J&M is the best Vape shop I have ever been to. I have literally been to vape shops around the world and no longer live near them however they are hands down the most dedicated to their customer base and the best selection and most knowledgeable vape shop there is. I am currently visiting friends in the area and I stopped in to see employees I didn’t recognize and they were so virtuous and helpful that I was overjoyed J&M hasn’t changed. If I could give 100 stars I would.

This location is amazing. I was 100% satisfied with my experience with them. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what everything did as I have always used simple devices but they were extremely knowledgeable of each product and how everything worked. They were able to recommend the perfect product for me and my needs. They spent time showing me how to use it all and treated me like they valued me as a customer. The staff here is incredible. They are extremely helpful with any problem you may have and are extremely knowledgeable about their entire inventory. Whether its a juice, a coil, a mod, batteries, chargers, or anything else they know what each thing is and can help you get exactly what youre looking for.

This is the absolute best vape store I have ever visited. Everyone here is both knowledgeable and friendly, and they will take the time to help you. This vape store is not about selling you products, they want to make sure you have the best experience possible. I was having a strange problem - I could not taste anything when I vaped. I visited several stores and they offered solutions that resulted in buying something different - a new coil, or a different fluid, I was almost to the point where I was going to buy a new tank! i stopped here and they took the time to sit down with me and listen to all the things I had tried before, my frustration, and tried a few things until she figured out my problem! Apparently I am not broken! I have to have a bit of the juice hit my tongue in order to taste it, and I was using the wrong equipment, I could have bought 50 new tanks, and I would have happily to fix the problem, but if they were the wrong kind it would not have mattered. She got me all fixed with the right equipment, did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and now I am good to go. Really great store, will always be my go to place!

My favorite local vape shop. Everything about this place is positive. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and while they may not remember my name, they know my face when I come in. They ask how my trip was if I told them I was traveling, they ask about my grandkids, and they seem to just really care about their clientele. We arent just customers, we are part of the J&M family. Strongly recommend this shop to EVERY vaper in the Ft. Bragg area.

Amazing customer service from the moment I walked through the door, to me trying juices, to the purchase I made.....just outstanding. The staff is very knowledgeable from different mods to juices. They even make it that more simple for new comers that are new to vaping to find the product they need through a touch pad device. On this pad you can find different juices your looking for from How much your willing to spend, flavors, brands, and even VG levels. They really go above and beyond! Super friendly and I always feel welcomed. Some smoke shops make me feel uncomfortable but not this place. They are also super knowledgeable, highly recommend.

Great service, got me what I wanted at an amazing price, but the guy was a bit judgemental when I told him I needed a new glass for my tank because I dropped it. He said that shows signs of irresponsibility. Kinda ticked about that, but he was wearing a vaping saved my life shirt so I guess hes a pretty hard core vapegod.

Best Vape items in Spring Lake & Fayetteville. Best selection of brands and flavors!!! Always a pleasant atmosphere. Any time I have ever had a problem with equipment or supplies they have went out of their way to answer my questions or help me solve my problem. You cant beat the reward system if you seriously vape.....and did I mention the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I give two stars because they have good vape products. Customer service is poor and when I went to the shop in regards to a problem I had, I was given attitude. Despite the fact that their prices are “lower” than other local vape shops, I will never go here. You get what you pay for and I would recommend going elsewhere if you would like great customer service. Will NOT be coming here again.

I was originally going to the shop all the way downtown, even though it was 20 minutes away it was the ONLY vape shop I went to not only because of their AWESOME selection but ALSO because of how FRIENDLY & HELPFUL they were! When I heard that there was a J & M shop opening 5 minutes from me I was EXTREMELY EXCITED & just as my experience w/ the vape shop downtown was GREAT so was it so w/ this one! The staff are REALLY GREAT & were VERY helpful & PATIENT in helping me choose a new juice LOL! If you want a REAL VAPE PARLOR w/ people who REALLY ENJOY what they do I TOTALLY RECOMMEND J&M👍

My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store and asked if we needed help. This large white lady is the one that helps us get the things we needed. When my boyfriend decided to also get a juice the lady showed us where they were. They were located behind the counter, close to the ground, far left of the store in that corner at the end. It just so happens my boyfriend and I have terrible vision and both wear glasses for nearsightedness. We could not see the juices and had a hard time. We ask if we can see them up close and the lady says, you cant come behind the counter. I understand policies, but you see two customers wearing classes = we cant see! You have cameras and boyfriend is military, pretty sure hes not going to commit a crime over vape juice.Anyways, if anyone wants to know of the best vape shop its TGI Vape in Hope Mills, NC. Weve never been treated weird like that and they have a wider selection of everything. Also, the employees there are so dope! You will not regret it.
