**Amber is amazing!**I finally hit jackpot with Amber. Like some of you, Ive had some questionable techs in the past. I was recommended to ask for Amber, and Im so glad I did. I wanted to have a fun summer design this time and she did an incredible job. Im so happy. I also received multiple compliments on my nails the last time she did them. Whenever I want a fun design, Amber is my go to tech! 🥰🥰🥰

Layla is really good at making my nails perfect I like how she dose them I been going to her for years and never had a problem she is nice and best at what she does from nail art or designs I recommend her

If I could give zero stars I would. I normally go to another salon but they were closed and I was in desperate need of a fill so I decided to stop by here yesterday. The picture I attached speaks for itself (by the way, on top of them being hideous..they were $60) needless to say, I went first thing in the morning to my normal salon to fix them because there was no way I was going to walk around with those nails for the next 2 weeks. Stay far away from this place…unless you’re interested in paying a bunch of money for a complete hack job.

I am so frustrated with the nail tech who did this set. This is gel and it started peeling after a WEEK! I don’t know if the gel was old or the application sucked but either way I had to walk around looking a mess! I go back to this nail salon and ask to speak with management and the manager named TOMMY or however you spell it was very rude and not understanding. He said that it was too late and blamed the peeling on me. He said the best he could do was 20% off on a new set which is nothing! These people do not care about client satisfaction, only about getting MONEY! The only amazing nail tech there is “Apple” I love her. Sadly I won’t see her again because I will not be returning due to their disrespectful management.

Let me tell you about Amber at Touch Nails - she is incredible! She is a perfectionist but quick and every detail from shape, color, design is perfect. I’ve been going to her for a year and have included photos. Look at her work it speaks for herself. I go every two weeks for my nails every 4 for a pedicure!

It all depends on who you get!I personally LOVED Jenny, and my mom had a good experience with Peter.Jenny took such detailed care on my nails and did my design until she was happy with it. She gave me a pedicure and was so gentle but also applied nice pressure when massaging. She was super sweet!I will say it does get a little expensive but i feel if the receipts were more detailed on why they are being charged so much people could be more understanding instead of being shocked by price at the end. So that kind of throws me off at times but I feel its worth it, if the experience is enjoyable.

Good gentle pedicure. Easy color and quick service. Went with my friend and it was a nice way to unwind. After my service the tech was a little pushy to get me to pay at the end so she could clock out but otherwise friendly service. I was moving to pay immediately after my service so there was no need to be pushy.

Probably the worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever received. Just picking matching polish and dip powder was chaotic and rushed. The extent of the pedicure was cutting my nails and filing them to different shapes and lengths. There was hardly any pressure during the massage, and the nail polish was not cleaned up after she put it on so I had to do that when I got home. I asked for a dip manicure, which I’ve had plenty of times. Again, consisted of cutting and filing to different lengths and shapes, she did not push back my cuticles or use the file on them. 3 coats of color, minimal buffing that resulted in rough and bumpy nails, and then a gel coat to make it shiny and she didn’t even put it on my entire nail only the top 3/4s. No cleanup, no using cuticle cutters to remove excess, nothing. That’s it. After a week of growth, my nails were so uneven and the back was peeling and chipping, I ended up taking the powder/gel combo off at home. For the price, I’m so disappointed and will not be going back.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in today to get a dip manicure on my natural nails. The results of the service is this:None of my nails are shaped the same way, and some parts of each nail are more bulky than other. And even with each individual, both sides are not filed evenly, leading to an uneven nail. On one nail, each side was filed so differently that it looked like my nail was going sideways on my finger. When I asked her to fix it, she kept filing the wrong side, and filed so much that it broke skin (see picture). I asked her to redo the nail completely, and STILL it was filed differently on each side. When it was done and I tried speaking to the owner and showing him the broken skin, he told me I was too picky, offered 20% off, then told me to find another salon. At no point did he even acknowledge that my skin was broken. Please DO NOT come here.

I love going to Touch Nail Spa. They are almost always able to fit me in quickly, even if I do not have an appointment. The pedicure stations are very nice and comfortable, and every nail tech I have had has been efficient and skilled. I always love how my nails look afterwards, and they usually last a while too! They have great deals for a mani pedi combo too!

Got a gel mani/pedi, the salon is gorgeous, everyone is super nice. Thought it was a bit overpriced, I did get a full set and it was $175 and that was basic pedi. The nails weren’t very even, color was great.

I cannot reccomend Tracy at Touch Nail Spa enough! I have been going to her for a couple months now and have not been dissapointed. Her attention to detail makes her a true Artist!The nail salon is very clean and they always give me a reminder call before appointments .

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. I have had 2 bad experiences here. I got my nails done manicure dip with shape 6 days ago they have all started breaking and peeling. The lady was so rude when I went in and rushed through the entire thing. I still tipped her $15 even with the horrible attitude she had. I am so done with this place. Don’t waste your money. Especially if you get one of the older employees. I had Mary and Rose. I do not recommend.

The team took such great care of my family, my in laws, my fiancé, and me for our nails ahead of our wedding! They customized my nail design exactly to my liking. And they retained their color and beauty through multiple wedding events (including my Haldi, which involves lots of turmeric)!

I saw Mai at the New Tampa location and she is AMAZING. She did the most beautiful French manicure for me with dip powder as well as a very gentle and soothing pedicure. She was extremely friendly, polite, and talented! Looking forward to going back to her. 10/10!!

My experience here wasn’t the best. My nail tech lady was really rude to me and criticizing me even though I was being polite to her. She even told me “ I NEVER DEALED WITH ANYONE WITH THIS DIFFICULT OF A NAIL POSITION AS YOU IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE CAREER !!” Like how am I supposed to control that?! Also it wasn’t just her rude attitude, but she was aggressively shaping my cuticle area and made it bleed. My friend also got her nails done here and she asked for a classic squared French tip but they ended up giving her DUCK NAILS!! Anyways from my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend coming here due to it being a bit overpriced and not giving me the service I payed for.

Ive been going here for quite a while. I see Kim. I have never been dissatisfied nor have I had to come back to have anything fixed. Its always very well done. The establishment is clean and sanitary. I love this place. Now these pictures are from 3 weeks ago. I have been at the beach, cooking, cleaning my house, digging in the dirt gardening and in the pool and they still look pretty great even though they are do for a redo. No chips, no breaks, they still look pretty great.

For the past few months Ive been getting my nails done by Lily, and I must say it has been an incredible experience! From start to finish, she showcased her expertise and talent, leaving me with stunning nails that I couldnt stop admiring. Thank you again Lily!!! And Btw this is dipp on natural nails.

Not only is Hai amazing with nails but he makes you laugh so hard. It’s like laughing with your best friend. I highly recommend him especially, if you want someone who is quick and precise with their work!

I have never gone to a spa to have a pedicure and a manicure. I usually do it myself. Today I decided to pamper myself with this delightful treat. I called and made an appointment today and they were willing to get me in at 1030. Upon arrival, I checked in, showed some pictures of what ideas I had in mind and was introduced to Eva who was knowledgeable of what I wanted, leading me to the massage pedicure chair were the pampering begin. I was being massage from my neck to my lower back while Eva was cleaning and massaging my feet. Classical music was playing with a sealing waterfall falling making water drop sounds... Oh mine, I was in heaven. After the pedicure exquisite experience I than transferred to the manicure table and the pampering continued. It was an unforgettable experience today and I will owe it to myself to come back and do it again every three months. See you soon.

I just finished renovating two properties simultaneously for this entire month so I was definitely looking forward to a much needed hour pedicure so I decided to give this place a try. As an investor you’re on your feet a lot managing renovation crews so I was looking for a little TLC for my feet. I chose the green tea pedicure because I was looking for some rejuvenation from being in sneakers all month from the job sites. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I expected. It was around 6pm and the salon closed at 7:30pm. As soon as I walked in I was immediately assigned to the nail tech Lily, that was a HUGE PLUS to me! She quickly offered me something to drink, another plus, and I requested water. Oddly enough she sat down and started working on my feet, filing my toenails after she gathered the ingredients for my spa pedicure from the back. So I asked Lily if I could have the water and she quickly got up, gloves on with my toenail shavings on them and brought me back a water, not sanitary at all but I decided not to drink it and enjoy my pedicure. With my feet being in sneakers most of the month my toenails grew pretty long, before I knew it, Lily cut/filed my nails down short without asking if I’d like them cut at all or even how short to cut them down. I was tinkering with the remote so I could get my massage settings right and when I looked up my length was GONE! I then quickly asked her to please make them square in hopes she can salvage this and sadly they were too short to shape at this point. I didn’t let that ruin my pedicure until later on when I noticed she was using the very short and narrow side of the puma sponge verses the wide horizontal side to buff the bottom of my feet. The reason I noticed is because I had a tickling sensation when I normally don’t because I’m use to getting pedicures regularly. I also asked for clear polish and that ended up with one coat…lol it’s kind of comical to me actually but I think it was definitely worthy of leaving a review on…Oh yeah, because I liked how the salon had massive options for pedicure services I planned on coming back but I always think it’s important to provide feedback to small business owners b/c they won’t know to fix anything if they aren’t informed. I attempted to do that when I went to checkout with the gentleman at the register. However when he asked if I’d like to leave a tip I said no and tried to share why with him, he quickly got on the defense and said “Oh that doesn’t sound like her and asked if I’d like to speak to her” I said no of course and then began to serve the other customers. I’m always a great tipper so internally it bothered me honestly that I didn’t for her. With his behavior, he kind of discarded me after I just spent $52 in his salon. I thought that was pretty rude lol for that, I definitely wouldn’t recommend and feel better about not tipping. Lily was very nice and technically she did all of the steps that came with my green tea pedicure she just didn’t do them well. But again, she was very nice 😊

Absolutely in love!!! Peter did such an incredible job with my nails & completely matched the inspo photo I showed him. He took so much time to make sure every detail was perfect, and Im obsessed with how they turned out. My nails have never looked this good!!!

I’m so disappointed about this place. Unfortunately, I’m not coming back. My last full set was not done well. I have bumps on my nails. They DO NOT communicate about how much their services are. I asked for a short almond shape and a simple black line on my nails. After my nails were done, I got to the register, and they charged me $87!!! No, thank you!

I’ve been getting acrylics here for several months now, consistently good work that lasts 3+ weeks and kind people every time.

The last time I came here the service was good but this time the tech did a very poor job on my pedicure. The polish looks good though right? No, now I have to redo cuticle work at home. I went so I did not have to do it. She didn’t scrub my feet with the brush. She tapped my toes lightly with and put it down. The massage was mediocre, I asked for more pressure and it was barely applied. I only got the regular pedicure this time instead of the premium I got last time. This does not excuse the work that Anna did. She barely put cuticle oil on as well. Not sure what kind of day she was having but mine is a bit soured now

The woman was so rude and check out the job she did. It was horrible, but I couldnt stick around for them to fix it. Will NOT be back again.

This was my second visit to Touch Nails. My first visit was with another tech and the customer service wasn’t great. The previous nail tech did not have basic customer service skills. I was debating whether or not I would visit again. I returned to the nail salon and Cindy was my nail tech. She was amazing, she listens to the needs of her customers and she’s great at shaping nails. Now I know I will return.

Thanks to my friend I discovered this nail place and I also got to meet NIKKI she was amazing from the beginning my hands and toes were left impeccable , her dedication made me feel wonderful. No sense of rushing me out for the next client. I love it here !

Van has been doing my nails for many years. She is very professional, friendly and does excellent work. She does fill ins, Gel and acrylic, etc. You should use her for all your nail needs.

I never write reviews but I had to this time. Mia is the best! I was sat down pretty quickly and I showed her the picture and she got it almost exactly like it! I’m so in love with these nails!! Definitely going back!!!!Advice: try going earlier in the morning to avoid longer wait times like I did today. It’s so worth it though!!!

Came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure, with no appointment. I was given Ruby as a nail tech. She was probably the worst nail tech I’ve ever experienced. I showed her pictures and explained what I wanted numerous times. She kept giggling and saying “no.” Finally, I went to explain to the guy at the desk. He gave her instructions and she still seemed VERY confused. At this point their salon has closed and the guy said I could come in tomorrow for someone else to fix, which doesn’t work for my schedule. So I’m leaving unsatisfied and still paying full price. My recommendation, don’t let Ruby touch your nails.

I’ve been here twice. the first time was fine, i had a regular manicure and people were kind. the second time however, my dip nails came out very thick, uneven, and messy. it’s easier to see the depth and texture in person. i asked for almond shape and got clumpy circles. he also cut my finger pretty badly while filing, made me bleed, and didn’t do anything about it. the people were nice both times, but i’m pretty upset about overpaying for a bad dip manicure that i’m now stuck with for a bit:/

Ok, I hate that I have to write this review because I have been going to this spa for over a year and never had any issues. I wanna start by saying most of my visits were really pleasant and relaxing. The nail tech I usually book with is Eva and she’s amazing. If Eva was not available and I had to walk in, the other nail artist would do just as good as she does. Buttttttt, my last visit. It started off really good, I was super satisfied with my nails and pedicure. At the end, I asked for a eyebrow wax…. The young lady who did my wax was really nice but maybe she was new at this or something?… well anyways, when she waxed my eyebrows the left the wax on for too long on one of my eyebrows and it burnt me! I did not notice until I got home that I actually was burnt because I thought maybe it was just redness or irritation from the wax. Also I have NEVER been burnt before during a wax so I didn’t know. After putting 2 and 2 together, I realized the lady who was waxing my eyebrows was just taking her time while placing the wax strips now instead of putting it down and pulling it off quickly so I don’t get burnt, afterwards she put something on my skin maybe alcohol because she saw that she burnt me. Now my issue with is that she didn’t say anything, she said I might feel discomfort cause she was plucking out thick hairs but that was not the reason for my discomfort. The lady did not apologize, offer a discount or refund or even tell me she burnt me. Just let me go on my way. I called the next day because I was in pain, and the receptionist took my number and said they would call me back. I never got a call back, so I decided to call them back again the next morning. After calling back all he had to offer me was my money back on the wax. It’s not necessarily about the money or any discount it’s just the fact that I spend so much money there, I’m a loyal customer to them and I tip well and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they burnt my brow, and at least offer an apology. I will never go to this nail salon again because they are not professional about handling customer concerns, they honestly seem like the don’t give f. This was the first nail salon. Thought was pretty good so it’s sad that this happened after a year of going there. Here is a pic of my eyebrow now, it pretty much scabbed up and is peeling.

Why do I keep giving them a chance? My “gel” nails lasted a whole 7 days! $100 poorly spent but I knew better. Expensive but they use cheap products!

Wife hated the experience and I had to hear about it afterwards. Fellas if you’re paying for your wife’s nails I recommend you go elsewhere or else your whole night is ruined.

Enjoyed great pedicure with my friend, Apple and Rose did excellent job! Very relaxed and quiet environment, clean shop, and pet friendly! Will be back!

This was my second time and I probably won’t be coming back. Came for a pretty simple design. Had to have two fingers fixed by a different tech. Overall hated how the nails came out and went home and filed the polish off and repainted my nails. If you do go to this salon, make sure it’s with a tech that knows what they are doing.

2 stars ONLY Because they do a really great pedicure. I will ONLY come here for pedicures.I’ve tried a few times to have my nails done here and they always turned out bad. The last time I left before they were painted because I was so upset with the shape of them. I got home and filed away to give them a better shape. Once you have your nails done by real nail artists, it’s hard to use commercial places like this as they are just looking for a quick turn around to get to the next customer. I do wish it would’ve worked out so I didn’t have to go to different places but no so.I will say that they are probably good with basic manicures but not acrylic.

Atmosphere is lovely but, quality of nails wasn’t the very best. My first set didn’t really match my natural nail shape and three nails popped off before I could get my fill. So, they charged me for another full set. My second set was better! But, there were imperfections that were hard to miss. In my opinion, the subpar quality isn’t worth the cost.

Cindy does the most wonderful “French Dip”. I love the way she curves the edges. She is an excellent tech! I love both locations and I always leave very satisfied!

Usually I have a great experience here, but not today. Giving 3 stars because of my experience with Apple. She was very rude and almost refused to file my nails. She expressed her annoyance of me and complained about the price of filing my nails to me the entire 5 minute experience. Thankfully the manager was nice and checked up on me. All the other employees have been very nice every other time I’ve been. I do wish they would answer more of their 1 star reviews on Google as well, or thank the 5 star reviews- makes it seem like they don’t read them. Overall clean and friendly place but definitely more expensive than average nail spa.

Best Nail Spa in Tampa! The aesthetics are beautiful and cozy. The staff are friendly, personable and service is consistent. I look forward to my appointments. Easily one of my favorite escapes.

A nice clean place. Only received services from 3 technicians. However, no longer recommending their services due to poor customer service. I was getting a pedicure. At the end, I touched my feet on the back and around nails because I noticed the technician was effortlessly filing my feet to soften it as it is normally done. I complained and the lady next to me -which I’m sure it was the owner or probably the supervisor- asked what happened but didn’t even touched my feet to understand why I was unhappy with the technician’s job…her response was “you also need to take care of yourself at home”. I was baffled. My feet wasn’t that bad for her to make that comment and I’ll just stay home if I wanted to do it myself. Is incredible that a nail technician said such a thing in a nail salon. I hope their owners read this and take this as a learning lesson for future situations. At some point I thought it was probably the language barrier and she probably didn’t express herself correctly. However, it is not an excuse for bad customer service and nonsense.

This is my place to go for dip (ask for Eva) and the pedicure chairs are so comfy! Its super clean and spacious, and everyone is really nice.

Consumers please take precaution when visiting this nail salon! Be sure that you get them to provide you with the price of services in writing before you receive services. Im a so disappointed I visited this salon for a service , receptionist and owner gave me one price but after sitting with the nail tech given a different price after receiving service.After confronting owner she says yes, it was more in which she never told me that before I sat to receive service.Buyers Beware! My last visit here! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I’m never going again. I say this all the time, but I’ve never felt small and embarrassed. I only went because everyone was booked, but I regret it. I don’t have time to list all the other incidents. But this visit started OK, and I was delighted. It began when the nail tech was finishing my fill. At least four nail techs and the owner crowded around me, arguing with each other. I paused my show on my phone to ask what was going on, and the nail tech said it was nothing I did. Other customers are watching now. They leave, and the manager comes back, leaning over me, talking on the phone. I ask again what is going on, and she says the price of the fill just changed. He is on the phone with the owners. I never even asked about the cost, and I did not care because they always make up reasons to change the price. I just really needed my nails done. I told her to finish, and I was never coming back. All this commotion, and I never even asked the price. The manager then follows me to the front and watches as I check out to see what I paid. I left feeling like I had stolen something. I felt so embarrassed about how I was treated. I’ll never go to the place again no matter how bad I need my nails done.

The place was beautiful, calming, and clean. Cindy was incredible. She took her time with me and made me feel so valued as a person and client. I have sensitive feet and have always had a problem with pedicure, but she was so gentle and considerate that it made the process actually enjoyable. She did my nails exactly as I asked and they look beautiful. I have been looking for the right nail place for quite sometime and cannot tell you how relieved I am to have found not only the perfect place but the right person to make the nail pampering process easier and comfortable.

I previously used this place for a pedicure and it was great. Today, I returned expecting to spend over 100 dollars for a mani/Pedi combo and my son called as I walked in the door. He was having a problem so I stepped to the side to finish my call so I didnt waste anyones time. The girl at the desk interrupted me to ask if I was there for a certain tech, I shook my head. She then asked if I had an appointment, I shook my head. I picked up a menu to look at the prices while staying on the phone. I felt I indicated that I wanted service but needed to finish my call. So she calls someone over to have conversation about me and then they proceed to ask me while Im still on the phone if I want to have services and I said yes! I am! Then I said in fact, no, I am not. And I left. Nothing like being treated like you are a homeless person sucking up the ac. I will never go back for this reason.

Justin did an excellent job. I was very impress. I have been getting my nails done for a long time. And so far, he is the best. Their color selection is amazing. The staff is very nice.

I am new to Tampa, just moved here 2 months ago. After unpacking boxes and wardrobes for 2 months, my nails were shot. I called to make an appointment from the ad in the Neighborhood News, and asked for Cindy from the comments on your site. After months of packing and unpacking, I definitely needed some pampering. Cindy was awesome!! She was very attentive during the pedicure and massage which was really relaxing. I told her I wanted something festive for the holidays, and she picked the perfect color polish. I had a Dip Power nail treatment which she recommended and it was beautiful because of her knowledge and talent. You can tell from her work that she loves what she does and takes great pride in the end result. I am so pleased with my experience with Cindy, and love her professionalism, and Im so impressed that I never felt she was rushing, but giving me the best service. I will definitely be returning to Touch Nail Spa and to Cindy and her pleasing personality and her talent and ability to do beautiful work for her client.

Such a nice place! I go to Mai and she is amazing!! She’s so sweet we have became friends over the time of me getting my nails done by her! I’m very picky because I get very sharp stiletto nails and she does them perfect every single time. She is so talented and does a beautiful job on my nails ever single time! She is also very comforting and caring about your experience there and passionate about her work! The nail salon is beautiful and huge! Also very clean and modern. Mai is AMAZING! This was my first time back in a salon in well over a year- I truly felt so comfortable! Mai did the best work on my nails that I’ve ever had. She’s friendly, polite and knows her stuff. I’ve already booked my fill in to make sure she’s my tech!! The salon itself is also gorgeous and very peaceful.

One of the best salons I’ve gone to in Tampa. It was hard at first finding a nail salon that provides perfection when it comes to your nails. If you want perfection this is your spot they always take care of me with complimentary drinks and hospitality while they do my nails.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Mai is truly phenomenal. The shape and application of my full set is impeccable. The design she came up with for two of my nails fits me perfectly. I got a Green Tea Pedicure and a full set with two nail designs and Mai still managed to have me in and out in less than 2 hours. I will definitely be back soon.

I recently visited Touch Nail Spa for the first time and made an appointment with Mai, after reading reviews on here. The staff were all extremely friendly, asking multiple times if I wanted anything to drink and even offering me wine! Mai did my pedicure and manicure and she did everything I asked for and more! My nails came out amazing as she took her time to properly shape, buff and paint the design I asked her too! Will definitely be back for Mai!

Ive been to nail spas all over the country for 20 years, and this is my absolute new favorite. Its very clean, and they adhere to the current health protection standards! I would say they even go above and beyond to keep their customers safe! Even though lots of people were there, everyone was spaced out and not crowded! The nail stations even have dividers and their prices are also definitely reasonable for the excellent services they provide!The staff was so kind and professional as well! My nails and toes looked great when I was done, and the pedicure was so relaxing!

Been getting my nails done for 30+ years. Owner argued with me re powder type on my nails & walked away. I was given a gift card so I just got my nails and pedi done. The estheticians did a poor job on my nails because within 1 week 4 nails chipped which never happens. Place looks chic but It’s too chaotic with little personality. There are better salons in the area.

My mom and I went and we had the most relaxing time! We enjoyed the healing touch pedicure followed by an amazing gel manicure. My new go-to salon! So close to my house and I love the atmosphere & service. Mai is AMAZING!! She takes her time on your nails and really focuses to detail and what you’re looking for. So kind and friendly as well! Got a pedicure, acrylic manicure w/ gel & my eyebrows done. Couldn’t be happier with how they all came out!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I come back again & again. Helen is wonderful & can handle anything you throw at her, and I’ve definitely asked for some difficult nail designs! They offer you a drink almost immediately & the atmosphere couldn’t be more relaxing due to the soft music & kind staff. There’s no other place for me this good, seriously.

Like many, over the pandemic I started to DIY my nails. I got pretty good at it. But never mastered design on both hands. Anywho, I recently started getting my nails done again as things are getting better (pandemic-wise).I love getting my nails done by Amber. She is meticulous, but quick. Amber always provides exceptional service and a beautiful design. She is a true artist. I look forward to future services at this facility. I have been coming here since the beginning and never had any issues. On 11/8/22 I had a manicure with dip. I wanted to double check the color while I waiting for the acetone remover to work . My tech whose name I did not get (no nametag) told me to take my phone and take a picture of the color. She did not give me gloves. The acetone dripped out of the aluminum foil and ruined the back of my phone case- I am glad it did not ruin my iphone!. I told her about it and she wanted to use alcohol to clean it off -no way- the plastic is damaged. The manicure was not done well like usual- She used cool water to soak and a crumbled paper towel instead of a towel or cotton ball to clean the nails, used the lotion from an ALREADY OPENED sample pack to do the hand massage!! (instead of the cute dish with the pink lotion) I told her not to do my other hand as it seemed dirty to use left over lotion! You need to tell the techs about using gloves with the acetone around the phones. I did look for the manager but she was not there - this was tuesday 11/8 around 3-4 pm I paid with credit card. Did send a message through the website but never heard back .

Mia is super sweet and everyone does an amazing job here. Super big on cleanliness and the atmosphere is really nice and they always offer you a complimentary beverage. They should definitely think about training the young female receptionist with curlyish brunette hair on just general customer service and people skills. She is the only off-putting part about the place.

The service has gone down hill last couple months. I have switched salons because the last three times my dip and gel manicure didn’t last more than 8 days. Also, the staff always seems rushed and they skip steps in the processes that I had to point out. When I pointed out it twice the technician then just started speaking Vietnamese to the other tech and wouldn’t talk to me; which is rude.

I’ve been here several times before-great service but overpriced. As a walk in today here is what I experienced. The man doing my pedi (never gave me his name) was awful. First, he forgot my color so I had pick another. Dug the pick under my toe, filed way too close several times filing my skin, not the nail. Way to rough and distracted. Rushed through everything and kept staring at people. Water way too cold then way too hot. The whole time I was tense and uncomfortable. When I told the woman up front-all I got was I’m sorry. No discount, nothing. I wasn’t looking for handouts, but this may stop me from coming back. I’ll drive farther away to know I’ll get better service.

The Strawberry pedicure was amazing. I came with my 7 year old daughter for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. My daughter even loved it. Great customer service. Complimentary beverages. Very clean and comfortable.

So I took my daughter to remove her gel nails because its been two weeks and because they were understaffed they had one employee doing two things and that same employee since they were in a rush rip off a peace of my daughter real nails off, instead of doing it the correct way soaking the nail for 5mins in acetone. So my daughter left in pain and crying and on top of that had to the decency to charge me 10 bucks when it should have been free. At this I will never bring back my daughter back there. Might think about suing the place!

Taylor is awesome but your receptionist is terrible! Very difficult to get appointments through her - that are available through the nail tech. She tells me there are no appointments even though when I talk to Taylor personally she is able to schedule them. Ask if there are any appointments today and she gives me one for tomorrow. It’s a yes or no question- If I wanted one tomorrow I would have asked for tomorrow. 🙄 love their techs but it’s a pain to schedule anything!

I love this place, I have come a couple of times now and every time I come I make my appointment with Cindy. She does such an amazing job with my nails and she is really good company. This spa is very nice and relaxing as well I would 110% recommend coming here and getting Cindy. 😊

Sadly I have to give Touch Nail Spa a bad review. This was my first time to visit Touch Nail Spa and in all fairness, I do have short nails, which presents challenges for manicurists. That said, I have had many manicures prior to this, and somehow the manicurists have always succeeded in doing a good job. However, the gel manicure that I received at Touch Nail Spa was so poor that I actually asked the manager to have it completely removed. The manicurist literally kept applying the brush so many times that he caked the nail polish on my nails, which gave the appearance of 3D nails. My nails were actually built upwards so much that they had a profile from the side view. The job was so cartoonish and amateurish that I sat for another hour to have the whole thing removed. Finally I can see my natural nail again, what a privilege.

Creative Touch Nails & Spa provided the absolute worst experience we have ever had at ANY nail salon. We went there with a Groupon that was paid for previously, for pedicures, and the owner refused to accept it; we proved to her that our Groupon was completely legitimate and she still refused it from us as we paid less for it than what her regular prices are. Needless to say, we then refused to pay full price for their pedicure service and went to a trusted salon in Wesley Chapel that we’ve been to previously. I don’t recommend Creative Touch Nails and Spa to ANYONE!!!! DON’T GO THERE!!!!

Had a hot stone pedicure and it was amazing. My partner got a manicure and it turned out lovely, 2 weeks out and no chipping. They have a large space and theyve accomodated us as walk-ins multiple times with no issue.

I had a scheduled appointment for a combo mani and pedi and arrived early to the appointment. Waited for nearly 2 hours and was not seated. The attendant said she could seat me for a mani but a pedi would be an over 2 hour wait! Unacceptable! Will not be using their services again. Meanwhile, 4 customers who did not have appointments (I asked each one if they had an appointment and they all said no) were seated within 10 minutes of their arrival.Read into it what you will. They don’t value my time or money.Do not recommend!

I love the new location for Touch Nail Spa in hunters green. I have seen Mai twice now and she is absolutely amazing - so skilled and talented. I asked for ombré French and she did exactly what I wanted. Will be returning.

I only gave it a chance 3 times because each time I went, I gave someone else a shot… hoping I would find the right fitThey advertise ombré nails on their flat screen tv but your nails look like there just wasn’t enough polish to finish the rest. I even asked if they could do ombré and “Helen” said, yes.She couldn’t remove my previous dip because she claimed that whoever did it, added the powder before adding a natural nail setter. When she asked me where I went I told her HERE lol… when she asked who did them, I pointed at the guy right next to her, “Hai”. She kept burning my actual nails and seemed rushed.She made my nails really short in a sort of coffin shape.I even suggested adding tips if that would help with the design of the nail…but believe me, I’ve been growing out my nails for some time, so they were definitely long enough…..I then had to clean the excess off myself and she only helped when she saw me standing at the wash stand for some time.The lady up front is clueless. She didn’t seem to comprehend anything I was telling her and didn’t get the fact that I was there for 2 hours.. I still had to pay the full price ($55) for something nowhere near what I asked for.

I just wanted a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I was expecting to pay about $55... but the total was $103! The waxing bed was disgusting . I had to ask for it to be covered. And, the tech did not do as I asked. I will never go there again.

Tried both locations the newer one has unprofessional manager arguing with customers! Nails were so so. Tried other one and nails were bumpy spotty and just ugly! The tech made up reasons as to why this happened! Ridiculous how are they in business!

This my first time at this location. I enjoyed the experience. Just like their salon on SR56 it is very inviting and relaxing. Always clean and the techs are very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Not sogreat. I think it is a bit over priced. I got an acrylic full set with some nail art. I was not pleased with the finish near my cuticles.

I asked for Ombre nails, I got ombre nails. I have been so impressed with this location.

I got a manicure and pedicure with Dee and it was amazing! We chatted the whole time and made it seem comfortable and like we have been friends for ever. I will be returning!

They took so long just to see me, even though I had a appointment. I spent 4 hours here in total just to get a pedicure and a full set. The acrylic is very large and is lumpy. Im very disappointed. I have to go somewhere to get my nails fixed.

I asked the lady to leave my eyebrows as thick as possible and left with half my eyebrows waxed off. I actually cried when i got home. Never going back for waxing, but i do enjoy the mani/pedis.

My finger nail area started hurting after I got a manicure almost a week ago. I tried to squeeze it and had stuff coming out of it I believe my nail has been infected. I’ve never experienced this before.

Horrible service! Tried on three different occasions and had to wait very long to get in. So I made an appointment, and I was still made to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time, and then when I finally sat down, the manicurist informed me that it was going to be another 15 minutes to start! There is no excuse for such unprofessional service. I do not recommend this place.

Spacious new salon with great staff. Lots of variety in colors as well as types of treatments. Cant wait to splurge and get a volcano pedicure.

They took 35 dollors for the full face waxing, but they did not do forehead and chin and they claim chin is not part of the face and it will come under neck waxing and it would be 10 to 15 dollors extra.

Had a 2 pm appointment didn’t get attended till 2:20! Ambiance is like a fast food place with no personalized service whatsoever!! Definitely not returning!!
