Nice Rewards Program, Staff inquired as to if I was enrolled to be sure & give Me My Purchase Credit for the ongoing reward now offered, which is a Nice Discount after your fourth or fifth qualifying purchase of $25. Minimum. Employee was Patient with Me, answered all My questions, thoroughly, correctly and patiently. Very clean Vape Shop, pleasant first experience I must say. Highly recommend for all your vaping needs. Also Very well stocked, with Sale an Discounted items. Competitively priced.

I wont speak on service but I can promise you wont get a answer from the listed phone number. Ive called 15times in 2days and YET to get a answer. If their service is anything like them answering their business number then this place isnt for you. I soley rate it a1/2 star but didnt have that option so gave them 1star. Get it together or dont be surprised when you lose business

Love the shop Erin was amazing and helped me with all my questions and hooked me up with some new juice in a level that they dont offer in my location. Definitely worth the drive from Lexington for me to come back. I highly recommend going to this shop.

My husband and I stopped in tonight to pick out a few things and we got to meet Erin.SHES FANTABULOUS!! We loved speaking with someone whos knowledgeable and didnt mind taking the time to teach and explain to an old crow like myself! She even checked twice to make sure I wanted to spend the money I was spending! Who does that anymore??? The owner of Vivid Vape does!! Shes just AWESOME! There is no place on earth Id rather spend my time and money at. Shes definitely got my business for life! I believe in building relationships with small business owners and keeping those special people and their businesses thriving. Theres nothing like walking into a place and seeing smiles and honest happiness for return loyal customers. The owner sure knows her stuff. I didn’t know how to vape without it choking me to death. I went to three other places and they would just act like it was the device or the coils that I was using to try to get me to spend more money or they were just ignorant in the matter. But she told me exactly what I was doing wrong and if you go to her she will def make you a returning customer. She even tried to talk me out of getting the expensive vape and told me all I actually needed was the $30 or $50 one if I even wanted that bad to buy a new one cause she said the one I had should work just fine. I just had to switch my juice that I was smoking too. It had too high of a nic level. I now smoke 3 mg instead of 25 mg saltnic. They are all really nice people too.

This is by far the best vape shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. She is honest with her opinions and willing to give recommendations to suit your needs. Never need to look elsewhere. Check it out!

I purchased vape juice from this location which gave me seisures resulting in a doc/ER visit becasue I thought I was dying, to the point my son had to drive me to the ER. They mixed Nic Shot into Naked vape juice, on 2 seperate occasions, in front of me, unlike every other store where its normally premade by the factory. I smoked the poison almost 2 weeks while going to doc and ER not knowing it was the actual vape juice purchased from Vivid Vaper that was causing my dizziness and seisures. My son started using the vape juice, and it did the same thing to him, and thankfully that is how I figured out it was in FACT the vape juice purchased from Vivid Vaper. Its being tested as we speak, so hopefully no one else has to ever go through what I did. I immediately felt better after quiting thier juice, and was back to normal thankfully within a few days. Clearly the juice had been the issue all along. Started with it, ended with it. Fact! Immediately I was told that they would never sell me juice mixed by them, that I was sold the 2 substances separately. Every excuse under the sun that it was somehow MY fault or someone elses fault, as to not take responsibilty for THEIR actions. I heard every excuse under the sun. Its bad enough selling me juice that hurt me so much, but the response I have received since is priceless. After finally admitting they mixed it, they still seem unwilling to want to make the matter right. Its hard enough stopping smoking, without what you purchase half killing you when you think its supposed to be a healthier approach. I will repost after everything is settled to let future customers know what happened in this case, as I never want someone to buy tainted juice that might hurt them like the juice I purchased from Vivid Vaper. It was a VERY scary thing that shouldnt happen to anyone ever.
