Whatever you need, Smoke N Peace has it. They carry everything from Delta-8 to glassware to incense, and it’s all the highest quality you can find in town. They offer a student discount on top of their already competitive prices, so you just can’t beat it. Their staff are always so friendly and incredibly helpful, and they always have answers to my questions. I’ve been a loyal customer as long as I’ve lived here, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

I love this store! They have the largest selection Ive seen of a wide range of products, and every time I visit I receive friendly and helpful service. I live in Indy and I travel here often because this really is the best shop in the state Ive seen as far as variety and reasonable prices.My favorite is the handmade jewelry section. The staff member who helped me during my last visit also happened to be the artist who made the pieces I bought....which are gorgeous, she is truly talented!! Highly recommend this shop, definitely worth the trip if you havent been.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Got into a screaming match with an employee about professionalism because she ignored me when I walked in and carried on a conversation with another customer right in front of me dropping f bombs talking super inappropriate while I stood there waiting for her to finish her conversation to get my vape juice. She stated “ I’m allowed to cuss” and then ID’d me but didn’t the other lady then when I brought it up she screamed “ bye” to me over and over until I left. I won’t be back and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by today to get a disposable vape. First one was burnt and had me coughing a bit. They let me exchange it for the same item, which still tasted slightly burnt and tickled my throat, but the manager said I probably just didn’t like the flavor. I decided to buy a different brand and flavor and was told I’d get 15% off for buying two. I was slightly anxious and decided not to get the second vape. I got out to my car and changed my mind again. So I go back in and the manager rings me up for the second vape, but stated I couldn’t get the 15% off because I didn’t buy them in the same transaction. Ok, if I did buy them in the same transaction, I would have received 15% off of both, correct? I wasn’t asking for anything more than the 15% off the second one, and after the trouble with the first vape, it could have been a courtesy discount even, but she refused. I just left and decided I won’t go back again. I may just be one customer, but the customer service from the manager was poor. Her demeanor and attitude was not what I would want representing my store.Update for owners response: I’m curious as to what part of my statement is misleading? I’m glad you have cameras with sound, so maybe you could look again and see/hear what I explained above. I’ve been reading through your reviews and responses and it seems that you would rather be demeaning and argumentative to anyone who gives you a negative review instead of trying to fix the problem.

Easily the best smoke shop in terre haute. all the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly! they have an INSANE collection of water pipes, dab accessories, rolling paper, rolling trays, and anything related to e-cigs. they have every tool you need at a very reasonable price! you should also check out the case that has gemstone jewelry (theyre made by the owner)

I am only leaving a 4 star review because the owner did was right by exchanging our defective vapes that we spent $42 on. The assistant manager was EXTREMELY disrespectful. She stated that there is a 10-15% chance that the vapes they sell will be defective and that’s the risk you take when buying vapes. She also stated that if you test the vapes in store and they taste burnt that they will not do exchanges because they don’t know for sure that it actually is burnt. When the manager told her to do the exchange she stated “If this happens again you will need to take your business elsewhere because we will not deal with this again” I have attached a photo bellow of the disrespectful assistant manager. If you have any issues ask to speak to the owner he will do what is right.

I absolutely love coming in here! Always super helpful and knowledgeable on different products around the store. The employees are all extremely friendly and are willing to help you with whatever you need. They also have a student discount which is always a plus!

What a great asset to the downtown area. The staff here are the most knowledgeable about all their products and go out of their way to help. You can tell they truly enjoy their job and helping customers. They have a large variety of products and will do their best to get something if they dont have it. If you need something in this line of products this is your store.

Don’t bother spending your money here. They make you pay and then ask you to try the vapes and make sure they taste okay. Then when you open the vapes and they don’t work they tell you that they’re sorry but you’re out of luck. Cassidy was rude and not willing to helpEdit: I was not being misleading. I purchased my vape and when I opened the package and tried it was burnt and tasted disgusting. I asked if I could exchange for another and I was told no and that there was no refunds

I am leaving a 4 star review only because of how my gf and I were treated by the assistant manager in store otherwise I would leave a 5 star review by how the owner of the store handled the situation.My gf and I went into Smoke N Peace and I bought two Escobars H2O vapes the Blueberry bubblegum and the Strawberry milkshake. My vape upon testing it in the store was leaking and was replaced, my gfs vape was not hitting properly but was told she could not have hers replaced. 1 day later my vape started messing up and auto hitting on its own and my gfs vape tasted burnt. We went back into the store showed the assistant manager the video we took of my vape messing up which was recorded and time/date stamped 15 mins before we went back to the store. The assistant manager was extremely rude and said they knew that there is a 10 to 15 percent chance that the vapes would be defective so that they dont do exchanges. I spent $42 on these vapes for 1 of them to not work properly and the other to stop working properly 1 day later. We werent trying to get the money back we just wanted the products that I spent my money on to work properly. The owner of the shop was then called and did the right thing by having his assistant manager honor the exchange.I do recommend this shop to anyone looking for smoke accessories etc. It is a very nice shop with a lot of high quality products just be careful with the vapes. I do think the assistant manager should get a crash course in customer service or be replaced because she could of handled the situation in a completely different way.

Absolutely terrible customer service.Bought a puffco didnt work asked for a refund or a fix instead it turned to a big ordeal where the staff was rude as hell. Second time this exact same thing has happened too.

Terrible experience. To the worker with the glasses, facial hair, and beanie. I was fed false information about delta 8 and 9 products by the bearded fellow. He did not know what he was talking about and decided to correct me respectively. Sir, go to the tobacco store in Brazil and try saying what you told me. Ive lost all respect for Smoke N Peace. Please support your other local tobacco and vape shops. All Smoke N Peace is, is a waste of time and money.

Some of the sales staff have a poor attitude but the main manager( owner?)wss awesome and took the time to make things right including ordering a second to replace defective first and making positive everything worked to my satisfaction. Incredibly helpful staff. Went in to ask about CBD oil and how to use it, and learned a lot. Good prices, Ive purchased various items from them on several occasions. Good quality. The one issue I had with an item, they replaced it with no trouble.

The staff was fine, but everything is overly priced and there isnt a lot of variety. The pieces they have that are supposed to look like cartoon characters look like those characters if they went through a front windshield of a car accident.

Been going there for 10 years, the new shop is amazing and blows away the old one. Granted i only need to go there about once a year but im always happy.

They are over priced on everything. I paid $60 for a recommended product by one of the employees and later found the same thing elsewhere for $18!! Sure theyre friendly but I would be too if I were making suckers out of everyone.

The locally grown Cherry A is by far the best CBD product that I have tried. Fresh, well trimmed, tastes good. It has a mild flavor not sour like the other stuff. Perfect uplifting feeling.

Always wonderful and knowledgeable staff. prices are comparable to just about any head shop. I recently went in and got everything needed to get my Hookah running again for a reasonable price. They have a beautiful array of glass and are always keeping up with the trending devices and accessories. Their CBD selection has BOOMED within the past several months as well if you are into CBD products. A lot of their organic or more eco-friendly inventory has been growing over the past couple of years as well. A wonderful locally owned place to visit if you are in town and looking for a solid head shop.

The girls here were soo helpful. I am new to the world of vaping... a virtual vaptard. They helped me understand my coils and batteries and all just 10 minutes before they closed. Sold me multiple items that were junk. Glass and electronic. I just bought a water pipe and got home to fill it with water and it is leaking threw a small hole in the stem. It was a good leak where it wasnt usable. I brought it back in hopes that it wasnt used and was told by the manager she would swap it out that they would do just that. I was then told I was confused and that its my job as a customer to make sure I buy a non broken piece. So apparently they care nothing about quality.

Smoke N Peaces employees are very knowledgeable about their products and if a customer asks if they can get a product that another vape shop has,,, they do their best to look into it said product and do their best to accommodate you

The only Shop in Terre Haute that I will go to. Mostly because the people are helpful and friendly. some of the competition is lacking completely in that area. also an impressive line of quality and economic products. wouldnt hurt if they had a few premium ecig liquids such as suicide bunny / Kings Crown / Vapor Jerrys / Bombies / etc. But their citrus raspberry is still in my top ten lineup!! HUGE rip off! They have some decent prices on pieces but a lot of the other items are EXTREMELY over priced! I was less than impressed with the hookah bar. I was expecting a super huge awesome hookah and the best smoke sesh of my life, seeing as how I could buy a whole tub of shish a for the price of one session, the hookah was not any fancier, if not less fancy, than my own. They also use insta light coals which are completely disgusting and smelly and smoke bad. Im not sure if they just use them because they are fast but I would gladly have waited the extra 10-15 for nicer coals to heat up. The workers are very nice, friendly, helpful, ect but other than that Im not happy with Smoke n Peace right now.

Very rude staff, unfriendly and snotty. Price for the pieces is ridiculous, the mark up ie obviously excessive. No idea how to deal with customers or any logical business practice, save your money and time, buy online cheaper and you dont have to deal with morons...
