Smokey Jones Smoke & Vape Shop

Purchased small glass piece yesterday for $30 plus tax. Asked the person who sold it to me if they were durable which he ensured me they were - this becomes relevant as believe it or not - the bowl shattered into pieces before I made it home, sitting loosely in bubble wrap, inside its bag, on my passenger seat. I came back today, showed the brand new/unused yet shattered piece and asked for a replacement - I was told no refunds or replacements are ever given and this apparently also applies to vape pens that dont work. I have purchased from here before but if that is how you treat customers when something breaks I no longer will - I thought others should be aware; what a bummer business. There are plenty of others to support.Edited to respond as reply isnt available:I had no issue with the customer service, the person who helped me was great. The bubble wrap was loose and open in the bag when I opened it actually, but regardless, the issue IS quality as in my case, what I bought broke which youve ignored and now tried to focus that on your employees service which I never complained about.Confirmed: bummer business.Also, just for fun - I got 2 larger replacements elsewhere (Odessa) for $23 total and he slammed both into the counter before I bought them after hearing my story and said come on back if these break LOL Thats what Im talking about man.

I went up there a few months ago and was looking for a piece and couldnt decide and then Luke gave me a hand and helped me find what was right for me. Ive been back a handful of times and always get great service as well as prices. Definitely a cool place to check out.

Awesome shop, Lucas is a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. I visited for some vapes and Lucas had information on almost every thing I asked about, he was also was very positive and showed me around the store to where I found some glass I really liked. Overall the shop is great and has lower prices compared to other shops in the area and the employees make it worth revisiting, ask for Lucas when you visit.

Don’t waste your money or time i brought a vape disposable last weekend, that was recommended by an employee of Smoky Jones , tge pen started to smell a little smoky almost like when your at the end of smoking your vape but my pen is nowhere near empty I take it back the customer service rep. tried himself to pull out of the vape nothing was pulling. So I then get offered 25 percent off of the 44 dollars plus tax that I originally payed for the vape if you do the math it’s like 70 plus tax for a vape that was defective from the start? You guys need to do better Smoky Jones Thanks for nothing, never again

This is a great place to stop in for all your smoking / vaping/ swag needing self and frends (aint no I in friends). Every time i visit tampa i make sure that this is a must to come to. You could go to any other brick n mortar hole in the wall spot, for the same products of lesser quality , but Smokey Jones will always haave the best of the best, the creme de la creme, the price is right, so is the helpful staff that is more then accommodating and knowledgeable of any questions or items youre looking for. Even if you dont put one in the air stop inn too!! I guarantee there is something here for you! Blanket, shirts, sox, dominoes, pillows, faygo...etc just bring yo self!! This is the best smoke shop and hemp flower dispensary in Tampa and probably one of the best in Florida. They have a huge selection that always is expanding, everyone is friendly and helpful, (Kevin is dope), prices are fair and everything is legit genuine brands, no knock offs. This is the main building. The others have less & limited stock on the regular basis - this location has reliable stock. However the cashiers are young and in most cases high & uneducated on product & customer service. The turnover rate is high - workers dont last - therefore if you come across a good, helpful, attentive, supportive, knowledgeable with great customer service individual- it will be short lived because the cashiers dont last. You need to be knowledgeable on your needs & wants regarding the product you seek walking in the door! However the owner Mr Jones is a very nice person & when he is around you get great service. Never ever ever ever Walk into this or these shops if you know that theres a possibility during your shopping event you will need to use the rest room because they pick what customers will be allowed to use the rest & what customer will not be able to use the rest room 🤔 👀👁️ .However this location is fully stocked.Heads up the manager stood by and watched her worker(with poor visible hygiene and a bad attitude) go back & forth with a customer. This was a terrible experience ,,,& very poor customer service- will not return!!

I go in with my friend to purchase a smoking device and the staff was very helpful because they were figuring it out with us but nonetheless uneducated on any of it. Once we spent 45 minutes “picking the right one” we get to the register and we ask before purchasing. “If the device does not work can we return it?” They said yes. We proceeded with the transaction stepped outside to try it. It didn’t work. Went back inside, they tried to figure out (three employees). Still doesn’t work. We then try to return it and they said we would have to come back when a manager is present. Then to make things less complicated we said we would like to just trade it out for a more expensive one they still declined. My friend then goes back the next day on his lunch hour (the time they said the manger will be there) to speak to the manager and they were not there. I’ve shopped here for close to a year but I don’t recommend this spot due to unethical customer service.

Staff is always friendly. Rigs and juices high quality. If they have factory defects, and you have your receipt, there is no issue in getting something replaced.

Went in on Oct 2nd and Aisha and I forgot the other ladys name but they are both dedicated to this store and their mission to please. I was only coming in to get a Grinder but these lovely ladies was able to get me to buy a ticket and also explained everything to me. I have a festival on the same date as the ticket but they were so interested that we found a 4 hour window that I could still attend the event. I APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have always bought here I am a regular customer and I like the attention they give, but I have had several problems with the elfbar vapors, they do not taste like anything or they taste burnt and I do not want the money, I just want them to exchange it for another because they are not The cheap ones cost $22 and the supervisors treatment was not correct. I am just saying that be careful when you buy and have a similar problem, they will not change the product and the supervisors attention is not correct.

I think its a great place. The employees are friendly and helpful. Its a nice small clean store. The parking lot is also small. The prices are great. I dont think theyre expensive, but some items are limited. I do recommend that you give them a call before you go. Just so that you dont go for nothing. Ill be going back soon. I hope this helps you decide.

I was there 1 month and a half I spent nearly $300 a geekvape I highly recommend a large bottle of naked e-liquid and 3 5 packs of coils which were about $35 a 5 pack the girl behind the counter was the main girl but handled me off to a new girl she made a mistake with one of the packs of coils that didn’t match the vapor I had purchased I went to the hospital for a stent in my heart so I didn’t return for a month and a half but they said they would give me 10% credit I just wanted to replace the wrong one for the correct coils so buyer beware poor customer service they lost my business over $30 really $0 cause I just wanted the correct coils plus I was going to get more e-liquid what a shame just so you know I never write reviews I believe it’s a waste of my time a I threw the coils in the garbage

Ive been to this shop on a few different occasions. The young lady that works in the evening time has provided nothing but phenomenal customer service each time Ive dealt with her! Met a gentleman the other day and he stated that he was an owner, again, phenomenal customer service and wonderful product knowledge. This evenings experience was beyond lack luster and Im hesitant to go back. Im unsure of the womans name, shes in her late 40s/early 50s and stated that shes an owner. While there, my friend had requested a specific product, she sold him the wrong one. After requesting that we test all products in store, he realized that it was the wrong thing. She refused to exchange it for the right one, not even knowing that they carry the correct product. No big deal but didnt care for the general demeanor and commentary (highly negative) after. We never mentioned a refund or exchange after her long rant about being a business owner and not eating costs that were her mistake with the product. On my way out I told my friends we would come back to see the girl thats helpful and knows what he likes (again, been there a number of times). The owner then made the comment that she will fire her immediately if shes exchanging products (poor management as workers are a dime a dozen, GOOD employees are hard to find). Dont try the Jones Joints (CBD), the product is ground so fine and loosely packed that it will not burn but fall apart on you (literally hot cherry in my lap). Overall, smoke shops are all over the place and it seems more like a roll of the dice as to what experience you may have here.

I went to this store to buy coils for my vape device, the guy that help me took my vape to confirm which were the right ones, say the end he gave the world one, once I verify them notice then, they were not the right ones, contact them and they told me that once I get out of the store they can exchange them neither or give me a refund, worst service ever.! And leave one star so I can leave this review, but did not deserve nothing

Please train your employees. I asked if a product was in stock 3 times over the phone with a young lady that continued to mumble over the phone and even in person. I had to ask her to repeat herself 7 different times. Turns out it isn’t even carried by this shop so why was I told they had some in stock? I don’t mind mistakes, but I absolutely DO mind when someone wastes my time. This was a cool shop, but I will not be returning.

Went to this smoke shop because usually they supply very good D8 products. Decided to get a disposable Cake product. Before leaving the store, the associate asked me to try it and make sure it works before I left. I took it out, and it worked fine. And so I left. I drove 15 minutes to my house, got home and started hitting the disposable and it tasted burnt. Put it up to the light and realized they had sold me an empty disposable. I assume an associate had been using it and put it back in the box. Won’t be returning to this shop. Make sure to hold your cakes up to the light before leaving. Also this is not a fake review, I have a phone number with the smoke shop as well.

Recently went here for can of Newpoet butane, which was sold to my friend for $4.50, who is female, I was told the same can was $8.00. I felt as if the women in the store were being gender discriminate towards me for being male. This smoke shop is not even worth the look around. Also for youre information i can gladly bring in a receipt proving i pay only $5 for this product from multiple smoke shops.

Its been a while since I have been here, but must say this is the shop I compare all shops to. I have met the owners who are extremely personable and friendly. They answered all my questions and even rebuilt, and cleaned my Vape after I purchased a coil for it. They even filled it for me and gave me 3 sample E Juice containers free! They have the latest and greatest in a wide variety of smoking, vaping, salt, water, flavors, grades Juices, styles, colors whatever! And if they dont have it, they will offer comparable products or know where to look to help. Thanks Smokey Jones for a great experience, awesome products, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Cant wait until to go again.

Went to Smokey Jones after hearing their name sponsoring the Wild Splash in St. Pete after seeing my vape coil was hard to find and me and my girlfriend ended being customers and finding our taste of flavors for vaping and kept my dinosaur vape ALIVE lol and her with a suitable small vape to cut cost on religiously buying puff sticks. Pretty cool shop with just about all of your vaping and tobacco accessory necessities. Chicks behind the counter are pretty cute. Sometimes you get this guy but I like it when I get the girls better. Decent prices and decent selection of salts.

They have the best and biggest variety in the Tampa Bay Area, we were kids in candy shop!The staff and owner are extremely helpful and friendly. They just expanded the space and added CBD, KavaKKava Bar & Humidor. A huge variety of vapes and beautiful hand made pipes!Thier prices were more reasonable then other area shops we have visited.We have been to many shops in the bay area, I would recommend this shop as one of the very best!!

This is a smoke shop that has a lot to offer, but only has smoking supplies for tobacco only. They dont have a large pipe section or Vapes, its mostly geared for tobacco only. The staff in here knows exactly what they have and are very knowledgeable in their products. If you dont see what youre looking for, just ask, they will know what youre talking about.
