10/10 experience. Booked a couples massage with Ginger and Chris and they both were amazing made us very comfortable and gave us wonderful massages. Left the building a puddle of fully relaxed jello.

Really nice gem in South Tampa! Everything was perfect!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My masseuse was Shayla, and she did not cut any corners! I will be asking for her every time I come! Thanks again!

Be careful booking here! Seems they are going out of business. They no longer have a front desk person. No one answers the phones or email. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby with no one around which led them to ending my session 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. They have not responded or offered any compensation.

This was my first time at the wellness center and it was an AMAZING experience. I tried the floating tank first for 30mins. I was a little nervous but they talked me through it and I felt so relaxed. I would do it again, it was very calming. I also had a massage from Melanie. It was the best massage I have ever head. The team here is very knowledgeable and have a very calm and relaxing environment. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

Chris and his staff are incredible. After years of trying to get my wife to agree to get a massage she finally to a couples massage. The experience was a absolutely awesome. Chris and his staff did an incredible job to make her feel comfortable. She loved the pampering and the fact they went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable.We signed up for a monthly massage package. She literally can’t wait until our monthly appointment. I have been getting a deep tissue massage and every time I feel fantastic. The Wellness center is clean and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy the experience.They provide a therapeutic massage that is relaxing and refreshing. We would definitely recommend trying The Wellness Center as a first time massage or trying them if you have been unhappy with a massage you have received somewhere else. They start every session by asking if there is any area which needs special attention. They finish with a warm towels which is incredible.Tell them Mark and Dawn recommended the Wellness Center. We can’t say enough about the experience. We’d give them 10 stars if we could.

I finally got sometime away. I decided to come here. I had a tall man i forgot his name he was awesome. He made me feel very confortable throughout the massage. This was my very first full body massage I tipped him $20 He was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very very friendly I felt like I been there for years. Definitely will be getting a membership.

My first time coming here, it was horrible. I arrived 10 mins early and had to wait for the receiptionist handling call, then finally the therapist helped with filling up some paperwork. ended up starting my massage late because they asked too many questions about my past injury that I told them CLEARLY not too worry about. my therapist only did my 1 hr massage for 45 MINS because I supposed she had next customer right after me. why would you guys not giving enough time window between customers and for a fact I know I was early to begin with. the massage was horrible and I was really disappointed with the service. Will not coming back!

My experience at the Wellness Center went above and beyond expectations. I was promptly greeted upon entry by a friendly staff member, after completing my paper work I didn’t have to wait long for my therapist to bring me back. The room was quiet and relaxing, and the massage was fantastic! I was not able to sign up for the membership, but it sounds like a great deal that I will defiantly look into when I’m in town more regularly. Thank you for a great experience!

My girlfriend took me here for part of my Valentines Day gift & I absolutely loved it. My massage therapist was a female, although next time i would prefer a male just for more toughness, she did a phenomenal job. The place was nice & clean & the atmosphere was on point. I would definitely recommend The Wellness Center. My girlfriend & i both agreed we will be doing this once a month!

I have been here twice now. I purchased a Groupon both times. My boyfriend and I did the 60 minute couples massage both times. I have never had a massage from a male therapist before my visit here (my mistake because I forgot to request a female, but they will accommodate that request) I must say, my first massage, with Cass, was amazing! He was very professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable, at all. My second massage, with Daniel, was the same! He was also very professional and he focused on the areas that needed the most work. I felt like a new person after! I have had such amazing experiences, I plan to sign up for their membership. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean relaxing atmosphere. My therapist Kiera was amazing and made me feel comfortable and refreshed. The other therapists here are equally as awesome. Everyone here is professional and i will be back. Highly recommend this place for a great massage and great prices. I cant seem to figure out why there arent more great reviews.

I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived 15-20 minutes early and filled out my paperwork. I had a 3pm appointment with Patty. The receptionist said Patty went out for lunch and would be back shortly. At 3:20 she still wasnt back for my appointment. So even before I got my massage I was not over joyed with the situation. I also wasnt pleased by a sign on the receptionist desk suggesting the proper tip for a 1 hour massage $15-$25. The cost with Groupon was $37 for a 1 hour massage. To suggest up to a $25 tip was ridiculous.I had Sierra for my massage and she was a very sweet, polite young lady and she did give me a nice relaxing massage.I am giving them a 3 star rating, due to the rocky start.

Amazing Massage ‼️ My massage Therapist was Chris and when I say he did a full body I mean full body I could barely stand after my massage my body was that relaxed 😌 my scent choosen was Lavender it had me feeling and smelling like a breath of fresh air. Chris was a great choice 👌. Highly Recommend 10/10

I got my husband and I a couples massage. Best thing I could have done. Before hand my husband was a little apprehensive and I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never had a massage before. We are both so great full to Chris, Patti and this experience. We can’t wait to go back again. I got places massaged that I didn’t even know could feel better from a massage.

Bought my girlfriend a Groupon for a couples massage for her birthday and i couldnt have been more happy. They made the whole process seamless and our therapists were great. Very excited to go back and get more massages done.

I had a Groupon for a 1hr Swedish massage. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The day of the appointment I had to arrive 10 mins early to fill out 1st time paperwork. The office is clean and inviting. My massage was wonderful and very relaxing. The room was perfect and the background music was very peaceful. At the end of the session I was given a bottle of water and a business card of my massage therapist. Overall, my experience was a great one and I will be coming back in the future. Best of all the prices seemed very reasonable at this location.

I have had several good massages here although there has been confusion with appointments and massage therapists. I had to cancel an appointment and did so within the 24-hour required cancellation policy and was called the day of the massage with a message telling me I had missed my appointment. When I set my next appointment, I requested my favorite therapist and when I got there, another massage therapist I have never met introduced himself and said he would be doing my massage. Surprise. When I signed up, I was was not told that deep tissue would be an additional charge. Surprise.

Excellent experience. My wife and I booked a couples massage through Amazon getting a great deal. We were met at the door and welcomed inside and taken care of right away. The facility was small but very comfortable. I would recommend the wellness centre to help get some stress and kinks out.

I love coming here every month for my massages! My massage therapist Sonia Gotay is very attentive to my needs and always knows how much pressure to apply when needed. I call her The Knot Hunter because she finds tightness in muscles I didnt even know I had and she works it out. Ive been going to her for over a year and Ive never had a less-than-awesome experience.

I bought a groupon for 3 massages and have used 2 so far. I went to two different massage therapists and both were fantastic in different ways. I highly recommend coming. It is very clean and the staff is professional.

Luna was absolutely phenomenal! Ive had my share of massages but this was definitely one of the best Ive had. She listened to me and hit my trouble spots then focused on what I wanted. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Luna!

We had our first couple massage, however i forgot my glasses at the place and when we called the very next day we were advised the glasses were not found. Mind you we were the last couple receiving the service and no one else was after us. When we asked to please check the video they advised us that they will and call us back. A whole week passed and yet no one called back and of course the video rolls over after 72 hours. well if they would have put some effort in it and checked immediately we would have known whether i had my glasses on me or not. Anyway dont loose your stuff there it will get lost and you will not get it back.

I had the worst experience with The Wellness Center. I purchased a couples massage on groupon and scheduled my appointment a week prior to the appointment date. Our appointment was for 7 PM and the receptionist asked us to arrive 15 minutes early. We ended up arriving 30 minutes early (6:30PM) and upon entering the facility the associate informed us that they were closed. I informed her that we had an appointment at 7 PM and she told me that everyone went home and they were closed. I called the same number I used to schedule the appointment and heard the phone ring in The Wellness Center while such associate proceeded to ignore the phone and left the facility. I left a message regarding the situation and have called the facility back without any response. This is a horrible way to treat potential customers. I hope this does not demonstrate how the licenses chiropractors that own this facility treat their patients.

I have never written any review, but I have to write one for this terrible business. This is the worst massage center I have ever visited. I was scheduled for a massage at 2pm. I got stuck in traffic and was late for about 5’. When I came they said the physician was already left. They took my money and did not offer another appointment. What a scam!!! Don’t even thing about visiting this place!!!

I made a last-minute appointment on a Sunday, as my back was really bad. I was booked with Chris, who gave me a phenomenal Swedish massage and solved 90% of my tension-related back issues in one session. Definitely going back for more!

They called me and asked me to reschedule my appointment for earlier in the day within the 24 hours before my appointment. I agreed to the change and then realized I wouldnt be able to make it that much earlier due to another appointment that could not be changed. Then I called back the morning of--before and during business hours-- and left multiple messages saying this and they got back to me finally at my appointment time and said they would be charging me $25 for missing the session... Then after I explained the situation they did not offer a solution and asked if I would like to schedule a new appointment and pay again. Absolutely not.

Average massage... Unhappy with the way they do business. They charge you if you have to reschedule even do to emergency or unseen circumstances. They wouldnt let me cancel my membership without charging me for the rest of the year. They basically lock you in to coming back even if you would like to discontinue - which I do!
