The results came back with issues and they put together a plan to correct and got it done. They offer a ton of services and know exactly what they are doing.I always feel like I’m hanging out with a cool sister every time I visit. Very professional and honest. This was my first experience receiving a facial service at this establishment. The spa is beautifully decorated. Staff are friendly and professional. All areas looked well organized and clean. My aesthetician Lisa did a wonderful job explaining each step of my service and also made product recommendations to help improve hydration in my skin. The neck massage during my spa treatment felt amazing and was much appreciated.Tip: When visiting Zi Medspa, make sure to take some time to relax on their back deck. This is a hidden treasure! The deck overlooks a cute little pond FULL of ducks and turtles. Such a serene spot which extends the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area (Canadian tourist here).

This medspa is just fantastic! I had a 90 minute massage by Angel and it was the most relaxing, yet invigorating, massage I have ever had. He is simply great!! I always thought medspas were all about women; not Zi Medspa! They have just as many services for the men as they do the women. And the medspa is extremely inviting, like entering a resort medspa, and the staff are personable, professional, and very, very helpful. And their coffee? Well, they grind their own special blend of coffee, and will make you a cup of the very best coffee youve ever had. I will be a repeat customer, and am already planning my next visit to see Angel!

I had a wonderful experience at Zi Medspa today! I went in to have some skin tags removed, and I was terrified about the possible pain. Lisa did a fantastic job, by calming my fears and using a magical numbing cream. It was not painful at all, and some spots I didn’t feel anything. After I was finished, there was a spot available for permanent eyebrows with Rilma. I decided to try and the results are amazing! It looks like real hair!! Zi Medspa is my number 1 recommended place for a massage in the Tampa Bay Area. The masseur Angel was very thorough during my appointment, as he asked me my areas of pain and at what pressure I would like the massage to be. Angel remained attentive to my lumbar pain throughout the appointment and it made the difference because I left with less pain then what I came in with. Zi Medspa is a very clean space and the service is nothing but the best!

Came here with my girlfriend while she was getting some services done. I was apprehensive for her since it was the first time she was getting this service done. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with such great hospitality. Everyone working made us feel at home and the atmosphere in this Medspa is so comfortable and zen. I got some work done in the deck outside(which is very beautiful b.t.w.) and then went to the Sound Den to relax. My girlfriend looks and feels amazing and enjoyed every minute we were here. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

I just had the most amazing Deep Tissue massage from Angel at Zi Medspa.I have had quit a few over the years, but none with such immediate results.I have had lower back pain for years, with a constant pinching feeling in my glutes.I just had to go to my chiropractor three weeks ago and get a shot for pain and was put on a steroid treatment. Unfortunately, though the pain minimized, it didn’t go away.Angel’s massage technique felt like a chiropractor mixed with a massage therapist. I literally had more lower back and shoulder pain relief in one 60 min session than I’ve had in over a year of twice a week chiropractic therapy.I CANNOT express how well his techniques are.He was extremely professional, made me feel safe, never once made me feel vulnerable while being massaged and was able to work tension and pinching out of my lower back and hips that I’ve been thinking we’re never going to go away.10 out of 10!!! I cannot wait to book with him again!

First of all, the spa is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming! Their nurse practitioner, Trish is AMAZING! She did multiple services for me: lip filler + Botox!She definitely has a passion for what she does and I appreciate her being methodical about her placement. Also, she gave my columns above my lips. I didn’t know these could be created. I absolutely LOVE them and didn’t realize what I was missing out on!On another note, I am being provided semaglutide injections weekly for weight loss. This is my 10th week and I have lost a total of 24lbs. Before coming to Zi, I was paying insane prices to obtain WeGovy injectables to do it myself. (Not only was the cost insane but, the prescription was always on back order). At Zi, the price is great. Plus, they monitor my blood work throughout the process which gives me peace of mind as well.With about 2.5 lbs gone a week, I can’t wait to see my results in 2 more months! Side note: this is with zero exercise.
