After initially having an issue at the Lawrence Harbor store with a product return and leaving a review; I was contacted within a half hour by the owner of Sunny Vapes. He apologized for the incident, assured me that was not the company’s policy and that the employee would be retrained on their policies. He provided me with a store credit for the faulty product immediately.I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and am beyond impressed with this quick response and resolution of the issue.Sunny Vapes nearly lost a customer but through a caring and service focused owner they have gained a customer for life!

Best vape shop Ive been to so far, very helpful people there. Rich is the man, takes the time to explain whatever product youre looking at. Pretty good selection of disposables and devices as well.

This vape shop has a lot of products to choose from. I used to buy the disposable vapes which are really high in nicotine. I am trying to step down and eventually stop vaping. This shop has lots of options to help you do that. I started with 50 mg and now I am 10. The staff is super knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. I had an issue and the owner reached out and rectified it immediately.

Terrible shop. I was extremely u knowledgeable regarding edibles. This place is not a true dispensary. The girl behind the counter never disclosed they weren’t licensed. After making a $150 purchase of edibles only yo find out they aren’t legit. I tried to return the bag they stapled together. Never opened the bag. They refused my return. I just wish she was transparent that I should go to a real dispensary to purchase recreational cannabis edibles. I would never go back. I am only writing this review to advise others who are also ignorant to dispensaries and fake vape shops like Sunnies exist and profit from people less knowledgeable. Apparently this is a chain of stores in New Jersey. Buyer beware.

This place is off the charts amazing in every aspect, selection, pricing, knowledge of the products, friendliness, you name it. Im there every couple of weeks either stocking up on my norms, or trying something new they brought in, with a detailed explanation of what Im buying. By far the best local owned shop in Laurence harbor!

Rich is the best and very knowledgeable! I always go here for any of my needs including the other 2 locations. Large selection and always a great experience.

Asking me a driving license to get a simple disposable vape is fine even if Im 48 years old..then seller guy wanted my license to take a copy or take a picture..this is actually funny..and he refused to sell anything without my license copy or picture whatever..Im telling other customers who wants to buy anything from this store make sure you have your passport birth certificate in your hand just in case

This new location is great, and set up perfectly. Ive always been a fan of sunnys but this is my new favorite location. The guy rich who works there is extremely knowledgeable and will not sell anything he wouldnt use himself. The owner Marcus is a very respectable owner. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had a great experience shopping here because the store manager/owner helped me find everything I was looking for. I can see why my friend recommended me this place to go shop. One of best place to buy any vape products. Store manger Rich is very knowledgeable.always willing to go extra mile. Whenever I need to get products out of stocks he gets right away. Prices are very affordable. I would give it 10 star. And thanks a lot guys keep up good work. I encourage local people to buy from local shops.

Went in for a glass banger and he had exactly what I needed. I usually go to a different shop on rte 9, but this will be my go to for now on. much cheaper for way better quality glass. Thanks man! Guy was super nice too.

Sunny gets an A+ all around. They have the best selection of the bets vape products around and their employees all have great knowledge on all of it. Rich is my go to when I need a reccomendations. The store also has a great glass water pipe selection and ive bought 2 pieces that have been phenominal.

Been to one of there other stores and was blown away went to this one blown away again. Cant stress how much the employees care about getting what you need. I give 5 stars for both location and customer satisfaction. Hands down best place to go!!

Rich is amazing he is so helpful, treats you like he has known you for years, and extremely knowledgeable. He knows everything that is in stock or is able to offer great substitutes. Highly recommend

Shopping at sunny vapes feels something like taking a seat on a 1st class Emirates flight to Dubai. I’ve never been to Dubai , but this is an incredible experience if your looking to support a local small business with a visionary leader ready to do whatever it takes to make affordable products readily available to consumers , while providing knowledge and friendly service along the way.

Checked out the new location and it’s super nice inside and super clean. Marcus the owner was really helpful! Huge selection. They have a ton of glass..picked out a couple nice pieces!
