I found this shop after moving more to the south side of town and I’m disappointed that it took me this long to finally go inside. Great selection and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also the rewards program is amazing!!! Every time I go in there I have some sort of surprise discount. Best Vape Shop in Terre Haute!

I just moved to Brazil, Indiana from Chicago and drive the 25 minutes to terra haute to get my vapes from this store. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and informed. Bonus this is the only shop I found so far down here that gives you discounted vapes when you buy bulk! This alone is what made me review 5 stars. I would have given 6 stars if possible bc the employee was cool.

We were in Terre Haute waiting on a load on the memorial day weekend and decided it was time to restock on coils & juice. I googled vape shops in the area and seen a few but Indy seemed to have the best ratings so we stopped in. Kayla greeted us like we weve been customers for years. Found a amazing selection of juices, had the coils that we needed. She even introduced us to some new flavors we never tried before that we also bought in addition to what we were already getting. The store is very clean and stocked well. Driving the country like we do you dont find many friendly and nice stores. We come through Indiana a lot and this will definitely be a stop on our trip. Thanks for everything.

Has the product I wanted but the employees seemed a little too high to understand what I was asking and it smelled like skunk in there

Ive been shopping here for a couple years now, and Mykka provides the best customer service! She is friendly and helpful! She remembers me and each time I visit she knows my preferences. She makes shopping at this store easy and enjoyable, and is ultimately the reason I stay loyal to this particular vape shop.

This shop is a super comfortable place to go if you are a woman. I have been in a few shops that didnt feel safe at all or welcoming to women. Indy E cigs employees at the Terre Haute on Saturdays are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a nice experience to go in and say hi and I feel safe and welcome. Thank you!

Weekly customer , lifelong smoker. This place is my go-to. Ive spent numerous other visits in other shops around the area and by far the best prices. I frequently purchase the delta 8 and all other delta products, the options seem to be more in depth and more legit than any other shop. Update: After losing their best employee (what a terrible thing to do before Christmas btw) my flavors suddenly arent in stock.Maybe this management should think about employees that give back into the business. From what I understand, none of the holiday decorations were purchased by the owners, they were put there by an employee who spent their own hard earned money. I guess management only cares about that cold hard $$ coming in. Who can afford almost 30$ for a bottle of juice that sells online for under half of the price? Well.. not me anymore. Used to be my go to spot. Now, I wont be going back.-------------------The most friendly staff ever! Really good about keeping stock in for well selling flavors. Mykka is always super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have. My go to spot!

Even tho Im new to vaping and I havent been but only to 2 vape shops Indy E cigs in terra haute will continue to have my business and my recommendation to anyone shopping around. The manager was simply the nicest, sweetest and so incredibly helpful to me and handle all my dumb newbie questions without ever getting annoyed or making me feel like I was a bother. She went out of her way to help me get everything I needed to get started then when I came back to get more juice today, although the manager wasnt there, the lady that was there, her name is Kayla, was just as kind and friendly. I honestly dont feel like you see that kind of customer service and such friendly staff anywhere anymore these days and it was beyond a great experience for me just because of the customer service. I dont ever leave reviews to any stores really but I felt like this was the least I could do for the outstanding service I got from that little vape store.

When Mykka was fired, just prior to Christmas, Indy E Cigs lost mine and my husbands business. We shopped here bi-weekly and we never felt like customers. That kind of customer service doesnt exist anymore and we were happy to spend a couple of extra bucks for that. We find the same products online, cheaper.Mykka was super helpful and answered tons of questions we had! Great selection with tastings available. Reasonable prices... make sure you sign up with their rewards program. Will definitely be back.

Mykka is seriously the best. I live by 3 shops and I gladly drive to the south end just to buy from her! I always get my normal juices and always let her pick a new brand and flavor for me to try.

This shop is going downhill fast. Mykka isnt here anymore, so there isnt someone who can reliably help with you any and all problems you would have and have a smile on their face the entire time. Used to being greeted like an old friend when sbe was there, now its just like any other business that just cares about money and how much you plan to spend. Already have gotten the wrong coils on two different occasions,, from New manager and and other girl. Ridiculous, never happened ever before. Safe to say, with Mykka gone my girlfriend and I will not be back.

I am new to the world of vaping. I was a pack a day smoker and wanted something different. I liked the way the store looked and decided to give it a try. The people inside were very welcoming and they treated me like I was an old friend. They showed me how to prime my coil and even suggested some of their favorite flavors. That was months ago, and I still go there on a weekly basis. They always have what I need, and they are always friendly. THANK YOU INDY E CIGS!!!

I use to go to the store In Terre Haute. There was a girl named Micah that worked there she was very friendly smart as tack. Knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING! Last time I was there. Some guy was working. Said, shes not here anymore 😮 Are you kidding me 😮Have been going there for years. Will never go back. She hired a girl who knew NOTHING! she gave her chance after chance. I never had so many problems with vapes in my life ! As it turns out. the girl was selling me wrong Coils . I took it in to Micah and she figured out what the problem was meanwhile I had to return about 5 devices. Then they get rid of Micah and keep the one that doesnt know anything Ill never go back evergirthat knew NOTHING! keep giving her chanc

I love this vape shop. Me and my husband have been to a few but now have chosen this as our favorite. Mykka is very sweet and is always helping us out. She has suggested some juices and everyone me our my husband has loved. I am now slowly quitting smoking cigarettes cause she helped me find the right juice and vape that helped.

Very low stock. Will not get product in no matter how many chance you give them. Have asked every Tuesday for a very common coil and a very common juice for over 2 months. I get told every Tuesday that she placed the order on Monday. To help out if you need juice head products check All OF THE OTHER VAPE STORES IN Terre Haute. Shame nice place for a store.

I have been going to Indy e cig for about 4+ years everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Also they have several great flavors of juice and different lines that none of the other Vape stores in Terre Haute do not even carry and they have a wide selection of coils I’ve had around 10 different vapes in the past four years and they’ve had a coil or one that’s compatible for every Vape I’ve owned. They also have great rewards program and sales through the year it’s definitely worth stopping by to see what they have!

The owner of this store, I feel awful that I didnt get his name, but he was fantastic! I was coming across country, with my dog, and broke my vape on the way. I came in half dead from such a long trip and he was just SO nice! I told him that I had my dog in the car and he immediately wanted to meet her. Shes a rescue and doesnt make friends easily, but loved him immediately so he got her very difficult seal of approval. He offered her some CBD infused treats and she had the first bit of peace she had had the entire trip and was able to calmly sleep the rest of the way to our new home! The vape he sold me is so far working amazingly and much better than the one I broke, and for a great price. I wish that Terre Haute had been my final destination so I could regularly frequent his store, but I will be ordering from him online to support his business. Highly recommended that if youre in the area you stop by!

This store is hands down best vape store in Terre Haute! The clerk Charlsie was friendly helpful and knew her products.Every other store I have done business with I have had to wait for them to get off of their phone or finish chatting with their friends.This store carries all major brands and the House Blend that I use. They dont run out either.Stop in and see this young lady. She will help you get your vape supplies.Also they offer a great loyalty program. Unheard of from my old store. Also this store is in a nice mall close to other major stores. This is a plus. No out of the way stores.They also have stores in Indy if youre up that way. Try out the Arabica Coffee Liquid while youre there. Indulge in two of your favourite things at once!
