Mint Tobacco & Vape - Springfield

Here at 5pm and the big lighted sign says open lights are on and the door is locked. Smh how do you run a business like this. Just say you are closed. Ridiculous you have customers come to your store and they cant even get in to purchase anything from you I see its looking at your other reviews Im not the first person to say this.

I dunno, says its open online, sign at the shop says open and lit up, lights on inside, door is locked and no one inside. Waited like 15 minutes and left l.

Wont be shopping here again. Bought a vaporizer yesterday and it never turned on after being fully charged. No refunds or even an exchange offered. Barely got a receipt. Their prices arent the best but not terrible, but they are the only smoke shop Ive ever been to that wouldnt exchange an obviously Imma products.

Khan was super helpful and if I lived in Virginia this would be my only vape store!

Very great selection of hookahs. The owner is very friendly and personable. Sales associate took excellent care of us and made sure we got everything we needed and more! Highly recommend. We get lots of compliments on our hookah when we have company over. A beautiful centerpiece for our in home bar.

Really disappointed !! The only reason I drove 5 miles and went there because they do online price Mach. when I go there today and asked for the online price Mach the dude at the counter called his boss with FaceTime so she can see who’s asking for the online price Mach and still refuse to give the online price Mach. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENYONE TO GO THERE..

Would give them zero stars if i could, these guys are the worst. Pricing is too high and the owner is so rude to deal with. I guess 1 star is good cuz the rest of the employees are nice.

The woman who helped me seems to not know what she is selling, I asked her and she gave me very ambiguous answers. He does not speak Spanish, and (apparently) has difficulty understanding English. Thats my opinion...
