Let me start by saying this, I have not paid for a massage before in my life. So this was a new experience for me. So, as a neurodivergent person it was a huge relief when they were super nice and may me feel right at home. My masseuse was absolutely the best. She was for sure the right one for me. She put me at ease very quickly by answering my questions and curiosities/ apprehensions. It was a great experience overall and I will be back.

The staff are always the friendliest here! Heather is a treat to work with, and I got an awesome candle on my last visit. Cant wait for next time!

Had a truly amazing deep tissue session with Bethany. She really knows what she is doing and has a gift. She used to work at massage envy, so if you are missing your favorite massage therapist, this is where she went. Thanks Bethany!

Today I saw Bethany, & OMG I didn’t realize how much pain I’ve been having until she released so much tension in my back and shoulders. Bethany was very attentive to my tightness of my muscle tissue and kept communication regarding pain tolerance to all the knots in my back. I am truly thankful for her magical healing. Thank you so much for such an incredible reset to my body.

Waxing by Ruthie and Massage/Facial by Kaitlyn. Services were great, staff are friendly and allow you to ask questions to make sure you are comfortable. I left feeling like a new person, would definitely recommend!

First time here, was definitely impressed! Had Kaitlyn as a masseuse. I went in with no specific complaints and feeling my normal self (just wanted some stress reduction), but dang I didn’t realize how much tension I had in my shoulders/neck! Kaitlyn knocked all that out and I feel like a new person after leaving today!

Went in earlier this afternoon because I went too ham at the gym, and my quad was completely numb and was given a deep tissue massage. First massage Ive ever had, and, lemme tell ya what, definitely brought back feeling in my quad, and Ill be back next week for a full body massage.

I got a massage from Kaitlyn Fischer a couple of weeks ago and it was the most life changing massage therapy session I have ever had. I cant remember the last time I had this much mobility in my back muscles. I cant recommend her enough!

In town for a wedding and stumbled upon Moxie Massage when I was out one night. With moving recently my body really needed a massage so I booked a massage for the next day and I’m extremely glad I did!!! Highly recommend booking with Margie! She was very attentive to all of my problem areas and gave me some additional techniques I can do at home. Kaitlyn is highly skilled and knowledgeful about her craft & after just a few appointments I could tell a major difference in both my daily life & on the course. In my opinion, shes worth every penny & Im glad I rolled the dice on going in!

Margie is an absolute all star, I have a physically tasking job and I do a lot of lifting so it’s not uncommon for me to tweak my back. She uses different modalities and techniques to get me back to a functional human. AND, most days you can book within 24-48 hours if not same day. She’s a gem, and I’m beyond thankful for her skills!

Margie at Moxie is amazing! I went to her for a couple of months and then I tried another place. Let me tell you, it was a huge mistake. I had some of the worst massages of my life elsewhere. I messaged Margie, and she took me back. I told her I would never cheat again, lol. After months of bad massages, I finally felt better, and it was definitely the best massage Ive ever had! I was given a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage here. It was my first time here and wasn’t sure where it was located. I was 5 minutes late (had a hard time parking downtown due to all the construction). The person who met me at the desk and gave the massage felt very impersonal and rushed. I know I was a bit late, but there was no one there and no one waiting on us afterwards. I had to fill out paperwork and such…by the time the massage started we were 10-15min into the appointment. She did not extend the 30 minute massage time. I wish they would have told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I also had the hardest time actually booking an appointment. The number on the gift certificate isn’t even active and I was concerned that my family got scammed. I love small businesses I want to support them but I didn’t feel wowed by the experience and know of better places in Springfield.

My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Springfield last weekend for a little getaway! We stumbled upon this massage place and booked appointments! We both agree it was the best massage that We’ve ever had. Heather and Alex were awesome!

Leo was very professional and thorough, I came in with tense shoulders and middle back and left feeling brand new! I didnt have an appointment ahead of time but the staff was very kind and helpful for my first time. I will definitely be back for a longer massage!

Amazing, really. Im embarrassed because when I went in, I was out of it and in terrible shape. I had basically been up for two days straight with a work emergency, and had recently pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder, so I was in a lot of pain. I honestly dont even remember my therapists name, but she was great.The moment I walked in, it was so calm and serene. The massage itself was very relaxing, and even though a Swedish massage was booked, she could tell I needed some deep-tissue work in several areas and incorporated those in. I also appreciated her knowledge about ways I can relax better at home and hopefully better manage myself.All in all, I left in a much better condition than when I went in. Thanks again, and Ill see you soon!

Got my first massage at this place. THeather was great with her massage. She knew where I had stiffness and how to ease out. I have had issue with blood circulation and chronic aches. 1 day later, I am still feeling lighter and better. I am certainly going to go back.

They are so friendly, caring in all they do, and give tips and suggestions on further health changes and treatment. I love this place and will continue to receive massages from them. Great massage! Kayla listened to where my problem areas were and did a fantastic job balancing focusing on them and ensuring other areas weren’t too neglected. She was accommodating and when a walk-in slot wasn’t available she offered to stay late and texted me to set up an appointment convenient for us both! Wide array of massages available and they will explain and even combine techniques to tailor your needs.

As a first timer....I was throughly impressed by the whole experience! Heather even went above and beyond to make sure I understood techniques and how to relax. Always feel so much better after a session with Margie. Some options include hot towel, hot stone, table warmer, and even deep tissue, which I always need due to my job. Ask and she delivers.

I recommend this business. Kendra is great. Fixed all my problems.No complaints, only compliments. Fair price.However, show up early to look for parking, and check the meters maximum time allowance.

Kayla was amazing. Definitely going back. She really listened and helped my neck pain. Went in with a terrible migraine and she was able to pinpoint problem areas and work them out. My wife and I went to get a facial ( My wife received the facial. And I received the full body massage. Margie and Heather were PHENOMENAL. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and made to feel right at home. My wife Jessica couldnt stop raving about her facial and how she felt so stress free afterwards. My masseuse Margie found every knot and could pinpoint where I harbored my stress. My energy definitely shifted for the better once she was done. I no longer felt tense or weighed down. We are working out how we can make this a regular thing for the both of us.

Very disappointed. I have no idea how there massages are because I cannot get one. Ive tried tirelessly for 3 weeks now, Ive had at least 2 appointments scheduled. The latest I showed up and there was a note on the door for off site massages today. I try to practice patience but this is ridiculous. First it was the flu, next a death in the family and now a no show. No judgement but I think the bad luck was mine. I dont know if this business is still a business or not, but if they are they wont be along much longer. My recommendation save your time and book somewhere else.

My experience was very average, nothing spectacular. I give it a 6.5. I got the Swedish massage and when I asked for more pressure. I was told that I would need to pay extra for the deep tissue massage. The massage consisted of mostly the same techniques over and over again. I wont be coming back. Oh yeah, and they did not one time ask me how I was doing or if I enjoyed the experience afterwards.

Heather was amazing. She was able to accommodatey husband and I with appointments during our visit home. She is extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely return when Im in town again.

Fantastic women who continually learn new techniques and really cater to your specific needs. They listen to what youre having issues with and work to get you back to feeling great. I absolutely love it here and try to treat myself once or twice a month.

My wife got her and I a couples massage and set the appointment up for 11 am on a Sunday morning. We show up at ten minutes until 11 and the door is locked. We wait outside in the cold for 15 min before we leave. No lights on and a closed sign hanging in the door. We called the number on the door multiple times and no one answers. We get a message saying some people were there getting a massage and we could come in at noon. We finally receive a call at 12:10 from the owner stating they had two people walk in off the street and she gave them our time slot. Reading through their Facebook page it looks like this happens all the time. Avoid at all costs.

Would love to give this place a chance. Called months ago and left a message for a call back about scheduling a couples massage. I have never gotten a call back. I guess you dont want our money.
