Smoker Friendly - Springfield - Kearney

Really good staff. I assume theyre treated well by their leadership. Prices are reasonable. Its a crazy world out there and Id like this place to maintain its high public safety standards. As in no riffraff hanging around the store. No loitering and no soliciting and such. To be bothered in that way will make any sane customer shop somewhere else. Ive not encountered this problem here but the adjacent gas station is pretty scary. Id like to see this place beef up its security. I understand you rent a suite in a strip mall. Please dont let that stop the investment of security. Invest in security that you can take with you. I also understand that security is an illusion. Its more or less deterrence. The strip mall owner needs to provide better building security or something. At the least you can monitor every inch and preferably the parking lot with a DVR uploaded to a cloud. I wish this parking lot had a fence around it. Really need to stop the riff raff foot traffic coming from the gas station. This is something that is definitely degrading the value of the property. Needs to stop being tolerated. Just need a 6 foot tall fence about 100 feet long to separate the parking lot from the gas station and boom, property value raised. Just my 2 cents. 5 Star all the way. The inventory is amazing and the Owner plus the Wonderful Staff too. Management must be so proud of their front house staff. They are all so knowledgeable about the product they sell. There is one who even hands you the handle of your bag. This Smoke Shop is my ONE N Only! There my people.

Like the name, the employees always friendly here. I get the 24/7 smokes for $20something. Marlboro was breaking me. So glad Im saving something somewhere!

This is the worst tobacco store in Springfield the people that work there now are rude and a noxious its not the 1st time that Ive sent someone to buy cigarettes in the comeback with the wrong product and then the people that work there are just rude and dont want to get in a give you what you originally were trying to buy.When the cashirs make misakes they insist you return the next day. I will not waste my time in this store again.

Nothing is ever perfect...but these service with a smile clerks are normally happy and helpful ... cigs by the carton are extremely low and affordable

Only gave one star because it wouldnt let me rate lower, i came in and asked for the best vapor i was sold a scion tc150 i spent almost 100 dollars on this and it was defetive , it exploded and almost sent me to hospital, i contacted company and still no response when i called again today i was told to call back again theres noone that can help me, this store is a rip off and should be shut down before they rip anyone else off , rude workers and poor bussniss ethic practice!!!!

The very best place to get tobacco and they are very busy because of it. The manager and other employees deserve a nice raise for all their hard work. I highly recommend Smokers Outlet off of E. Absolutely the best smoke/tobacco outlet store In Springfield ! The store was clean , good music was playing and the staff were very kind and courteies . Even allowing me to use an online coupon that most places wont tak. This will certainly be a favorite of mine when shopping for all my tobacco needs. This place is the most friendliest , courteous, damn place in town! The ladies always greet me with the smile and always have my smokes ready! I dont ever have to tell em what I smoke they already have ready for me! I would give this place more stars if possible! Keep it up ladies!!!!

Horrible experience. I normally buy my tobacco needs there. I was buying lottery tickets from a black employee and the manager treated him like he didnt know how to help me. Manager got involved and started acting like I didnt how to ask for what I was ordering. Disrespectful to a Vet.

If you want cheap smokes this is the place. They have cigarette rollers, cigarette holders, bags of tobacco and regular cigarettes. They also have a small but unique selection of pipes if thats your thing. The next time you plan to buy tobacco check out smokers outlet.
