These positive reviews have to be written by the friends and family of the owners of this place.This place doesnt have too many vape products and the ones they do have are marked up well above msrp.The lady clerk at the store has absolutely zero knowledge of what she is selling at all so if even if they did have a product you need,the lady cant help you because she doesnt know how,do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store as going here is always a waste of time.

One of the most overpriced smoke shops I’ve ever seen to this day I definitely would not recommend buying any glass here or anything really they will rip you off for sure

Sells broken ash catchers don’t give you a receipt would not recommend this place for any glass paid 60$ for it and would not even let me get a new one that all I wanted and he said he usually does exchanges but

Ive tried to be an easy customer, friendly local neighbor and I have an ever constant need for new glass, vapes and lots of other smoking accessories. The store is clean ,well lit, lots and fair prices! Ive met the owner several times and hes always professional and respectful!My rating is based on so many horrible experiences that this guy named T or D,causes every night he works. Hes damaging the stores rep around Tahoe with a lot of people. He kicks people out half an hour early, is always having conversations on his headset, harasses me when I buy 95% of the stuff I came in for but he still says no looking at stuff... what?... I cant quietly peacefully look for a new pipe (among the 100s of great options), nope!? I guess he needs the whole last hr to mop. From years of retail and customer service experience, I know almost unheard of to walk out the door, exactly at posted close time. I mean he refuses to lock up one minute After official close time.To sum it up Tahoe big clouds is a good store. The owner does a good job of keeping a wide selection of products, fully stocked up and I thank him for that. I recommend nobody Rush across town for the last hr.

Not only are they extremely over priced but they tried selling me a used $100 mod. I got home and was going to set it up and realized it had used coil with oil in it. The man that helped me was extremely rude when I asked to return in.

Told me they had an item but wouldn’t tell me the price over the phone. Drive all the way to the store and they didn’t have the item I was looking for. Owner doesn’t even know what he is selling.

Closes early unexpectedly. they should post the price of each disposable and how many puffs it has because T gets irritated when you don’t remember. It seems real simple to just list brands with prices and put it in the window instead of forcing us to ask. He refuses to run my debit card as credit, which is really suspicious when the other sales rep has no problem~ and even turned down a $55 sale when I didn’t have the pin for a new card. It makes me feel uncomfortable using my pin in front of him. You can tell he’s not the owner, nor does he work on commission. He def has no interest in making profit for the business.

Man who helped me was extremely rude. Was about to spend over a $100 and he told me hurry up that it was his break time at 3:54pm. I was the only the store. I told him nevermind and I would just go somewhere else and he replied, good. In my 47 years of life I have never had a worse experience. Wow.

They are happy to sell you vapes that dont work (sometimes there are duds as all people who vape know) but REFUSE to replace or refund anything. We were long time customers. Because of this we wont be going back.Be warned.

The gentleman at the storefront decided to ignore me for 10 minutes with no one else in the store, despite me asking about a product, then 3 people (likely friends) came in and he went to chat with them and continued to ignore me. Don’t waste your breath. If this guys not the owner then I’m afraid you have the worst customer service I have seen in tahoe.

I shop here for my vaping supplies. Ive been coming here for years, ever since they first opened. Its your basic head shop/vaping store with a good selection of glass and other types of pipes. Ceramic pipes, the new silicone pipes, and everything else for your smoking needs. The vape selection is pretty good as well. I go with the yocan line of self contained wax burners and hand held vaporizers. I like YoCan products because of the pricing and the quality of the products. So, if you are looking for vaping equipment and you cant find where to go, then please check this place out. Afrer looking at some of the other reviews i figured that the people that moan and whine just dont know what the people who work there are about. Its not easy to please everyone all the time. For instance, reviewers have said they were rude. Thats absolutely not the case. They are from India, the Punjab region. A place Ive visited in years past. Plus they dont speak English all that well. So people just think they are rude. Americans can be so stuck up sometimes. Im a white American myself, but Ive traveled the world. It has a good parking lot too, in and out is very easy. Happy vaping! 720 rules!

Customer service lacks hard at this place. I went in twice to this shop and got attitude both times from this guy. He started telling me to hurry up so he can put his order away. Easy to say I will never go back there and spend my money again.

Worst customer service EVER!.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!. After dropping 300 on mods and juice I come to find out that my mod will not charge via usb. The sales guy who was super nice told me one thing and iit was a mistake. So 1 hour after I left I returned and the owner told me that he cant help me but told me I need to spend another 50 to get the charger and batteries. . This place blows. . Buyer beware.. the owner will not support his products. Blah...

BAD PRACTICE!!!I bought a Cookies vape pen and it had no charger. I told them about it and they accused me of stealing and told me not to come back. CHECK EVERYTHING B4 YOU BUY or go somewhere else more reliable.

Huge selection of vaporizer accessories and flavors for anyone to enjoy. Prices are comparible with most other vape stores. Also have pipes and accessories too if youre into that, large room dedicated to just water pipes/ bongs.

Cheap over priced items & overcharge for the same item thing you’ve bought from them before. So instead of a 18$ Like last time they’ll make it almost 30$ if it’s a different guy & he feels like it.

Spent over $250 in store on 9/28/2020 and one of my $32 exxus snap Batteries did not function before or after a charge no matter how many ways I clicked the button. I called to ask for an exchange and was told that’s I’d have to wait until Saturday’s when the owner is in the Store Even though I was only in town for a few days on vacation. Hopefully they make it right.

WORST VAPE SHOP IN TAHOE BUYERS BEWARE!! Went with my sister to get this “brand new” and “unopened” vape, only to find out its clearly been opened and used. When we tried to call back and ask for a refund they not only were rude and unprofessional but they also refused to let us return it or even come back and show it to them.

BUYER BEWARE! Total import clone knockoff store. Nothing you buy here will work its fresh off the boat from China. E-Juice is wayyy overpriced, mods are clones that do NOT work. Batteries are dangerous, and not legit. Nothing in this store is authentic.

Great selection on vape and oils. A bit costy but cpmparing fepm traveling out of the area and spending gas or ordering online, just get it here! Whatever it is youre lookong for, youre more than likely to find here. Staff is friendly and very helpful and will always tell you what is a must for your needs wether they get thw sale or not. Very honest group of people that work here.

The prices are actually very good for TAHOE. I always hav a good experience. Great customer service and Ive bought a wide variety or products from there and never had an issue with quality.

Good service, and when I accidentally got the wrong item they let me switch it out 15 min later when I noticed. Very clean place too. They were constantly speaking spraying counters when I was there.

Nice store in a very convenient location. They offer a variety of Kratom items, including vapor items, such as salt nic and a juice in a number of nicotine liquid.
