As a very tense and uptight person, it takes a lot for me to feel relaxed. Within the first 10 minutes, I felt at ease both emotionally and physically. Jeff was a very nice and welcoming guy. I felt very comfortable with him as I usually lean towards female therapist.It was genuinely the best massage I have ever gotten. I was actually really shocked!I’m not sure if he noticed so I’m really outing myself here, but I started to cry a bit when he was doing the foot reflexology. I did some googling and apparently that is completely normal if done correctly! But emotionally I just feel really amazing and like some weight has been lifted off of me. I also want to point out I am not really into holistic stuff so I am really surprised at this!This will definitely be prioritized as a part of my self care.I also feel the prices are really reasonable for how truly talented he is.

I have been going to Jeffrey for a while. He is a great massage therapist. He is fine with a quiet session but will also talk with me the whole hour if I initiate/continue it. He’s also very aware of my response to the deep tissue massages I get, way more so than other therapists I’ve been to. I would definitely suggest him (and have to friends and family). Do yourself a favor and book a service now!

Ive gotten many massages in my life and this was by far the best Ive ever experienced. The entirety of the experience was phenomenal. The facility and room were clean, welcoming, and restorative. Throughout the entire appointment, Jeff Bellos expertise and knowledge were evident. He took the time to listen and provided personalized advice for my specific concerns and even gave me tangible steps I could take in my daily life to support my physical well-being. The massage itself felt absolutely amazing. Jeffs genuine investment in addressing my needs along with the benefits I felt from the massage itself ensures Ill be a regular visitor. Im recommending him to all my friends and family.

I have been fortunate over many years/decades to have had massages from therapists in different locations In the United States and abroad. Being able to have Jeff’s hands address problem areas, with deep tissue work, has me on his table at least once a week. Reasonable pricing and flexibility in booking online. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would.

Jeff is the best ! I’m always so tight i literally wear my shoulders like earrings ! He was able to hear me out and help me alleviate my neck and shoulder pain ! Highly recommend if your looking for quality and professional advice and work !

To put it simply, Jeff has changed my life for the better. Ive gotten massages for years, but Jeff is an absolute master. I suffer from stress-related headaches but have found with regular massage they tend to be less frequent. Since Ive been a client, that issue has all but disappeared.Jeff is like a sore muscle whisperer! He has an incredible sense of how to hone in and treat problem areas like no therapist Ive ever encountered. Hes incredibly professional, competent and personable and friendly to boot. I feel blessed to have found him and I cant recommend him highly enough.

I was on vacation in Tampa area and looking for a massage therapist. I called Jeffrey and he was able to takeMe the same day. I requested a 2 hour massage. He is so compassionate about his work and friendly, I immediately felt comfortable with him. I travel a lot and have received many massages but I have to say this was the best massage I have ever had. He worked on all my problem areas as requested. If you live in the area or are traveling and want the best experience book with Jeffrey and you will feel fantastic after his massage.

I have had numerous massages throughout the years and Jeff is Simply the Best! He listens to my pain concerns and spends time making sure I get the exact massage I want (and need!) Usually for me it is deep tissue combined with reflexology where/when it is needed. His office is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was my first time going to Jeffrey and he did an excellent job with my needs as far as the reason I went in the first place, shoulder pain and stiffness in my neck and upper back as I am a barber. I would recommend him to anyone it’s very professional and the ambiance is nice.
