There was a good variety of tobacco. A good amount of hookah tobacco (what I came for) I would say my issue was staff was not friendly. They werent mean but I didnt feel like I can approach and ask a question. Overall experience was not bad though.

I bought disposable vapes from them and it didn’t last but maybe half a day so I figured it was my doing and went back giving them the benefit of the doubt and what do you know after a couple of pills they were out again I went back to tell them my problem and they said it was nothing they could do I believe they are selling bootleg disposable vapes

The guy was on the phone talking about some very shady stuff, sold me a fake product, and had to call and get the correct price after over charging me on another visit for a different product. Super shady.

I purchased an e-cig with a battery from 1 Tobacco Plus three weeks ago. The purchase was for $100 and came with a battery plus a container to hold the liquid. After three weeks, the e-cig stopped working so I went back to the store. They told me that the sale was final and they could not provide me with any support. The product I bought was a new product and 1 Tobacco Plus would not provide me with a replacement or refund my money. I find it hard to believe that a company would not stand behind their products. I will never use this company again or refer them to another individual.
