First time coming here because they were only salon open at 9am close to me and I had Dawn and she did an amazing job on my nails and I was out within an hour. She was very gentle also. I hate it when the tech scraps the side of my finger when filling. I will have to come back!!

It was my first time visiting the salon, and everyones attention was very good, I loved my nail set.

Clean, fast, and thorough! 4 walk-in pedicures, 2 kids and 2 adults. They seated us quickly, offered beverages and got to work. They did a wonderful job on my girls, making sure to give them the spa experience! My kids felt special and got their summer feet cleaned up perfectly! Even included sparkles and decals. The adult pedicures were just as amazing, great massage, took their time, and paid close attention to detail!

Finally! A nail shop that knows what they’re doing! I just moved back from ATL and it has been an absolute struggle to find someone who can shape and create a natural-looking acrylic. Mylie did her thing and gave me exactly what I asked for! Not to mention, I was in and out within an hour. This will be my go-to shop!

Okay.. so this was my original nail salon. I stopped coming because the guy I only went to left BUT I’m so glad I came back! Lee was absolutely amazing and sooo shweeeeet ! He was extremely precise which I never really experience before. Thank again ! I’ll continue coming back because of him!

This was my first time visiting. I can definitely tell you it will not be my last. Not only were they very accommodating their very fast pace and do an excellent job. Whatever you want they will make sure it happens. Cathy was awesome. and I definitely recommend. Best place in town. I don’t mind traveling 30 minutes to go to a quality nail salon. 💕

Love this place! Theyve fixed my nails once before and they were great. My most recent set was done by Lee and he killed it. Listened to everything I wanted. Ill be a regular until I move!

When I went into the salon I was a little scared because I haven’t done my nails for a while and reading reviews from other places made me feel nervous, but I LOVE MY NAILS. I asked for a manicure because my nails were pretty bad 😁 Fortunately I had this lady Niché and OMG she was amazing. Very attentive and kind she took care of my nails. Definitely I will come back!

Ive been here once a few years ago and decided to check it out again since I needed a fill. I was a walk-in and waited about 40 minutes before a nail tech was available. They did their best to match the fill shade and the color looks great. The fill isnt as clean as I would prefer, with slight bulking at the base of the fingernails onto the cuticles. Otherwise, the shape and length are nice. Solid 4 stars.

When pulling up to this salon and walking in, I was automatically greeted with welcoming and offered pop or water as a beverage. I had to sign in and select my services, then I was taken immediately to a nail servicing chair. Kathy was the individual that worked on my manicure and pedicure. The French tip manicure was most likely the best one I’ve ever had. She took her time on my shape, insured that I liked the length and shape and that they were alike of all size. When she was conducting the white of the manicure she did it all natural instead of stickers or a template to ensure evenness. She asked me if I wanted the line thick or thin(which in most scenarios, thin is unrealistic), she did just that! Thin! I am so in love with them!Now to the pedicure. She took her absolutely precious time, sadly my toes have had ingrown, so I asked for her to dig in corners, and that’s exactly what she did. She took care of my feet exactly how I wanted. I also got the aloe Vera package, and they used an actual plant, not lotion or some chemical mixed with aloe, but an actual plant.I would not recommend any other place as this placed did everything I requested and even more 🫶🙏

What a great experience! I was LONG overdue for a fill, but Hannah did a spectacular, detailed job on my nails! Very satisfied. Salon is very clean. People are friendly and take great care to do your nails how you want them. Prices are very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending this salon. Thank you, Hannah !!

I showed Lynn a picture of the full set I wanted and got something totally different (Pink). I just want basic white acrylic. My nails were so thick & bulky. Acrylic was left on the side of 2 of my fingers. The 3rd finger were acrylic was stuck under nail she painfully removed.For me having her spouse standing over her while she is working on paying customer was unprofessional.My daughter nails were done by Tim, absolutely perfect. The service was pretty quick.Below on left what I wanted. On right what I got.

3 stars because I do love the nails and the lady who did them was kind. I asked for a pink acrylic and asked if she had any ideas for a cute design, but little did I know the design she chose to do would be $100 nails.I think they are cute, but to me that’s way too much money and I would probably find somewhere cheaper from now on.

I came in 12/31 for a pedicure and full set. I arrived at 2:35p. I called ahead of time to see when they are closing. They said they are taking their last customer at 5p. When I singed in for my pedicure and full set I requested Le because he did a great job on my pedicure and set the last time I was in town. I waited for 1h30min for him to be open for me. He also knew I requested him specifically which was the point for signing in and requesting him. He did a good job on my nails. I even spoke with him about a color to match my toes for the pedicure. We get to completing the nails and another technician comes up speaking Korean to him. I heard them say the word design after I requested a gold accent to my nails. I then ask him what they were talking about and he says “nothing.” I was offended because it felt like they were talking about me thinking I didn’t understand. Then he asks me did they do my pedicure. I was taken aback because he knew I requested him to do it. I said no I requested you specifically. He said “I do mostly nails.” I said okay I don’t need it. Then I paid and left. I did tip him for what he did. I will not be returning because running a business is not always about doing a good job. Integrity and principle plays a big part in how you treat those that patronize you. I will take my money elsewhere and I will not be returning. I gave 2 stars because the nails are good I just strongly dislike how I was treated.

I’m new to NC so I called before arriving and asked specifically if they had curved nails, they said yes so i went there. Once there i told them i wanted a full set of curved nails and a polish change on my toes to be considerate of the time they were going to close. In exchange they sat me with a new tech. This was not the best decision in my opinion since any nail tech would know to sit me with someone with experience since i was asking for something specific that was not just your regular everyday new set. Also encountered extreme rudeness from the sassy man that was their which was uncalled for since i remained calm the entire time. Needless to say i left upset and knew i would never visit again.

It was easy and convenient to schedule an appt online! Nail salon was also clean. There was no wait when we had friends come after us. I loved their little kid seats and the kid pricing as well! Short and sweet nail appts for them. The ladies were very nice and we had a wonderful girls day pedicure! Will be back again!

Anna did amazing on my nails and feet to perfection. this is my favorite salon. I came all the way from fortwainwright ALASKA . Amazing work. Brittany the front desk is soo sweet ! Thank you , you all mademy trip really good🥰

They have great colors.. and my acrylic matches my toenail polish..My water for my pedicure was room temperature-cold.. she massaged my legs ok enough but didnt massage my feet at all.. some of my acrylic nails in my hand are very thick and some are not. The different shapes on each finger isnt noticeable if i continuously move my hand very fast.. i didnt get to wash my hands.. it was supposed to be a courtesy but i look forward to cleaning my hands.. there is acrylic left all over my fingers... he did offer me water and he asked repeatedly if i liked my nails.. i said yes which was far far far from true but i could tell he would just continue to make it worse attempting to fix it.. amazing customer service..

I’m new to the area and I’ve tried a few salons but this is the only one I’ll go to from now on. Tim makes sure my nails come out perfectly every time. 10 star service and fantastic prices. So happy to have Tim as my new nail guy!

Had my nails done on Saturday and it’s Wednesday and they are already coming off.Thankfully Amy contacted me and had me come back in and they redid them for me.They look great and are so much better then the first set !Thank you for making it right and taking care of this and for the quick response.When a business takes care of their customers like this it keeps them coming back.I’m glad to know this business is honest and cares about their customers.I will definitely be going back to them !

Today was my first time going to My Nails & Spa and I had the pleasure of having Anna as my tech. When I say pleasure I mean just that ! She’s gentle, soft , has great conversation. We literally talked the entire time of my service! Her shaping is amazing and I allowed her create her own designs on my nails and was completely blown away ! I myself have been in the beauty industry for almost 10 years and this hands down is the best service I have ever received! I Will DEFINITELY Be Back . Thank you Anna thank you 🙏🏽 🥰

Timmy did my set. i only waited 25-30 minutes and it looked pretty busy it wasn’t so bad he really got me in and out but did such a great job!, he was steady and we had great conversations 10/10

My go to salon for the Spring Lake/ Fayetteville area! The receptionist was very kind and the salon offers complementary drinks upon arrival. The techs take their time and do great work. I have always been satisfied with my nails. I usually get gel pedicures, acrylics or liquid gel manicures.

My nails are absolutely perfect. The price was fair as well. Quick and efficient. I was nicked a couple of times or it’d have been a perfect 5-star review. Will be back for a fill when I need one.

Amy did my nails and she was amazing!! She made sure everything looked good and even. I showed her a Halloween design off of google and she made it happened! She was super gentle with my hands. 100% will go back to see Amy.

Before coming here, please be mindful of the racial discrimination they often display toward brown and black people. Do not be fooled by the stand in black woman they have at the front desk greeting you and the 1 brown woman who speaks Spanish.They will sit around doing your nails not engaging with you at all just speaking Korean and talking bad about their customers.

I have had great experiences here! But my favorite nail artist is Tim. He has such a great technique and works hard to not only please his customers but educate them on what works best for their nails and their nail health. I almost hate giving this review because it’s the kind of secret you want to keep to yourself, but he deserves all the praise I can give him.

I have never had a bad experience here i come here every 2-3 weeks for my fill-in and lavender pedicure and when i tell you i would come every week if i could!!!!

It was my first time at this salon and I loved it! Anna (or Ana, not sure of the spelling) did a fantastic job on my acrylic French manicure! I told her it’s the best one I’ve ever gotten. She took her time and sure every nail was perfect!

This place is amazing! Hardly ever have very long ways. Tina is incredible and extremely creative! So glad I found this place!

Services was completely Horrible with my last visit. The male manager was very unprofessional and threw a temper tantrum because he could not provide services as one of his employees named Ann. He refused to do my nails as I requested because he stated it was too much work for him and that he was just not going to do it. Ann wasn’t present that day so another employee asked the male manager to do my nails. He decided to take the nails off because it wasn’t what I asked for and told me no one but Ann from now on could do my nails. After an appointment was made with Ann he then has the receptionist call me and his decision was that Ann couldn’t do my nails either. Very poor service. Very poor management ethics. Business is business and if one is able to do a job better than someone else theirs no need to be upset or offended. If you’re providing services to your customers then your chief aim should be to please them so that you continue to get business. Without the customers you don’t have a job or can’t stay in business. I will not be treated any kind of way and at the end of the day the business is not worth my money if the services can’t be provided to please me or the next person. It’s his lost not mine and I’ve already found another nail salon. The point to be made while sharing this testimony and review is be careful as a business how you treat your customers. Hold yourself as a manager and your employees highly responsible for their actions and set high standards to be not only a successful business but one that folks don’t mind bringing their money too or sharing with others. Bad news gets around like good news. If a customer is not happy with their services and treatment provided then they will share their experiences with others. Be mindful cause it could have an effect on your business and your character.

Hey y’all, I’m new to the state of North Carolina in search of a nail solan, and I came across “MY NAIL SPA” Le did my nails the first time which came out amazing like always, super communicative and very sweet as while as Tim recently did my mom nails and he was as while very interactive and sweet they both are very good with shaping and designing which is hard to find in nail solan very good gentleman if y’all see this I mean what I say thanks Tim and Le!

I had a great pedicure and love the hot stones. The girl was gentle with my feet and did a great job removing the calluses on my feet. My feet feel so good right now Im a Happy Man. ☺️

Average. didnt really get the modern deep french shape right. a little overpriced. charge for everything they can.

This was the only place who had nail technicians available for walk in!! Everyone who walked in was greeted and started service within 5 min of entering. I was impressed!! My nails are gorgeous!! They did not waste my time with waiting, and they were kind. I will be back!!

Beautiful shop. Nails were done well with care. Kathy did my nails. My only thing was I wish is the ladies doing nails would talk to the patrons a little more instead of just each other. Although it may be due to language barriers.

I’ve moved here a year ago and I usually do my own nails but my co worker nails are always bomb and she recommended Le and he gave an amazing service was very gentle and articulate about everything he did I will definitely be back !

No matter how busy they are, the techs always give their best to their clients. I am thankful to have a safe, clean, and pleasant place to go for a relaxing mani/pedi. 😊 My nails are flawless! Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Love it here!! Vivian helped me out a lot and was very sweet and kind. She actually talked to me, asked me how I was doing and I felt like we were friends that were catching up. My nails came out amazing and my eyebrows as well. I definitely found my new go to spot!

My whole experience was amazing! the staff was friendly and customer oriented. i was able to get my acrylics off and shellac put on in less than 30 minutes! the service was absolutely amazing and very professional, definitely would come here again! :)

I will give 2 stars because the work performed looks amazing but this place overcharge way too much. I spent $130. My feet was $50 and my nails was $80. The only thing I got for nails was a full gel set and color and I asked why was my nails $80 and on the ticket it said something about airbrushed and I did not get my nails airbrushed. I also know they overcharged because I got the same nails I got last time and it was only $60. I will find another nail place who is honest and fair. When I pointed them out about my nails the guy rolled his eyes and caught an attitude. This place does great work but I will not tolerate overcharging.

I enjoy this salon sooo much! I’ve become a regular. It’s so nice, quiet and great pricing. I’ve recommended friends and coworkers to come here and they also love it. I’ve never had any issues, maybe longer wait times on like a Saturday, but that is to be expected. They do a flawless job on pedicures and manicures.

Update 4/1/21: Came here today with my mother first thing in the morning. They were already pretty busy, but the pedi and mani I received was terrible yall! My pedi was over so fast and she did my mani standing up next to me in a chair with minimal care. She barely pushed my cuticles back and used a little machine rather than trimming them, which sje said it was to avoid bleeding or cutting which I loved! My cuticles are still so thick and uneven!!🤦‍♀️ The older woman doing my mothers pedicure was very short with her and swatted at her hand when she tried to point something out. The paint on my nails is awful! My niece paints nails better than this! K feel like we were not cared for from the beginning because we wanted the basic pedi and mani, which we still had to get the hot stone pedi since they dont exfoliate with the basic $30 pedi!! Once we were finished, we were told we didnt have to leave right away, while our shoes were being shoved at us! I will NEVER go back, which is a shame because its a convenient, clean location and I was never dissatisfied with full sets in the past! Also K forgot to add that one of the women out nail polish remover into one of the nail polish bottles RIGHT in front of us. I used to do thay to thickened nail polish back in the day at home, but its actually not good at all AND this is a professional establishment where we pay money (higher than average at that) for professional jobs!2 years earlier: Super nice nail salon. Prices are like all others, probably higher than necessary. Theres a little bar inside that serves champagne and stuff, which was neat, but I didnt try. Its big and very comfy.

This was the only nail salon that had technicians available for walk ins!! I don’t have time to wait 40 min for a nail tech then spend an hour just for a gel manicure. This place was so good!! Everyone who walked in in the hour I was there was greeted and started service within five minutes of them being there. EXCELLENT customer service!!! My nails are GORGEOUS!!!

I got my nails done here 2 days before thanksgiving.I asked for a simple acrylic set. No polish or details or anything just Acrylic. 1 week after I got them done. My nails started to hurt really bad. So I decided to remove the nails because the pain got worse. And these are my natural nails 7 days after removing the acrylics. (They look horrible and it hurts even worse) I would not recommend this place! Please save your money because that’s all these people care about!

These are some hard working people. Now sometimes they may seem short with you, but I don’t think they mean it. My man VuVu hooked me up. First time using gel and gel powder and Even though we didn’t finish til after closing and one of the nails were messed up, He started that nail over to get it right. They are all real sweethearts who just want you to look your best. You’ll be here for a minute. But that’s what it takes for beauty I guess.

Professional and amazing service provided by Alex she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She listens and master her artistic skills and talent going far and beyond to ensure you look your best.

Tim does an excellent pedicure. He is very pleasant and adds a touch of laughter and humor every time I visit the salon. I had a broken nail and he was able to repair it and even offered suggestions to help prevent breakage in the future. Great customer service!

My nail tech, Symone was great! She did my nails just like I described I wanted. She and Kelly are highly recommended. It would have been 5 stars but the owners were really rude to their techs and I ended up losing my pedi spot due to their mix up.

Visiting from out of town and found this salon. Had a relaxing time and the technician did an awesome job.

I am not happy with the service I got on today. They chose a beginner to do my nails which obviously she didnt have a clue what she was doing. I can still see the yellow polish I had on before and thats after my fill in. At the end of the day if Im paying my money dont do WHAT you want to my nails do what I ASK you to do...I will never spend another dime in this establishment again. Then they walk around talking about you and laughing with their friends. Now two days later I have like four nails lifted and I just got a fill in Saturday. Todays Monday

Not sure of the males name who did my nails last time, but he was AWESOME!! Very nice and informative. Talked me thru each step and showed me where/how my previous nail tech(Amy-VN Nails-Sanford NC)totally messed my nails up. Once the acrylic seal is not water tight any longer, all the acrylic needs to come off and start fresh. The previous place(Amy-owner VN Nails) just filled in over the no longer sealed acrylic-trapping water, bacteria, etc underneath. Now I know, big NO-NO. 2 other nail techs at My Nails came and looked at my nails in disbelief. I learned not to trust a nail tech just because you have been going there for 2+ years religiously. Especially not VN Nails, Sanford. I would recommend My Nails & Spa to anyone! My nail tech was fantastic-above n beyond service. I also trust him-which is priceless! Super Service

I have gone here a few times. Im pleased with my finger nails. But not my toes. First off I got cut and yes I did say something as soon as it happened. After this I will not be going back.. I understand things happen but Im not willing to take that chance again.

I went there to get my nails done and was exceptionally impressed. The young lady at the front was so friendly and courteous. I couldnt help but notice how professional she was, I believe her name was Brittney she was so delightful and a joy to be around. Just an overall great experience, I highly recommend going to this location.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year now. I can honestly say that I am always pleased with their work. Their staff is usually very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this salon.

Had my feet done, wonderful experience, but I was not aware of $15 extra for gel polish. I never noticed the 15 before always have my nails done at the same time. Will still be a loyal customer.

Came here, lady at the front said it would be a 10 minute wait. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and still wasn’t seated before I left. Don’t tell people it’s going to be a short wait if it’s not just to have them sitting there like we don’t got other mf things to do. Needless to say I will never come to this salon again. The new management is absolute trash. I haven’t been here in years and was trying to give them another try. They are absolutely terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere. Two ladies at the front just sit there and look dumbfounded while they have 4 people waiting.

I usually only go here for pedicures but I tried the acrylic nails today and Anna did an amazing job on them

On tuesday morning I went to get a fill and a pedicure right at 9am. All I needed was a refresh and I ended up leaving with multiple cuts on my fingers. Pretty much every finger has a cut from my nail tech filing my nails. I was very displeased. To make it worse when she cut my cuticles on my toes she cut my toe and it still stings. Worst nail experience.

They are nice and quick once you get seated but it’s best to go during the week early in the day! They have a few nail techs that do an awesome job! Pedicure chairs are Great an you can have a glass of wine while your being serviced.

My 3 friends and I came at 4pm on a Monday to get mani-pedis. The woman who checks people in seemed annoyed that there were 4 of us despite the location being open until 7pm on Mondays. She took two of my friends over to where they do pedicures while my other friend and I sat out front waiting. After about 20 minutes of waiting without being spoken to I asked if I could at least look at the nail color wheel so I could choose the colors I wanted. This was met with an eye roll and I was begrudgingly given a color wheel to look at. I spent a few minutes making my choices and then asked my friends who had been taken for their pedicures how they were doing. They both told me that despite waiting for 30 minutes they hadnt even had water put in the basin for their feet to soak, they had just been left to sit in the chairs. At this point we were all frustrated with the extremely poor service we had received thus far and decided to leave and took our business elsewhere. Will not be revisiting this location and will be telling others not to go here either.

Normally when I go here they are warm, welcoming and professional. Today the lady I had for both my pedicure (I was hoping I would get a different person for my manicure bc she was so bad) and manicure was unprofessional and rude. She kept scraping my ankle during the pedicure didn’t ask if I wanted my toe nails cut nothing. Then I go for my manicure and she started just painting them when I wanted the full manicure I explained this to her she started yelling at me. I asked her if she could fix part of the nail she missed she told me “THATs Your CuTicle I Can’t do nothing about it” WHAT?!!!

They wasn’t organized. And my nails aren’t painted all the way and the cut is not straight at all.

This is my go to place. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices and great point system. I always book with Emma, she does amazing work every-time. Any design you can think of she does. Overall 10/10 nail shop.

Got glow in the dark and she matched the picture I had, she actually did way better then the picture. $80 🧡😁 pretty Impressed for my first experience 💖 definitely in style now 💁

I bring my 9 year old daughter in today with me for a manicure and pedicure that is listed in the flyer under the kids menu for $35. We are already sitting in the pedicure chairs after waiting 20 minutes. When Im told my daughter is too old for the kids menu, the cut-off age is 8. So its $40 just for a childs pedicure. When I pointed out that there is no age listed, I was told they would change it the next time they have flyers printed. I guarantee I will not be back!

Took my family of 6 in for Mani/pedis and some of us got full sets as well. I personally received a nail soak off with a manicure and a Milk and honey pedicure with gel polish. Great customer service as always. Place was nice and clean and we were treated well and not rushed. Love it here. I always go here when Im in town.

Very friendly staff. My nail tech Tim did an excellent job on my pedicure . He was friendly and helpful. I love love my blue nails in time for the 4th of July. I throughly enjoyed my first time experience there. Thank you My Nails and Spa. I will return there.

Brittany is the reason i chose to come to this nail salon. She’s always greeting me with that beautiful smile. Very professional in answering any questions that i may have . She has excellent customer service and is very attentive when speaking with clients.

I wish I could give this place -5 stars. I came to get my eyebrows done and I was left with a scars. My eyebrows were burnt and I have scares. The lady that did them was not licensed. They have 8 certificates on the wall and 15 people working. So that means that some of them are not certified. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP FOR SERVICE.

If I could rate this place I would give it a 0. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for an appointment on Monday at 9am. I got a confirmation and Emma never showed up and then made me have to schedule another appointment because she had another client at 9:30. They are unorganized and don’t take responsibility for their own errors. Do not waste your time going here.

My friend brought me here for the first time. They are pleasant and make your time here a wonderful experience. The front desk receptionist is so kind.Tim was my spa technician and he is just a delight!! I look forward to every visit here. It is my mental care time 🥰

I didnt have to wait and the nail professional shaped my nails the right way ! I am 100 percent a satisfied customer and will be a long term customer ...also had my brows waxed and they are beautiful. The atmosphere is fun and the decor is fabulous. Pricing is in line with quality of work .

I came to this location and spent $127 before tip and when I left I expressed I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my Gel full set because there were streak marks and my nails were not even (which I pointed out during the shaping process and it was ignored) and I was ignored at check out also so I paid and left since they started to get busy and I didn’t want to make a scene. Well I get home and even my husband is shocked with how my nails looked and the full set alone was $50! I came back today 5/24/22 politely explaining I am unhappy with my nails and why and I politely said I would like a refund for my $50 only since that is the only thing I was unhappy with and the owner of the store very rudely grabbed my hands and put my thumb nails together and said my nails are even even though they clearly were because he didn’t have my hands evenly together to compare. I was so shocked at how I was treated because I simply asked for a refund not even the whole amount just the $50 for my nails. Before I could say anything the owner walked away and continued a different conversation and the woman next to me even said he was rude and it made her want to leave. I will not be returning to this location, ever. If you want quality service and respect as a customer don’t come here.

I have visited the nail salon multiple times before writing this review. I have loved everyone who has done my nails, service is always fast, nails are always perfect, and pricing is very fair.

Tina was my nail tech and I loved everything about her doing my full set. Shes so friendly too. I am definitely driving 23 minutes again to see her!

I will start out with a compliment. Ive been in here 4 times and have mostly liked my nails! Lily was my favorite, she made sure all my nails were the same shape/length and asked me if I liked the shape before putting color on, then asked me if I liked the color before continuing, etc. For a full set, almond shaped acrylics and gel polish I paid $50. Reasonable! I recently saw Tom, he did not have as great of service and charged me $65 for the same thing! His did not look as nice and costed significantly more, so I will specifically request to not work with him in the future.

I love this place! I did not have to wait at all. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The decor; stunning. My technician,Tim, did a fabulous job! He was easy-going, knowledgeable and caring. I will make all my appointments with him.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years since our military move. So I’ve seen a lot of nail techs come and go. Yesterday, was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only has this place increased their prices but the quality of work has declined. They no longer offer refreshments. They advertise a 10 min foot massage with the pedicure which is not done, “hot stones”/hot towels both were used but the stones aren’t used properly, the tech on my pedicure clipped the skin around my right big toe. My big toe cuticle area was bleeding. I told him he clipped to close. Nothing was done. My nail tech cut my skin on my right index finger. I showed Amy and her husband. Her husband kindly cleaned the cut but did they offer any compensation for their workers mistake. No. I paid $120 for services. If I pay that much money with no problem I expect better service. I won’t be returning ever again.

I have went to other nail salons around Sanford and was not happy with the outcomes. I would ask for something and not get what I asked for and would pay $160 for 2 full sets (mine and my daughter) just to not get what we wanted. Today (Tuesday), I came in for the first time and I immediately fell in love with my nail tech! Nitche is amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and I love it! Tomorrow I will be bringing my daughter to get hers done! This is a great nail salon with good vibes and great work!

Micro shading by Amy. Very disappointed, not even close to the picture I showed her. Wanted something clean and more natural look. 350 is a lot to charge with no warranty or guarantee. Tried to tell her that I need shade on the arch, told me not to worry come back one month. Came back and my shape was. OT even and she told me she couldn’t fix it or even try. That I had to pay again for her to fix it in the first place. Are you serious?? I will never ever come back to this salon. Been there for many years and this is how you give customer service? No thank you. Found a new place ans much cleaner. They even put a timer on when they do pedicures . They make sure you get your money’s worth. Amy.. lost a good customer. Ow I have to find someone to fix your mess. Tint didn’t stay on and you want me to pay again because of the needle?? Doesn’t make sense. Non professional and no value on service.

Lee did not talk to me except to tell me where to move my hands.I got the aloe Vera pedicure Lee again prefromed serives he wanted to in package. When I questioned he said he did the best he could since I had not had a pedicure in a while. (My last pedicure was 12/22) which he would have know if he talked to me not his co workers in a different languageThey charged extra for gel polish&The total did NOT jive with what the pamphlet/ they said

This was a good nail salon that I went to in the area but I stopped going about a year ago. I decided to get a pedicure and got an infection on my big toe from the pedicure. I now that I look back. I dont think Ive ever seen them clean their tools between uses.

The ladies that did my nails did a fantastic job! They made sure that all the things I requested in cleaning and polishing my nails were addressed. I highly recommend this business.

Since I’ve moved to Springlake 2 years ago, I have been coming to this salon. I once never had a problem there until recently last weekend when I back to get my nails fix. I never seen this guy before but the ones that done had a problem with his attitude knows who I am talking about. As I was trying to speak he cut me off yelled to me. The day before he said something slick to a customer as she was walking away. The owners need to honestly have a word with him or else the next person he try won’t put up with it at all. But out of the two years I can say My money will no longer be spent there.

Paid $20 for just basic manicure that was done terribly. The nail technician forgot to double coat, apply clear, oil and turn on the nail dryer. Ya, this will be my last time coming here.

They use be really good. Customer service is terrible! I was charged one thing on Wednesday and this morning there’s a different amount pending on my account. Normally I’d leave a tip but i didn’t this time because i was not satisfied with my nails(i only got a fill in). But they are trying to say that it could have been the bank mistake 🤨 i don’t think so. Come back in 3 days and we’ll refund you the money.I gave 2 stars because i love the lady that does my eyebrows...but I will no longer spend my money here

This was my 3rd visit and I don’t live right down the street. They take walk-ins which is a plus to me! The lady that did my dip powder nails was good; 2@ is great and did a fabulous job, communicated well and had patience (cat eyes didn’t come out right which I believe was due to the magnet). Yesterday was my last visit though. My nails (natural nails since last year that breaks easily so I get overlays & cut down to maintain them)could not take another fill in so I wanted a fresh set. I told them I wanted a soak off and full set. The lady tried to lift the acrylic with another nail bc of visibly lifting. She asked did it hurt and I said yes, she pulled out some nail clippers and tried that way, I reiterated that I wanted a soak off and I told the man that when he asked how could he help me. She said soak off takes 45 min-Hour(which is ok bc I had soak offs in the past)They spoke in Chinese language and then he tried to pry them off the same way. I stated to them that I have issues with my hands(sensitive, pain, etc) They did the soak off. They have a habit of asking what color nails you want w/o showing you the options(nail palettes). I knew I wanted cat eyes again and hoped the magnet was better than last month. Well hours past, my nails hurt like crazy and the nail they tried to force off is sensitive still. I understand that each nail tech can’t perform certain things but I expect quality over the short cuts and staff shortages even if I had to wait or come back. I will not be returning bc it seems as if making money is their main concern instead of having loyal customers. The clean up wasn’t even done properly around my nails and the acrylic has a cracking appearance near my nail bed after 24 hours. Blue nails are from yesterday and the brownish gold color is from last month.

I was very disappointed when I went in a few days ago to get my nails done! First and foremost I spent $200 getting my nails and feet done along with my aunt! My feet had two toes that had absolutely no polish on them and I got a French tip with my pedicure. Secondly I got a fill in you could still see the line across all of my fingers which after the first one they could’ve suggested a full set but my previous nails were only two weeks old. After 2 days my nails begin to break and I am very disappointed that I now have to go somewhere else to have my nails and feet redone before my husband party. Getting rid of Tony was the worse thing y’all could’ve done he was excellent and great when doing my nails and feet! 😔

This was my first time here for a gel manicure, it was $35. My nail tech was very nice and asked me a lot of questions to make sure I was getting the color/shape I wanted and offered me water. However, she didn’t really smooth/buff my nails after she shaped/trimmed them so the polish isn’t smooth. It still looks good from a distance, but a little aggravating. Good experience but not 5 stars.

Tony was very detailed and took his time on my nails! I am very pleased with the out come and service I received today! If you ever have a problem with your nails or the way they look make sure you ask to talk to the manager and they will take care of you and make sure you walk out of the door happy with your nails. Amy is the manager!!! Ask for her.

Very professional and skilled

I do not recommend getting eyelash extensions here. The lady that did my lashes rushed the job and used hair glue on my lashes. It looked horrible. I asked for it to be fixed and she was done in 10 mins and it was very messy. I told her I didn’t want the glue that she used the first time and she still used it. Save your money don’t get your lashes done here. Honestly not a good experience.

I had previously posted a negative review for a rushed full set. The manager, Amy, reached out to me asking for another chance. She told me that one of the other technicians would redo my nails free of charge. I agreed to give them another chance and I was not disappointed. The technician shaped the nails just like I wanted and the nails were actually ombrè. I will be back to get my nails done by this technician.

I’ve been going to My Nails for about 5 years or more. The service is excellent, it’s always clean and I love the staff: not to mention the new shop is so pretty. Tom is my nail tech and he does an excellent job every time! I get a lot of compliments about my nails and I always recommend My Nails. Thanks Tom, Amy and the rest of the staff for excellent service and great customer service!!!

I went here today for a fill in & Ryan was the one doing my nails. He was extremely rude to me and impatient when I didn’t like the color (was too bright and I asked for a neutral color) so I politely asked if I could pick a different one and he said “that’s what you wanted!!!! You said you want this!!!!” And was angry that I asked for a different color. He then told me I can’t have the other color I asked for & started slamming the color palette down on the table and getting visibly angry at me. Then he yelled at me for not understanding. Just a very bad experience. I left crying. I have never left a business crying because of how badly I was treated.

This place is amazing! I have been a longtime customer since they were in their old building. Their new building is very nice the atmosphere is very inviting n relaxed. The staff are very nice n friendly. They get very busy but always try to cut down long wait times and accommodate their customers. They serve wine n provide a variety of services. My nail tech name is Tom his side kick name is Amy and they are awesome!!!

The best set of ombré nails I’ve ever had!! Amy took her time and made sure I liked my nails every step of the way!! Amy is one of a kind!!! If there is ever a problem with your nails or the way they look make sure you talk to the manager (Amy) she is very sweet and will make sure your nails get fixed and you’re walking out of the door satisfied!!

Absolutely worth it! Lisa did my pedicure and she was excellent! From removing my bothersome ingrown nails to coloring of my gel nails, she was great!! Definitely will begin to come see her every 3 weeks by appointment.

I bought my 4 girls here for kids manicures and the service was great! They were very careful with each of them. They were very attentive to what they wanted on their nails. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. I will highly recommend. Will be returning!!!

I absolutely adore this place. Amy has done my nails a couple of times. She is always so patient with me. Recently, I asked for a particular nail design and she delivered. Even made it look better than the picture I provided. My nails even look very natural. I recommend this place 100%.

Nice people but I asked for a fill in for my pedicure and didn’t get it, also bubbles in my polish and some parts of nails have more polish than others. Very rough filing on my toes. They are very nice people though and friendly. They just need more training and practice!!!!

Wonderful experience. Got my nails filled today. The lady did a wonderful job. I will be going there for now on for my fill. While there a lady got her eyebrows waxed and tinted. They turn out so well I got mine done. They look just wonderful! I am so happy to have found a great nail salon!

They are very relaxing the only reason why I choose 4 stars is because they are more pricier than most nail salons! Thats why I only go for spa pedicures , definitely worth it! They actually massage your foot and etc! I got two small glass of free red wine which was complimentary and tasted pretty good. The older gentleman who did my pedicure was excellent I will give him 5 stars anyway!

I have been coming here for a while. Lately my nails last only a few days. Nails are popping off/breaking by me doing simple things like opening a door or pulling my dress down. And when I have addressed my issues I get attitude with no solutions. My nails should last two weeks. I should not have to walk around looking like this.
