Came based on reviews and photos, but in reality pretty shockingly terrible experience. The front desk sounds decent and nice, but once they got you in the door, it’s game over. The actual room isn’t like the advertised pictures, it’s a small space with poor sound proofing and a magnetic divider separating the spaces. The male therapist - not sure his name, wears a chain necklace - was absolutely horrendous. He was rushing and impatient. I had requested deep tissue and this man was putting all his might into his elbow joints into my discomfort areas causing more pain. There is no training whatsoever, just regrettably one of the poorest massage experiences I’ve had. Do not recommend

Great experience. Was a little concerned at first cause the girl doing my massage didn’t know what kind I wanted. But once we cleared that up she was amazing. I did the royal Thai ceremony treatment for my birthday and it was amazing! Highly recommend

My goodness… this place is amazing. My partner and I had a 60-minute Swedish couples massage. Our therapists were Dada and Matthew. I had Dada with medium pressure, and my partner had Matthew with firm pressure. We were both incredibly happy with our service. When you ask for firm pressure, they are FIRM. Friendly front desk staff. Great prices for services, and you can tip on a credit card. We will definitely be back here!

I will be back! That massage was more than what I needed. It’s been over a year since I gotten a massage and my back was very much out of whack. I was in an accident a year ago (march 5) and the hospital rushed me in and out because of COVID. I never received proper treatment since the world shut down a week later. Fast forward a year later, every pop, knot rolled out, and stretching was beyond what I needed. We have literally been working from home for the past year, I suggest get a massage you’ll feel aligned.

Today was my fiancé and mines first time getting massages and they were truly amazing!! We had been looking for a massage place that was close by and not to pricy and this turned out to be the perfect spot!Our masseuses Bily and Lisa were amazing! They were attentive to how our body reacted to the massages and listened to how we felt. We defiantly will be booking with them again.It was an amazing first time and we will definitely be returning! Not only were the massages amazing but the staff was super sweet and nice! Love it!

I actually had a great experience! I was sore the next day. But my shoulders are super tite, so I make sense I would be sore the next day. I will return and the prices they have are not bad. Its clean and inviting!

This place is really great for the price.I started coming here using the outdoor section post-COVID and really enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of massage along with the price. I would only knock one star off because you’ll need to figure out which masseuse works for you, unfortunately some are not as skilled so you run some risk on your first few visits until you find the right person.

Be very careful who you have a massage with at this location!I called and expressed my displeasure with the massage, and was told by the woman at the front desk that I will be contacted by the manager.Im not one to write bad reviews, so Ive waited a week to be contacted by the manager. a week has passed with no response.so unfortunately Im writing this for potential future clients, look elsewhere!Ive been going to massage for years due to neck and lower back issues.my brother told me about this spot, and I was happy to try it out.my first 4 massages here, all by females ranged from not bad to great.. they paid attention to my feedback, used the right amount of pressure and were very professional. afterwards offered me tea.I felt relaxed and loose after the massages.so far so good.however!!!!this past Friday I had the most horrible painful experience.I have no preference when it comes to the gender of the masseuse, and so I agreed for a male masseuse.this masseuse, a Thai man in his 30s/40s was possibly the worst massage Ive ever had.as soon as he started, it felt rushed and clumsy.I told him where the painful areas on my back were, but he seemed not to care.he actually ran his elbow against my spinal vertebrates causing me to wince and tell in pain, and my body tensed up more as the massage and the pain went on.he might have even injured me during the massage.he seemed not to care and went mechanically through the motions, with no attention to pace or pressure.to top it all, unlike all the female masseuses at this location, he did not offer me tea and seemed to rush me out of the room! rude!when I expressed my displeasure to the woman at the front desk, she seemed to get defensive, and dismissed me by saying Ill be contacted by the manager.now, a week later with no contact I am writing this review.DO NOT GET A MASSAGE FROM A THAI MAN AT THIS LOCATION!YOU WILL REGRET IT, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AS LONG AS THEY GOT YOUR MONEY.Ill be happy to be contacted by Sparadise management and get an explanation and a discussion of what went wrong.there are plenty of massage places, but the quality here is dangerously inconsistent.you have been warned!

Nice atmosphere and service. My appointment was on time. I will recommend the outdoor area at night, and if you are unsure about the kind of massage, you can combine Swedish and Thai.

Amazing place! Have been there numerous times with different masseuses and they are all incredible. Better than most massages at 5 star hotels. We realized we undertipped when we got home tonight so def owe them another visit soon.

This place is amazing. I went during Covid. Was clean and amazing, and still to that date. Highly recommend I am a high-end spa person at this place is somewhere to go it. . It doesn’t have a steam room, shower or jacuzzi, but it is a must go to place

I had the worst massage of my life here. Billy was impatient when administering my massage. His movements felt rushed and unpleasant. He applied more pressure than I had requested. So much pressure that he bruised my neck. When placing a towel on my face it was gruffly placed and my hands were sometimes dropped onto the bed instead of being placed down. He used cold oil for most of my massage. As anyone can imagine, it was a small jolt each time. When he wiped me down after my body scrub he used a towel with room temp water which was too cold for comfort. Wouldn’t a hot or warm towel be more soothing? Finally he wiped me down like a kitchen counter. He was just in a hurry to get things done. I was completely tense the entire time. I did not feel nice at any point in my massage. When he left the room, he did not offer me tea like my boyfriends masseuse asked him and he was already quickly grabbing his things and leaving as he said “bye”.Also, the receptionists cell phone vibrations kept being heard through our wall. At one point messages were coming in non stop. At first I thought it was my phone, and got worried there was an emergency. But when I requested to check my phone to see if something was wrong, I realized the sounds of the vibrations were coming from the entrance lobby next to our room.I am giving two stars because I’ve had one other massage here before which was good and my boyfriend enjoyed his experience with his masseuse. The receptionist was friendly and so was my boyfriends masseuse.

We were late to our appointment but thankfully they were accommodating and understanding. My masseuse did a great job. She stretched me out really good and was gentle when she needed to be. Instrumental sounds and aromatic oils (extra cost) created a nice ambience. We did it outside in the tent behind their business but I can imagine how more quiet and nice it would be in the rooms.

I’m editing my original review from 5 down to 2 stars. Unfortunately my initial experience here was a one off. I can’t trust the quality of masseuse here, and won’t be going back.On my most recent visit the massage was quite literally painful and amateur. Not the good deep tissue pain, this hurt because it felt like my skin was being pinched and rubbed instead, and my tendons were being prodded and pulled in dangerous ways.Until I can count on a consistent massage I will be going elsewhere, not worth losing time or money.——-Fantastic massage, polite and friendly staff, and a relaxing environment. It’s simple, not being overly designed or exotic but they offer great massages that are superior to others around the area. I received the Deep Tissue massage and was impressed by the time, attention, and effort.

I would do 4.5 stars if I could. I went here yesterday for my first ever massage. My partner and I got a great deal on a couples massage via Groupon, about $40 each for a 1 hour WONDERFUL massage. I feel renewed and relaxed. The massage featured hot stones and aromatherapy, with friendly and courteous service. They were very professional as well. The only downside was that there were some distracting noises during the massage, I believe a co-worker came in to ask my masseuse a question, and I could hear a faucet running in the next room at one point. The reception area was quite heavily perfumed but the massage room was more palatable. Overall a wonderful experience for a great price. Bear in mind though that they are CASH ONLY with an ATM in the lobby.

Pretty solid massage! Rin was strong and consistent and I left feeling much better ✌️ Would go back. The only reason I have it 4 stars is that you can hear people talking during your massage because there is no wall separating between the rooms.

They managed to fit me in for a last min appointment because I’d tweaked my back (which is above and beyond — I’m so grateful). My massage was exceptional. Kim was truly an expert at her craft and really focused on the areas I requested. I walked in feeling awful, and left feeling so much better. I already have plans to come back!

Highly recommend! Good life choices! My friend and I each booked a 90 minute massage and both had great experiences. From the minute we walked through the door to the time we left, the staff was friendly, helpful, professional, and respectful. The facility is clean, inviting, and relaxing. My friend opted for the Thai combination massage and I did a deep tissue. My therapist was Rin and he was amazing! One of the best massages I have ever received and I’ve done a lot of deep tissue massages. Rin knew when to apply firm pressure, when to let up, and what areas to focus on. He also used the time really well to ensure he got to the areas I specified needed focus. Im visiting LA, but if I lived here, I would be regularly going back to Rin and will for sure book a massage at this Spa whenever I come visit. My friend had an equally quality massage. I don’t remember the name of her therapist, but she said he was also amazing and the Thai Combination was really relaxing.For covid protocols, all therapists are masked and they require clients to also wear masks. I received a 90-minute full-body mixed Thai/Swedish massage, hot stones, and a reflexology foot massage (with aromatherapy & CBD oil). This was my first massage in a long time. Pam was skilled, thorough, responsive, and delightful to work with! The space is well-crafted to help you relax into the experience.I am deeeeeply rejuvenated and I will absolutely be back. Already bought a few more massages.

Absolutely great experience. My girlfriend and I went in for a couples massage. GroupMe has a sale but when I called the spa she was able to honor the price of Groupon so I booked with them. Great experience overall. Totally recommend. The hot stone massage was amazing. The Thai stretching was very pleasing and they were able to get all of the knots and stiffness out of my back.

I can definitely recommend this as a spa location. Ive been here a couple times for full body massages and its always top quality. Everyones so nice and the pricing is good. I will say it can be a little hard for parking as its paid street parking so bring your quarters lol. They also take card for parking

Opted for a couples massage through groupon coupon.The whole experience was nothing less than amazing.The room was kept clean and the ambience was really calming.The actual massage exceeded my expectations to be true. The pressure was just perfect, the masseuse worked on all areas and showed special attention to the areas I had mentioned in the checkin form.Special mention to the Hot stone therapy which was perfect.Will definitely visit again.

My partner and I went to this massage location a week ago. I’ve been having really bad back problems for nearly two years now. I’ve been to other places and the knots in my back simply wouldn’t get out. We had two ladies massage our back for one hour and also our feet and by far was the best massage I’ve ever received. Ever since then I haven’t felt pain in my back. Sadly I’m not from la or else I’d definitely would be visiting this place again. It was one of the best experiences. Def made my vacation a lot better and money worth!

Very clean, great front office team. The lobby is clean and appealing. The massage rooms were clean and the massuese knew exactly what they were doing. We had a couple massage in different rooms and we were very satisfied. Definitely will come back. There is metered street parking and they have a small parking in the back. They also honor the Groupon.

Left clutching my back and hurting more than when I got there.I specified no standing on my back and the person did It anyways. I was not asked clearly what type of massage I wanted in the start and by default given a Thai massage. Which I do not enjoy because of the rough manner it is performed.

Have scheduled a day ahead for a massage with specific request for a female masseuse, but when I came today was told that they are overbooked and cannot accommodate me and that I had to wait. Worst experience ever. In addition, tried use my gift certificate all at once, but they told me I could not do it. However, when I bought the gift certificate I was told I could use it anytime I wanted to. Never going back to this place.

Zeeeerrooo Star!!! Their schedule is a hot mess! I requested a female massuse 2 times on the phone while booked my appointment but when I showed up the front girl told me that they only have a male massuse!!!! Have been costumer for a long time and will not go back there again. Take your money and business elsewhere for better service! They are not good

I absolutely love this place. I hate to share how amazing it is because I want to keep it a secret, but for the sake of keeping small businesses afloat I have to brag about it. They give amazing massages and are very accommodating. Parking can be tricky so watch out for that.

Not a good experience. First, the lady at the front tried to charge me more than it says on the website. The massage session was very poor one and she didn’t even cover me properly with the blanket and it was cold.
