People are fast and very helpfulIm always running behind and sometimes I call it in but even if I dont Im in and out in under 3 minutes every time. Its almost ridiculous how fast they are.Streaches N Cream is awesome. Only one I ever get

Customer service is phenomenal! Also no one could ever beat their V-Shine juices. I recently bought a device and got their blue colada juice. Both recommended by an employee there, and I haven’t smoked another cigarette. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best staff, advice, flavors, and devices around. I won’t go anywhere else.

The staff is fantastic!! They are so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure youre happy!! I brought my Geek vape in cause I was having issues with it. The guy took it apart, cleaned it, discovered I had the wrong coil, replaced it free, put it back together, explained all the problems and told me any further issues it may need to be replaced. They gave me some free e-juice for having to come back!! I love this place! They have all my business now! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful service. Every time I have gone all the staff have been friendly, helpful, and more than happy to answer any questions. Great staff willing to help. I had an issue with my vaper took it in and they were glad to assist. They identified the issue and gladly repaired for free. It was a minor issue granted but a thrill to know that they still practice old fashioned customer service.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Everytime me and my husband go there we are treated so welcomely and friendly. They will help set you up if you are a first time user. They will actually give you honest Reviews on their products and they wont just try to get you to buy the most expensive products. Every time me and my husband go in there we are treated like best friends or even family. I actually live near 3 other vape shops but I will drive the 15 minutes through heavy traffic just to go here because of how they treat you. And are more than happy to educate you in a non judgmental way. They also have an amazing selection of juices and will even Change the original recipes to help fit your taste better. I cannot say how much I love this place..♥️

Good mod selection and juice selection. Prices are on point too. Dude with the gauges and beanie is cool, girl with green hair is rude and the big dude with the beard is condescending, bro I was vaping and building RDAs before you could talk, chill. Rewards program is good too. Overall a good shop they just need to work on their staff and the way they talk to people.

I’ve been coming to this store for a while, the people that work there have always been friendly and the experience has always been satisfactory until today. Went in, bought about $15 of new things that ended up not working. Tried to return it and was denied due to their policy of only taking defective returns (which I completely understand). I also understand that I have spent, if I had to guess, easily over $500 at this store in the last year. But after today and them not taking back $15 worth of STILL NEW resaleable product that I can’t use, I won’t be going back.

Great place. Room to sit and tinker with your vape. They have always had the coils, parts, tanks, mods I was looking for. Their juice is good and they have a large selection of brand juices. They also seem to really help you out if youre new to vaping, explaining all the ins and outs and setting you up with the gear youd like. Only downside is their prices. Not outrageous but I find better deals on juice pretty much everywhere. All in all recommended. Great staff, customer service, selection and atmosphere. Little higher prices than average.

The folks there were friendly and helpful. My husband has finally stopped smoking, and changed to vaping. He needed a lot of help to get started. There are a lot of mods from which to choose, and a lot of flavors available. For a small fee, $1, you have the opportunity to sample the flavors. Its a good place for a beginner.

Jared was soooo much help! He is insanely knowledgeable about the products that he is selling! His coworker, I didn’t catch her name, was just as helpful!! I gave them some personal info as to how much I smoke, what I was looking for, etc and they hooked me up with the Caliburn and Straw Peace Dragon flavored e-liquid. Love it!! Great store with great people running it!! 👍🏻 👍🏻

I drive a good distance to give these guys and gals my business. Theyre good at what they do, and theyll make sure you know what youre getting, as well as how to properly use it. Theyre friendly and good people to be around, and they have good prices on all the latest vape tech, juices, and CBD oil.

They are awesome. Had issues w my vaporizer and these guys did far more than i expected to make it right. And the staff i dealt w knew his stuff making sure that i got what worked for me. They rock!

I love the CVM , its a very busy place but they are great. I think the juice is a little high but to know where it is coming from and watching them make it makes me feel better about using the product. Try the Tigers Blood It rocks.....5 stars from me See you guys today :)

EVERYONE ELSE could open shops in different places and be just as awesome at managing their branch!!! Wonderful place and if you know zero info. about the mods. or jucies and you feel intimated so you decide to go to the local convenient store and get some BS stuff from them and think its the same!!!!! Been coming here every since I turned 18 and always been my go to vape shop, the service is 10/10 no matter what, and the worker are very nice and awesome, feel free to also stick around to have a seat to talk and mingle, youll be amazed to how fast you can meet or become friends with something you both have in common.

I travel often, Ive seen quite a few vape stores pop up lately. I can say this is the first one I ventured into that is concerned with customer service instead of trying to be an ultra cool hangout for their friends. It is a business and -thankfully- they treat it that way. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, unlike most other vape stores- their prices are very reasonable. E-Juice is custom made and tasty :)

Vaping flavored juice helped me quit smoking a a little over 2 years ago and I havent picked up a cigarette since! I have acquired my sense of taste and smell back and Im able to breathe so much better. Had it not been for the pleasant flavors, Im sure I would have gone back to smoking cigarettes long ago. Worst experience ever. If you want to pay too much for products that miss the quality mark.....this place is for you. The selection is limited. The flavors can mix your own. But I would not trust their people the level of knowledge was low. Would say over all this place gets a d minus

Very professional team members work there, very friendly and very easy to talk to including the manager. My husband and I are locals. The team members knows how to mix e-cig juices together, also the vibes are very welcoming and easy going. Not like other places we have been where people are stone faced and no personality whats so ever. This place including team members have very awesome personality, easy to strike a conversation about anything, share laugher, see animated faces which is rare but very comforting, they are also knowledgeable about e-cig devices. So if anyone looking for best place to get e-cig juices or devices I would recommend to go there. You can also choose 3 or two juices and mix. Have fun vaping!! 🤪😊

If youre a new person too the vaping scene, Then this is the Absolute best place to be. On the down side. Juices are decent, but high priced for their size. Alot of their mods are overpriced, with no good reason as too why. You can most likely buy whatever youre looking for online with alot better pricing.

I said I needed something temporary and they told me the lowest priced vapes they sold (without juice) were $30 and after I was taxed it added up to almost $40. I bought it because I was desperate at the time. just looked online and found the exact same vape, with cartridges, for just $10. Oh and it hasn’t even lasted me two months and both coils are burnt. This place is a rip off

Kick A** staff they really know there stuff. The e-juice is really good a little on the high side compared to online order but quality of the products are absolutely worth it. I will be back monthly to stock up. Thanks guys and girls awesome place.

Excellent customer service! I explained my smoking habits, my preference for menthol and my job restrictions as far as smoking. They didnt try to sell me the most expensive products, but listened to my story and picked the best equipment and liquid for me. I have been very happy with the products and thoroughly enjoy vaping now. I have only smoked the remainder of the pack of cigs I already had and have not missed them one bit! My grandson is ecstatic about the lack of smoke in car and home and I got a new job opportunity because Im vaping now. Thanks guys for the professional and personal service! ! Ill be back!!

A good vape shop. Premiums as well as their own house mixes. Their gouse mixed juice os some of the best arround and honestly the only shop I still buy. House juice from. They also have a good selection of hardware anda goodstock of coils. Clean store and friendly staff. Not the cheapest in town but sometimes you have to pay a little more for quality.

When I first came in here, I was amazed. The atmosphere, the tunes, the selection. But then you try their juices. I fell in love the first time I came in here with their Zombie Juice, and from there on out, this will always be the best place to get anything vape related.

I only give them 4 stars because they are way over priced as far as their mods and stuff go. As far as their E-Juice it is second to none and well worth the extra cost.

Prices are waaaaayyyyyy to expensive. Overkill. Its worth the drive to Vapetopia in Simpsonville. There juice is half the price, and they will make it however you like. House blend or salts.

Pretty good selection of E-juice, mods (VV and fixed voltage), and tanks. They also have some rebuildable attys, as well as a decent amount of supplies for them. One of the main advantages about CVM is that you can pick all the details for youre juice and they mix it up on the spot! Of course you will have to let it steep, but their juice isnt bad at all. They also have a nice collection of premium juice - stuff made by Five Pawns and Space Jam.Their prices are also quite fair, especially on their house juice.

In the beginning of 2017 I was smoking 2 packs of menthol Marlboro Black 100s a day and had been for 3 years. I was introduced to CVM and never went back to a cigarette. Vaping has significantly improved my quality of life. Within just a week of vaping I was able to breathe easier and that nasty smoker’s cough I had going on started to clear up. I love that I can still get my nicotine without all the other harsh chemicals that are found in cigarettes. My clothes no longer smell of smoke and I don’t have to worry about when my next chance to smoke will be. I’ve now been vaping for 3 years and I’m healthier than I ever would’ve imagined I’d be 4 years ago. Thank you to everyone at CVM for helping me get on the right track!!

Best vape shop in the Upstate. Their house juices are on point. Never taste like chemicals like other vape shops around here. A little pricey on hardware sometimes though.

Had an issue with a Mod a bought, Chris helped me out and even took the time to make me a nice new nickel coil and get me going. Awesome service!!! Ill be back!
