Texas Tobacco and Vape has a very patient staff who are always willing to help their customers. They can actually answer questions that you have about the products that they sell. The shop is clean and organized. The rewards program benefits the customer, and you are able to work towards products you want to purchase.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to engage. Cameron has been my host on several visits, and she is welcoming and pleasant to speak with. Shes always on her feet and goes the extra mile for the customer. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I had bought a torch a few days ago from here. When it was sold the employee didn’t open the box to show that it worked she then said if we had any questions or issues to come back. The torch was broken. when we came back 4 days later to get a new one or a refund we were then told all sales are final and told us to contact the company of the item.we then left, after this we went to Smoke On The Water and told them our situation and he sold us a better torch for a 3rd of the price. I do not recommend Texoma tabacco.

Recently just went in there twice for products idk the girls name but she was super sweet and very nice and friendly short skinny girl with glasses idk her name but she was absolutely amazing Ill be recommending people to go there and see her for products!

Probably best prices in sherman the people there are also very informative and always take the time to ask question to make sure you are getting what you want.

All I wanted was some vape pods for a vapresso. The lady at the counter damn near wouldnt sell me anything, asked ridiculous questions, and lost a customer. I just wanted the vape pods lady ffs

Went there last night for the first time to get a specific item that everyone at my job had, and the girl who helped me told me all about my other options instead. She definitely opened me up to try things I never wouldve paid attention to, and I left with 2 different things than I had went for. So far I love them way more than what I had seen from my friends, cant wait to go back and try more new things

Buyer beware. Paid 0ver $50 for some gummies here. Got home to check the COA and they were selling them online for $17. You can not keep ripping your customers off like this when there is a head shop and every corner now.

Best place to go for anything you need

Let me just start with I love this place!!! They have a wide variety of products, and the e juice selection is on point. They have literally everything here, from smaller glass pieces to large name brand prices. A huge vape selection to choose from, and honestly the largest selection around here that I have seen. But it’s the staff that keeps me coming back, they take the time to help you find the product that will work best for you, and they have the best vibe! Brandie and Tricia are rock stars! They helped me so much! I can not wait to come back and shop again. Make sure you have time to look around at everything!

There’s a girl with purple hair here, don’t know her name. But anyways, she gave my minor son a hit off of her own personal wax pen. He’s also in recovery. He shouldn’t have been there to begin with, but that part is dealt with. Drug tested him and he came clean and told me everything that happened here. He also said there was no one else around that works there, so I suppose it could just be this girl who doesn’t ID. I think you all here should really reconsider this woman working here. I can’t imagine her doing this would be good for your business if you know what I mean. He also made some purchases here, again, that aren’t good purchases knowing he’s in recovery. obviously she didn’t ID him for that either. Do your job how you’re supposed to.

I have visited this location 3 times. The first time I went in I just thought I might have caught the woman on a bad day. The 2nd time it was the same woman and the attitude was the same. Today made my 3rd visit in the store and I can say that I will no longer spend my money here. It was the same woman and she acted like me being there was an inconvenience to her. I was going to buy a kit and try to get off the disposables, when i started asking basic questions the responses were almost sarcastic. After completing my purchase, there was no thank you or come again or anything. I told the lady to have a nice day and I didnt even get a response to that. I feel like I gave them a fair shot with trying them more than once before I left my opinion.Smoke on the water is right across the street and I would much rather spend my money somewhere that will at least act like they appreciate their customers.

The cashier was very knowledgeable about the products only reason I’m giving it to star is because I got candy king lemon drops flavor and I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I didn’t taste right at first brand new coil clean mod so I’ll let it sit and maybe prime some more but after about eight hours it still did not taste right called to see if I could exchange it for a different bottle of the same brand may be it being a bad batch and instead of trying to work with me at all the manager told me to deal with it so I will not be returning to the store because they have absolutely zero after purchase help no matter how much you spent with them ever. Will definitely be going to text Soma tobacco from this point moving forward edit: you still have an obligation to attempt to make things right with the customer in order to keep customers

I have been a customer here for several years. I think they have great ecig flavors and the prices are phenomenal. Ive tried other places when Ive been out of town and Im never as pleased as I am with Texas Tobacco. They have awesome candles, smoke accessories and great gift ideas. Love love love this place. Did I mention AWESOME customer service? They have a pretty cool rewards system. You earn points for every purchase that can be redeemed at a later date to save you even more money Give them a try I dont think youll be disappointed.

My roommate recently got a job there and was FIRED ON HER THIRD DAY after her DISEASE caused her to be sick all day and night long (upchucking to be exact). She has GERD and this type of behavior from a workplace is highly unprofessional. A DISEASE that cannot be predicted/controlled should not be a factor for someones termination. Highly disappointed in this behavior, and although I have done business there MULTIPLE TIMES, I can assure you that myself, my partner, and my friends will NEVER shop at this location again.

Lesson learned for me. The markup they charge on OPMS Kratom is twice as much as anywhere else I have purchased. I walked out of the store, turned around and walked back in to see if I could return them and was told tough luck. I could understand that if I had purchased a vape but this was an unopened package I literally purchased 2 seconds ago. I won’t come here again.

Came in to buy a pack of cigarettes one evening. Upon entering the lady behind the counter was helping another lady clean and prime her ecig. So I waited and started looking around at some of the items that they sold. wow! I thought to myself this store is bada**! Well long story short the lady finished up with the customer and proceeded to begin helping me. If Im not mistaken her name was Brandie. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Just to be sure that Im talking about the right person she wears her ecig around her neck on a lanyard (her words). She guided me around the store as I inquired about all the different types of things they had to sell, and boy was I just like a kid in a candy shop. She was observant to what caught my eye and highly informative on anything she spoke to me about. I promised her a great review and was behind on my promise So please gIve her this kudos!!

Excellent selection for people who smoke herbs/flowers/tobacco. Ive been to every shop in Sherman and this one is by far the best when it comes to both selection and price.Lots of water pipes, pipes, grinders, dugouts, wraps, you name it. The large glass water pipes are seriously an excellent value compared to other smoke shops.

I only smoke cigars and i buy here only when ive got a nice little coupon. I love that they have a frequent buyers card and their system keeps track of my purchases so if i do a little cigar exploring and i cant quite remember what my last purchase was the super friendly and personable staff is always there to help by just looking up my account. But theres a wicked down side. A lot of their stock is stale. Its all in one room, humidity is alright but ive gotten a great deal on a usual smoke of mine a few times and could immediately taste some of the flavored selection in the same room. Lighting often burns too hot even with timed puffs (i thought maybe i was smoking too fast) so your basic humidity and freshness problems. I really like the staff though and so i return for things like supply, candles, incense, and lighters. Just not cigars unless Im in a time crunch and theyre whats open, they have good hours too. I dont smoke anything else so i cant vouch for the affordability or selection of other items.The shop is neat and not overly cluttered, and i love their pricing on empty cigar boxes.

I usually use mine to purchase their AMAZING Smoke-Odor Candles even though I dont smoke!! Theyre 1000 times BETTER than ANY candle you can buy at Walmart or the Dollar store... By FAR!! The candles burn longer, slower, and just one candle will smell up most of your home!! Its as strong as a Yankee Candle! 🥰
