My husband and I got massages from Julie today and it was amazing! she was very professional and made sure that the amount pressure she was using wasnt painful. the spa is cute and clean and we had an awesome experience. we left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. we will definitely recommend Spa 31 to anyone who is in need of a professional, quality massage.

My husband and I came in for a massage on our anniversary. We booked with Tyleigh and Cassie. Both were great and took great care of us! Highly recommend them both! The owner was kind and the receptionist was friendly!

Cancelled my service on a Saturday 3 hrs before due to short staff. Hasn’t followed up, offered to reschedule , discount for the inconvenience. Had I cancelled I would have been charged still, but they don’t value others time equally apparently

I am so grateful that I found Spa 31! I am a strength athlete and personal trainer near Spa 31, and I dropped by one day after months of pain. I met with Alisha and after 2 visits, the pain was gone and has not come back. I now recommend only them for myself and my clients. The staff here are amazing and brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough.

My massage with Tyliegh Johnston. It was my first massage ever and also my first time to visit the Spa. She couldn’t have done better job. . She gave good pressure evenly throughout the massage, and made she sure worked on the areas I had issues. I will definitely be back to see her!

Spa 31 had been my go to spa for years, the staff do an excellent job on massages and facials. I’ve recently had a few massages from Tyleigh, she always does a great job! Great pressure and technique. She works on my problem areas, easing the tightness and pain.

Recently went to visit a friend from out of town. My sciatica nerve was hindering us being able to walk around and really get to enjoy my visit. She recommended a woman named Julie, and let me tell you, she was AMAZING. Great work and was able to get all the spots and work knots out that had been bothersome for quite some time. Just wanted to give credit where credit is deserved! Thank you so much Julie!

Needed a massage and had a 60 minute therapeutic massage with CBD add on. Julie was amazing. I told her about my back injury and she treated the area gently without making me feel like I was missing out on the experience of a full body massage. I also appreciate the kind of massage cream they use here. I left feeling seriously moisturized but not greasy like some other places. I will absolutely be back.

My monthly go to spa. Cassie has been doing my facials for almost a year now and she has completely turned my skin around! She’s amazing at what she does! I’ve had massages with both Aleisha and Jennifer. They each are wonderful in their own way with different styles/techniques. Katie has done manicures and pedicures for me as well. She is so detailed in her work and she’s so sweet. Very relaxing day spa with many services offered. Can’t wait for them to expand and add more staff as they are booked in advance most of the time. Products they use are also sold here at reasonable prices which is nice and convenient. Do yourself a favor and make a day of it for yourself at this spa. You won’t regret it!

Booked a month in advance for me and my best friend.Upon arrival to the spa, there was no intake form. My friend asked if they needed us to fill out a client intake form, response was no youre good. Our therapist were Kynna Hamilton and Tyleigh Johnston. The greeting was very impersonable. There were no questions ask of why we were getting a massage if anything was bothering Us.The only thing that was told to us is undress to wear your comfortable and get on the table and cover-up.I told the massage therapist that Hike light pressure my triend likes a lot of pressure, the response was it doesnt matter. The pressure was very inconsistent went from light to medium to painful at times. The therapist massaged away from the body, pushing fluids and toxins away from the trunk of my body towards my feet or hands.When she started the massage, her hands were ice cold the whole time she was massaging my back hands were cold. Worst massage ever! Will never go back to the spa. I left feeling tense and upset instead of leaving relaxed

I felt like an intrusion today booking at the last minute, but I was in some significant pain and there was openings. Upon completion, Its been an hour was said to me. And she left. There was no receptionist when I emerged to finalize payment, so I looked around and finally left. I like this spa, but Im not sure about going back. Everyone has bad days and the public hears about being short staffed EVERYWHERE. However, valuing customers should be paramount.

Casey was AMAZING! So sweet, so personable and so professional! 10/10 would highly recommend! 100% sold, exactly what I needed.. I left feeling completely relaxed and renewed and it didn’t break the bank!

I was referred to Spa 31 by my last message therapist of 3 years who was retiring. I was not disappointed!! For me it was a smooth transition and I received a great message! Looking forward to my next one!!!

Cannot understand how they have as many good reviews as they do! I booked an appointment for a facial and got a gal named Cassie who did my facial. Was quite surprised she didnt ask very many questions about my skin, I actually had to tell her how my skin is and that I struggle with tight, dry skin that flakes and some occasional cyst like pimples. During my facial a lot of different creams and serums were applied in the process. After my facial, my face seemed fine and I paid and left. Well the very next day after my facial I woke up with red painful patches on my face! 😱 I contacted them to let them know and took a picture in which I sent to them. I was told it was purging from any cystic acne I had. Look at my attached photos and tell me if this looks like a purge to you or an allergic reaction? 👇👇 Obviously it was some kind of skin reaction, most likely due to whatever products the esthetician used on my skin. The fact they didnt seem very concerned and tried downplaying it as though it was a skin purge indicates to me they dont really care too much about the well being of their clients. Terrible experience! I would not recommend to anyone!!

Top shelf atmosphere, products, service, and professionals. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist, and judging from the bookings, they are all very popular. I never hesitate to recommend Spa 31 - but plan ahead! Youll need to if you want to check it out.

Scheduled a massage a month ago for January 14 at 11:00. Took a screenshot to remember the date and time. Arrived at Spa 31 at 10:50. Sat and waited until 11:25 when I got called back by the masseuse. She apologized for running over. I showed her the screenshot of the 11:00 time. She looked at her phone and said it showed her 11:15. Why a discrepancy? Told me she was booked back to back and wouldnt be able to do my full massage but could do half of the time. I declined. I drove from McKinney. It took 45 minutes. Very poor scheduling on their part. Overheard the receptionist tell a customer on the phone they only have one masseuse on Saturdays. Just disappointed.

Katie was absolutely wonderful. My mom and I got the four layer facial and could not be more pleased. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try other services. Thank you!!!!

I haven’t had a massage in years, so I did a 2 hour massage. She found places I didn’t even realize were tight and sore. I highly recommend taking a little time and pampering yourself with a Spa 31 massage. The masseuse did an outstanding job. I can’t wait to have my next one.

Both Alisha and shelly are AMAZING! They are all certified therapists and as masseuse they exceed expectations. I went for a prenatal massage for 60 mins first in September and alisha listened to all my issues with my back and hips and she helped me so much that I have been going every week since then. Shelly is just as wonderful she will work on ur problem areas and really help you. After an hr or 90 kind, I feel like a new person. Im now even taking my parents and my dad has noticed a significant difference in his shoulder stiffness that he has had more than 15 yrs. They truly care about their customers and their needs and actually work hard to resolve your aches and pains. And they r so professional , not to mention the perfect ambiance and relaxing environment, It is totally worth every penny!
