Id bet money all these positive reviews are fake. The lady massaging me (Lisa) started making me feel uncomfortable, but when I tried to leave she kept trying to continue the massage. I was trying to pay her so that shed just let me leave, but she kept grabbing at my wallet FOR A FIVE DOLLAR BILL. Stay away from this place, shady as heck!

My massage was so good! I was expecting a good massage but not that good! It was clean, peaceful, and I walked right in. Lisa did a great job and I am looking forward to my next visit. (Plus she walked on my back and my back popped so good, it was unexpected but well needed) I did 30 minutes and it was just what i needed! Please come Lisa business. She is the best!!!

I came in with neck pain today, and I felt a lot better when I left! I am loving the new staff! I have avoided coming here a while due to the pushy nature of tipping. The new girl does not do that, and I want to leave a tip because the service was great! If you are like me and hesitate to go back, don’t be anymore!

The young woman that did my massage was so kind and just wanted to help me with my pain in my shoulders and knees!Lisa was terrific!Ive never had a massage there but as someone who suffers from terrible fibromyalgia, Lisas type of deep muscle massage was great! I will come back next im here visiting family in Spartanburg!

I always go to Mae Mae Massage. They are very professional, they get to the point. No playing around. They let you know whats going on with your body. I will be going back in 2 weeks.

This was my first time getting a massage, I didnt really know what to expect but it felt so good! There was one part that hurt a little but i just expressed that to her and she went easier in that spot. The lady doing it was so nice and i will definitely be back! :)

It was okay. They do same day appointments. Online it says they offer couple massages, but the rooms are too small. They were nice. A bit heavy handed- but I am really sensitive. They popped my back so good though!! The hot stone massage felt awesome..make you want to go to sleep!! And after being oiled and lotioned down, I had am awesome. I am not in a hurry to return, but the people there were nice.

Alisa did a great job! I went in with a crick in my neck and slight headache but the message really helped and made me feel much better. Highly recommend this place.

I took my mother in law and I to get a massage for her birthday. She said first and last. Her masseuse kiss her after she finish massaging. I felt as if my masseuse was making my back ache even more than before. I didnt feel relax at all.

My friend (who traveled 4 hours to have this spa day) and I were told by the staff to call the day we wanted to make an appointment. I called as soon as they opened and set an appointment for 1:00pm. Upon arrival, with only one car in their lot, we were told that they couldn’t help us until 3:00pm. Not professional at all especially since we had made the appointment for 1:00pm. Needless to say, we didn’t go back at 3:00. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

The lady doing my massage kept stopping to get the door very unprofessional and I found it very hard to relax. I also didnt appreciate that they practically beg you for a tip. Literally, please leave us tip, you not tip,. Ill never return. Biggest turn off the use baby oil as in oil for a baby gross.

The people that write that the Lady at the desk is a b*tch are correct. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt...could not do it. Walked in the door at got immediate bad attitude. Not conducive to a relating massage environment...and the place is dumpy. Also, it appears they have removed themselves from Yelp...hmmmm...wonder why?

Massage was great, the place didn’t smell as fresh as I would’ve liked. I gave a 2 Star because the lady up front was rude and seemed frustrated I felt rushed to pick which service I wanted, and the same lady harassed me about leaving a $5 tip! Very unprofessional to ask for a tip.

The massage was great, but they are misleading about the couples massage. They tell you that you can get a couples massage, but when you get there they don’t have space to put two tables in one room so couples will not actually be in the same room. They also harass you about a tip.

I got a great massage at Mae Maes yesterday. My overall experience wasexceptionally good. The staff was friendly. The massage therapist was skillful and first rate.

I called to ask how I could make an appointment for someones birthday and the lady hug up on me. I thought the phone got disconnect so I called back twice . my calls were forwarded to voicemail. That was very unbecoming and tasteless since this is a buisness.

Try today, Lisa gave a very relaxing massage, she work on my back to loosen it up, place was quiet and clean.

The best place in Spartanburg to relax and get a message. The staff are really friendly and go above and beyond to give you great service everytime. Truly at the top of their game.
