gentleman that was able to help us today was very knowledgable. Very clean and sanitary atmosphere! They have a nice selection of flavor . Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing little shop. Great crew, Good atmosphere, Extremely helpful.Just went it to pick up a mod for a older friend of mine. Im a fair bit of a noob when it comes to vape mods and details. The guys in the shop gave me great advice and very polite. Explaining and anwsering any of the questions I had. Not trying to push me to buy the most expensive stuff. They made sure I understand the systems I bought and how to take care of them.Very appreciated. Highly recommended

I have been going here since I started vaping since 2017. The guys are nice and very helpful. They ask questions to put you with the right set up you need instead of just selling you something. If you are interested in an alternative to smoking pay them a visit even if you dont make a purchase they will help you out.

The guys here are incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, hilarious, and more than happy to help with anything you need. The prices are extremely competitive, too. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Ill shop exclusively here from now on!

1st time stopping in today and I am happy with my purchase. I got the tiger blood juice and it is GREAT. I will be returning. The prices are deicent. And the vape tender was a nice guy so all in all I will be returning and vapor cloud will be amongst my top 2 vape companys from here on out.

My new favorite vape shop!! My first time in and I will never go to another vape shop again!! They made a house ejuice for me (sweet tarts with strawberry) and I LOVE it!! The customer service was great and so friendly and also very informative! Im sold!! I will most definitely be a return customer!!

I live over a half hour away, but these guys are well worth the drive. Today was my second visit to them, and they have been very helpful both times. They listen, they find solutions, and their prices are more than fair.

Awesome store, super knowledgeable, really helpful. Ran out of juice while on a trip and got some amazing raspberry juice while out and about. Had a great conversation with the manager.

The manager that works there knows his info, incredibly nice as well as offers great recommendations. Always a quick service and greeted with a smile when I walk in. Highly recommend.

Currently under new management (which is a great thing). I never had any ploblems with the place before but now I have an excellent experience each time I go there and I learn something almost every visit. Highly recommended!
