When I moved here from Idaho, I was so excited about this shop. My Brother had turned me on to them. The other shops I had to been to in the area where higher priced on the juices.Now 1. The Employees are nice. Well at least two of them are. There is one that I had only seen once and it was like he didnt care if I was there or not. He knew nothing, and had only one word answers for my questions. and 2. This is my biggest issue that I have had with them, while yes they offer 150 different juices, rather or not they are in stock is the questions. It always seems that they are out of every juice you ask about. And then they are out of it for a long time.After seeing and hearing about how the owner and employees treat others that have come in to the shop or to them with complaints and such, I unfortunately wont be back. Id rather go pay the higher prices else where, where I can get the customer service and products.

Hands down my favorite place to go. The owner is a super nice, very chill guy, great conversationalist, me and both my brothers go here whenever we can. Shouldve left a review here a long tome ago. I see those one star reviews and can only imagine these idiots dont know what theyre doing, how this business works in Oregon, or simply are needy Karens who feel the world and all small businesses owe them. Fools like this stress me out, so much so so Im gonna need more juice here pretty soon. Bet you can guess where Im gonna go!

Honestly these guys are awesome. Ive only had 1 problem since I started going here and they fixed it immediately and the customer service was top notch. Cant see myself going to another shop any time soon.

Messaged them because I broke my glass on my tank. They Came in and opened an hour early, and a coil and new glass was 10$. I payed 15 for my last replacement glass alone. Will be my go to shop and highly recommend! Great selection of mods and juice as well!

I first want to give appreciation to Eric and Joel. Both of you have always been so kind and knowledgeable. I also want to make a point to tell you I feel safe coming into the store day or night because of the precautions every employee takes! This is a great place to buy vape supplies and well as other items. However, its the employees that keep me coming back!!!

Eric and Joel are the best! Great prices and flavorful juices. Always have my coils in stock, even the Falcon & Valyrian 2 coils which are hard to find at any other shop. Can’t ask for a more friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Definitely would not recommend was told everyone in my car had to come in and show ID even though the vehicle next to me had two 2 females both looking underage yet they didn’t have to show ID and get outta there car but me and my friends well In there 20s all did I ask why the other vehicle doesn’t have to do the same and I get told oh “Cuz” DUDE I DONT EVEN VAPE

I purchase 90% of my vape juices, or any vape accessories from OVS. However, I would LOVE to see some Jam Monster added to an already great selection. 🤷‍♀️ I love these guys, and their customer service is above and beyond. Some of the best prices in the Eugene and Springfield area on e-juice, coils, and mods. Friendly service willing to take the time to help you find what you desire. And one of the only stores to carry my favorite e-juice brand Evaporeign.

I came in with less then 10 minutes remaining until closing. Eric wasnt there, but Karissa was and welcomed me in with no regards to the time. This was my first time buying a rig, and she was more than knowledgeable. She asked all sorts of questions as to what I was looking for, my budget, why I was wanting to start vaping, my favorite flavors, etc. She helped me find a mod kit that fit everything I needed and wanted, and came in under budget! Incredibly friendly, excellent service, and more than willing to work with you with any issues. By far my favorite vape shop! Thanks guys!

I usually shops at another vape shop that’s closer to my home. Unfortunately, I recently broke the glass in my mod and no one in Springfield had it in stock. From the moment I stoped into OVS I was treated like I shopped there all the time. Although they too did not have the glass I needed in stock, they went above and beyond, ordering my glass and setting me up to get through the weekend until the glass was delivered. They were so friendly and helpful that I was just blown away. While helping me they also educated me about products that I didn’t know existed and made me feel completely taken care of. Even though they are a bit farther from my home, they are worth the drive. With their professional, knowledgeable, & friendly service, OVS is the place to go. I was impressed!

The owner is one of the nicest and most humble guys youll ever meet, I have gotten coils, mods, tanks, and juice and never had a single issue. Plus I love that he carries CBD! Stuff is seriously great for any achy pains that bug you all day, helps a ton.

They have a good juice selection but they never have coils or replacements on hand. One star because they would rather send people back to cigarettes then keep products that work on the shelves.I have asked about your refunds on your leaking disposable coils no reply face to face in your store. In fact the last time I was in this store I bought the last of the coils, couldnt use either of them because they would not hold juice. No I dont have them now because no one can actually give me an answer. Not fun cleaning up.Again smok tfv8 mesh or a replacement coil is what Ive asked for a few times now. I also like tfv12 mesh and double mesh.Ive talked, today I have to go to other stores to find what I need. Overall we have had this problem from the beginning, with your overpriced tanks on day one. Every time I had a leaking disposable coil I mentioned it, with looks of O, well. When you sold out of those and dropped down to the $1 coils, I fixed my tanks and been waiting for coils since. You brought back the disposable coils after a month and again I bought most of them, waiting! About 2 weeks ago now was the last time (the time before that was the last disposable coils again), been smoking cigarettes since.

Great shop my favorite place to hands down but I have to say I was treated poorly by the staff with the tattoos on his face. First his dog would not get off me and he did nothing. Then he was very condescending asking my girl if she knows they dont run on regularly batteries as im holding my vape and my girl is buying a new vape because she didnt like her previous one. After spending couple hundred and almost paying $15 for a tip that shouldnt be that price, he was extremely rude about having us move to the back so the next people could get where we were. I will be back as long as he isnt working.

Now, I gave it a 4 because after they are done remodeling and get situated I’m sure they will get 5. I went in yesterday with my fiancé to finally get myself new juice. 2 months ago I went and got a new juice from my normal vape store, I wanted something with a frost. Not menthol. Well I got menthol and I’m NOT a fan. So I went back to plain cigarettes. I wasn’t wanting to spend a lot of money just a new coil and juice. I left spending under 20$. Yes. You heard that correct.. They have a huge selection of flavor like so many the longer you stand the more you start to smell and get lost there. The vibes were great, he was eager when we first walked in but hey, I remember what a sale person is like when a customer finally walks in. However he was honest and that’s why I’m going back. He knew the answers to my questions and even my sarcastic comments he knew. I would def say go in and give them a try. Oh, and they have THE ORIGINAL coil I have been after that my other shop told me they discontinued..Oregon Vape Society welcome to your new location!

This is the absolute BEST vape store in Oregon! Eric (owner), Patrick & Joel are the most knowledgeable guys Ive ever met on the topics of all things vape. The prices are VERY competitive, guessing that about 98% are lower than other shops in the area...(ie. UV, EV, VG, ). and the $$ that I could sometimes save by ordering online is insignificant when you factor in the value of outstanding customer service and knowledge that these guys uphold. Hands down the best vape shop I have seen in all of Lane County! DAndre and Kyle are professional and both have excellent pallets, and they make you juice to order, at a third of the cost of most other vape shops. I travel from Cottage Grove to get my juice here. Best ever! Excellent deals, as well as customer service!

Eric is very compassionate and understanding and has the time of day always to sit down and explain with words every step to make sure his customers are always happy. A very large selection of juices that will give you tons of choices. A helpful staff and, more importantly, a friendly staff. Each visit is quick, painless and Ive yet to leave disappointed. I entirely recommend.

Had an amazing experience at this shop I am new to vaping only been vaping about 2 weeks and I was looking to get a new set up I went in thinking I wanted a Smoktech Mag mod. Eric was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns and helped me settle on the correct Mod kit for me and helped me pick some juice to go with my new kit. I have been to a few shops in the Springfield area and I can tell you I will only be going to him from now on I left feeling like I’d learned a lot and loving the mod he helped me pick out!! Every time that I have gone into this location, whether out of necessity or deliberate, they staff that has helped me has been extremely helpful. They have also made me feel like family. Which is why when I have a choice I will choose to go here.

Love this place. Its like an espresso place for Vaping. The owner made my vape juice. Thats right, they make your vape juice to order. He was super friendly and patient with my 100 questions about getting a new vape. I ended up getting a Snow Wolf. My first major upgrade. It is awesome. After putting down cigarettes after 25 years of smoking, my lungs thank the American Vape Society. I highly recommend you stop in and check them out. A small shop with the best mods and and all the things you need.

Today, I played with my 11 year old pup who hasnt played in years! We suspected that he was hurting, so Eric suggested TruBlu bacon flavored CBD. Only 250mg has made my Jack Russell bounce again! I love that hes happier & back to cuddling. Its affordable too. Thank you, Eric!

I’ve gotten two bottles of the Vapetasia juice with 12 mg from them and both were super super harsh along with a really dark color to the juice. But other than that good prices!

Literally met one of the most knowledgeable vape guys Ive ever came across in the entire area. He was friendly full of information and corrected issues that four other vape shops had no clue how to handle.

This place is amazing, I went in to get a coil today and my coil was defective, so I drove all the way back to town for him to give me another coil and an extra one to go with it andhe fixed my mod and was extremely nice and respectful! Thank you guys

Hours were wrong. I looked up their hours in advance and got there to find theyd closed at least an hour and a half early. The door still listed the hours I looked up, and there was no note saying if they would be coming back.
