This place is by far the worst Vape store I have ever visited! Every time I come the have not a single thing I came for, the Juice is so overpriced and the staff are about as unhelpful as can be. Avoid this place at all cost!!! Youve been warned!

Youll fall in love with the owner, who is usually always here. He makes great recommendations. All juices are premium, no house blends, so dont expect anything cheap. But they do a good job with their stocked juices, they consistently rotate through their physical products so youll always find the latest and greatest vape gear here.

I was looking for a vape shop as an alternative to the store I normally go to. Prices are rising and I wanted to save some money. I found Electric Puff and couldnt be happier. A fellow veteran greeted me as I entered and was very helpful in assisting me make my choice for vapor. I will definitely be using Electric Puff as my primary vape shop from now on! Prices are very reasonable.

Russ, his wife and his daughter all are awesome!!! They are very friendly and truly care about their customers. I wish all businesses where ran the way they run theirs. The selection is nice and the staff is friendly. Ive been here twice and felt duped each time. First, I requested a sale juice and was sold a more expensive version in a smaller size. Second, I requested a specific size replacement glass tank and was sold the wrong size. Of course, nothing is returnable. Its partly my fault for trusting the staff to right-fit my product needs and not double-checking everything myself. Unfortunately, I wont be shopping here again. I wanted to like this place.

I would give 0 stars if i could the guy at the front desk did a exceptionally horrible job he was rude from the start i was in the store while another customer was being mistreated then the guy smirked after he left the other customer was sold the wrong item and all he was asking for was a replacement with the right item he failed to do his job then he kicked him out I felt bad for the other guy for being there most rude customer service I have seen in my life at a vape shop not coming there again.

Was in town and happened to see this store when I was leaving Sams club. Stopped in and was greeted by 2 super friendly staff members. The store was clean and well organized and had a wonderful selection of juice and mods. Got a 120ml bottle of juice for $25. Will definitely be going by again!

Awesome selection and staff. Good juice. Ive been looking for a new RTA for a while now that holds more juice and this place has a couple different options to choose unlike some of the other shops around. Im a truck driver so I prefer buying in person instead of ordering online. The lady working was kind enough to show me how to properly wick it as well.Will defientley be coming back and already told a few friends about the place.

The location in Republic never has the products I need. They always say oh it’s on order but it never comes in. The shelves are pretty much always empty or very low. I usually have to go to one of the other locations to get what I need. The customer service at the other two locations is a lot better anyway. It’s just inconvenient for me to go to those two since I live in Clever.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a vape shop! Rude said they have exactly what I needed till I got there an didnt even have said product in the first place. Then they guy working doesnt even know what the products hes selling are or how they work. If your reading this. I have been to multiple vapor shops in the past couple of years and Electric Puff is by far the best. From the friendly staff, to great prices, amazing selection and very relaxed atmosphere this place is great. No matter if you are new to the vaping world or experienced you will not be disappointed. There are shops closer to my home but I gladly make the 45 min round trip drive because I will not go anywhere else.

The guy at the front desk was sitting watching a movie as I dove in I was the only customer and he gave me a attitude as I asked for what I needed he gave it to me but he gave the wrong items I only noticed after leaving the store the guy is a complete idiot and does not know what he is doing very rude and ignorant please beware I spent hundreds in this store no more going elsewhere save your money save your time

I almost never write reviews, but i feel obligated to spread the good word. They are amazing. Im new to vaping, so I know almost nothing about the jargen, but the owner and the lady are so helpful. Ive been in here a couple times and I never feel alienated like I do at other vape shops. Theyre very enthusiastic and try to make sure youre leaving happy. Tremendous service. Very friendly staff, juice selection is pretty nice. When Ive asked for juice recommendations Im always very happy with what they recommend. Prices are in par with other brick and mortars. This is my go to vape shop in the area.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employee helped me at this little hidden vape shop. I dont vape, but my wife does. I was trying to find a reasonably priced vape device to replace the one she has, which wasnt working very well. I was given the information I needed based on my requests and lack of knowledge of the products, and walked out a satisfied customer. I definitely recommend checking out their store.

My favorite vape shop in Springfield! Their prices are exceptional and not incredibly marked up like other vape shops in the area. The owners are the most incredible people too! Electric Puff has a huge selection of high quality, delicious juices. This is the only shop in the SWMO/NWA area where I have found the One Hit Wonder brand. I have always received top notch customer service. The shop has a relaxed atmosphere and they play good music always. Will always recommend.

Easily the best vape shop in SW Missouri. Rus is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and will always guide his customers to something that suits their needs as opposed to trying to up sale them into something they dont want. Their juice selection is top notch with new flavors being added all the time. So in short, dont waste your time and money going elsewhere, just start off by going to the best.

Love this vapor shop. The customer service is the absolute best in town. Not only does it have probably the best juice selection in town but the owner who i believe is named Russ, correct me if im wrong, is the best. Knowledgeable and always willing to help, Russ knows how to take care of his customers. If your looking to quit smoking and switch to vaping or you dont like the shops that have young kids who would rather work on their vape tricks than be of much help, this is the shop for you. I went to store #2. Service was bad. Made me feel like I was interrupting his day although I was the only one in the store. Felt look down upon and will never go back. I thought I would try here as it is closer. I went twice in the last week so it wasnt a one time thing. Edited: I did call the owner as he responded. From the far most parts of Western Oklahoma, I would gladly drive to come back! Ashleigh was AMAZING!!!! This girl took her time to explain things, answer any question my husband and I had and even figured out a problem I didnt even realize I had!!!! (No clue why I had been puffing on my Suorin Air all day every day, until her!!) VERY knowledgeable! I will be holding on to their card, and calling to order anything I may need in the future. Highly recommend anyone and everyone looking for a reliable vape shop!!

This will be my new vape home. I was sold when their coils were half as much as I was paying elsewhere. Then I brough a friend there to get some and walked out w a complete new mod device that I had been researching online. That wasnt my plan, to buy one, but they were not that much higher than I would have paid for one on ebay. AND he showed me how to use it. Im a girl so didnt want something real big and bulky. I love it! Also told me he would replace the battery if it became damaged, you know, so it wouldnt explode like a firecracker on my pocket. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in to buy a Joytech and Bought a Sigeli 213 because he highly recommended it. Long story short it blew up within a week of owning and the guy wouldnt do anything about it and just told me i was SOL or to contact Sigeli. Dudes a con.
