Emily is so knowledgeable and provides such a relaxing experience! I really appreciate how she let me know what to expect during my first facial. I left feeling so rejuvenated! Definitely recommend Emily highly, and the Augha’s Bliss facial is wonderful! The Ritzy Flat has such a nice atmosphere, too. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I’ve been going to Emily for about a year for facials. She is absolutely amazing and Eve try thing about her space is perfect. As a teacher, nothing feels more rewarding than getting a relaxing facial here. The prices are absolutely reasonable, the hospitality is unreal (latte or a sparkling water after my facial? Um YES). Emily genuinely cares about her clients for both skincare needs and just to remain friendly and up to date with you. I truly feel seen going to her!

I found The Ritzy Flat after a little research for B12 on a local Facebook page. Mackenzie was recommended several times. The appt process was very easy plus I received confirmation, reminder and specific directions via text. I loved that. Mackenzie was friendly and it was easy to make conversation with her. I highly recommend reaching out to her if youre interested in a B12 shot or any of the services that the Ritzy Flat offers. Youll be glad you did.

I had my first dermaplane appointment with Emily yesterday and it did not disappoint! The space is so beautiful. The procedure was relaxing and my skin felt fresh and glowing afterwards. Im excited to see the benefits in the days to come!

I got a classic set of lashes from Faith and she did an amazing job! She is professional and super friendly! The salon has an adorable 1920’s vibe! They offer spray tans, lashes/brows, facials,injectables, perfume bar and more!

Emily is SO kind and up-lifting, I can tell she loves what she does. She has a lot of education and experience under her belt when it comes to the skin and our bodies. There is so much false and confusing information online and most of the time these bits of information online are uneducated. I trust Emily very much and her recommendations for my skin, she always explains the why behind what she is doing! She has been getting me wedding day ready over the last month with facials and chemical peels. She knows her stuff. Her place is also SO ADORABLE, an experience within its self!! All 19020s decor done beautifully and not tacky (coming from an Interior Designer). She has lots of services to choose from really becoming a one stop shop for all your beauty needs! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a client of Emily’s for several years! She gives amazing massages and facials. She pays great attention to skincare concerns and does her research to provide the best solutions she can, and is so kind and fun. Before my wedding, she helped me develop a great skincare routine and my skin looked and felt amazing!! I live an hour away from Springfield now and still visit her because she is incredible. Her space is also so beautifully curated and designed. I feel so at home and welcomed in her studio. Can’t say enough about how great this business is!!

I appreciate that she always takes the time to explain the skincare products she uses and why she chose them for my skin and that shes constantly learning new tools of the trade to optimize the experience for her customers. I’ve seen both Emily and nurse Mack at the ritzy flat and they’re both incredible! I did the b12 shot with nurse Mack and she was so thorough in her consultation and I’ll definitely be back for more! Nurse Mack has done a wonderful service for me and my husband. We get bi-weekly B12 shots and each visit is a breeze. Her space is comfortable and inviting. I also love the spa features of The Ritzy Flat.

I enjoy cold/heat treatments. One of my many favorites is the lymphatic treatment.Her business is set up in a historical building with a 1920s theme. Gentle jazz music rolls through the air during your session.Come and appreciate this experience.I have sent many friends to Emily, and they have also become valued clients!

As a Social Worker, it is incredibly important to prioritize my self-care! The Ritzy Flat made it easy to relax and take a moment for myself. The massage was lovely and the atmosphere was very calming. It also felt very intentional in the way she prioritized my comfort. 10/10 would recommend!

I went and got my first spray tan from “Faith May”. The tan came out excellent, the whole building smelt so heavily, and it was definitely a comfortable experience. I plan on going back for many different services! 😊

Cannot recommend Emilys services enough!!! I have fought allergies, a sinus infection, and a double ear infection with meds and rest and all the things. I saw Emily for a facial/massage and it was a total game changer for me!! I cannot even express the gratitude I feel as a mama with two young kiddos to have gotten a little bit of that fire back that was dying down after all this sickness. An hour with her (I did the Lymphatic massage mini facial) and Im a new woman!! If youre thinking its too expensive - its not. You are with it. The benefits ARE WORTH IT!
