On vacation with a friend and the $60 an hour massage sign out front enticed us in, to the most incredible, thorough massage of our lives. We read the reviews and made a reservation. It was accommodating, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant experience. The staff was so welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. The massage itself has surpassed any that weve experienced. Thank you Wendy, you are amazing and thank you to the gentleman who took care of my friend. You dont want to miss this place. We did the 90 minute massage and walked out on a cloud.

Visiting from San Diego and i was gifted a massage here. Hands down one of the best full body messages ive had. I only leave reviews when i have the best experience or the worst. This was one of those best experiences. I highly recommend.

Best massage in Lake Tahoe. My husband and I did a whole body massage and we both loved Isa and Siwongs work. Will come again every time we visit Lake Tahoe. Charlie did a great job of fitting us into the schedule. Highly recommend.

Walked in and got a massage quick. Place is really nice. 10 minute walk from Harveys. Got 1 hour deep tissue with hot stones. Lady did a great job. Total with tip was 120. Totally worth it.

Before our appointment, I spoke to a man on the phone for pricing since the website didn’t have any pricing information and he told us $130 for a couples massage. Payment is due upon arrival and we were charged $260…which sounds about right for a 90 minutes couples massage but our conversation with the employee was misleading, mainly due to a language barrier. I just wish we were told it was $130 per person so we knew what to expect ahead of time before being charged. On the plus side, their pricing for a 90 minute couples massage was much more reasonable than surrounding spas in the area.We were highly impressed with our masseuses as they were very thorough and took their time to massage all areas and even stretched our limbs. They even massaged our heads and face. The included hot stones were a nice added touch to our massage.My only other issue is the male employee being very persistent with tipping on our way out. He waved us over to the front desk with his hands…tapped the receipt on the counter and circled the tip section. We just tipped our masseuses personally with cash instead…I just felt that that gesture from him was a little pushy.Overall, I recommend giving this spot a try for the reasonable pricing and the quality of the massages. We’ll more than likely come back to this spa on our next vacation.

My husband and I just had the BEST massage here! My therapist asked me how deep I could handle the pressure and gave me exactly what I needed! He found my knots and when I took a deep breath, he felt it and then dug in deeper in my pain points 🙏.Don’t hesitate, this place is AMAZING!!!!

Whole body massage for 60 min at $90. Ok, let me preface this… the place is a little sketch. Hopefully as they keep getting more business they can fix the massage rooms. They smell a tad like sweat, and the little temporary rooms they built don’t make you have great confidence in the service. When I walked in, after booking an appointment online about 30 min before, they were surprised by my arrival. Then they asked which massage, but the two guys who worked the desk speak like 5 words of English (The older guy is adorable and you kind of want to take him home to be grandpa of your kids). So, I had to walk around them and point to the service on the board. I almost walked out because it felt so sketchy. I asked for a female, but then I wasn’t sure they understood what I was saying, so I remembered that in one of the reviews someone said Wendy was great. I asked for Wendy. they asked me to pay before the massage, which is also odd and does not give you a great feeling. I did not know what to expect. Thai massages are a bit different the our American ones, and that’s what Wendy does. But, it’s fabulous. She’s great at it, considerate, takes her time… very good. So, the 5 star rating is really for Wendy, and the cute older guy. The place itself is iffy, the walls are, I don’t even know how to describe… maybe sheets that they put like soft tiles over? Kind of make shift rooms? But, Wendy is great and is worth the price. Not the place you want to go for just a relaxing “getting away from it all” massage. This is for people who need Wendy to work out stress from their muscles. And she will do it.

I was really happy with this massage, one of the best Ive ever received at one of these quick walk-in places. Overall a really great massage. The hot Stones were also done really really well, usually I find them kind of unpleasant and they burn me but this person knew what she was doing. It was $90 for an hour massage which is pretty fair and I tipped 30% because she was very good.

We had a very nice couples massage. We were able to book the same morning and had a pick of a few different slots. The massage was just the right firmness. My wife likes a firmer massage than I do, and we both left happy. We both liked the hot stone part of the massage.

A meeting ended early so I quickly called to book an appointment and they were able to accomodate. Their prices are super reasonable and I really enjoyed my deep tissue and stone massage, the pressure was what I needed after 18holes of golf. I just wish I had more time to get an additional 30min! I appreciated my specialist asking me if I wanted hard, medium, or soft.

My first time getting a massage and they didn’t disappoint. I got the full body and hot stones massage. They might take around 5-10 minutes to get the massage started, depending on how busy they are, but they still do the full hour. I went there after a long hike and left feeling like I never went on one. Would recommend

Walking in the area, no appointment -but they had sign with very competitive pricing. Stopped in and was offered an appointment within an hour. They did try to upsell, but I only wanted basic hour. The masseuse was amazing! Really worked the troublesome areas, great stretching, magic hands. Walked out feeling refreshed! Would highly recommend. Way better pricing than spas inside local casinos. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

I had a wonderful experience during the session. The therapist skillfully addressed sore spots, even applying pressure on my back, effectively releasing tension. Additionally, they focused on my thighs, alleviating soreness from snowboarding. I left feeling refreshed and fully prepared to return to the mountain. They were able to accommodate our group of three on short notice. The booking process on their website was seamless and efficient.

We go to Aroma Massage & Spa regularly. They are very friendly, accommodating and cheaper than other massage spas. Their massage therapists are good, and can either give you a soft relaxing massage or give you a true Thai massage.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this place. The massage therapist was good, but she doesnt speak 2 words of English, so she couldnt understand anything I said. I asked for her specifically and booked her again, but when I went back in, the owners tried to put me with another woman massage therapist. When I said no, they went and got the woman I requested who appeared to be in the middle of a new massage and had her work on me.I referes a friend and her experiences was a nightmare. When she got there, again, the woman she booked with was unavailable. The male owner/manager took her to a room, divided with a sheet with someone talking loudly non-stop on the other side of the hanging sheet/wall. His hands were rough and he is not a therapist, so my friend was thoroughly disturbed by the massage and experiemce. She was promised a free massage to re-run, when I called about the horrible experience, but she will never go back. And neither will I.

WORST massage i have ever got. I think this place’s google review rating is probably fake.Untrained masseur.1. They charged me 15% higher than what i booked for and asked me to pay before the massage. I thought the tip was included but then they asked me for tip after the massage again.2. The owner(guy) came in the room twice for no real reason while i was not wearing clothes and waiting for the masseur . It was Creepy. He made inappropriate jokes too. Extra creepy.3. MASSAGE - worst! Basically she rolled my upper back for 30 mins or more ( not neck not lower back not shoulder not traps) with her arms not using her hands at all . She spent 5 mins for arms and she didnt do front of my body at all.Clearly she was not a trained masseur. I was too scared (given the creepiness of the place) to complain so i gave her the extra tip requested and came back home. It was horrible.4. Also during the massage she opened the massage room a few times to talk to her colleague. It was very uncomfortable and rude.

Me and my boyfriend came in for a massage and it was AMAZING! We only did 30mins each but we felt very relaxed afterwards! Definitely recommend it here! The guy who helped us was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

I was immediately welcomed when I arrived and was made to feel comfortable. My massage therapist was fantastic and combined Thai/Swedish massage styles for my 90 minute massage. It was a great way to start my vacation. I would highly recommend.

Staff is super friendly and made me feel so warm and welcome after being sore and cold from skiing on the mountain the day before. Best pricing and service so close to the mountain I’ve seen! I walked in and they had availability right away. The only downside is the masseuse is the same person at the front desk so he had to stop massaging everytime someone walked in and it happened 4 times! Very unprofessional. Overall, the massage is average but I hope they do not do this to other clients.

The service is great and the location is really good, right nearby the Heavenly Village, so it’s very convenient to have a relax after shopping and skating. Not to mention the price is fairly reasonable compared to other SPA places in Tahoe.

One of the best value sports massages I have received in many years. They are good at finding the little spots to work through. If there’s any muscle area sore or needing attention, let your therapist know and they will know exactly what to look for and work on in that muscle region.

I was pleasantly surprised by my massage. I booked a massage for my husband and I last minute but they still accommodated by putting us in a couples room. The massage was so invigorating and renewing. I have never experienced anything like that, usually the massage is soft and slow, this massage awakened every muscle in my body! I have never left a place feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated ! I will be looking for a similar place back home, I’m done with those relaxing put you to sleep massages for sure. I could not get over how ready for the day I felt. Usually when I leave a massage I’m ready for a nap, and then sore the next day. This was completely different in such a good way!!

I got there on time for my 4 oclock appointment and they told me they were running a little late and to wait 15 minutes, no problem, but that wait ended up being an entire hour of just sitting in a small room, felt like I was waiting at the doctors office.Once the actual massage started Im like 99% sure the lady was texting on her phone during it, only lightly massaging me with one arm and I could hear some phone tapping.Once she got more focused the massage was actually pretty nice and the hot stones were great, thats the only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 quite honestly.When it came time to pay I felt pretty uncomfortable with her staring at me while I thought of what kind of tip to leave, she even told me 20% which was kind of inappropriate especially after all of that.Wasnt worth the cost ultimately.

The couples room needed some work on the walls my massage was below average. My wife’s masseur was not professional. Do not know if he has license. Please check if you get a masseur rather than a masseuse. She almost tapped out from the jackhammer chicken pecking motions from his hands. She didn’t leave since she didn’t know if I was enjoying my massage. I would have been happy to leave early if she had mentioned it. Luckily we only booked a 60 min.

I made a last minute appointment that I had to change same day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Linda the massage therapist was great and always asked how I was. The only thing I wished would change is the heating: it got cold and drafty. Nonetheless, I had a great experience for the price!

Decided last minute I wanted a massage while the fam was in the snow. Got me in right away. Place seemed clean and legit. Wasnt super fancy, but was nice. Massage technique a little different than what I was used to, but the knot in my shoulder is gone and it was relaxing. Value for price paid was good- would book again when in the area.

Finding this gem made my stay in South Lake Tahoe worthwhile. It’s right off the boulevard but tucked in the mall next to the gym. And their prices are about 60 % less than the spa on the main street. Treat yourself!

Run!! Do not waste your money. Not sure what I paid for but it WAS NOT a massage. Website pics are misleading. Music was horrible, not relaxing! You could hear every weight being lifted and dropped next door at the gym. I’m guessing the man who massaged me had never given a massage!!! It was extremely painful, not relaxing!!! The best part about it was when it ended! The 2 people working were kind and I hate leaving a bad review, but I wish I had known. Pay more and get a good experience! They never asked my name or anything about my health. I will ask to see certification from now on. I almost faked a stomach ache just to leave early! 😩

It was easy to book but they literally only have three people working here. They weren’t ready with the three of us who came and they like to use a lot of elbows for their massage. We waited a while and frankly weren’t impressed.

What a terrible waste of time! They do not know how to manage schedules and bookings at all. I made a couples appointment. When we arrived they had given our spot to another couple thinking it was us, like they didnt even ask the name. So they asked if we could come back in a few hours. No. OK you can come back tomorrow for discount? Yes, I could come by myself at 10am, but at 920am I asked if we could do a couples at 230p instead. They said yes. We get there at 230. Gentleman said sorry can you come back at 3. There is another lady waiting who also had appt at 3pm. So we asked - are you sure you can accommodate all 3 of us at 3pm? And he says.. Oh... No, can you come back tonight? Omg! Forget it. Burn me once... Twice!! Lady texts me and asked if I come back tomorrow for discount? Omg - Again?! What a joke and a monumental waste of time when we could have made better use of our time in Tahoe.

We did a 90 minute couples massage earlier this week and it was AMAZING! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The massage therapists were professional and did amazing detailed work. They were not following a routine. We loved the stretches they also incorporated. We highly recommend this place.

Its great and professional. The boss is also super nice. He helps with luggage and boxes. He is smiling and enthusiastic. The technicians are also very professional.
