I had a great personalized facial today with Jenny. She created a peaceful atmosphere and was very gentle so that I enjoyed the experience very much. I came in with a couple of blemishes and some dry spots and she knew exactly what treatment was best for my skin type. Shes also very knowledgeable about the best products for all skin types. I left feeling refreshed and vibrant. I will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sb Spa for services combined the Lymphatic massage and facial, and the experience was truly exceptional. The Lymphatic Massage it was deeply and I felt the benefits almost immediately. For the facial my skin felt deeply hydrated, and noticeably brighter. The products used were of high quality, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and radiant.I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and eager to return for my next session.

Recommend the spa more than anything! From the massages and most especially the facials!! I struggle with consistent hormonal acne and tried many different places in Tampa Florida, this is the only med spa I was able to change that.

Went for the first time because I had acne for a while. Two Estheticians, Alyssa and Bianca recommended me Face Reality and my face cleared up in under two weeks! I tried the Aerolase treatment with Bianca and an acne facial with Alyssa and they both were very knowledgeable and friendly and I see such a difference in my skin. My friend booked a spa package for us that included 1 hour in the wet room, 1 hour facial and a hour and a half massage. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and offered beverages. The wet room was very relaxing, the jacuzzi jets didnt work but the manager offered a massage upgrade for the inconvenience. Maria did my facial and Kristen did my massage, and were both very professional. We both left very relaxed and pleased with our experience!

Wonderful spa! From the cozy relaxation room to the mimosas to the outdoor zen space to the spa professionals, an all around great value for the money. Ive not had many deep tissue massages, but Tabi (sp?) was by far my best. Staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do.

SB SPA is a wonderful oasis just west of Downtown Tampa. As soon as I walk in I just immediately relax because it is elegant, smells amazing, and plays soothing music. The therapists are well trained and effective. The front desk staff is always friendly. SB Spa keeps up with the latest trends in skin and body care to bring customers the latest and greatest. I have been coming here for years, and will continue to because of their level of excellence.

I love this spa!!! I went for my first time and was treated amazing, they put me in a relaxing waiting room, gave me infused water. I got a lymphatic drainage massage and it was amazing, the therapist was very informative. I ended up getting a package and my husband got two massages and also loved them. They were nice enough to switch my package to accommodate my current needs.

Regina and the staff are exceptional. I just came in to get my nails done but I walked out feeling like I got the full spa experience. I will definitely be back. The ladies in there are just so nice and treat you like royalty, they’re genuine and I’m so happy I stumbled into them.

Very unprofessional and terrible facial experience. The Esthetician was pounding my face. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience and was red from the extreme pressure on my face. I have a pain tolerance and my face was red from the Esthetician treating my face like a back massage and literally using force all over my face. When the front desk asked how my services were, and I wasn’t satisfied by how I was treated during the session, they literally did nothing about it. I’ve had a red face for 24 hours now. In addition to red scarring all over my nose. I should’ve gotten up during the middle of the facial to leave. This was one of the worst experiences and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Go to someone that customizes a facial for you and is delicate with the process. This was absurd…never have I been in so much pain

I recently had an Aerolase treatment at SB Spa, and I was fortunate to have Bianca as my esthetician. From the moment I arrived, the spa’s serene atmosphere put me at ease, and Bianca’s warm and professional demeanor made the experience even better. I had a dermaplane facial with Jenny, she was so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and informed me about all of the steps throughout the facial. I felt super comfortable and my skin felt and looked amazing after! I can’t wait to come back and see her.

Bianca was extremely knowledgeable and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was incredibly effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as improving the overall texture and tone of my skin. I left the spa feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I can already see a noticeable difference in my complexion. I recently moved here from south Florida and I haven’t been able to find services in Tampa that live up to my expectations. This facility is absolutely beautiful, smells so amazing, and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bianca (the owner) was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail regarding the endermologie treatment. She truly went above and beyond for my last minute appointment and I already see a difference. Shes so easy to talk to and walks you through the first process very well. I can’t rave about this place enough and I’m going back tomorrow for a deep tissue massage.I’m going to become a VIP member at SB Spa and I couldn’t be any more excited to experience other services here.

Enjoyed my facial and massage here! All staff was so kind and friendly. The only issue was with the gift card balance uploaded in the app. I asked it to be used in the final payment and tip but that didnt happen.

My best friends and I had the best experience! It was my birthday and my hubby decided to treat us all to a spa day. It was fabulous!!! Kudos to my love! The customer service was superb, the massages were relaxing and oh so enjoyable. The lunch was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We felt comfortable and not rushed. Amazing customer service by Casey, Molly, and the other estheticians I’ve ever spoken to. I’ve only had Molly perform facials and body contouring. She’s amazing in every that she does. I’m so glad I was referred to this spa. It’s a small business where you can come for peace and relaxation and top notch products.

I have had Bells palsy for 4.5 years with no hopes of movement or feeling in my face. I have had 2 sessions of the buccal facial with Bianca & I have started to feel more & have movement. I highly recommend her!!!!

I’ve been coming to this spa for about 4-5 years. Love their massages and facials! Their ambiance and waiting area is very relaxing. They also have 2 bathrooms with a lockers in them to put your things away and clean robes to change into. Would highly recommend Tabbitha for Lympatic massages and Deep Tissue massages. She’s amazing and I always feel like a million bucks after I see her!

I go to Molly for microneedling and I love it! The results are great and she is very professional and knowledgeable. The spa itself is very clean, relaxing, and smells amazing!! I keep meaning to ask them what scent they have in there because I want to take it home! I would definitely recommend SB and especially Molly if you are looking for a new spa that you trust with good results!

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves one. Tabathea (spell check) performed my manual lymphatic massage yesterday & was completely awesome. The ambiance is very welcoming. I had massages before but never was I given a robe/flip flops & handed a glass of water prior to the massage. I was very impressed.

Absolutely awesome! The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, professional and so perfect! Dual massages with wine and mimosa followed up with a relaxing time out on the private greens enjoying some sun-could not have asked for more!!! Things that mattered to me: GOOD dual massage (both of ours were great!), shower, relaxing space, flexible scheduling, reasonably priced, close to the airport... This had them ALL plus more and without compromise! This is by far my favorite place and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been customer here for the last 5 years, signing up as a member shortly after my first few massages. I tried a few other places when I moved to Tampa and this one by far had the most professional staff and has grown into an even great place with a quality experience every visit.They have the highest quality massages I’ve had anywhere - true pros. They only have tenured and experienced masseuses. If you tell them what you are looking for when booking, they will out you with someone with the that specialty. For example, I travel a lot for business and recently started getting neck pain, they changed my regular and booked me with someone who is really good at deep tissue therapeutic massages to work it out. My wife is recently pregnant and booked her with someone focusing on prenatal massages.The owner and staff are all great, helpful and friendly... you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely loved coming to SB Health & Beauty Spa! The receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable. My massage therapist did a wonderful job with my hot stone massage. She asked before if I had any injuries or anything she should be aware of and also asked if I wanted her to spend more time on a certain area than usual. Since I have chronic lower back pain, this helped out immensely. Their sauna was very small, and I expected a large one that I share with others, but I didnt mind how small it is, since that keeps it private. I will say that I did expect to use the hot tub, but thats probably my own fault because I didnt read what came with the sauna package. The lady who gave me my pedicure was also great and very nice. I loved every second of being there! Ill definitely be recommending to friends and coming back myself!

This is the only spa I go to for a massage. They are well organized and professional. Each masseuse I have had were well trained and did excellent work. I had a facial there as well which was amazing! The whole atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. Online booking is problematic but that may just be me. I call to make my appointments and that works fine!

I usually don’t write reviews about the places that I visit but I would love to make an exception for SB SPA which is a wonderful place. The first time that I visited this spa was about 2 years ago when I got married, my husband and I decided to spend the day at the spa and I can tell you that it was a great experience. All the services that they provide are great waxing, massage, facial and nail care. Beside that EVERYBODY was very kind, polite and very friendly I have no doubt that I would recommend this place. They make you feel that they are very happy to have you and the treat you with pleasure and respect. Also, the whole environment is very relaxing and peaceful that makes you forget the rest of the world………….LOVE IT.

It’s not just a place for the ladies guys can have a day to of pampering. They do great wedding anniversaries packages for you and your love one. The couple’s massage is over the top.

Id been thinking about getting a facial for a couple of weeks, but havent had the time. However, coming back from Vegas with really dry skin gave me the extra push. I chose SB based on the types of services they offer and was definitely not disappointed.The first reason for my review is the service provided. I got the Gentlemans Facial and am completely satisfied. Julia is incredibly friendly and calming, but her flow and technique proved that she knows what she is doing. Throughout the process Julia educated me (when I asked), gave me tips, and made me feel relaxed. Afterward, my skin looked and felt great.BUT, the second reason for my 5-star review is that they didnt try to sell me on every product they carry. They recommended two products - which werent outrageously priced - then sent me on my way. I will definitely return and will recommend SB Spa to everyone I know.

This place is amazing. As soon as you walk in youll feel relaxed. Theres an amazingly comfortable sitting room with pillows and throw blankets. My friend and I loved it so much that we stayed an hour after our service just chatting and enjoying the peace and quiet. They even offered to order us lunch! The place is QUIET and CLEAN and RELAXING. All important things I look for when booking a massage. We seeked them out because they have the pregnancy massage tables with the belly cut out. My friend said it was amazing to enjoy such a a relaxing massage AND she could lay on her pregnant belly. She was so relaxed she was giddy after. Thank you for such a great experience AND a great massage. One of my best massages ever. Cant wait to come back to Tampa and come visit again.

I dont usually write reviews, but wanted to take the time to write one for SB. I first went to SB for a facial on a whim. It was one of the best facials I have ever had. I have recently begun going to Diana for regular massages and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely wonderful! I became part of their Membership program because the deal was so good and the massages have helped me immensely. I have only received facials and massages here, so I cant personally attest to the other services but I am sure they are just as wonderful.

I visited SB Spa as an anniversary gift from my husband. The steam room was wonderful, as well as the body exfoliation and hot stone massage. Vanessa was my therapist, she was very friendly but did not attempt to chat with me throughout my massage, which is exactly the way I like it. I prefer to relax and zone out, not carry on a conversation during massages. The spa is very quiet, I literally only saw one other client during the 2 and a half hours that I was there. Everything was top notch, very clean and comfortable. The glass of wine was a nice touch, though I`m not much of a wine drinker. Looking forward to returning for another treatment!

My husband and I went for a couples massage today. The whole staff was beautiful, kind and very catering! Dara greeted up front she was so beautiful, sweet and tentative. After explaining our process she sat us in a wonderful relaxation room returned promptly with Mamosa’s in hand! My husband and I have had massages before. I must say today was the best! My wife and I have been spa club members at SB Health & Beauty Spa since January of 2010. For over 8 years we have gone every month for a couples massage, and we have used a few of the other spa services as well. The spa was founded by a mother-daughter team (Sarah and Bianca, hence the name), and the business has really grown over the years while still maintaining a quiet, tranquil atmosphere in which all guests can easily slip into a momentary reprieve from the busyness of our hectic world. Whenever anyone asks about getting a massage, we ALWAYS recommend SB Spa. Tabby and Mirna have been our massage therapists for the last few years, and if you ask for either of them you wont be disappointed!

I just recently had 360 Liposuction/BBL and the muscles in my back were literally locked. I could barely walk and my midsection was 1 giant Charlie horse. I came to this business via a Groupon special of all things! I came in a teary mess and left a new person!! Their Lymphatic massage therapists brought me back to life after only 2 treatments. I purchased 10 more massages on the spot.. I am grateful beyond words 🙏

I called here to set up an appointment for my boyfriend for his birthday. Never booked a massage at a spa before, I had no idea what I was doing. They were beyond helpful, helped me pick the best type of massage for his problems and aches.It was a wonderful experience, especially seeing as Im 1500 miles away. I used to do Endermologie LPG in Europe and SB Spa is the only place that could offer this treatment in the entire Tampa bay area. I visited the spa and I was sold! They excel in anti aging treatments : Hydrafacial, microneedling with Skin Pen, and the Oxygen facial is amazing. I got compliments on my skin on a daily basis. The staff is amazing : I have been going to SB Spa for 3 years now and they treat everyone with courtesy and respect. They are always helpful by knowing what I need and their different products. Always honest ! I sent friends, family and colleagues they wanted to try some treatments and massages : they were all so happy with their results! From the front desk to a massage table, these are the people who would always go that EXTRA mile, above and beyond to make you feel special, relaxed and comfortable. The real definition of a luxury Spa the atmosphere and the facility are remarkable : spotless, peaceful, always smelling so good. You can have lunch in the backyard after using the sauna ! Also, I enjoyed every month the fact that they are very consistent : they let me know what they have going on. We had a bachelorette party and the experience for all the girls was great. Getting nails, hair, massages, facials all in one place not to mention that the food was exquisite. Julia is hands down a lash godess 🙌🏼I see her every two weeks for a fill.My lashes always look full and not clumpy.She’s extremely sweet and has great recommendations on facial products 😊Trevia, is a phenomenal massage therapist.I came in with an injury and she went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling 100 X better than when I came in. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pressure points.The girls at the front desk are always super sweet and helpful as well.Unlike other spas I’ve been too, they don’t try to shove products down your throat.I really enjoy coming here!I became a member, and I visit every two weeks now.I drive an hour to come here and it’s totally worth it every time!

I came in for a prenatal massage on 3/12/17, and have to say I was very impressed with the facility, the atmosphere, and all the services the spa had to offer. I was taken back to the relaxation room to fill out the massage intake form, and shortly after, tabatha, my massage therapist came to introduce herself and bring me to the massage room to start my service. All I can say is that Tabatha has magical hands, she worked thoroughly on my sore areas, and I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my service. I left feeling like a million dollars, she is extremely gifted at what she does, and is an asset to this facility. I am excited to return and try out more spa services. However, I am only giving 4 stars, because the young lady at the front desk (Dara, I believe was her name), although perfectly polite and informative, just didnt seem very warm or engaging. It seemed as though she was just going through the motions of her job, with out a lot of sincerity. This small little detail will not deter or keep me from returning though. All in all, it was a very positive and relaxing experience, and I will be returning in the future. It is just important that I am honest in this review, so that areas which might need improvement can be addressed. This is still a very well run spa, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I had just finished a 3 day video shoot and woke up the next day with horrible pain from my neck into my arm. I was in so much pain I couldnt even turn my head. I found this spa, and they were able to fit me right in. From the moment I got there I felt welcome. No matter what you wear or how you look you are treated with respect and care. I only had time for a 30 min massage but the massage therapist was able to work out the knots and enable me to turn my head. The quality of care here is amazing and they are up with the latest techniques. Since then I have tried the Endermologie which is amazing, and I definitely see excellent results. Most recently I tried the Hydro-facial. I had some serious damage done to my skin from a salon I went to in the past. No only did Maria help me with a game plan to heal my skin she actually left me with immediate positive results. This was the first time I left after a facial discomfort free! I look forward to trying other services, as I really dont see a need to go anywhere else. This spa, is clean, professional, thorough, and friendly. From the front desk to the talented and informed beauty brigade my experience was excellent from start to finish! Thanks SB Health and Beauty spa for making me feel comfortable, and welcome.

I had such a great experience when I went here for a girls day. The spa was so clean and serene and the staff was so attentive and professional. I had both a massage and facial and would recommend both services! The complimentary champagne was a great bonus as well!

Anita is awesome! I found her off of here actually and boy she is true to her name!(painless waxing that is). She was super nice and patient as I told her my previous bad experiences with other brazilian waxes. She made me feel extremely comfortable by talking to me the whole time and before I knew it she was done! I should also mention that she took me the same day I called and parking was not a problem either. I recommend her 100%!

I LOVE this spa! Im from New Jersey and every time time I visit Tampa, I book an appointment with Bianca. My go-to spa treat is a massage + European facial + mani or pedi. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service and treatment you receive here. The staff does a phenomenal job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed with providing you tea/beverages, cozy robe/slippers and are attentive to you while you wait in between services. The European facialis the best I have ever received (they get everything out - literally - and your face feels like a million bucks after!) Staff take the time with you, assess your skin and match products used based on your skin type. I really appreciate that throughout your treatment, you feel totally and utterly pampered - thats the essence of SB Health & Beauty Spa and why I continue to revisit after all these year.

I had a facial done by molly , and she was amazing!! My face has never been this smooth she was nothing but nice and truly cares about making sure she does her best for the client , I highly recommend getting services at this spa!

This occurred February 26th. This was my first real spa experience and I booked it for me and my husband. The appointment was booked incorrectly and instead of a couples experience they were trying to put us in separate rooms. I heard one of the staff curse very loudly when we arrived, unprofessional. Then when we were waiting to be taken back to our room after changing the front desk girl was showing another co-worker her spanks under her clothes with their employee break room door wide open so we got quite a show. There were long periods of waiting and it was very awkward. The staff didnt seem to be trained well on how to handle delicate situations the whole experience was a lot of weird waiting and awkwardness. The therapist would also leave the room randomly and not say anything. Then we got shorted in time for our massage and facial (they upgraded us because of the miscommunication) but we in fact still got shorted by a lot (90min) not a little mind you. Owner first accused us of being late but then decided we didnt need to pay anymore for our inconvenience...I agreed to pay half since we received half the time (90 total for both of us instead of 3hrs). And we did leave a nice tip for the therapists even though the whole experience was very uncomfortable. Im writing this mainly to let the owner know where improvements can be made. Its a nice looking spa in a convenient location but when people are paying a lot to be pampered its just disappointing when you get way less than what you expected. Ive know small massage parlors off Kennedy that have given me better service. Your staff and communication can really make or break you as a business.

I was in Tampa visiting and do not know the area. The hotel we stayed at recommended SP Health & Beauty Spa. I was a bit apprehensive because I was not familiar with this spa at all. I had a hydro facial with Maria and a 90 minute deep tissue with Tabatha. Both services where beyond spectacular!!! Dary at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to cone back to Tampa and I will define coming back to SP Health & Beauty Spa.

Im om vacation. Me and the wife decided to go to this establishment to get massages. This is my first time ever getting one. We walk in and everybody at the desk greeted us and were really friendy. Filled out paperwork and walked to the back to get changed into robes and slippers. Then we were taken to the couples room for the massages. Both ladies were awesome with the massages. Felt like a new man walking out . Awesome place and would recommend this place.

My friends and I did a spa party at this location today and it was amazing. It is a beautiful location, we received messages and facials which we all enjoyed. We had mimosas throughout the experience and enjoyed lunch in their beautiful garden afterwards. I am so sorry we thought we had another friend coming and really inconvenianced someones day who came in unnecessarily- we all felt awful about that. We really enjoyed ourselves and when time permits, we hope to do it again. Thank you.

I went to this Spa last year because of the great reviews. I had some bacne and scarring on my back that I hope to get rid of with their help. A blonde lady at the reception talked me into buying me a Very Expensive treatment plan (hundreds of dollars) and guaranteed that it would help make the hyperpigmentation and acne scars on my back disappear. If one treatment wouldn’t work, we would try another. After the last visit and a harsh micro-needling treatment, I was in so much pain for the first two nights, I had to take pain killers and couldn’t even sleep on the side. I called them and the young guy at the reception reacted rather arrogant than compassionate and client-oriented. I asked him if the owner, who seemed like the only professional and client-oriented individual there, could please give me a call back - but that never happened. The worst thing is that there’s No difference in the appearance of the scaring or skin, so I endured the pain for nothing. Also, my back looked horrible for weeks after the treatment, I uploaded a picture.

So I scheduled a time together spa package a month ago, paid in full $640. (Which is a massage, facial, body scrub and garden lunch a 4 1/2 hour day.)Went in today to celebrate my 40th birthday with my best friend, filled out paperwork received a massage and after it was done was told to wait in the hallway.No one knew what was going on, then 15mins later the front desk girl said ooooh Im sorry were double booked we need to reschedule you No, I had babysitter and my day lined up due to having this scheduled for a month and it being my 40th birthday.I had my doubts in this spa since the 1st time I called and asked for them to email me packages that they have and NEVER received anything. I still gave them a chance.So much for South Tampa Never again will I visit that area for a spa!!This will be posted everywhere to make all aware of them. They are AWFUL and rude!!!

Great place for you and your significant other. It has a private outdoor area for lunches and private parties. Rate are reasonable and they also take same day appointments too which is super convenient. All rooms are spacious, which is very hard to find here in South Tampa.

I have been going to SB Spa since I moved here from Chicago, approximately 7 years ago. From day one they have ALWAYS treated me like a member of the family. And even during those instances where I have been away from the spa for months at a time, I am treated like family upon my return! Very beautiful facilities. They have all kinds of treatments. I got hydrotherapy then a 90 minute deep tissue massage that was very thorough. Perfect massage after crossfit and very close to my gym. Ill be back next week.

I had my first facial (and glycolic peel) with sara this weekend and she did a wonderful job. Not only was the facial great but she happens to give a fantastic massage along with the facial that is much longer than most aestheticians commit to.

The service was top notch and they did an amazing job. They are a full spa with a variety of services. A step above many of the spas in the area. I was so excited to use this establishment and intended to proceed with individual Endermologie sessions over the period of several weeks for a cost in excess of $3,000 that I was assured would result in spectacular results. After a series of 4 sessions, I saw no results. I chose to discontinue services due to a change in financial circumstances stemming from the pandemic and was then advised that they would offer no reimbursement for any unused sessions. This has had a profound impact on our family, so please understand what you are signing up for.

I got my nails amd feet done there and it wasn’t the best. the property is beautiful but as for the experience, the woman who worked with me didn’t speak very much if any english, so it was hard for me to communicate with her. also, she was very rough with my toes to the point where it was extremely painful. i’ve never gotten my toes done before so i thought this was normal, but it has now been three weeks and my toes are puffy, sore, and one has even scabbed. not very impressed.

I cant believe I only just now discovered this hidden gem! I went in for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage due to a chronically swollen ankle. It really helped tremendously! The staff is very welcoming and I can hardly wait to go back for another service! So many to choose from!

Horrible is the most plesant term I can use for my experience. Not only was my technician complettly unprofessional during my service, she was very heavy handed, made two nails bleed, had zero personality and rushed thrpugh my appointment. Not only did I waste my time and get a poor quality service the day of, now weeks later I have an infected nail.I would say to anyone looking... look elsewhere!
