If I could give this establishment negative stars as in -5 stars I would can in yesterday to buy a quick cheap cigar to have for a long haul out of town total only came out to 1.02 cents I paid in mostly quarters I used change cause it was such a small amount . I counted it out for the clerk or the store owner whoever the gentleman was he replied “what is this s#!+” I said it’s currency he said no I have a system here I don’t want this and I told him I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore how do you get angry about someone using American currency. But better yet if you guys have to go to a store choose a different one than this one he is literally surrounded by competition so take your business there

Yooo shout out ta my guy.. HAZEM!! he came across my phone that I happened ta leave on a shelf in tha store.. I couldnt find it Fer like 5 days! I was Fer sure an came ta tha realization that I wasnt ever gonna see my phone again! Low and behold I go back 5 days later an as soon as I walked into EZ TOBACCO & VAPE My guy Hazem.. without hesitating greeted me wit my phone in his hand an a very eager smile of relief on his face as If Fer 5 days ever customer who walked through that door he was hoping it would be me cause he couldnt wait ta let me know he had found my phone an my worries was over!! Very happy ta say this guy is amazing an a very honest gent!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HUMAN BEING!! We need more people in this world like Hazem.. I appreciate tf outta you my guy!!

I moved in the area and so called the store to find out if they carried my brand of cigars and for a price, what I got was a young man who couldnt hold his attention to even have a conversation about the products or cost and then tried to tell me its store policy to not disclose prices over the phone smh...do these people grasp they are at work and are supposed to be serving customers not chillin with friends and scanning their phones smh... Ill find another store who wants to make sales and serve actual customers

I went there for the first time recently and when I went in there they had a amazing selection to choose from and the workers there are amazing very nice and helpful and recommended some great flavors and brands but especially this one worker Melissa she had great customer service and some great taste in vapes too. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Finally found a smoke shop after being lost a bit. Saleh and the other guys were very respectful and helpful with getting directions. Not to mention, we bought a glass piece there and it was at least half the price of what I would pay at home. We thought our local guy gave us deals... Nah.Thanks Saleh much appreciated buddy.

They have a good selection and very well priced tobacco products and accessories for the best price in town. The owner is very nice and helpful. Definitely will continue to support this small business

My debt card was fraudulently used at this store. Never been here before! Waiting for the manager to get in so he can look at his camera. I was told this morning the manager won’t be in til 4pm..Edit; manager was super professional and helpful!

I’ve been here multiple times and they always got some new vapes that you probably haven’t even heard from or aren’t released yet in other smoke shop shops. There prices are good compared to other smoke shops who be trying to over charge people.

Great customer service I really recommend this place over the one down the street as this one will take debit cards as payments and the other does not, your vape also wont die after 2 days like the gas station up the street. The dude at the counter tonight (April 2 2023 9 PM) was real helpful too.

Definitely WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!! I had my new iPhone screen for less than 30 days the screen started having little tiny black spots took it up there to show and the dude wasn’t there finally when the guy came back to the store after two weeks and the spots on my phone got 10x bigger he told me it was my fault because “there was a small scratch at the top of my screen” when the black dots were at the bottom and I was the one that messed the phone up 130$ down the drain for nothing ! Your better off getting one on Amazon and doing it yourself or sending it to Apple their phone screens are knock offs !
