Ashlee was amazing. Her hands move across your muscles artistically like a dance. I typically don’t doze during a massage, but she managed it. Highly recommend her. Go for the 90 minute massage. Totally worth it and a great price on top.

Had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy in Terre Haute, Indiana. Started at the front door with a warm greeting. Ashley did a wonderful job with my massage. She took time to ask what my preferences were and concerns I might have. The only problem I had was 90 min wwnt by to quickly. I would highly recommend going there.

ME front staff greet you warmly and make an effort to know your name. I’ve been a member since ME opened. I’ve had only good experiences with therapists. Most recently, Kari was excellent in my 90 min massage session. She was skilled and addressed my problems as well as creating a comfortable atmosphere. I’ve never had a bad experience with massage at ME. My first facial-awhile ago-seemed to be a bad day for the esthetician, but I tried again and the facials I’ve had convinced me they are a good addition to my self-care. The estheticians have been excellent. Though I have been considering ending the membership with ME due to increased prices, I have never been at all disappointed or dissatisfied with the therapists, staff or the treatments.

Kerri has been the best at delivering the most effective and enjoyable massage I have had since I started last July! I have been booking a massage once a week. I am very pleased!

I absolutely love everything about this place. The environment is calming and relaxing and the staff from the time you come in until you leave is GREAT! Clayton is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable which each session. He is very good at working the individual muscles and problem areas which always has me leave feeling so much better! My only complaint is the message techs need a longer break between sessions. I have come directly behind a massage. They work so hard and I can’t imagine how tiring a 90 minute massage is … they just need some rest time between.

Massage amazing by Clayton! Clayton and I have been working together on my health thru massage. I recently had PT for my sciatica. I am done with PT but still doing exercises on my own. Getting massage with focus on my right leg/hip is helping me strengthen those muscles! I added on the foot exfoliate and aromatherapy during my massage! Both were worth it! See u in 3 weeks Clayton. Ive been seeing Grant for several months. He is one of the best massage therapist Ive been to. Very trauma-informed - explains what he is doing, draping and tucking of sheets in a very careful way. His massage techniques work well for my body - takes his time with the muscle, working it slowly until he can go deep without my muscles pushing him away.

This location has a large amount of students in the PT program at IU (which makes for a pool of therapists that are very educated) =great experiences so far

Everything was a 5+! My first visit and everyone was so friendly! I had a facial first then a massage. Vanessa and Joleen both did a fantastic job. Sammi was my greater. She got me set up and was so nice and listened to what I had to say. I will definitely be back!

I had two worst massage before. They were 0 out of 5. She is 1 out of 5. I am not a mean person but she needs more training. Perhaps she should get a massage from Gabby, so she could learn.Waste of my 2.5 hours of my time and money.The manager should do like an audition like (have applicants give manager massage) before hiring them. You are losing customers with masseuse who have no business of being one or at least they need more training. I am be canceling my membership soon if I cant get someone like Gabby each time

Miranda was great! Helped me relax and really worked out my sore spots. Pushed deep, but not painfully at all. Afterward explained what she did, why she did it, and what she recommended for me. So thankful for her time and expertise!

Ashlee was so nice and personable! I went in for my first massage at 37 weeks pregnant, and she was very reassuring that everything is safe. She really helped me with my sciatica I have had throughout my pregnancy! Highly recommend!

Had my first 2 hr massage and it was great! Gabby was very personable and really worked on my knots & tight areas.On a lesser satisfaction point, it would be nice if the app worked and if you weren’t pressed to purchase an enhancement as soon as you walked in.

I have been a happy client here for several years. Erin has been my massage therapist almost the entire time. Erin is wonderful. She makes me feel comfortable and knows what areas to target if I’m feeling stiff or sore somewhere. I always feel better after seeing her. In addition to Erin’s greatness, the other staff is friendly and helpful. I pamper myself with a facial from time to time. I need to take better care of my face and they are happy to help with suggestions for products to purchase to use at home. This location is always clean and inviting. Yes, the goal is for you to become a member, but as someone with several chronic conditions, it has become a welcomed part of my self-care routine.

My appointment with Nancy met all my expectations. she was polite, explained what she was doing to help relieve my problem areas and always asked if I was comfortable. Sophia at the front desk was polite and friendly when she checked me out. I always look forward to my visits.I would also like to give a shout out to another excellent massage therapist, Crystal. She’s been working on me for a few months and she’s extremely helpful with my fibromyalgia issues.

Ive been to Massage Envy twice now. I have a very tight back. My poor 120 lb wife cant get in there. I sometimes have my 13 year old son walk in my back with his heels. Usually I temper my expectations with a massage.Miranda, bless her heart, uses her elbows like a pro. That cant be easy tenderizing a dudes back for an hour and a half. Imagine the Rock delivering a Peoples elbow, but the scenic route.Its been a fantastic experience and Im looking forward to continuing my membership. Do it, jabroni.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit! Michael was great, he listened to what I had to say about problem areas I had and was able to identify the correct muscles and use proper techniques for the issues I had. Its ok until you want to cancel your membership and then you get the run around about how no one can help you because the manager isnt here. Then to be told they have to ask you a bunch of questions and get a signature through DocuSign. I dont mind signing something saying that I want to cancel the membership, but Ive paid my year as of 12/8/2023. I tried messaging to cancel, didnt work. I tried walking in to cancel, didnt work. When I was told I would get a call back and didnt, I called in again to cancel and got the runaround each time. So....before you commit to a membership, please know that when you want to cancel, you will likely have problems.

Grant is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly knowledgable about the body & different muscle groups. I very much appreciate his attention to detail & how he always provides me with stretches & exercises to help with whatever conditions I am experiencing. I’d highly recommend the rockblading add-on with Grant if you are experiencing pain & inflammation.

ERIN is GREAT !!!But I was not sure if I got my birthday enhancement?Before front desk staff will ask customers if they want any enhancement for their birthday month. I have to remind them about it. Last month , my wife had her birthday but nobody asked her if she wanted enhancements and she forgot to ask and she NEVER received her enhancements. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from MANAGEMENT !!!!

Kari really listened when I explained my areas of discomfort and designed a therapeutic treatment specifically targeting those areas. She used a variety of techniques to address the problems and they successfully reduced my pain. I have already scheduled my next session with her, which I have not done before. Usually I just wait until I feel I need another session, but I wanted to make sure I got Kari again to continue this treatment plan.

Would not adjust pressure when asked, for the price point of the massage was not worth it, disappointing experience went for my birthday and was just irritating. Husbands massage was on and off with good pressure not constant though, was just okay but again for the price point was not worth it

My husband and I booked our first massage for yesterday morning. It was so easy to book and as soon As we walked in we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the lady that gets you all signed in (I’m slipping on her name). Anyways, Bonnie and Crystal were warm and welcoming and truly took care of our needs. We both purchased a six month memberships so we are excited to see how that goes!

It was $300 to get a massage from an old man that talked about his personal politics for an hour straight, which is far from relaxing. Then when you realize that their service cost too much they offer to cut your bill in half if you sign up for a membership that cost $70 a month despite if you have an appointment or not, and they do not allow you to cancel in any sort of timeframe. Support a smaller local business instead of this soulless chain.EDIT: owner has commented and wants me to do a web form. This was after I argued with their employees for over a week over their fraudulent business practices and deceptive sales tactics. No I’m not doing your survey, stop ripping people off.

Customer for over 3 years, weekly 2 hour session client, spent about $12k all together here at this location. Great service by the therapists once on the table and this 1 star review in no way reflects them.My Grandma and Janie & Cowboy Bob (old person reference here in Indiana) always said if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all so, i deleted all the facts regarding this review.

Tell you 1 price when you book then doubles it when you get there and makes you pay if you cancel

Everyone is very nice, and they know their craft, but the cost is over the top for a single massage unless you subscribe. If you are all about pampering yourself and giving your mindfulness a boost through relaxation, a stop there is invaluable. Expect a sales pitch at the end... it ruins a little bit of the vibe

Best massage I have ever had! Got me in right on time with my appointment time. They have you fill out a questionnaire to see what you feel needs worked on. What your comfortable with. They have add ons (I chose a hydrating one). It was so worth it! I signed up for monthly massages! I definitely recommend them!

Very clean. This place has a great atmosphere. The staff is really friendly. I signed up for the membership, and I plan on goimg regularly. I got the Rapid tension relief and it was amazing. My massage was done by John , and he was the best. He really focused on the areas I needed done.

Therapists are great, massages are wonderful, facility is very clean and calming, staff at the front desk is very friendly, but the scheduling is an absolute nightmare.Every time I have tried to book my regular appointment included in my membership, it has been at least a 4 week wait. Rescheduling for any reason? Another 4 week wait.
