My girlfriend ordered tea from here and asked me to pick it up for her. Place was super difficult to find. When I mentioned that to the owner, they were extremely rude. This, after completely ignoring me on walking in. On top of that, the tea didn’t taste good. I can’t imagine ever going here again.

Ive been coming back to this place anytime Im in Tampa. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. Also having the best tasting kratom is one more reason to visit PURELY VAPOR. HIGHLY recommend.

They have the best kratom around. And they are soo super friendly. Maui (adorable pup) is so sweet I love seeing her when I come in to grab a tea this is definitely my favorite kratom spot in Tampa. Super clean no grit

Great customer service! At a lot of the other vape shops in the area, workers look at me like I’m speaking a different language if I ask for coils or anything that isn’t a disposable. The guy here picked out the perfect new tank for me and was very knowledgeable & friendly- will be coming back!

Really love this place but always something happens. On Saturday November 12 I went to get my liquid and got some coils but I just remembered that 3 letters and when I got home was the wrong one and today Monday I went back to replace it for the right one and the guy servicing me was a little tufts and said that the next time will not exchange anything out of the door. I always spend $60 or $80 per visit and this was unacceptable for me. There is a bunch of stores in the area so be careful how you treat customer. Check out the history and you will find who I am. I left five stars months ago without an actually review and decided it was time to change that. If I could I would give this place 10 stars.I can’t stress enough how good the customer service is here. Everyone that works here is EXTREMELY friendly and laid back. They have a decent selection of juices and the Kratom tea they make is the best in town. They have a good rewards program, too. Can’t recommend them enough!

This is one of, if not, THE BEST vape shop in Tampa. The staff and products are top notch. Easy to talk to and understand. Friendly faces that make the extra effort to provide incredible service and go as far to remember their regulars! An establishment like this are far and few between.

Great shop. Ive been coming here (very infrequently) since they opened. The owner is awesome, employees are great. I mostly DIY my juice and order hardware online, but I make it a point to drop in every once in a while to support a great local business.

First off I am just starting off with the whole vaping deal. So I went here today and the man working (Andrew) was very informative of the products that they sold. He explained and answered all my questions and even let me try some of the juices/liquids. The store was exceptionally clean and nice. The products seemed to be worth the money. The only thing that I disliked was I found the same product at the same price but getting a wall charger and case with the vaporizer. Other than that If they would had offered all that I would have bought from them and not the other place. I think that the customer service that I received was great on all levels and I will be coming back to get some other juices and products that I seen that I liked. The service was great, right when I walked in the person behind the counter came to help me. When I was deciding what flavor to get, he let me try as many as I wanted on a test battery. Once I made a decision he mixed it together exactly how I wanted it and it was the best quality oil Ive had before at a better price than the old oil I was getting. Quality product and friendly service 10/10 would go to this store again.

I had recently purchased a starter kit and visited a few stores to get familiar with the different products available. I found Purely Vapor to be awesome and will be a return customer for sure. Stopped in for the first time to find a new juice gotta say these guys were friendly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Very relaxed atmosphere, feels like ur kicking it at home lol. Update 2019-12-01 - No change, but for the better. Awesome storefront location on Kennedy, staff, juice selections, equipment and knowledge. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute when I’m in a hurry. I’ve used them since they opened, and now drive from Mid-north Tampa as needed.~2016 - At first you feel the difference in the store, but very quickly, and reinforced with easy each visit, you find its the people, like Ryan. Its common to see two staff clear a room of client needs in minutes, juggling the stock and custom requests of numerous turn-and-burn customers while newbies and modders questions and tasks continued with ease.

Great store, great prices. Staff was helpful and amazing usually Im looking for at least 30 mins fors juice but got hooked up in less than that and stayed taking. Unfortunately dont carry aero atomizer coils. But worth coming here for sure!

Friendly staff, clean and nice inside. Tea menu is very simple and straight forward. If you are looking for big variety, this isnt the tea bar for you. I enjoy it for a quick grab and go tea, but they do have a nice bar where you can sit, with a lot of vaping options.

Purely Vapor is an excellent shop! I first came in 2/7/2015 for a new set-up, as I wasnt entirely satisfied with my Spinner II. Instead of selling me on a higher-priced unit, the staff helped me pick out a far superior eGo ONE (for my wants/needs) for practically half the price as well as turned me on to several new liquids I hadnt experienced. Better yet, when I had a problem with my device after a week or so, they helped me exchange my unit at no cost to me. The shop is excellent, the staff is informed and professional, and even though the distance is about three times farther than the closest vape shop, they have my business going forward...period. My only complaint (and I use that word quite lightly) is that the shop can get pretty busy so be sure you have some time when you go in as there may be several people sampling, perusing, and buying.

I went with a friend to check out some new ejuice flavors and WOW! Purely Vapor has the best selection and staff, Cory the manager is super nice and knowledgeable. Ive since been back 2 more times just this week. I would recommend this place to anyone just getting into gaping or experienced hobbyists. Two thumbs way up!

Extremely helpful staff. Always willing to answer any questions and technical matters. In addition to great service, they have an area to play video games, as well as a chess board. They are also the only shop that I know of with a rewards program , a card that once stamped 10 times (once for every 10ml you buy) you get a free 10 ml on the house. Favorite vape shop in area. They Fixed my broken tank for free first time I went there and ever since Ive been a customer. Very clean shop. They have juices/flavors that you cant find anywhere else!I bought a mod from there and its great. But when it went bad after some months they helped me send it back to manufacturers and they didnt allow me to relapse by giving me a loaner!Thanks purely vapor

Ive been smoking store brand cigs, started rolling my own and decided to stop in and check out this shop. What a great store, tons of choices, Kim was awesome in getting me setup with a starter kit and spent about 20 minutes letting me sample different juices until I found a few that I liked. Will be back and recommend it to you if your into Vapor too!

Two coworkers recommend this shop and I wasnt disappointed! Theyre really nice and Im glad I got my starter kit here. Ive been told that theyre more than willing to replace your parts if you have any issues with them but so far I havent had any problems!

My boyfriend is trying to quite smoking cigarettes but we had little knowledge about vapes. Upon entering the staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. They let my boyfriend sample any flavor he wanted and even gave us a free gift just because. They were very friendly and we will be returning!

Simply went in to get replacement glass for my tank. Got home went to skip the glass on and it was cracked... Called back to see if they could help and they refused. Went there to find a new flavor. He let me sample about 20 different juices. He was very helpful and friendly. And the price was great for a 60ml bottle. I will definitely return.

Amazing customer service! Started coming here in February 2015 after moving from out of state. Tried a few other vapor stores around but nothing compared to this place. They have a lot of flavors to offer and even make their own flavors right on the spot. Will continue coming here as long as we continue to live in the area! I wasnt sure why my starter wasnt working but I brought it here hoping I could get it working again....Tommy was great. it took him 2 min and I was back to a working vap. I stopped by Purely vapor and I was surprised to see how the store was setup. It looked like a mini bar but with vapor bottles.I tried a few flavors and decided on extreme Ice. I stopped smoking and this has helped me to stay away from cigarettes. I recommend this location and these products for others that are looking for a substitute from cigarettes.

It has been over a month since I have smoked a cigarette. I also wanted to mention that my Ecig had broke, and another member of their staff gave me a bran new Ecig free of charge. The Spinner II was the best vaporizer I have ever used. I highly recommend the delicious flavors at Purely Vapor, especially the solar flare (if you like pink lemonade). Overall, it was a great experience.

Purely Vapor is truly kicking Ash! Theres a vapor shop on North Florida Ave, in my neighborhood that has horrible service, and no care about local patrons theyre really run like a shady trap house. So, I drive all the way from Fletcher/USF area to come here (Purely Vapor) and talk to the knowledgeable staff who sold me a Vapor kit /W a Tank and usb charger for only $38 bucks! The same kit that costs $76 at Vapor Rising on North Florida, those crooks! Do yourself( And the people) a favor and come to Purely Vapor, and get properly served, thats WORD.

Once as a customer and now as an employee, I love it here at Purely Vapor. I transitioned off of the BLU brand E-cigs a year ago now, and WOW what a difference. Even the most affordable starter kit offered blows the ordinary cigarette style e-cig out of the water. Tons of flavors here for everyone; sweets, tobaccos, fruits etc. Even many options for hobbyists like RBAs and RDAs. Come on in guys.

Super clean went to just get batteries for my vapor and the lady that was in there was very nice she also help me with my batteries wasn’t rushing me out because it was 20 min to closing the service was great I live a hour away but will definitely be back just because of the great services.
