I am not sure how this place has any decent reviews. I am not very picky but I appreciate good value and customer service. You are not able to have a conversation with anyone because no one speaks English. I have no issues with that but you are running a business and someone should be able to communicate with paying customers.I should have walked out the minute i walked in to the front desk and it was empty. Someone comes in from the street with a very confused face…lady I have an appointment for a massage, rings a bell?Anyhow we finally figured out what I needed and asked me to pay upfront. Sketchy right?Well I paid and the lady took me to the room where the service would take place. Zero welcome or instructions by the masseuse. Luckily this is not my first rodeo at a spa.The massage was mediocre at best. The towels were very harsh. To top it all off, I decide to tip even though the service was far from decent. I said put $15 on my card, the lady had the nerve to say. For 90 mins is $20 tip. I couldn’t believe I had to explain to this lady that the tip is whatever I said since I am the customer.Needless to say I highly discourage anyone from wasting their time or money at this place.

Mediocre massage, rude staffWe called for one massage for me and my girlfriend at $75 each. We called to schedule the appointment at 6pm. But we were not seen until 6:20pm. They demand you pay first before the message and at the end the staff demands you pay $20 each for tip or they will say something to your face in their language. Never coming to this place again!! I wasted $170

I came in very tight, “heavy shoulders” and stiff neck. Came out feeling extremely relaxed, my upper back, neck and shoulder were relieved and more flexible. It even improved mobility. The way I personally need massages fluctuate from soft to medium or medium to soft. They listen to you. They are clean, professional and respectful. I’ll be coming in more often!

I got a body massage.pros:1. It’s easy to make an appointment.2. The skill was average.3. I was able to bring my bicycle to the store.cons:1. I dont know why they demanded the massage fee before taking the massage.2. Its not comfy bc he was gazing at me when I was writing a tip on the recipe.3. The staff’s explanation about getting a massage is not reasonable and poor.

Lucky Feet and Spa gave me a lymphatic drainage massage, including breast, groin and armpit massage. I felt so much better afterwards, and for $65, excluding tip, I felt like that was reasonable. There was one issue with my 1st of 3 massages there, which has never occurred in the past. The massage therapists switched MID - MASSAGE, but I liked the 1st massage therapist so much, I wasnt too upset. This wouldve been inexcusable in other places. I paid via MasterCard, no American Express, and there is a large, gender neutral bathroom, which was clean. Free parking in the back, wheelchair accessible. $$ out of $$$$$ I would recommend Lucky Feet and Spa.

I wanted to be ordered foot massage $24.99. But they say doesnt have anymore! Supposed be to take out a sigh $24.99 on the front door! And they show me new massages menu. Whats different foot massage 30mins? Are told ”only foot, no body massage” So, I ordered $55 body massage actually $56! They charged to credit card fee. This is not good! Back to the previous store.Thats why No customers there on Sunday afternoons!

Worst massage Ive ever had! Save your time and your money and skip this place.I tried the $35 combo massage and even paid extra $5 for more pressure. The masseuse basically rubbed lotion on me the whole time, even after I asked for more pressure several times. It was barely mild pressure at best!

Okay. Easy to get an appointment, reasonable price, and relaxing. I let my masseuse know I had soreness and wanted a deeper massage, but she never increased intensity. If you enjoy a softer touch, this would be a good pick.

My daughters nail technician cancelled on the day of her prom so I called Sassy Nails. The lady was so nice and asked us to come over ASAP. They were busy for the morning but we didnt wait long at all. My daughter was very happy in the end and if shes happy Im happy.

They charged the money before the service and than I told the woman at the counter that I will pay the tip later on the basis of the quality of service and she said okie. After the massage was done I went back to the counter to write my tip down. I put the tip what I wanted to pay and than she interrupts me saying I have to put 20% of it which I was not being made aware of. I felt annoyed and betrayed for not letting me know about the % when she had the chance. It just felt like robbing. I am never going to that place again. There are 1000s massage place out there.

I asked for a full body massage with medium pressure, but the woman who masseuse only rub my back with her sand paper hands. I asked for oil and she put a table spoon of it on me. This is the worst massage I have ever gotten. The only words she knew was “Is this ok?” And forget trying to be relaxed. The noise of the other masseuses are so freakishly loud, you would think they were in the room. I would give this place negative stars.

Love this place. The staff here are well trained and give excellent foot massage combos. They do 10mins of head/face/neck while your feet soak in tub, then about 35mins of feet, then they flip you over and do about 10-15 mins back/neck/shoulders for $30. Its very relaxing and less of an ordeal than the traditional full body massages because you keep your clothes on and sit in a shared room. My BF and I love going here an sharing foot massage together, its great after a dinner date.

The worst service I have ever had. They kept the door a little cracked, which made me feel uncomfortable and violated. When we addressed a concern about not massaging an area, they started to pound/beat at it then said, okay i’m done and walked out.

Is my first time in this place and I had the massage with Linda she has a lot of experience loos my muscles on my back and on the side of my body next day I was a little bit sore but 2 days later I was feeling grate

I have been going to this place for over five years but the on 2/28/18 I had the worst massage ever! The lady was only massaging oil on my body and most of the time with only one hand very very disappointed! I didn’t even bother asking her name!

I called and had a booking for 3:30 today. I was early and as I walked in, this lady said full body? I said no, I’m booked for an hr foot massage. She said $65 and I told her no i was told it’s $35. She totally ignored what I was trying to tell her and kept saying $65 😂😂 So I thought to myself there’s no point of speaking and should just wait till she finishes. Than I told her “foot massage” and immediately she said $45 and I told her no it’s $35 We repeated ourselves like 5 times before she asked where’s the money. I told her let me pay after the massage but no, she grabbed the card from my hand and made the payment. Went in to the room, she massaged my feet but it wasn’t not that good, I was so irritated I kept asking her pls massage it a little harder so I can feel it. I was thinking their trick is to make you fast asleep so time jumps by. After the massagers soon as I walked out from the room to make my way to the front desk she said “tip” but ofcourse I was going to tip her 😂 I just felt like customer service was so poor, no friendliness, and if she was greedy only for the money but totally neglected the service. I will never again go to this place and I’m happy so share with this out to anybody who considers going to this place… they do not deserve your money! I normally go to GG massage in San Bruno they are fantastic and very clean, very good services but today I was a bit lazy to drive all the way to San Bruno from south city. Now I know if you want a good massage, go to where it’s worth your money

I thought this place would be a decent massage place but they are clearly understaffed or unprofessional. The masseus kept stopping the on going massage to go in the front desk to assist customers coming in. This disturbance from the service is quite annoying.

Great little hole in the wall on polk with authentic Chinese massage with ridiculous pressure. John is awesome to work with. We frequent often. Clean and nice staff. Amazing prices.

Foot massage was amazing . I had Ada as therapist .she was detailed and dedicated . Ill be trying full body another day . But you can start with foot too . I needed as im driving for hours daily:)

It was not at all professional plus border line inappropriate. They clearly have no official training...and language barrier made expressing myself challenging. . I was hoping to find a treasure.. but left disappointed.

I went today, and now my body and feet are like new. Good place and great professionals.

Very safe comfortable location to go to when you need a massage. Its well worth the price and staff are very friendly.

I have been there once, I did not like the fact they charge you before the service. The massage quality was ok for what you pay for.

Terrible customer service, very aggressive to pay first and tip. Also they want you to tip in cash.

It was ok. A bit high for the service. Went for the acupressure service. It was not deep enough and honestly it didn’t feel like anything special or differnt. Won’t come back.

Good place for a massage but I have had a person who demands that I tip him the problem is that he wants to receive $20 dollars twice since I have been to this place the first time I gave it to him this time I only gave him $10 he threw me the glass of water, what do you have when you leave? I dont recommend it because its rude.
